English Overall, we were very satisfied! The hotel is very family-friendly. It offers both an indoor and an outdoor playground, as well as a beautiful, clean swimming pool that is perfect for non-swimmers and young children. The breakfast is plentiful, mainly Indonesian, and very tasty. The coffee is excellent as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is first-class, and the entire staff are extremely friendly, fast, and professional. Overall, the hotel is a quiet and relaxing place where we felt very comfortable. Bahasa Indonesia Secara keseluruhan, kami sangat puas!

English There are also a few areas that could be improved. The selection of drinks at breakfast is quite limited, and it would be great to have more fresh juices available. In addition, the hotel is starting to show its age. There are a few minor maintenance issues here and there that could easily be addressed. However, the hotel is generally clean and well maintained.

Receptionist & any Stuff & poter & room service & shuttle bus very nice to any customers, include around green park. lake .trail amazing itinerary incredible ! unforgotable ! I'll be back again !

kamar bersih, staf ramah, makanan enak

The bfast is world class! Plenty of options, tasty & excellent services. Nadya & her colleagues at reception were very helpful & friendly, much appreciated. Close to the Airport & suprrb free shuttle. Excellent garden

Nothing, but just be mindful that this hotel is about 20-30 minutes to City Center.

Quite place, hood for relaxation

Bookingan masih konfirmasi tapi ga bisa cek in

The staff very friendly and nearby to airport the very clean and good service

I like the place very satisfied

The property has the garden, for jogging and relaxing morning.

The mini lake needs to be more attractive. Currently it’s look plain. The rest of the property looks perfectly fine.

Mantap, luas banget

Alles!

Hotel nya sangat bagus pelayanan dilobby sangat ramah sekali 💖💖

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Santika Premiere Palembang, and it exceeded my expectations. The moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities that provide a comfortable atmosphere. The on-site restaurant offers a delightful array of local and international cuisine, and the breakfast buffet is a standout, featuring fresh and varied options. The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend Hotel Santika Premiere Palembang for anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the city.

Walk around lake should end at hotel entrance

nice

brekfast just so so the oxtail soup is average dont tasty but yea everything seem like average

i did not like the location too far from city i think

Spacious room ang furnitures looked newly refurbished.

Location of hand wash basin. Absence of screen door for insects. The size of the tv could be better.

The hotel is very near the airport. The breakfast spread is good.

The room provides complimentary coffee and tea, but there was no kettle. Sound insulation was not good. You could hear aircrafts flying overhead. There was no nearby shops or eateries. There was lots of mosquitoes at the restaurant.

the view of the hotel and the facilities provided such as a playground that cannot be found in other hotels. The room size is quite spacious, providing freedom for children to play and comfortable for our familiy.

So far there hasn't been any because I enjoy the facilities provided by the hotel

everything’s about this hotel is exquisite! food is very mouthwatering, the room’s spacious and comfy with great ambience, and top of that 100/10 room service! very recommended!!

Near Airport, excellent location for a break in the city

No inhouse salon or beauty shop for spouse

Food and comfort

Far from city

All in its ok Breakfast all varian pool so nice

Nice location with free shuttle bus to the airport

Beer is quite expensive

Very comfortable hotel and super close to the airport. Good breakfast and room service menu. Huge beds and nice selection of pillows. It has a nice, albeit undeep, pool. Shuttle to airport is free and fast.

The gym has only running treadmills.. the weight machine was barely working.

No other restaurants or shoppings to do.

Age not old but like old

Not so spescial

I like that the room is quite big

Swimming pool was so dirty, specially when its no circulation or filtering system (i assume). The water was brownish after some people and kids on the pool. The staff were not friendly at all. They are alike. No smile, just doing their business, yet it was so annoying when we are facing them trying to have some things done, for example check out: come on, smile in the morning wouldn’t hurt anyone

All perfect

Nothing

Love the view, pool and surrounding lake

none

I booked 3 rooms with 2 connecting rooms. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool size is good, and the water is clean & warm. Plus, there is a simple garden by the small lake, good for morning walk. Overall, my family love the stay.

The AC in one of the rooms wasn't cold enough, even after multiple checks by the staff.

Comfortable and excellent service

Comfortable and quite happy with the experience. The rooms were quite good and liked my stay here.

I wish they understand guests better when it comes to certain expectations and manage that better.

free airport transport service is good, the driver and doorman staff are also helpful

excellent service and facilities

nothing

Location

The room is underwhelming

Best value room in Palembang. Location great, room great, bedding great. Probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Airport shuttle is very handy.

The check in staffer was a complete oxygen thief. Gave zero info regarding amended breakfast times so missed out. Sharing info is kinda important. 2 free bottles of water just isn't enough for this climate, considering the tap water is undrinkable. Should be upped to 4. The vit water supplied costs 4000rp max from a toko ... pretty sure it won't kill the overheads to supply more.

Location is near airport

No spa facility

Facility and friendly staff.

A lot of ants in my room.

Breakfast is good and shuttle bus is convenient

Spacious and comfortable room, nice view..

Request take away breakfast for 2 room at 5.15 but very late.

Kamar hotel yg luas, area kolam renang yg luas. Parkir yg sempit

All is wonderful, the staffs, the hotel condition with all the amenities but too bad the street racers outside the hotel is unbearable, I stayed for 2 nights and everynight right around 10 pm the motorcycle street racers with the muffler loud noise driving you insane and had to cal the front desk to call police to stop them.

Vast luxury hotel just 10 minutes from Palembang international airport. The airport offers free transfers to the city centre and to the airport. Excellent pool facilities, restaurants and large spacious rooms.
