The location , size of room as couldn’t open bathroom door as bed in way, door frame rotten and bathroom mould stains and shells not fixed to wall .. everything fell off

Насчет завтраков не согласна с отзывами, за такую стоимость могли быть разнообразнее. Каждый день одно и тоже, менялись только пирожные иногда. Рыбы не было, зелени мало.

Het terras was prachtig en fijn. Heerlijk ontbijten of een drankje in de avond. Het hotel is schoon en verzorgd. Onze kamer was klein. Voor mij geen probleem, maar mijn vriendin vond dit onprettig. Het bed was heerlijk. Badkamer schoon.

We waren eerder en de kamer was al klaar. Als we meteen gebruik wilden maken van de kamer moesten we €20 extra betalen. We hebben dit gedaan, maar vonden wij niet zo gastvrij.

Świetny pobyt, bardzo przyjemny, czysty hotel z miłą obsługą. Fantastyczny taras z widokiem na miasto, podobnie widok z okien - mieliśmy szczęście mieć pokój z oknem na ocean :) Sam pokój nie był duży ale przestronna szafa była bardzo wygodna.

Jedyny aspekt, który potraktowałbym jako wadę to lokalizacja - jest całkiem centralna ale niestety dopiero po przyjeździe dowiedzieliśmy się, że okolica hotelu uchodzi za jedną z mniej bezpiecznych w Lizbonie. Nic nigdy nam się nie przydarzyło ale byliśmy świadkami kilku nieprzyjemnych sytuacji - nie jest to wielki problem ale uprzedzam bo to nie jest lokalizacja dla każdego :)

Gorgeous hotel, had the wow factor when I arrived outside and in the lobby I loved my room, it was small but comfortable with a small balcony and beautiful views Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and also Tea/coffee and fridge in the room Staff all friendly and helpful and create a nice atmosphere Location was perfect and only a few minutes walk to the centre downhill

Nothing to do with the hotel but as a lone woman I felt quite unsafe with the walk up to the hotel from the main square

Perfect place to stay in Lisbon. The view from penthouse was amazing 😍 Breakfast also good, except coffee. The stuff was kind and helpful. Even with car parking we didn't have problem. Always found place to park nearby.

The only one issue - the floor creaked. When walking at night to WC the hole family wakes up :)

Struttura vicino al centro in una zona poco trafficata. Lo stabile è restaurato e mantiene degli aspetti antichi uniti alla modernità, tuttavia si vede che alcune zone avrebbero bisogno di essere rinfrescate perché c'è muffa o il colore scrostato. La stanza che ci è stata data era sufficientemente grande per un paio di notti. La colazione è stata abbondante e varia, sia dolce che salata. Qualità prezzo buona.

Hotel buono, ma non curatissimo come sembra dalle foto. Non mi è piaciuto, per una questione di igiene, che i membri della reception si occupassero alternativamente anche di sistemare o rimpinguare la colazione.

Die Unterkunft war in einem charmanten Gebäude, das einen schönen Blick über die Stadt geboten hat. Das Hotel legt Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Außerdem waren die Kissen im Schlafzimmer sehr bequem.

Leider hatten wir ein großes Problem mit Ameisen im Zimmer, die durch den Luftschacht gekommen sind. Wir haben dem Personal Bescheid gegeben, aber der Luftschacht wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht abgedichtet, sodass sich die Ameisen bis zum Bett ausbreiten konnten.

Öncelikle çalışanlar inanılmaz iyidi. Her şeye yardımcı oluyorlar. Güler yüzlüler. Oda büyüktü. Temizdi. Yataklar rahattı. Klima çok iyi çalışıyordu. Su ve çay ikramı vardı. Kahvaltısı çok yeterliydi. Akşama kadarda çay kahve alıp içebiliyorsunuz bu çok güzeldi. Otele akşam dönüşte yorgunluk çayı eşliğinde terasda günün yorgunluğunu atmak çok güzeldi. Çok iyi bir teras var. Her gün oda temizlendi havlular değişti. Lizbon a yine gidersek yine ilk buraya bakarım müsait mi diye. Konumu merkeze çok yakın. Otele ulaşmak için Yokuş çıkmanız gerek 10dk yürüme mesafesi merkezden. Biraz zorlu evet ama sorun değil genel olarak. Sabah çıkıp akşam dönüyoruz zaten, dönüşte akşam yavaş yavaş çıktık başka yollardanda çıktık geze geze.

Sprzątanie nie zawsze było w pełni, nie zawsze uzupełniania była woda, na ostatnią noc nie wymieniono ręczników , łazienka powinna przejść generalne sprzątanie

The staff were nice and welcoming and helped us with recommendations. The hotel is very well located. A very good breakfast with local products! We will definitely like to come back here.

When I walked around the area around lunch time with my daughter there were completely stoned persons laying in the small alleys and stairs in the neighbourhood. There was a smell in the room which came from the sewage. They also make a lot of publicity for their breakfast with organic products and eggs on the website. It was partly why I chose this hotel. When we arrived for breakfast there were no eggs, no glasses, no cups etc. When I mentioned the issues we had they just said “oh our provider hasn’t delivered eggs for a while, oh too bad there was a smell”. One could have expected a comment like: “oh we are so sorry, please have a complementary glass of wine”…

The rooftop view was amazing!

The room had a severely sloped ceilings and we hit our heads countless times. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room one day.

Alles war super: Das Zimmer hatte genau die richtige Größe, alles funktionierte einwandfrei und es wurde immer sehr gründlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, und das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Nur eine kleine Anmerkung: Erst am letzten Tag habe ich mitbekommen, dass man beim Frühstück auch Rührei oder Spiegelei bestellen kann. Das könnte etwas besser kommuniziert werden, da ich diese Möglichkeit sonst gerne auch an den anderen Tagen genutzt hätte.

Das Hotel ist toll eingerichtet und hat extrem viel Charme! Die Zimmer sind klein, bieten aber alles, was es braucht. Die Terrasse & der Innenhof sind ein Plus! Das Frühstück ist grossartig - klein aber super lecker! Es hat für alle etwas dabei. Kuchen & salzige Snacks vom Frühstück konnten am Nachmittag noch kostenlos am Buffet mitgenommen werden, so lange es hatte (ganz nach dem Motto: verwenden start verschwenden! :)) Kaffee & Tee gab’s den ganzen Tag kostenlos! Sehr toll! Die Lage ist ruhig & doch sehr zentral.

The room had everything thing I needed although.

I wasn't expecting such a steep climb to the hotel, it's worth the extra change on the metro.

The room was lovely with especially comfortable beds. Breakfast was wide ranging with freshly baked, tarts, cakes and bread made every day. Location was 10mins from the centre and an easy walk downhill was enjoyed every day. We took a taxi (very cheap) to get back to hill daily.

Only small issue was the noisy guests who were talking well passed midnight. Respect for quietness late a night could have been better. The positives well out ranked the negatives.

Lokacija je odlična (malo naporno jer se nalazi na strmom brdu, ali svatko tko ide u Lisabon, mora na to računati gdje god da odsjeda 😅) , doručak izvanredan, sve čisto, osoblje od velike pomoći.

The staff were so friendly and willing to help. The property was in a fantastic location - close to the metro and shops. The terrace was a great place to relax and admire the view. The breakfast was wonderful with beautiful breads and cakes made fresh.

Το δωματιο μου ηταν λιγο μικρο ,αλλα αυτο δυστυχως δεν μπορει να αλλαξει.Υπηρχαν μεγαλυτερα αλλα ηταν κατειλειμμενα.

We received a warm welcome on our arrival and were shown to our room which was tastefully furnished and was clean and comfortable. We also took breakfast in the hotel and the range and quality of dishes made from fresh organic ingredients was impressive. Thoughout our stay all staff were friendly and helpful. On the last night of pur stay our en-suite bathrooom unfortunately suffered damage from water running down from above making it unsafe to use. Whilst dealing with the issue the staff member on duty acted promptly to secure us an alternative room. As our hotel was fully booked she arranged for us to be quickly transferred to a nearby sister hotel where we settled in quickly. All credit to the staff member who managed the whole developing situation very professionally and with a degree of urgency.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel mit einer ruhigen Lage. Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Wir hatten bequeme Betten und Kissen und einen zuverlässigen Zimmerservice. Das Hotel hat ein leckeres Frühstück, welches man auch gut im Innenhof genießen kann. Von der Terrasse (welche keine Dachterrasse ist) hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf eine Seite von Lissabon. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas oberhalb, weshalb man jedes Mal einen Berg mit ca 50 m Anstieg hoch muss, uns hat das aber nicht gestört.

Bei der Anreise mussten wir leider 15 Min vor der Türe warten, da uns niemand aufgemacht hat. Abends um 20:30 Uhr war anscheinend nur eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort und die war irgendwo im Haus und hat leider die Glocke und das Telefon nicht gehört.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr lieb Wir haben einen Plan und viele Tipps für die Stadt bekommen. Das war sehr hilfreich 😊 Sonst war auch alles gut

Awful smell of sewage and drains in our bedroom that made it difficult to sleep. The hotel staff were helpful and moved us to a different room for the second night which was better. The rooms were small and tired, and the layouts were strange (eg toilet in a cupboard that opened right onto the bed area). No eggs at breakfast for 2 days. We were told it was because there was none at the farm, but shame they weren’t purchased from a shop to make up for this. We didn’t think it was good value for money.

Muy bien ubicado. Los puntos turísticos más relevantes de la ciudad quedaban cerca, a 10 o 15 minutos caminando. Los muchachos de la recepción siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a dar buenos consejos para conocer la Ciudad y alrededores. El desayuno muy bueno, varios opciones para escoger.

There was nothing not to like!

The hotel overall was very quaint, charming and a fairly close to city centre. The view from my balcony was also amazing! It definitely made for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Unfortunately there was a bit of an oopsie when I received my room key. As I opened the door, I locked eyes with a half-naked man who was in bed with with a woman. This mistake was quickly fixed and I received a new room, but it did make for an uncomfortable moment, as I clearly interrupted either a mid-day nap or a core vacation memory moment for the couple. But mistakes happen :)

C’est vrai qu’on est pas loin du centre mais c’est une sacrée montée avec des enfants c’est quasiment impossible à faire , le petit déjeuner aussi n’est pas très approprié pour les enfants

We loved the Quinta Colina and would definitely come back -amazing breakfast with changing offering, everything freshly made -very central location but still very quiet at night -amazing view from the terrace

-the regular rooms seem to be quite small, so I would recommend to book the superior room, which makes it a bit pricy (a bit too expensive in my opinion)

Best breakfast that I have ever had in a hotel

Nous avions le penthouse avec une vue absolument incroyable sur toute la ville et le Tage que peu d'établissement peut avoir en ville. La suite était grande avec l'espace et les équipements necessaires. Le personnel était très sympathique également.

La salle de bain, petite, mériterait un petit coup de fraicheur, le wifi ne capte presque pas sur la terrasse et le petit-déjeuner est assez leger.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage Nähe der Altstadt super und das Frühstück einfach fantastisch! Alles frisch zubereitet und vom eigenen Bauern. Die Konfitüre und Honig selbstgemachte. Sehr viel Auswahl und vor allem konnte man die Kaffeemaschine 24h bedienen und sich diverse Kaffeesorten aussuchen, sehr fein.

Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, auch für Veganer gibt es eine Auswahl an Gemüse, pflanzliche Milch und viel Obst. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer haben sehr gut gerochen und alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Von der Metro zum Hotel zu gelangen ist ein bisschen anstrengend, weil man bergauf laufen muss. Aber nach ein paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich daran und dafür ist die Aussicht umso schöner

I loved that this hotel was in a more residential neighborhood but you could get to the main tourist areas from here relatively quickly by foot. Also, there is a hidden gem of a park with a gorgeous view of the city that is super private. Better than the other crowded Mirador parks in the city. It is called Torel Park. Also, the room was large and I had a gorgeous view facing north of the city. The breakfast included was delicious and fresh and made every day from ingredients from the farm associated with the hotel. They leave leftovers every day in the breakfast area for guests to eat so nothing goes to waste. The staff were extremely helpful in securing taxis and making recommendations if needed. I stayed at the hotel as a single woman and it was safe.

The elevator is super slow. But it exists! I couldn’t get the tv to work but it was no big deal. I wasn’t in Lisbon to watch TV.

The hotel was quaint and we felt right at home. The staff made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, even as a general strike made the staff face some transportation challenges to get to work! Breakfast was great and we had a great selection of items. The staff even prepared a breakfast box for us as an early flight would have made us miss breakfast our last day.

The hotel is on a hill and it is a good 8-10 mins walk up to get to the hotel from the town centre. However, Uber is cheap in Lisbon so that is an option if you don't want to walk.

Для меня это не критично, но для моей жены было проблематично подниматься в гору и тем не менее отель расположен недалеко от главных достопримечательностей.

Vakker terasse med fin utsikt i rolig strøk, kun få hundre meter fra de mest populære turistgatene. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Variert, god frokost, variert med forankring i portugisisk mattradisjon. Vi valgte rom i mellomstørrelse, og hadde det fint med det, kjente ikke igjen beskrivelsen fra tidligere review om at rommene er veldig små, men det kan sikkert variere.

Det var ikke noe problem for oss, men sidegangene og dørene i hotellet er trange, ikke handikapvennlig
