It was perfect for what we needed as we were very busy and only went back to sleep. Pool area was perfect for the kids and the staff are amazing. Laundry service was amazing and cheap.

There’s a funny smell in the downstairs room but that’s normal in most Bali bathrooms. The property is a little outdated but for the price we didn’t mind as it was still comfortable for us. No taxis are allowed down the road but we still ordered Grab and they came but some refuse to drive down.

Good place to stay. Clean pool . Good facilities . Good stay overall .

The stairs going up were lil broken ! Electricity tripped a few times at night which was annoying! Bedroom on the ground floor has moisture smell .

The villa is spacious, welcoming, comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. My elderly parents and I were welcomed warmly by Liana for a late evening check-in and processed payment easily. Despite having a full functioning kitchen, the villa is a 30 second walk away from Sun Shoot Restaurant and Bar, with wonderful staff and a wonderful mix of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, easy for occasions where you do not want to cook! Liana and Warren even joined us for dinner for a family members' birthday, making the whole experience feel like a family connection with the locals!

Everything is perfect! Some people might find it further away from busy streets, but that means it is quiet, and there are wonderful cafe's, shopping centres, boutiques, money exchange and spa places nearby with a short 5 minute walk across the main roads!

The Place was our nice, neat and tidy home away from home. Pool was a nice relaxing place to dip in after a long day exploring. Great location, just tucked away. Couldn’t believe I only say 3 mosquitos the whole time. From the cleaning stuff to the host our needs and request were met especially when we were wanting to use the oven and Warren came over personally to bring us a new oven ignition lighter

We used the kitchen a few times through out our stay, and it was good just could have had more equipment like a strainer, cutting g boards, sharper knives a few more sized pot's. Had plenty of glasses though. Pool area could have had better lighting. Up stairs shower had great pressure but it had to be on boiling to get any pressure, turning it down would just give you a drizzle.

The villa was. great.The clean staff were exceptional, and went out of their way to solve any problems. The location was also good and was central to the places we were interested in.

No Breakfasts, but a great restaurant literally 40 meters away for great food. Villa location was nice and quiet with daily or as needed rooms and amenities cleaning & linen replacement. Would recommend :)

There was nothing wrong at all.

The villa had all the amenities that one can need for a longish stay. We stayed comfortably for 2 weeks. Gas hob, microwave, fridge, water dispenser, enough utensils for cooking. Pool was nice, cleaned twice a week , and deep! TV had Netflix and similar apps which was very convenient. Place is close ( walking distance) to a bar, few eating places and small convenience stores. The staff was efficient.

The neighbourhood was a little noisy.

Un día tuvimos problemas con el agua. Mientras me estaba bañando empezó a salir con tierra (o algo café) y luego no salió más hasta que la repararon.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Villa was cleaned daily except Sunday. Had all the facilities my family needed, kids had a blast. Good location too, not far walking distance to shops, restaurants and massages.

We did have a few rats running around but were able to catch them with traps. Not surprised with the wet season. Bed downstairs was a bit uncomfortable.

We loved the location & the privacy of the pool area when the pool did work. Can’t fault the staff as well.

Our electricity kept going out & the pool stopped working for a few days. Didn’t like that we had to walk to meet our Grab Cars but we did understand rules are rules and respected it.

The location was a little further out than we thought but wasn't an issue as a Grab was easy and cheap. Good restaurants and services nearby. Pool area was awesome, beds were comfortable. Lovely big bathrooms and large sitting areas

It was perfect for our family stay. We really appreciated that all the rooms had air conditioning, and the villa offered great value for the price. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and lounge area were ideal for family time the kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, plates, and basic appliances, while the lounge had an open layout with a dining table and direct access to the pool. The upstairs bedroom worked really well for families with younger children, and having each bedroom come with its own bathroom was an added bonus. Overall, the villa was spacious, well-equipped, and a great fit for our family holiday. Photo's don't do this place justice! - Laundry service available - Cleaner works Monday - Saturday cleaning the villa. - Location was great with lots of eateries nearby - Airport transfer was great/free (pick up only)

- The drainage of the bathroom downstairs was really slow. - Mosquitos as the lounge is open. Easy fix with mosquito coils and local mosquito spray

Beautiful villa. Well maintained , cleaner was lovely. all the essentials included , Sunshoot Villas all round was perfect for us. Definitely added to our pleasant experience for our first family trip to Bali. Private pool and Located just at the back of the accommodating Sunshoot Bar and grill is another perk . Good food and drinks and serve breakkie from 730am 🙌🏾

Wonderful hosts especially Lydia was very kind and attended to our all requests, Neat clean and Tidy property. Would love to come back and stay at this property.

mattresses are not great quality. furnishings dated but well maintained. abit noisy at times overnight with other villas nearby , couldn’t be helped. A few minor issues which host was prompt to fix.

Liked everything about the services provided by Warren and team. From the free pick up from the airport by Arya the most friendly and knowledgeable person I met while visiting to the amazing cleaning staff. Would reccomend this place to everyone looking to stay in Seminyak in the center yet away from all the hustle and noise.

Location was great and Cleanliness was excellent! Daily service by Lydia.. Staff were happy to assist at all times or if you wanted privacy and chill day no visitors Lydia respected.. Pool was clean and serviced 2 days week and a Godsend right from the living area. Grab services straight to your villa for food and transport. Big fridge!! Aircon a treat in your room. Definitely take Warrens advice and use his driver to pick you up from airport!! As tricky to find first time! I'll take his advice next time but i had already sorted this time. Walking distance to Mini Marts, food and pharmacy's and well everything you need. after you go for walk around. Cheap to GRAB bike anywhere even Canguu! I'II be back!! Prefect first trip for my 16yo daughter and always felt safe wandering around there.

Walls are thin if you have noisy neighbor's. Only a bother a couple of nights(We were there 14) But tell Lydia when she's there to clean and she will try and sort. Run the Downstairs ensuite Shower or basin before use.

Room Upstairs with en-suite is good. Cleaning staff is really kind and helpful. She has done a great job in keeping the house really clean and tidy. Air conditioning is working good.

The ground floor bedroom had a strong, unpleasant odour, and the bathroom was in a terrible state—mould everywhere and a constant foul smell, clearly indicating it hasn’t been maintained or cleaned properly. To make matters worse, basic utilities like the gas weren’t working. After a long international flight, all we wanted was to cook a quick meal or make coffee—but nothing worked. When we contacted the host, who was fully aware of our late-night arrival, their response was shockingly rude and dismissive, saying: “We are not your personal slaves.” No, you’re not—but as a host, you are responsible for ensuring that essential amenities are functional and the property is clean and welcoming. The complete lack of preparation and respect shown made this stay deeply frustrating. Would not recommend until the property is thoroughly cleaned, properly maintained, and the host’s attitude improves.

Everything, the property is amaculate and although could do with a little tlc it was so perfect in every other way. The pool was lovely, the staff (Warren, Lydia and Arya) are absolutely wonderful and accomodate every one of our needs. We loved it for the money we paid!

Great communication from the get-go. Warren arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport. We ended up using his driver (Ayra) to book our activities and also sightseeing. Lydia, the cleaner, was amazing. 9/10 definitely recommend and will be coming back. The pool got cleaned while we were there, too. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Downstairs shower head. Look, it did the job, but it definitely needs a clean or to be replaced. Also, the drainage in the shower downstairs doesn't drain well. It definitely needs a little more TLC. But, we were hardly in the villa. Besides, to shower and sleep

Had an exceptional stay at Villa Jepun. Warran and Liniah are amazing hosts who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We enjoyed our Villa and it’s beautiful pool. Good living space and kitchen facilities. They are well connected in the area and can recommend tours/activities. Highly recommend staying with these hosts.

There was an uninvited rat! Which I did see & was evident where next morning ate our unopened chips & noodles. So hope you will put traps in place to catch it.

In a quiet location

Being quiet, it means it’s a bit far from the Seminyak busy area, so not a lot of options close by for bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The owner did not reply (at all) to some of our requests, regarding scheduling mismatch.

Title: Amazing First Trip to Bali! We recently enjoyed our first family trip to Bali, and it was absolutely fantastic! Our accommodation was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The place was kept spotless with daily cleaning services, except on Sundays. One of the highlights was the Sunshine Restaurant and Bar, which was just a stone’s throw away. We also found several other great restaurants nearby that we frequented often. The hosts were wonderful and provided us with free airport transfers. Arya, our awesome driver, took us on a few excursions during our stay at a very reasonable rate. His English was excellent, and he was full of fun facts and ideas. He truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable.

A cupboard door in the bathroom needed a new hinge, and the ceiling in the shower area needed some maintenance, however this did not hinder our amazing experience!

Kitchen facilities including big fridge, microwave, oven, pots pans and cutlery. Hot and cold water supplied, lovely cleaner who came daily to clean. TV in main lounge and bedroom. Easy to contact hosts who react immediately to help. Very deep pool.

The building itself is a bit old and the couch was uncomfortable.

Super convenient location in walking distance to lots of restaurants and to the beginning of Seminyak (North Semyniak). Easy access to Sunset Road and close to Kerobokan to go to Canguu or Umalas. Quite area all around. Very spacious living area leading to a big pool area with a generous size pool (bigger than average). Also the pool water was super clean and not overly filled with chlorine. The staff was always ready to respond to queries and help at any time of the day. Cleaners were excellent.

Only some minor paint peeling in one of the bedroom, which it's quite common in tropical climate.

The noise due to the construction next to the Villa

The host are amazing, very helpful 😀 We had cleaners in daily, the pool is refreshing, and being away from the hustle and bustle was peaceful, but yet still close enough to enjoy all surrounding areas.

The property was close to all the amenities, we could easily hire a scooter and go around also a mini mart, laundry, bike/car rental, cafes and restaurants are in walking distance

The building looked bit old but that’s not gonna impact your stay

I really enjoyed our stay at the Jepun villa.. From the moment we landed we were greeted by their driver Arya and when we got to the villa both the owners Warren & Lianah were also their to welcome us!! The villa is super spacious and travelling with 3 children, this was just what we needed. The swimming pool also had the gates installed to ensure my little ones were safe.

Warren and Lilyana were so friendly and accomodating. The staff were amazing always catered to our every need.

Very nice place. It is as shown in the photographs. What is not shown though is that Warren and Lianah are so helpful and responsive hosts. Nicely located with a 8-10 minutes walk to the heart of Seminyak. May seem like a trek in the heat but we appreciated the calm and quiet and yet be so close to the restuarants, cafes and all the crowds that come with it. And cabs are cheap and readily available. Value for money in my view. Good, clean facilities. Well thought out details provided without asking, smiling staff and great hosts. Loved our stay here

The pool was great. The Villa was private and it was clean. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Sometimes too well.

We had issues with transport. Some Grab and Bluebird taxis would not come to the villa for pick ups which made things difficult at times due to my mum’s mobility. There was a lot of traffic noise considering the Villa was on a small gang that was a dead end. The smell from the sewer in the down stairs bedroom was often not good and the shower heads need replacing especially upstairs. We stayed in Villa Jepun.
