Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Zentrum und vom Bahnhof und jedoch ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal ist super nett. Der Garten ist sehr schon mit schönen alten Bäumen. Am Eingang ist eine Myrthe in einer beeindruckenden Grösse.
Leider merkt man an jeder Ecke im Zimmer und im Bad die Spuren der Zeit. Für unser Zimmer war das Bad nebenan. Man muss aufpassen, wenn man nachts mal auf WC muss, dass keiner im Flur ist. Das Internet über das WLAN der Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr schwach. Es läuft also hier nichts.

Jak ktoś śpi na dole, to bardzo ale to bardzo głośno słychać wszystkich co śpią na piętrze. Zatyczki do uszu nie pomagają. Słychać każdy krok osób z góry (podłoga mocno skrzypi) wiem, że to stary obiekt ale no, może można coś z tym zrobić. Komary, przydałoby się założyć moskitierę, bo komary były koszmarne, nie dało się zapalić światła

She made us delicious breakfasts every morning, and the view from the window was simply marvelous. We had a truly pleasant and unforgettable time in Lecco. Highly recommended!

Il pavimento, parque, andrebbe sistemato: è molto rumoroso. Alcuni arredi andrebbero un pò rivisti. L'aria condizionata andrebbe installata o comunque qualche altra soluzione per la regolazione del clima. La colazione, mi.aspettavo qualcosa di più casereccio e non prettamente preconfezionato/industriale.

The highlight of the accommodation was beautiful views of the mountains and well-kept grounds and the stunningly large bathtub. Thanks to the hospitable host, Vivianna!
The only inconvenience for us was that the location Vivianna sent us on Google Maps/Waze led to her rear entrance on Via Rimembranza, not the gate at the entrance to the villa. I recommend giving the location directly at the gate.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The setting and backdrop of the house was stunning, and the room was spacious. It was a walkable distance from both Lecco train station and Lecco town.
We stayed in Villa del Cigno in the middle of June and it was around 30 degrees. The room was unbearably hot, with two meagre fans the only method for any sort of solace. I could not in good faith recommend a peer to stay here at the same time of year knowing the discomfort we felt at night. This was our only issue with the stay, but it was an all-consuming one.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026A beautiful, huge villa and a very interesting experience. The hosts are very kind, and the self check-in and check-out were convenient. There is also a minibar, and enough space to park the car, although the entrance is very narrow.
If your room is on the ground floor, be prepared. You will hear every step and every movement of the person upstairs. The soundproofing is simply unbelievable. The hosts provided earplugs for every guest. This is probably to be expected in such an old house, but still, be prepared.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Blick ins Grüne. Diese schöne alte Villa befindet sich auf einem sehr grünen und gepflegten Grundstück, Parkplätze vorhanden. Morgens erwartet Sie ein vielfältiges Frühstücksangebot (10 € extra pro Person und Nacht). Zur Ortsmitte und zum See läuft man (bergab) ca. 20 Minuten, zurück dauert es etwas länger, da es bergauf geht.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Ausstattung z.T. etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dielen/Parkett knarren ziemlich laut.Das Bad befand sich außerhalb des Zimmers, aber direkt daneben. Auf das Grundstück und damit zu den Parkplätzen gelangt man mit einem grossen Auto nur ziemlich abenteuerlich. Die vor dem Tor befindliche Straße und auch die Toreinfahrt selbst sind recht schmal, so dass sich das Einlenken mitunter schwierig gestaltet. Rückwärts einzufahren geht noch am ehesten.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Klimatyczne miejsce, fajny ogród. Duże, przestronne pokoje. Bardzo czysto, właścicielka praktycznie codziennie sprząta. Miła obsługa. Warto dokupić śniadania. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do promenady, w kilka minut można disco piechotą.
Niestety mieliśmy wspólną łazienkę ale nie było tak źle…

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026STUNNING villa with exceptional gardens. Staff super helpful, kind and friendly. We checked in at almost 3 am (due to missed flight) and the communication, as well as help with car rental,was truly a lifesaver. Can't wait to be back. Thank you!

Ravintola löytyy samalta kadulta, ja oikotietä pitkin juna-asemallekin kävelee vartissa. Huonojalkaisille tai liikuntarajoitteisille linnan portaat voivat olla liian haasteellisia. Omistaja on supermukava, kiitos vielä sateenvarjon lainasta!

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Piękne wnętrza z historią, wygodny pokój, wspaniały duży ogród wokół willi. Przemiła obsługa w obiekcie i słodki piesek! Wspaniałe doświadczenie, na pewno jeszcze kiedyś wrócimy. Miejsce z duszą.
Wieczorami było dosyć chłodno w pokoju, ze względu na to, że budynek ma swoje lata.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Viviana è stata di una gentilezza unica!!! Ci ha aiutato in tutto ciò che ci serviva ed è super simpatica. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella camera per 3 persone all’ultimo piano con bagno condiviso, una camera SPAZIOSISSIMA e arieggiata. Dalle foto pubblicate non rende, dal vivo è molto più grande! Dormire in una villa del 1800 non capita tutti i giorni ed è un’esperienza da fare, davvero consigliata. Utilissimo il parcheggio interno. La villa è vicina al centro di Lecco ed al lungolago ( circa 10/15 min a piedi). La pulizia ottima. Se ricapitiamo per Lecco torneremo sicuramente!
Il bagno è condiviso e cieco, ma comunque può andar bene perché è condiviso solo da 2 camere (max 5 persone). Non c’è l’ascensore e i due piani a piedi con le valigie pesano un po’, c’è da dire che in una villa storica non si può certo pretendere di avere anche l’ascensore.
