Lo único bueno es la ubicación que está al lado de la terminal 3 del aeropuerto y puedes ir andando. Las otras terminales 10-15 min en grab. La piscina

Las dos sabanas para el sofá cama, una estaba rota y otra con manchas . El aire acondicionado no se podía regular y hacía muchísimo ruido. A pesar que lo anuncian para 4 personas en el sofá cama es imposible dormir dos . Hace 1,05 metros

first, when we checked in, the check in time was suppostedly 11 am but we see our host /unit it was already 4 pm, the room and cluster they told us in email was different , instead of 9R cluster D they moved us to bldg 81 because of double checked in, the name who was booked there is not under my name..when we went to the room that they moved us it smelled someone smoke cigarette inside the unit.. this is my first experience booking like this in booking.com, the cost of the room is different from them to booking. com .. worst host ever...my niece and nephew stayed there , the host gave them extra blanket around 10pm..

I liked how kind the owner was and the vibe of the room was amazing.

It’s not that I didn’t liked it but the sofa bed could have been better but aside from that everything was perfect

Es war alles in allem ok für eine Nacht. Sauber und es wurde von den gut freundlichem Personal auch neues Wasser gebracht.

Das Schlafsofa war grauenhaft. Habe Frau und Kinder im comfortable n Bett schlafen lassen. Ich hab kein Auge zumachen können.

予約時に現地払いしか選択できず、現地でカード払いしようと思っていたら現金のみと言われたとこ。現金を持ってたからよかったけど、なかったらどうなってただろう。。。

The sink was clogged. Despite prior arrangements, the problem wasn't resolved. The shower is very small, and the door opens inward. Getting into the shower is very difficult. Multiple requests for a later checkout were not answered. The response finally came two hours after checkout. The hotplates weren't cleaned, and there was still laundry in the washing machine.

Only Ronilo helped us out not to stay in the street for the night. The same apartment was booked to another family, too, but the owner didn't bother about us. The apartment we have changed to was smaller and only for 2, and we were 3 persons.

The apartment was booked twice, and the owner didn't check this. We had to find the other place.

Just the shower door. It is very tight to get in the shower.

The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location was perfect, being close to shops and the airport, which made everything so convenient. I had a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

Apartment had a LOT of cockroaches. Generally seemed clean, but need to deal with the bug issue.

Even when i had an confirmation and already paid for the romm. They could not find it and i had to leave the place at 1.30am at night in search of another hotel . Terrible communication and reception has no facilities or systems to check. It is only an entrance to a studio. Apparently they have enough bookings so do not care to be customer friendly.

Everything was dirty from the curtains, sheets, couch to the towels. It was infested with cockroaches. The shower pressure was a trickle and we could not wash ourselves properly. The washing machine didn't work. We arrived at the agreed location to be told by security that we weren't staying in that building or apartment. Was told to go to another building and was met by a random guy who was not the host and we were told give him money.

Unprofessional and unprepared. Messaged two days before arrival and never heard back from property. Arrived on time and front desk had no idea about reservation or the location of the property. Phone number is a voicemail only in a language few would understand. A person showed up at the front desk after we requested a cancel and refund from Expedia. The person who showed up seemed unconcerned about the situation and resistant to finding a solution. We booked another unit and it was amazing. I would never book here again. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate rental. This property should be removed from Expedia.

Location-wise, close to Terminal 3. Clean and tidy. Kuya guard and ate receptionist were both lovely.

Wifi stopped working after some complaints raised with the host and owner. Nasty. Coincidence or not, made our stay inconvenient. 7pm to 11am stay was supposed to be a short stop to relax after a long stressful flight but had to buy ourselves additional toiletries minutes away from the unit and of course, the hassle of not having internet connections overnight.

We needed to stay close to the airport, and this One Palm Tree apartment was perfect. The owner and Mr. Mark were excellent communicators. Mr. Mark waited for us to take us to the apartment after a late evening arrival from the USA. I enjoyed the balcony, the washer, and the shower was great. It met all of our needs and was a great 2-day stay.

Everything in the room is functional. I love that the owner provided basic necessities in a home. She even gave us complimentary drinking water and dishwashing liquid. Thank you, I will definitely book again soon for a longer vacay.🥰

Had everything that’s needed Apartment was clean and well maintained

The location is perfect for me being 15min. walk to Terminal 3. The swimming pool was a bonus as it was hot. The stavff were great and Mark was there on time to assist me with the luggages.

Everything was fine and relaxing for me. I would check in again next time i'm visiting Manila.

Love this place. Ensure u print off reservation. Me being from america, i had issues pulling stuff on my mobile when i was there.

Location was awesome. Host Mark was very helpful. Condo security and support staff are reliable. We would gladly stay there again if the place replace problematic items.

Unit facilities needs repair badly. The bed conked out during our stay we thought there was an earthquake. Shower can only fit small kids. Android TV not working. Cable remote not working. Bathroom door handle barely working. Balcony door lock busted.

The payment is only cash. The collector did not have a change so he has got a rounding up as a tip. He showed up after a day, 11 pm, late, even if it was his own terms. After all he complained that we used the towels and chatted, quote “this is not your country, sir”, so, I presume, he was somebody important here. Hidden threat and bullying was what was left, bad taste.

This property should inform very clearly that they only accept cash payment. I was shocked when the man who I was talking on the phone came to me and informed me that I needed to pay in cash. I asked if I can get a receipt in case my credit card connected to my Booking.com app gets charged, he told me then that he cannot give me any receipt. So, it was just like giving 4000php to a stranger without any receipt! Knowing that there are many scammers in Manila, I had to call booking.com customer service to double check this. Calling customer service and speaking to a customer representative took me an hour! So much stress and hassle! Another things is that the heated water in the shower is not functioning, the extra bed has no available linen. Will definitely not stay here again. Lots of other apartments available in the area for the same price.
