Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Area

The location was perfect for what we needed. It was close to both Sierra Nevada Brewery and downtown.

The booking didn’t go through on their end so it was a bit of a cluster when we arrived. They managed to exceed our expectations with the room we were assigned. The bed and pillows were not great. The bed was very hard and the pillows too soft.

Breakfast was good, especially the potatoes. Just a little cold.

Outdoor patio is right by parking lot.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was super comfortable. I loved the complimentary coffee (delicious).

I did not like that my transportation got mixed up with the Village version of Hampton Inn & Suites.

Realized on check our room window had 3 curtains- I did not discover this until checkout. So I woke with the sun for several days.

Easy access to major roads. Rooms were comfortable - plenty of room. Two comfortable chairs. Comfortable bed with pillows that were not hard as rocks. Some hotels like pile up the pillows so bed looks attractive but then the pillows are so hard you can’t comfortably lay your head on one.

Room was very clean, no odors that bothered sinuses like some places before. Very please with courteous attentive staff. Great accommodations for us, would recommend.

Only thing I would change in room is ability to adjust vent on ac/heat unit. The air blows in one direction & it's directly in the face while you're lying down to sleep. It would be nice if could turn air to blow upward out of person's face as unit is right beside bed in a queen room.

It was a very nice hotel. The food was good, I did like that there was a wine bar.

The breakfast was decent.

The beds were incredibly hard, causing severe back pain in the morning. The blackout curtains didn’t close properly, stopping at the air conditioning unit, which allowed the outside lights to shine through the window all night. Additionally, all the doors to the rooms slammed shut, resulting in constant slamming sounds throughout the night.

The intersection was right outside of our room and had to run a noise machine to drown out road noise. Also was disappointed at bar, not bartender fault. Cooler wasn't working and very limited bar. Also breakfast was ok, not everyone wants plant based sausage.

What a JOYful experience mostly due to the exceptional customer service provided by Jazmine, Erika, and Mayon (sp?) From the moment of arrival with their delightful greeting until our departure, these three extended superior hospitality!! Can’t wait to visit again!!

It was fine and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent!

The decor could use a refresh. I thought I was booking the other Hampton Inn -Biltmore Village. I think the names Biltmore Village and Biltmore Area are deceptively similar so it was a bit of a bait and switch.

The bar staff was less then friendly and their food selections were limited and then they were out of lots of options.

Excellent property and room. Clean and tidy for property and room. Check in was great. The room was clean and very comfortable. Amenities were great. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Staff are professional and courteous. This was a great experience for my family and me. We will always stay at the Hampton Inn if all properties follow the Asheville property.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting the Biltmore! Quite close to the Biltmore, also. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a room on the backside of the hotel which was quiet and restful. I do not appreciate the Western Omelettes because they have ham. That would be the only negative. The next day we were served the Egg & Cheese Omelettes which made me happy! I would definitely stay there again as it was a very nice stay. Across the road from the Tanger Outlets. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I almost only gave it a 4 , but after staying 2 nights and today’s breakfast I gave it a 5. We were surprised with an upgraded suite which was much appreciated. Very comfortable quiet room in the back. Today’s breakfast was a cheese omelette and nice and hot. Yesterday’s was a Denver omelette which was cold. Sausage served both days. With some people not able to eat ham for medical reasons I wonder why Denver omelettes are served and still serve sausage. If sausage is going to be served as a side anyway, why not always serve cheese omelettes or vegetable omelettes and satisfy more people.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We were originally supposed to get double queen beds, but they had overbooked and so they upgraded us to a king suite with a view for no additional charge.

We had a clean room, nice amenities, and fresh breakfast for our two day trip to Asheville, NC. The hotel was situated in a nice location and easy to navigate to Biltmore Estate and downtown. We had great service from Darrell. Would recommend staying at this location in the future…

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Situated in a nice area.

The luggage cart broke while using it. We think it is because another closer ramp needs to be available next to the doors. Also the doors are a bit on the narrow side. This may cause people to bang the cart along the doorframe while trying to push it through the doors.

One of the cleanest Hamptons we have stayed at and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Darrell was nice to talk to and asked to get us coffee or anything else!! Nice mall across the street. Very convenient if your traveling I40 and I 26.

It was clean, well maintained, and the location was perfectly central to what we wanted to see in the city.

We asked to use a meeting room and were told it was not possible (we had to book ahead of time) even though they were not reserved or being used by anyone else. Not a huge deal, but disappointing.

This Hampton Inn is a wonderful hotel to spend several days in the Asheville area. It's modern and exceptionally clean. The room was very comfortable with nice amenities. The bathroom was spotless with a great walkin shower. The lobby had a bar area with light food choices and nightly discounts on wine or beer. The staff was excellent. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance.

Great location a few minutes from the entrance to the Biltmore House via Freeways. The hotel appeared new. It was sold out for a Tuesday. The Morning breakfast was one of the best Hampton Inn breakfasts I have had anywhere. Keep up the good work We would recommend

Excellent Hampton. Rooms are clean and have better lighting than most Hamptons. Bathroom excellent - clean and bright.

Location was close to the soccer fields and right add the interstate. Breakfast was tasty as well
