Absolutely the worst place. DO NOT pay in advance under any circumstances! They refuse to refund your money, even when they promise they will if you check out early. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy. This hotel feels like a total scam. Stay away!

Nice bright cozy room. Nice coffee station with microwave and fridge. The lighting and the switches along with plug-in for electronics were very accessible. King size bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom room was roomy with a great shower.

I'm moving from Alaska to NY state, so I had only planned to stay one night. I arrived late at night and parked in the lot across the street. (I was unaware that there was underground parking for the hotel.) Because I'm moving, I had quite a lot of stuff in my car. The manager, Jamie, helped me to my car with the bags that I had brought in, and we discovered that a window on my car had been broken and one large suitcase had been stolen. Jamie took a lot of his time to help me make arrangements to get the window replaced, even driving my car up the street to the glass shop when I felt too rattled to drive. They, of course, did not have a replacement window for my car, so Jamie made sure that I could keep my room at the hotel for another night (and possibly two) while they ordered one. It turned out that they would have needed a week to get a replacement window, so they put me in touch with a glass shop in Calgary (where I still am, staying with friends, and waiting for a window to arrive - hopefully - today). I cannot say too much about how friendly, helpful, and sympathetic Jamie and his staff (and RCMP, who did recover my bag with only a few things missing) were - desk staff, restaurant wait staff, everyone. Jamie runs a great crew, and they clearly are proud of their work and enjoy working for him. The accommodations were stellar, but what really shines at the Courtyard Marriott are the people.

At the last minute we changed the room size from the king with sofa bed to the double queen room. I wasnt sure if they would be able to make the change because I had secured the room last minute while traveling and it was at a really great price. The man at the front desk accomidated the change without hassle and was even able to honour the price I had originally booked at, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and clean. I love that the taste here are Smart Tvs so we could watch netflix

New bathroom, shower only. Heater for room worked very well. 2 Medium size drawers. Had 1 comfy chair with table that slid over arm very convenient for watching TV. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. About 15 minute walk from train station.

Did have the one comfy chair for watching TV with table that slid over arm but in theory room for two (king size bed) so what about other person. I think there was a desk chair but room may have been tight for 2 people. No safety deposit box.

Parking was okay

The "sleeping sofa" was uncomfortable. The shower head was something to desired. I recommend you put hand held shower heads.

The hot tub was down the entire stay There were kids knocking at our door waking us up throughout our stay . Phone calls late at night waking us up . There were items on the menu that were unavailable I was expecting some type of discount as we had multiple groups staying in the hotel and after our experience we will not be coming back again

Rooms had very comfortable seating, very thoughtful as many hotels provide no decent seating for the occupants. They appear to have water softener s, as shower was delightfully refreshing.

Kitchen wasn’t open, and we were only told when we showed up for breakfast. Our inquiry about breakfast the evening check-in , told us dining opened at 7. The desk should have known. Not a deal breaker as there were 3 good breakfast places within a block.

The atmosphere and overall design is great.

The mattress felt cheap and so did the pillows. I'm used to a pretty fancy bed at home though.

The pool was clean and empty, lovely to have all to ourselves. The rooms were comfortable and inviting. Close walk to restaurants and lounges.

It was super easy and fair to book online thru the app, which i was happy about but it was when I arrived to the hotel that was the best experience because everything was super easy to check in. Pearl the concierge was very helpful in checking in and explained everything to accommodate my stay. She made feel extremely welcome and was very helpful. I couldn't be happier. The stay was the most relaxing stay I've had in Prince George in a long time. Keep up the awesome work and a great positive observation on Pearls customer service.

Clean facilities and very good and friendly staff. The price was very reasonable and I would reccomend staying there. Be careful outside as there are lots of transient people but there is underground parking so peace of mind. Talked to an RCMP officer outside and just warned us about the weekend be aware and careful if outside in that downtown area. Overall a great comfortable stay.

The meals at the bistro were very tasty and the servings were ample. The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

I had requested a handicap accessible room when I booked online, however it seems there was a delay in that message going through. It was acknowledged after we had checked out. We were in 329. It would have been easier for my Mom had we been located closer to the elevator.

There was no room in the basement parking. I had to park across the street. Broken glass on the ground and garbage. I asked the front desk if my car will be ok they said they dont have cameras facing that direction. Otherwise its a nice hotel.

Had an excellent esperience at this hotel. It was clean and quiet. It has many boardrooms to host events as well which I didn't experience. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The location can be known to have rough persons around, however, its few and far between for an incident to occur. Still should be vigilent though at night.

The front staff did not inform me of the parking charge and at check out said the price was $5.00 and that was fine but they charged my credit card 20 for incidentals (pre-auth) and then $10 for parking No consistency and an argument from front staff that they only charged me $5. I provided proof. She said she would notify manager via email And then said she would text them when I asked to be CC’ed. Other than that I enjoyed the room and amenities.

Very good check-in experience. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Bathroom is large and well-appointed. I had a very pleasant one-night stay!
