El área de alberca está abierta y puede ingresar cualquier persona, no está restringido, sólo para huéspedes. El staff no dio opciones ni fue más allá, como mencionar, que es lo que hay en la zona para cenar, desayunar, etc. Hicieron mucho hincapié en las cosas personales, se guardaran en la caja fuerte. No me quedé la estancia completa, preferí irme a la otra propiedad en Bucerías la misma marca. El Ysuri de Bucerías, 100% recomendable

The property is well located in Bucerius to be walkable and short uber trips to the north side. However, the rooms and general condition in the photos advertising the property aren't reflected in the general condition of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and able to provide information about the area and you can trust their recommendations. Overall, one might get nicer stays on the other side of the highway but this location is is near the beach and town centre

This place is overrated. Direct access to the beach is ok but so is the whole town[which we fell in love with]. Our room was next to noisy construction and the receptionist refused to locate us somewhere else even as the property was virtually empty. No freebies here. Had to agree on rules and regulations as long as the Declaration of Independence including “no mopping floors with towels”. I’ve been globe trotting my entire life, but this one was a new one. lol Anyway, no warmth or atmosphere. Not worth the money and staff is far from being welcoming, let alone, friendly.

The facilities need a lot of maintenance. The bathroom in the room was full of moisture, and the room was too simple for the price. There was debris near the pool. This hotel has a lot of potential, but its current price, given the condition of the facilities, doesn't make much sense.

Nice grounds , quaint little sparse hotel. Clean , nice staff. No services, no TV. Staff leaves the property in the early evening. Good location, close to the beach, almost right on the beach. Close to restaurants, and shopping. No food or drink at the hotel. Plenty of options just outside of hotel.

This is hands down the best place to stay in SP!! Unless you need a kitchenette, this is the most gorgeous, luxurious beautiful beach front with a pool property. I can’t say enough about this! With only 7 rooms, it is quiet and peaceful. With huge garden area with palm trees and pool and beach front, this is paradise.

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Ysuri San Pancho for spring break. The hotel is in a great location - in town and on the beach. The hotel is very small and doesn’t have a ton of amenities but you can’t beach the location. Also, Hotel Ysuri staff are so helpful and friendly.

Spacious, somewhat plain rooms, but that doesn’t matter because it’s the most incredible setting of any non-resort hotel in the region, literal steps from the beach, sunset views, and a variety of restaurants. Kind and helpful staff. Will return again.

Threadbare towels, horrible smell in the bathroom from the drain. No window in bathroom. No screen on glass door. Staff gave a very indifferent feeling to us.

Nice hotel very conveniently located to beach, restaurants and shops. No TV in room which was fine with us as we were out exploring the town. Staff was friendly. AC worked great. Bed was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. Slightly pricey….

A very clean well run clean property right in the heart of San pancho. Beach front access, lounge chairs and a really nice pool. Staff excellent. It’s showing its age and needs some attention to chairs, loungers, umbrellas which all are tattered and need replacement but other than that clean and good value. Right in the heart of town. Parking has easy access to hotel.

Nice room. Pretty comfortable bed. Very clean. The grounds were absolutely lovely! Huge grass yard right up to the beach. There are more lounge chairs by the pretty pool than guests, so you never had to go down and claim one before they were all taken. There is a lagoon nearby, so if you are a bird watcher then this ia an excellent spot! The bar/restaurant next door at the beach was spectacular!! The food was excellent. Incredible ceviche! So fresh. Nice friendly service. I rented a car, so there is a free and secure parking lot right on property. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning a stay in San Pancho.

Check in experience was a little cold. Seemed like he was irritable. I could tell he was a bit annoyed when trying to explain how to set a code and use the room safe. Maybe he was just having a bad day? Otherwise, the rest of the staff were friendly.

Best location in San Pancho, right on the beach. Very private and secluded, but still in the center of the town. Bar on site is convenient and staff very helpful. We will book again.

The rooms are a bit sparse and the pool is often not too clean, but everything else more than makes up for that.

The property is lovely and the location is fantastic - right on the beach and at the end of the main area in the village of San Pancho. There is parking and the staff are very friendly and helpful beginning when I booked my stay. Great communication and answered all my questions promptly.

I was not aware that there are no televisions in the rooms (which was not a problem for us) but if you are booking a longer stay it may factor into your decision. There was not a chair or anywhere to sit in the room. If we wanted to sit and have a coffee we would go outside. The room is super basic but it does have a fridge, a small closet and safe and little shelves on either side of the bed for a lamp and charging your devices.

San Pancho is a town that for the most part only accepts pesos. Every day was a little stressful as to whether we would have enough money to eat, drink, etc. I would recommend that the hotel let guests know this is the case and bring pesos with them. Sometimes the ATMs around town worked and sometimes they didn’t but they all had caps on the amount of money that we could take out. 3000 pesos max. If you’re adding excursions onto your stay like we did, that eats into your total amount of money.

El hotel es excelente para un viaje de descanso, sin embargo es necesario salir para buscar donde desayunar, comer y cenar. cuenta con frigobar en el cuarto para bebidas. El sitio esta pensando para desconectarte, el cuarto es excelente para descansar, la playa esta a unos pocos metros y de igual forma la zona de restaurantes.

Best feature was that the beds were great and sleeping was quiet, clean and cool! The property was nicely located in comparison to other properties. There were multiple power outages, the last one being our last night on a Saturday and in to Sunday and it made for a very problematic last 24 hours. We slept with no AC and were unable to shower off the day at ocean and unable to shower in the morning before leaving. Apparently it was a block wide outage and because it happened on the weekend, I figured we weren't going to get the problem resolved until at least mid-day Monday (long after we were scheduled to leave) The pool is beautifully located but not well cleaned and not particularly refreshing. There is an illusion of security but people can come and go from the ocean side/poolside of the property pretty much at all times as security personnel didn't seem very regular or much of a deterrence. The town, however, feels safe overall. I'd recommend staying but keep an open mind.

There was no continental breakfast or coffee but many restaurants to choose from within a short walk of the hotel. The beach was a few minutes walk from the hotel. Great location not only to the beach, but to shops and restaurants.

We are senior citizens, and what bothered us, and our friends that stayed there also commented on a step up to the bathroom. At night you cannot see the step because the painted strip is very very faded. I think this should be corrected. I don’t consider this a wheelchair accessible hotel. I also think they should provide a hairdryer.

This place checked all our boxes. You don't go to San Pancho to hang out in your hotel room. However, it is so nice to be able to come back to a clean, secure and climate controlled room! For us it was perfect. No TV's, no clocks. We had a street facing room on the second floor and people watching the nightlife was plenty entertaining for us. Hotel Ysuri in San Pancho was the only hotel of it's kind that I could tell. You walk from your room, thru well manicured grounds to a pool that was always the perfect temp, and just past that is the beach! Property literally is ON THE BEACH. So great. We will definitely be coming back again. Penelope was always a big help.

The location was excellent.

Very rarely any staff at the desk, no phone in the room to call when needing anything. No TV in the room. The bathroom was without privacy, the building next door could look right into the bathroom.

Highly recommend! Hotel is in the best location - right on the beach, close to all the restaurants, yet still quiet and you feel like you’re in your own paradise. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. We’d definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a relaxing, tranquil, and peaceful place, this is for you! Also, walking distance to everything, restaurants, shops, coffee, massage, yoga and more! The beach restaurant is a plus, delicious food, drinks and good vibes:) Highly recommend Ysuri!!

Great location--just steps from the beach. It's a small town, so the entrance right near the main tourist stretch is nice but anything would be close to shopping and dining areas. Cute rooms, a little sparse. We had a great time here, and the staff were all very kind and helpful.

Beautiful and lush with staff devoted to tending the grounds.

My room felt like a fishbowl due to its location right off reception on the main path. There were blinds but it would have been nice not to have to use them.

The beach is stunning if you like a heavy surf. It’s a powerful break so swimming is a challenge but fun. It’s clean and uncrowded so it’s a great place to just enjoy the ocean. This hotel offers direct access to the sand which impacted our choice to stay there.

The beach chairs provided by the resort are in a roped off area and quite a distance from the water. We enjoyed walking down the beach and just resting in the sand but if you want a beach lounger with umbrella close to the water, yoh may end up renting from a local vendor.

The location is fantastic! Right on the beach. A private section with lounge chairs and tables. The pool is lovely and refreshing! The lobby area is really cool and very clean. We’d sit there to chat or read.

We booked it thinking we had access to a bar and restaurant, which was featured on the website, only to be informed upon arrival that they were closed for the low season. This should be clarified on the site.

Stayed here earlier this month and some things about this place are great - the room is big and the bed was really comfortable, setting and location great. The not so good - the pool upkeep could have been a lot better including pool cleaning and the lounge chairs which are old and uncomfortable. The room, whilst big was also bare and with 2 people staying, it would have been nice to have had more furniture than 1 chair and a side table. The towels were also not the quality I was expecting. Overall, for the price paid (this was one of the more expensive places on our trip) I don't think it's good value for money unless you want to be close to the beach.

Loved the quietness, cleanliness, quick access to beach, pool, friendliness of staff and proximity to food and markets A couple things that I wished were a bit bigger was the bathroom in our room (couldn't fully open the door) and our outdoor sitting area/deck (wasn't able to put 2 chairs near each other for conversations).

Perfect location in the center of town with a beautiful balcony, that was great for listening to the street music at night and watching all the action in town. Parking was plentiful and secure. Staff was very helpful, and the rooms were very clean.

Property in in an excellent location. Beach, waterfront bar and restaurant, pool, outside areas to meet with friends. Some of the furnishings are a little worn, but overall it was a great stay.

Hotel Ysuri location is stunning! The view from our room was amazing. The staff were very helpful. House cleaning was always done by the time we returned from breakfast. Just down the sidewalk that passes by the pool, you'll find several restaurants on the beach. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. You'll feel like you're living a Jimmy Buffet song! The hotel front gate opens onto the one way street of downtown San Pancho. There are many shops to visit, numerous restaurants to select, and very friendly people. Secured parking was provided by the hotel.

Nothing. We were there for a wedding, and it fit our needs perfectly. Since we had a rental car, we also visited some nearby cities including Sayulita, a major tourist destination crowded & expensive. San Pancho was by far the best. We cannot wait to go back again!

This place is a gem. We weren’t sure what to expect for our first visit to San Pancho. We can’t wait to come back. The entire staff was professional and kind. Very accommodating. The room was simple yet had everything you need. The bed and pillows were literally the most comfortable we have ever slept on. I literally emailed the hotel today and asked for information. The pool with the palm trees never got old to see. We relaxed there every day. Love having the beach right there. Walking over and seeing the sunset every night was great. The AC works GREAT. Lots of great restaurants right there. We can’t wait to come back. We also used their transportation and he was wonderful.

loved the location and the grounds and pool was very manicured and clean. steps from the beach yet right in town. easy walking distance to everything. The cleaners were very quick and thorough.

Room was very sparse and empty feeling. Not enough amenities: no coffee maker, no cups of any type or dinnerware. just a fridge standing alone with no countertop or table/chairs. no hairdryer, no ice or ice bucket.

The room was clean and the pool too! It's a place for people who wants to read under an umbrella

You have to pay for everything at the restaurant in town. No coffee offered or beer at the hotel. No ambiance at all. The pool chair are covered in bird sh*t but they take care of the grass 24/7. You can not invite friends in your room too.

The location of this property is excellent. Penelope and her staff were very helpful gracious and accommodating. I would suggest management consider the inferior quality of the “ground floor” room in their pricing as it certainly is not up to the excellent standard of the other rooms there. We had an excellent experience and recommend all but that room.
