各方面都很棒，酒店位于很安静的区域，离惠比寿站也不远，房间采光好、设施棒、设计感强，公共区域提供的自助用品齐全周到，早餐美味。下次来东京还会再来住，十分推荐。

I heard the other guests in the room next to me speaking very loud, so the acoustics can be improved.

Unfortunately we got a corner room with a bath that made showering difficult Room cleaning doesn’t start till 2pm so if you plan to come back and change there is a chance your linen isn’t changed

La situation est parfaite, un lieu calme mais à deux pas d’endroits plus animés.

部屋は狭くても必要なものがそろっているし、デザインがかわいかったからよかった 贅沢なことを言うなら部屋に入った瞬間の空間の香りにこだわってみたら？くらいです 普通のビジネスホテルよりは金額は高いとはおもうので、なんとなくそれくらいのラグジュアリー感があってもいいんじゃないかな。

We loved the location. Very central but out of the way of the chaos.

The hotel is located up a sloped path from the JR station. It requires a bit of a walk, but the distance is manageable and acceptable. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised—it’s a charming, small boutique hotel. Although the room was on the smaller side, the layout was quite efficient and well-thought-out. My favorite part was the bathroom; it was incredibly spacious, and the beautiful tile patchwork gave it a strong sense of design. The breakfast in the morning, while simple, featured very fresh ingredients.

Everything seemed perfectly fine until checkout, when I was hit with a major "shock." I discovered two distinct bloodstains on the bedsheets I had been sleeping on for the past two nights. When I went to the front desk to complain, the only response I got was, "We are very sorry, we will reinforce our staff training." And that was it... no further action or real resolution.

Very easy walk to the train station. Very friendly staff! Amazing pizza restaurant just a block away.

The breakfast was a bit small and the lobby area also.

השהייה הייתה בסך הכול בסדר. המלון בסיסי ופשוט, אבל סביר למי שמחפש מקום לינה ללא ציפיות גבוהות.

כבר בתגובות ראינו שאורחים רבים כתבו על ריח מהמטבח של המסעדה בקומה הראשונה, וכשהגענו לחדר הבנו בדיוק למה הכוונה. בחדר היה ריח ברור של בשר מטוגן, בעיקר בשעות הפעילות של המסעדה. בנוסף, נראה שהאוורור הכניס את הריח גם לאזור המקלחת, שם ייבשנו את המגבות, מה שגרם להן לקבל ריח “מעושן”. זה לא הרס לגמרי את השהייה, אבל בהחלט היה לא נעים.

トイレとお風呂が別で、しかもお風呂は湯船に浸かりながら夜景を眺める事ができた点。

朝ごはんのパンが、しっとりしすぎてパリッと感が無いクロワッサンや、パサパサのパンばかりで期待はずれでした。お風呂はカーテンを下げても隙間から少し見えてしまいそうだったので、完璧に見えないように密着されたカーテンであると尚良いと思いました。

A bit awkward having the toilet and shower be directly in front of the bed, but at least there are privacy curtains. No laundry option, TV is very limited, a bit pricey.

A queen bed instead of two singles together

The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and we enjoyed all of the little amenities and cold brew coffee on-demand when we were adjusting to the timezone. The location is good with easy access to trains and walkable to other neighborhoods. I really liked the pajamas.

The staff didn't seem as knowledgeable as we might like or expect at the price point. They struggled to help us book a dinner reservation preferring that we use tabelog. A few staff members were downright unpleasant right away, never giving us a chance - perhaps because we didn't speak Japanese very well. I understand that we are foreign but we were always polite and humble. We absolutely hate the whole Ace Hotel picture-view shower, how needlessly weird. If this is romantic, it's news to me. We heard Tokyo hotels are small, but the bathroom was easily the size of the bedroom, which isn't a great use of space. Generally, we just didn't have a lot of places for our stuff, lacked hangers in the open closet area. Weird dust on things.

De kamer was prettig aan de kleine kant, badkamer is groot voor als je alleen maar onder de douche wil.

Ontbijt was waardeloos, hier hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans un quartier très agréable, animé tout en étant calme, plein de cafés, de bons petits restaurants, de petites boutiques. Les lits étaient très confortables.

L’accueil à notre arrivée n’était pas chaleureux et on nous a proposé de payer un supplément pour pouvoir prendre possession de nos chambres 30 minutes avant l’heure prévue de check-in alors qu’elles étaient déjà prêtes. Cela nous a donné une première impression mitigée mais au final, nous avons été satisfaits de choisir cet hôtel et certains membres du personnel que nous avons vus par la suite étaient plus agréables.

The area is great! Close to transport, good food, good coffee, and amenities. The area is quiet and a little fancy.

The bathroom hand sink is in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. The beds are quite firm. Sink mirror is not adjustable.

Design delle stanze curato e contemporaneo, che allieta la vista al rientro dopo una giornata di cammino. Amenities molto ricche e generose, così come bevande e leggeri snack a disposizione 24h. Colazione aperta dalle 7.00 am, ottimo orario

Polvere massiccia (dovuta dall’utilizzo di moquette nelle camere) non piacevole. Personale un po’ freddo (anche se puntuale e presente)

- Modernes Hotel, gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. - Gute Lage. Ebisu ist deutlich ruhiger als das benachbarte Shibuya.

- Frühstücksbüffet unterdurchschnittlich- sowohl hinsichtlich des Angebotes als auch der Qualität der Speisen. Des Weiteren wird nur Einweggeschirr verwendet.

Location is ideal - Ebisu is a perfect base for anyone looking to explore Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. Our room was perfect - great amenities, clean, comfortable and a wonderful view which was an unexpected bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t have any breakfast so can’t comment but I loved the little touches such as the sheet masks, bath salts & teas in the reception area available to guests. Thanks for a lovely stay. I’d recommend this place to friends and family.

Lifts can be a little slow. Could do with perhaps slightly larger towels in the room. But really nothing particularly heavy!

The breakfast facility is quite limited

Absolutely phenomenal location for exploring Tokyo, ebisu itself is a charming area, maybe not alot going on but it's perfect as a base, particularly for people that don't want to be overwhelmed. Super short distance to the train station ⛽ Rooms small, shower and facilities fantastic. Shower and bathroom probably takes up a bit too much space but nonetheless it's fantastic for a stay you will be using as a base. 🗾👍

Breakfast was mid but that's fine, the amount of free amenities make up for it.
