Messori Suites

Sehr modernes Hotel. Parkplatz war verfügbar, gleich im Hof. Schlüssel musste abgegeben werden. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Very comfortable

Lack of personal

Kind staff, very large and clean rooms The food was a little limited but overall okay We arrived with a large car and there was no parking available in the area except for the hotel parking which cost 20 euros per day, so it was very convenient.

Very clean and spacious stay Truly enjoyed it.

We had some problems with the AC at the beginning, but they way they acted and sorted it. Amazing!

Klidná a bezpečná část města.

Very clean grate service, breakfast was grate

The parking was very challenging

Absolutamente nada

Localisation top, grand lit confortable.

Really good location around 4 stops on a tram from train station. Walking distance from all attractions (20 mins approx). Property was really nice and clean & it smelt lovely. The rooms were huge and had great facilities. Walk in shower, mini fridge, 2 massive windows and lots of space. Beds were super comfy!

Nothing it was a fantastic place to stay in Florence

Tutto pulito e impeccabile!

The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. It was in a quiet location with easy walk to the city centre. I loved the balcony onto the courtyard.

Nothing.

The hotel were in touch in advance, ensuring check in would happen smoothly. We had 2 rooms and were upgraded to be beside each other, which was a lovely touch. The in-hotel experience started from the moment you walk in the door, hit by a beautiful fragrance on arrival. Rooms were large, with big bathrooms as well. Breakfast was mainly continental with some small hot selections, but enough selection to fuel you for the day.

The location is a little bit to the north of the city centre, so is a 20min walk to most sights. No issue other than in the middle of a heatwave (the hotel can’t control the weather!!).

Luxury and nothing too much trouble

lovely little courtyard out the back, rooms are very tasteful but fairly generic. Very comfy bed, staff were really helpful & nice

We tried & failed to get the steamroll working (didnt get as far as asking for help), the tiles in the shower/ steam room were starting to peel & look a bit tatty Could do with some shelf/ drawer space to ut clothes away Could do with some extra comfy chairs in the courtyard as when there was one family using them, we could only sit at the bistro tables & chairs which is a shame as its a lovely quiet piece of calm The location is great for getting trams & buses, however, its a good 30min walk into the old city centre so not so easy to pop in and out for a rest (we mainly picked here as friends had already booked close to this, our choice would have been in the main city centre)

Clean tidy property.

The checkin process was complicated. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and it took 15 minutes for someone to arrive. 😳

We liked our stay, everything was great, big room and bathroom, air conditioner, nice outside rooftop space and mini fridge! Breakfast had enough choices to choose from, like tea, coffee, juice, water, meat, eggs, veg, cheese, baked goods, fruits, breads with nice outside area to sit and enjoy!

We liked everything, our room had stove, but didn't have a tea kettle or any pots?

Shinal (sorry if I miss spelled the name) at the reception was the best. Thank you for everything! Hotel is superb; clean comfortable and if you are not lazy, very close to the main attractions. Highly recommend it.

Nothing

The hotel was truly excellent, very elegant, clean and spacious. I also really appreciated the location, which is within walking distance from the city centre.

Instalações e café da manhã muito bom! Funcionários bem receptivos!!

Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh food in a garden setting

Very modern and helpful staff

Everything…. Very clean the room are modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The location is about 25 minute walk in to the center. Shelam on reception was amazing, so hard working and friendly nothing was too much for him.

The only thing that that would help us would of been mirror to do makeup, the ones in the room were tinted

Comfortable quiet room

Breakfast could be improved. Seemed to run out of bread rolls every morning and hot dishes were often lukewarm warm/cold.

Grosszügige Zimmer, ruhige und zentrale Lage, moderne und geschmackvolle Innenarchitektur, freundliches Personal, schönes Frühstücksangebot, ruhiger und begrünter Innenhof

.

Modern, clean, good neighborhood..

Nothing

Kamer is echt top!

The garden was peaceful and the rooms were very big

I liked every aspect of this B & B. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly, caring and professional and I slept well. Exceptionally clean, and all amenities were working and above my expectations. Yes I would highly recommend this B & B and have passed on an excellent rating to my travel agent.

No dislikes here.

Netjes, rustig, comfortabel

Niets

Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage. In die Stadt ca. 30 min zu Fuß. Bus und Bahn in der Nähe. Sehr sauber.

Luxuriously appointed large room with quality fittings and great attention to detail, and great tech too. Super helpful staff. I would strongly recommend!

Diseño interior, pocos huéspedes, no concurrido y tranquilo

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit hohen Räumen. Gute Ausstattung.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was continental but had a good variety.

Although the room had air conditioning when I turned it off the heating was still on of a night.

Lovely good sized rooms Helpful staff It was nice to be a tiny bit outside as local restaurants were proper restaurants rather than tourist traps

It didn’t bother us but flagging for others - this is about 20-30 mins walk into town (depending on where you are headed). We liked this as we like to walk to see more, others might not. I would suggest it’s really not that far and you get more for your money being a tiny bit further out

Kind and friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms. Relatively close to downtown.

The room was on the main floor so we could hear all the noises from the Lobby etc. There was no cupboard/closet space.

Bardzo ładny apartament, bardzo dobrze położony, bardzo miły i pomocny personel.

Nic
