Is in a great location to be able to park up and take the tram into the centre
We had to book this as we had issues with the current place we were staying, It felt safe, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay
Lack of parking
Property was easy to drive to. It was very spacious and clean.
I was disappointed that for a self catering there were no tea towels, or dish washer soap. The freezer was very iced up. Aldo, there was no hair dryer provided, which as an American guest I would have appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay at the Maroon apartment it was clean, spacious and in an excellent location and it had all the basic items needed in the kitchen and the host was kind to give tea, coffee and sugar.
We requested for an airer, the host did not provide. Too many air fresheners, if you are allergic to them and you switch them off you notice the house has a Musty smell especially the bedroom area because the bathroom.
We stayed in the ground floor apartment, lots of room to move around, kids loved it having so much space, great showers, clean throughout with towels. Tea and coffee and salt pepper were great as we forgot ours so it was very handy as we ate in a couple of times...
The issue I had was sadly no hot water for the first 12 hours We arrived at 4pm for a two night stay ,I managed to get through to the owner who was away at the time, he was very helpful and sent one of the maintenance guys round to check it out ,it was a quick fix and we was able to get hot water immediately after,.
Location was ok. Rooms are big
Sadly, our stay was extremely disappointing. The apartment was not properly cleaned—we found a toenail in the bathroom and what appeared to be pubic hair. The TV didn’t work, the carpet was a trip hazard, and there was no parking available when we arrived. We reported the problems, but as they were fully booked, we couldn’t be moved elsewhere. We felt so uncomfortable that we ended our family holiday early and went home. Although we later received a refund, the experience caused a lot of stress and completely spoiled our break. I wouldn’t stay here again.
The Penthouse with its own lift! Very happy not to climb all those stairs, whilst holding bags & kids in tow. Amazing location. Tram line just across the road. You can see Pleasure Beach & the roller coasters out of the window. But far enough away not to hear them! The sea view, (not all rooms) look out onto the beach. Which was awesome to look at. Four bathrooms!! Great host. He met us very promptly when we had an issue with the door digits! Free parking!
Sadly the plumbing was disappointing. One of the showers had a draining issue meaning if you ran the sinks tap, the waste water would bubble up from the shower with the most foul smell. Making the smell in the bedroom unbearable. The boiler lost pressure & we had no hot water for a while. Luckily my partner was able to re pressurise it & all was well again. The décor was fair, however there were silly things like handles that had fallen off wardrobes, left inside the cupboard & never reattached again. The blinds, although good & practical, had seen better days and need replacing. The end sections kept falling off!

Everything about the apartment
Nothing!
DO NOT STAY HERE! I am writing to provide feedback following our recent stay at your property in Blackpool. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below the standard we expected, particularly for accommodation advertised as “luxury.” The most concerning issue was that the owner entered the apartment while we were out. Although I had informed Katie that we would be away, it was extremely unsettling to return and find him inside the apartment. In addition, he was dressed inappropriately, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend that any maintenance or inspections are only carried out when guests are not occupying the property, unless specifically agreed with them beforehand. I was also extremely concerned to discover that an additional £100 was taken from my account without my permission or prior authorisation. I would appreciate a full explanation for this charge. We also encountered numerous maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues throughout our stay, including: * Child locks on the windows were broken. * Carpet was lifting, creating a trip hazard. * Shower room tap was loose and the plug was not draining the water. * No mirror in the shower room. * No towel rails. * No shelf or storage in the shower for shower gel, shampoo, etc. * Some windows were extremely difficult to open and close. * Coffee and sugar containers contained dried-up contents. * The sugar bag was open and stale. * Freezer was excessively noisy. * Dirty laundry was left on the floor upon our arrival. * A hoover and towels were left in the lift. * A socket in the living room was loose. * Several door handles were faulty. * Wardrobes were broken. * Drawer handles were missing. * The bin was missing its lid. * The décor and accessories were dated and tired. * The bottom landing toilet had a strong smell of urine. * The light in the first left bedroom flickered, as did the television in that room.
Clean and homely
Conductive environment and less noise
The apartment host gave WiFi codes which was a bonus for the grandkids. The apartment had tv,s in every bedroom, and toilets & showers/bath in bedrooms
It was perfect for us
Excellent quiet location, with plenty of room & amenities. Good parking.
The blinds in the room with two windows were pointless. Could do with a blind & curtain combo on all rooms keep it dark. Especially for kids. Plastic bowl in the sink would be handy aswell.
Good location with parking
Little bit tired but all ok really
The area was nice and quite.
Again like all reviews need updating alot, carpet bathrooms, and noisy floorboards. Also description of the apartment given, it mentioned two bathrooms when it has one bathroom and one cloakroom. So was not happy with that, as I had son with me who had disability needs, which was the reason I went for this expensive apartment, Otherwise I could've just got something cheaper. So clear information is very important.
…
I’ve stayed in Blackpool several times, and this is by far the most disappointing apartment I’ve booked. For the price they charge, it simply isn’t worth it. There are many much cheaper apartments in Blackpool that are in far better condition. The photos are very misleading and must have been taken years ago because they no longer reflect the actual state of the property. The apartment is falling apart. Almost everything is broken, worn out or in poor condition. The smell is the worst part – as soon as you open the front door you’re hit by a horrible sewage/drain smell that makes the whole place feel unpleasant. The windows were filthy, everything looked neglected, and it honestly felt unhygienic. It wasn’t even pleasant to eat inside. The location is also much further from everything than I expected, especially considering the price. To make matters worse, they take a £100 security deposit and keep it for a week before returning it. I honestly don’t understand why, as there is nothing of value in the apartment to protect. Everything is already damaged or falling apart. I definitely would not stay here again and would not recommend it. Save your money and book one of the many better apartments available in Blackpool.
The beds can be better
Excellent location
Air condition, it can get really hot at night time
Nice quiet location. . Tram stop outside lovely park across r.d
All good
The apartment is based in nice quite area the place was really clean and there was everything you need I had a amazing stay I just loved it I will highly recommend this place and Will definitely be coming back soon thanks for making aur trip special fabric apartment 10/10 😁😁😁
Everything was absolutely amazing bang on
I didnt feel safe in the hotels
The want the 100 did get the money back
Apartments in need of renovation Funky smells Terrible carpets You can hear all movement from other apartments We booked 2 nights and only just managed one
Spacious, quiet location, free parking
Water was pouring through the ceiling on our second morning and the property was just generally in need of a serious facelift and upgrade (carpet wasn’t fitted at the edges, bathroom mirror was cracked, apartment door had holes in, coffee table was broken, couldn’t get the WiFi to work)
Massive rooms owners very welcoming and clean
Everything me and the kids absolutely loved this place
Clean and very good location also we get space for car park
Good
Nice
Location and swift response of the owners to request. Offered us an early check-in on our request which really helps.
Nothing
The location of this property is brilliant. Unfortunately that's about the only good point.
This property is not a 4* star property. We stayed in the Ruby Suite. The front patio door has tissue as a draft excluder. The front balcony window does not lock. Both bedrooms have a window that does not shut fully as the foam pads on the frame are missing, meaning there is a draft. Curtains in the living eoom dont close and the patio door to the balcony has no curtain, despite it facing the next properties bay window. The carpet is terrible, it doesnt fit to the edge of the room in the living room or one of the bedrooms, there are gripper rods out in the open for you to stand on. There is a huge join, that doesnt actually join in one of the bedrooms. Its really poorly fitted. The mattresses on the single bed and the bed in the double room are cheap, hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen was dirty on the backsplash and under the cupboards and has black mould along the silicone behind the sink. The cooker is so worn you can't read where the dial should be to cook and can't read the temperatures. The bathroom doesn't have mixer taps and the hot water gets scolding despite turning the water temperature down on the boiler. The bathroom has no shelf or cupboard to put your things so you have to use the floor. No idea when the bathroom fan was last cleaned, it was full of dust. The bath is really badly fitted and siliconed to the max. Overall this property is shabby, dated, the decoration is poor, the windows and patio door need fixing, it needs curtains that close properly, it needs a deep clean in the kitchen, and needs new mattresses. All fine if it was cheap to stay in and not rated so highly. But we paid £280 for 2 nights in April.
Firstly great communication from Owners. Was a lovely clean and spacious apartment. Facilities and table and chairs were lovely too. So near the beach and quiet especially at night time. Comfy beds and clean towels / beddings provided. I honestly had a great nights sleep. Great for families with children and especially with a ASD child. The secure doors really helped. Had 2 toilets which also was a bonus! Overall had a pleasant stay!
Nothing to dislike. For the price we paid it was a good stay. Just would like to recommend few things to take on board. Would be good to have door pegs for towels in toilet / bathroom and loo roll handlers as honestly having a child in incontinence is hard as it is to then juggle with loo roll. Also cereal bowls to be added to the crockery as unfortunately we didn’t have any in our cupboard. The back bedrooms cupboard was already loose so we did not use it.
Quite and local shops very family friendly and great tram link
View of the sea , quieter part of Blackpool which we prefer . The apartment was clean and very spacious . Towels were provided . Goid parking outside the actual apartment which us good , no walking with luggage.
No issues during our stay ,
The spacious, beautifully furnished apartment was perfect for a short break.
Several parts of the apartment needs a repair and a bit of TLC
Spacious, clean, good WiFi signal and lots of options on the TV. Fully equipped kitchen, parking available
well equipped and value for money
Nice location, spacious, everything we needed for our weekend in blackpool
Very big and very spacious for our family of 5
The bathroom was lovely

Location, size of apartment, the amenities of the apartment.
No curtains on the living room windows, as there were part you could see through the blinds. The waste in the ensuite shower doesn't look to be connected correctly.
Fantastic location, superior apartment

They could not replace a bulb we found not working in one of the bedrooms
We booked in as our previous booking got cancelled last minute… and found this apartment to be very pleasant. It was a nice space to be in and be able to relax. Everything you could need for a short stay was there.
Unfortunately the lift didn’t work… as part of the reason for the booking. My partner requires assistance, suffering with rheumatoid arthritis can be very challenging for him climbing flights of stairs. It was uncomfortably hot inside, so we had all the windows open for a short time. I unplugged all the room air fresheners, sadly I get instant headaches with these things. But switched them all back on before leaving. With my partner being 6ft 4, he banged his head a couple of times on the sharp metal lampshade right above the sofa. I don’t like to make a fuss, but these could be positives that could have attention for the future. But still very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
It was a good size all bedrooms were spacious all had clean bedding and towels everything you needed to cook with tvs all had nexflix
We liked everything
Lovely and clean
How big it was
Comfort, space and location

Large apartment with everything we needed
Nothing everything was as expected
Lovely and clean with nice beds. Parking was a bonus.
It didn’t have a dishwasher which would have been nice, some cups were left in the cupboard from previous guests which weren’t cleaned up. Floorboards extremely noisy, can hear other guests moving around upstairs. The apartment we stopped in was 2 flights of stairs up and there was a lift but not working. I suffer with arthritis and it would have been nice not to use the stairs. Also windows need replacing. They are misted and it rained heavily and the water was coming through the closed window.
Beautiful big clean apartment . Parking and close to tram lines etc.to travel into Blackpool.
Nothing.
Lovely apartment
The windows in living room drafty so made the room a little cold
Lovely apartment with a host you couldn't ask for more of.. Literally saved mine and my kids weekend. Great guy. We all had an amazing time in the end in a stunning apartment
Great location. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable and sofa!
Good location clean .
Metal carpet strip shower room loose. Left side window doesn't fit, very windy on our 2 day stay had to put fan upto window curtain to stop it blowing around, electric heater switch near table gets very hot , small partition dividing walls between rooms loose. The above could be health and safety issues, need addressing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in room 2.
Directly across from tram stop so was easy to get from one end to the other.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable - you felt the springs from the mattresses. Did some washing and when I got the 2 clothes airers out of the cupboard one had 3 legs so would stand and stay open and the other one was completely broken so had to go and buy one so could dry the washing. Freezer kept making loud banging noises and was frozen up with broken drawers in it. General upkeep of the property could do with improving.
Amazing apartment hosts were great and couldn’t do any more for us!
Modern, clean- had everything you could possibly need
The main shower leaked under the glass screen
Balcony overlooking sea. Cafe Close by. Parking.
Nothing
The apartment was very spacious, the layout was really good with 2 en suite double rooms and another double room with seperate toilet. The living room and kitchen were good and perfect for a couple of nights in blackpool with the family.
The furniture was a bit dated, was a couple iron burns in carpet and rip in lino, one of toilet seats was loose. When opening window the flakey paint from window sill blew in. We paid a lot of money. Perhaps double as there was a massive firework show on over the weekend we went wich meant supply and demand was high. I feel with a bit more TLC this appartment would be perfect but overall we had a nice stay. We didnt get to meet the owners, just checked in ourselves but wasnt important. Thanks for a nice stay and would stop again especially at a lower price.
Great location. Clean accommodation and friendly hosts always available if needed.
Loved the location. Right next to the tramstop. Loved the balcony
Noisy guests coming back in at 4am. Woke the baby :-(
Overall good accommodation with good facilities and nice and clean and helpful staff The location is good too
When it says double bed it's not quite a double bed, basically its two single beds joined together which i found uncomfortable and the mattress quality itself wasn't too good for me
Location was good
Carpets could be better
Apartment was in the perfect area very quiet and right beside the sea, trams less than a 5min walk from the front door. Beds were very comfy also.
Foul smell whenever running the water from tap in kitchen.
The property was in the perfect location for me and my family and with a sea view to match as well. The host made us feel very welcome and offered insight on what to do with our stay
Our only slight grievance with this property is an elevator being unavailable. It was on us mainly though as I booked the penthouse at the top but a working lift would make things much easier.
Very spacious and beds very comfy.
Carpets weee worn with iron burn marks in them. Dining room chairs had holes in them . No lid on bin and could do with little bins in the bathrooms for sanitary products etc.
Appartment was spacious, well equipped and in a good location.
There are some maintenance issues and the decor could be tidier in places but this did not negatively impact our overall experience which was great
Very spacious . Close to pleasure beach
Host where absolutely spot on and very friendly. Definitely book again
Close to the beach and the balcony was perfect for the evenings, spacious and comfy. The landlord was totally sound. Out til late almost every day but it's a great place to come back to as a family
Few rough edges I thought I might get blamed for, like couple of tatty chairs and last guests cig dimps on the balcony. Picked most of them up, had kids there and didn't want them running about on them. Oh and a drain outside on the balcony that was damaged and leaking onto the fake grass which reeked even Inside the appartment at times.
