Nous pensions arriver dans un vrai hôtel avec réception,bar ,salon … Et nous sommes arrivés en face d’un bâtiment totalement fermé donc il fallait se débrouiller pour appeler une personne pour ouvrir .Les chambres occupaient le 1er étage Chambre supérieure avec vue sur le Fleuve (voir photo ) Le déjeuner n’a rien à voir avec les photos (médiocre)Et de plus ,ils nous ont demandé plusieurs fois de payer hors que nous montrions que nous l’avions payé à la réservation Cet hôtel ne vaut pas la note attribuée C’est la première fois que je suis déçue avec Booking

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026De gastvrijheid, het ontbijt, we konden de bagage ‘s morgens na het uitchechen in het hotel achterlaten en konden zelfs ons eind van de middag nog opfrissen! De taxi is geregeld naar de luchthaven en het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Goed bed en alles was schoon.
Daar heb ik niets op aan te merken.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Jest to obiekt, który wybieramy już drugi raz jak jesteśmy w Rzymie. Pokoje są dość duże, mają dobrze działającą klimatyzację oraz są bardzo czyste. Lokalizacja też jest super, można dotrzeć wszędzie na piechotę, a równocześnie obiekt znajduje się przy w miejscu spokojnym i dalekim od tłumów. Obok jest sklep i w pobliżu są kawiarnie i restauracje. 8 minut do metra, gdyby była potrzeba dotrzeć gdzieś dalej niż do turystycznych atrakcji.

Personel miły i pomocny. Świetne położenie dla osób lubiących trochę pospacerować. Do Piazza del Popolo 10 minut pieszo, następne 5 minut do Schodów Hiszpańskich itd.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Bardzo miła obsługa. Apartament blisko stacji metra, choć my i tak wszędzie chodziłyśmy na nogach. Do dyspozycji gości częściowo jest kuchnia, więc można sobie zrobić coś ciepłego do picia, a rano zamówić śniadanie na miejscu. Polecam mają przepyszne americano. W razie konieczności można przechować bagaże i skorzystać z łazienki na korytarzu po wymeldowaniu.
Nie potrafiłyśmy uruchomić telewizji, ale też niespecjalnie nam na tym zależało, więc to mały minus.😉

Ar trebui schimbate ferestrele care sunt din lemn cu tot chitul căzut, refrigeratorul făcea mult prea multă gălăgie trebuia să îl scoatem noaptea din priză, rulourile exterioare nu funcționează toate ar fii mai răcoare dacă s-ar inchide

Apprezzabile la flessibilità organizzativa mostrata nei confronti di specifiche esigenze orarie e di deposito bagagli per il check-in e il check-out. Ottima la pulizia generale, così come la pressione dell'acqua della doccia e la comodità di materasso e cuscino. Una struttura particolarmente adatta e consigliata per un soggiorno di due notti.

La camera non era particolarmente silenziosa perché si affacciava su un corridoio comune alle altre stanze, ma niente di particolarmente fastidioso. Si può migliorare l'insonorizzazione per garantire maggiore tranquillità agli ospiti.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Everything we agreed on was delivered as promised: check-in was simple and well communicated, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a small work desk. The gentleman at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. He even managed to find us a taxi in the middle of the chaos caused by the strike in Italy, and it arrived exactly on time to take us to the airport. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and Rome, as always, was absolutely beautiful.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Great location and friendly staff. The room was big, well decorated also had a small fridge which was very usefull to keep our drinks cold. The bathroom was also clean, and althought it was small it had everything that was needed, including a hairdryer. There was also a big window in the room which was nice, and blinds and blackout curtains.
It wasnt a problem for us, because we enjoyed the white noise, but there was a constant humming coming from the ceiling/walls. Possibly a AC or some sort or fan extractor. The water in the shower sometimes would go very hot or very cold, I think this was because other people were using their showers at the same time.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026I would like to leave a negative review because there were quite a few problems with this accommodation. First of all, during both nights there was a very strange noise, as if water was constantly flowing or something similar. It was a continuous noise throughout the entire night and it made it very difficult to rest. Secondly, I selected the option with breakfast on Booking, but I still had to pay extra for breakfast when I arrived. Also, the breakfast itself was, in my opinion, extremely poor considering the high price. For the amount charged, the quality and variety were very disappointing. Regarding the additional city tax, that was also an unexpected extra charge from my point of view. Maybe this is common in some cities, but I did not know it was charged per day and per person. I thought it was a one-time fee per visit. And finally, I want people to understand once again that the photos do not reflect the real condition or reality of the location. I think everyone should know exactly where they are going and what they are paying for, especially considering that the accommodation was quite expensive for what was actually offered. I would also like to add that the television did not work properly. After someone from the reception came to check it, they managed to make it work, but it kept disconnecting and interrupting constantly. Not that I booked the accommodation to watch movies, but at least while staying in the room I would have liked to listen to some music. Unfortunately, even that was interrupted very frequently. In addition, the sink only had hot water running, with no cold water at all, and I burned my hands because of it. In the shower, both hot and cold water were working. The shower door was also broken, just like the sink faucet, which was not functioning properly either. Overall, the condition of the room was problematic from top to bottom.
I do not recommend this place considering the price paid compared to what was actually offered, and I also do not recommend it based on the way the staff handled the situation and interacted with guests. This is my honest opinion.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026La ubicación, está en una zona muy tranquila pero luego tienes la facilidad para estar enseguida en las zonas más céntricas, ya sea andando o sino puedes moverte hasta el centro cogiendo autobús o metro.
Había algo de ruido en las habitaciones, debido a que estábamos en la primera habitación nada más entrar.
