Excellent location just at the end of Fort William's main street with a bus stop right outside. Lovely room with a comfy bed, plenty of space to relax and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommended

Great location and easy to find. A modern hotel, rooms with free snacks (water, crisps, choc bar) and kettle facilities. Ensuite - a wetroom that worked ok. Toiletries on hand - excellent quality.

Double bedroom not very spacious - not a lot of room around the bed to move about etc. Value for money - paying £200+ per room I would expect breakfast to be included. Car parking - had to pay £10 to park at hotel. Felt like a cheek on top of the high room rate.

Rooms to small and too warm

The staff was very kind and diligent. They let us leave our luggage for many hours because we had a train trip during the day. The room was very comfortable, and super clean. We had a small basic equipped kitchen but it was perfect for one day stay.

We booked this room for 4, knowing that there was a sofa bed for 2, but it was very uncomfortable, I wouldn't recommend this room for 4 people. But for 2 would have been perfect.

Zentrale Lage, nettes Personal

Aufgrund des hohen Preises hatten wir mehr erwartet. Das Familienzimmer war leider mit Blick auf einen Zaun und dunkel. Das Badezimmer war dunkel gefliest ohne Fenster und barrierefrei. Dadurch war das Waschbecken nicht nur extrem niedrig, sondern auch noch winzig und kaum nutzbar für uns.

Tiene excelente ubicación, esta en todo el centro por ende es muy facil caminar y recorrer. Hay cerca tiendas para comprar souvenirs y también una gran variedad de restaurantes para elegir.

L'emplacement est idéal. Proche de tout, tout à pied. Parking devant et à l'arrière de l'hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et fonctionnelle.

Le 3ème lit était inconfortable car les ressorts du lit faisaient du bruit. La salle de bain spacieuse mais la chasse d'eau manquait de puissance. Le petit déjeuner pris assez exorbitant...

We loved the complimentary snacks and water. Thoughtful layout and spacious room.

The location is in very nearby walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

The parking was limited underroof and overflow is up on the hill behind the hotel. Rooms are very small and sparsely utilitarian.

Hotel in zentraler Lage , wirkt etwas kalt. Sehr sauber, das Dreibettzimmer ist ziemlich eng. Bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt fehlen die Möglichkeiten zum Klamotten aufhängen oder verstauen. Kaffee, Tee und Snacks im Zimmer.

Etwas beengt, vorallem wenn die Jacken und Schuhe etc. nass sind.

Stairs

Wir hatten die Luxury Suite gebucht. Es war sauber und das Hotel liegt nahe an der kleinen Altstadt.

Um in unsere "Luxury Suite" zu gelangen, mussten wir erst im strömenden Regen zu dem hinter dem Hotel liegenden Gebäudetrakt unsere Koffer tragen. Einen Lift sucht man dort vergebens... also die Koffer zwei Stockwerke hochtragen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist leider total verlebt und entspricht in keiner Weise mehr den im Internet dargestellten Fotos. Das Frühstück war 08/15 und nach 09.00 Uhr war das Buffet teilweise leer... Zusammenfassend war unser Aufenthalt die £306.00 nicht wert. Fort William sieht uns nicht wieder.

Good for a night or two. Central and easy to find. The staf were not so frendly and helpful. The elevator was broken and we hade huge bags. Got a room many staircases away from the entrance. Nice clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice.

La posizione dell’hotel era ottima per esplorare la cittadina di Fort William, la pulizia della stanza e del bagno era eccellente e abbiamo trovato acqua e dolcetti di accoglienza in camera. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte di passaggio ma ci siamo trovate bene nel complesso.

Avevano una camera tripla e il terzo letto era un divano letto molto scomodo, sembrava più una brandina.

Las suites son muy justas y estan en otro edificio diferente del edificio principal. Las camas son incómodas, sobretodo el sofá-cama. El desayuno bufet es muy escaso.

Desayuno increíble, personal muy amable y ubicación ideal.

Difícil de aparcar en la zona si no es pagando (en el mismo hotel tienen opción de parking por 10£ la noche). Cogimos una habitación para 4 adultos y al llegar tuvimos que montar nosotros mismos el sofá cama y bajar a buscar toallas ya que solo estaba preparada para dos personas. Pero en general fue una buena estacia.

La habitación estaba en un edificio adjunto, no tenía ascensor, tuvimos que cargar las maletas 2 plantas de escaleras. La cama supletoria es un sofá que el colchón y el somier son malísimos.

Camera piccolissima, si faceva fatica a girare intorno al letto. La camera era al piano terra e affacciava sull'entrata dell'albergo, non si potevamo quindi aprire le tende perché c'era il passaggio delle persone che entravano e uscivano dall'albergo.

Super emplacement. À l'arrivée la chambre était propre et le lit est confortable.

L'accueil était plus que moyen. Au petit déjeuner on vous demande de payer avant même de commander, on ne peut pas le mettre sur la chambre, il a donc fallu retourner à la chambre chercher la cb. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très bon. La fenêtre de la chambre était minuscule et dans un tout petit coin.

Chambre à la décoration moderne. La situation de l'hôtel est appréciable, déplacement à pied autour pour visiter le centre ville.

Salle de bain très petite, clic-clac pour 3e lit très inconfortable. Salle du petit déjeuner très peu pratique pour se servir. Check-in autonome qui évidemment n'a pas fonctionné pour moi. Enfin, le parking est très petit et très cher.

Is too expensive for what you obtain. Not really meant for families with babies as the room is very small and the bathtroom is without hand shower (to shower the baby easier). Paying the 24h hotel car park doesn’t guarantee the park slot if you leave it.

Ottima posizione e parcheggio a pagamento, ma comodissimo perché si trova proprio di fronte alla struttura.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un grave problema con l’acqua calda, che non è stato risolto per più di 24 ore. Di conseguenza, non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia per due giorni, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile per una struttura di questo livello. Lo staff, inoltre, non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema né di proporci un cambio di stanza, rendendo la situazione ancora più spiacevole. Apprezziamo il gesto di averci offerto la colazione per i due giorni di soggiorno, ma, considerando il disagio arrecato, riteniamo che non sia una compensazione sufficiente.

Die Lage und saubere Zimmer

Leider war das WLAN defekt, ohne Empfang mit deutschem Netz und auf einem Roadreip ist dies zur Planung sehr wichtig, das Zimmer im EG wirkte zu dritt etwas feucht am nächsten Morgen.

La camera era una suite, per cui piuttosto spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. C’era un angolo con stoviglie, the, caffè e biscotti a disposizione. Tutto molto pulito. L’albergo ha una posizione comodissima e un ampio parcheggio (anche se a pagamento).

Il divano letto dove ha dormito mio figlio era piuttosto scomodo.

The accommodation was clean, the beds were comfortable. I will definately recommend to others and also book again.

Hotel in posizione centrale a Fort William Stanza pulita con un bel bagno e dotata di tutti i comfort; molto gradevole l'arredamento in stile marinaro. Colazione ben fornita e comodo parcheggio in struttura.

Hotel reformado. O banheiro e as acomodações são muito bons, e o café da manhã também é ótimo. Sinceramente, não tenho nenhum ponto negativo para destacar. Excelente experiência. Recomendo muito!

Staff were so impersonal, there were 2 duty managers behind reception, and they were talking among themselves as if we weren't there, it was uncomfortable. Didn't feel very hospitable. And wasnt cheap!

Die Unterkunft war sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles wirkte modern, gepflegt und sehr edel. Besonders gefallen haben mir auch die hochwertigen Seifen und Pflegeprodukte – ein kleines Detail, das den Aufenthalt nochmals angenehmer gemacht hat.

Es gab eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden.

La colazione è super, sicuramente la migliore tra quelle provate nel nostro tour in Scozia. In aggiunta al ricco buffet internazionale si può ordinare un ottimo piatto principale, cucinato al momento, davvero davvero ottimo. La posizione è ottima e permette di fare una passeggiata per il centro di Fort William: direttamente dall'uscita dell'hotel inizia la zona pedonale. Se avete bisogno di una sistemazione a Fort William per un giorno è sicuramente una buona scelta.

Hanno insistito diverse volte con messaggi sia tramite Booking e sia tramite whatsapp offrendoci un cambio di camera (offerto come upgrade). Purtroppo avremmo dovuto cambiare zona e senza sapere bene dov'era e come era poi la camera non ci siamo sentiti di accettare. Sarebbe stato preferibile che l'offerta fosse arrivata qualche giorno prima della partenza in modo da valutare al meglio il cambiamento. Il fatto che l'abbiano chiesto così tante volte è sembrato più che altro un modo per andare incontro a loro esigenze piuttosto che regalarci un upgrade. Il divano letto per la terza e quarta persona non era stato fatto, nonostante fosse stato richiesto. In più abbiamo dovuto chiedere un piumone aggiuntivo da mettere sopra al materasso che altrimenti sarebbe stato molto scomodo. La nostra camera era in una struttura staccata dal complesso principale e per andare alla reception o far colazione, bisogna uscire e fare delle scale in ferro, tipo scala antincendio. Il parcheggio è a pagamento e costa 10 GBP per ogni notte.

Soggiornato in suite, dove i bagagli devono essere trascinati per 2 rampe di scale, non c'è la possibilità di usufruire di un ascensore. Il parcheggio è disponibile a pagamento, non molto pratico per chi arriva con una macchina molto grande. Il personale alla reception al quanto inutile, considerato che il parcheggio lo devi pagare tu con macchina automatica, la colazione la paghi sempre con macchina automatica. Rapporto qualità prezzo scarso. Ad oggi non ho ancora compreso perché le suite (che paghi profumatamente) sono le stanze più scomode da raggiungere. Mah???

La largeur du lit, lit double correspond à un lit de 135 de large. Le parking 10 livres par jour. Toute petite fenêtre, avec une vue fermée entre 2 mûrs à l'arrière du parking.

Es una habitación realmente para una pareja, no para dos parejas porque el sofá es cama y no hay intimidad.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de locatie is prima ten opzichte van het centrum. Er is wel parkeergelegenheid, maar die was vol bij aankomst. Er is een parkeerplaats nabij gelukkig.

De kamers zijn heel erg klein, maar dat wss bekend tijdens het boeken (want ex-gevangenis). Wat we niet wisten is dat je je koffer niet eens normaal kwijt kunt. De badkamer is dus ook klein, maar de douche heeft een douchegordijn en er wordt middels een affiche geadviseerd om de badmat tegem de deur te leggen om te voorkomen dat het water de kamer niet instroomt….? het fonteintje is té klein en laag en de kraan werkte niet naar behoren. Bovendien oogde de badkamer niet erg fris. Het continentaal ontbijt is karig en zijn geld niet waard. Dit verwacht je allemaal niet in zo’n duur geprijsd hotel. We hebben al beter ervaren in Schotland voor minder geld.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel moderno e curato nei minimi dettagli. La struttura si presenta benissimo, con un design contemporaneo ed elegante che rende l'atmosfera molto accogliente. La pulizia è impeccabile in tutti gli ambienti e le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per garantire il massimo del relax. Non manca davvero nulla per sentirsi coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Ci siamo trovati magnificamente e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Oprema sob je sodobna, daje vtis zračnosti. Estetska.
