They created too much chaos for packing breakfast that was included in our package. They offered to pack 3 items but we asked just for 1 with sufficient quantity but their staff was confused and did not confirm till last minute. Our breakfast was included but still we said to add to ala carte and add to bill even then they were confused on what to do about the item we ordered. Restaurant staff needs more professionalism else hotel staff was great.

Do not book this hotel. This is the worst Hilton i have ever stayed in. It’s a very old property and you have to walk miles to reach to your room. They don’t even have a spa and i had the highest category room which was also not good. Their staff is pathetic.i also missed my flight because of their misunderstanding.

Location is perfect, and close to nearby attractions and beaches . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is excellent and makes sure you are comfortable

There is only one restaurant and menu is limited. There is no proper SPA which was really disappointing. This property is not elderly friendly as it does NOT have elevators to reach the rooms.

We 3 family friends, visited Hilton Goa Resort on 1st August and stayed until 4th August. The stay was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay a lot. There were a lot of activities involved for the kids here. They have 3 swimming pools here and Activities for kids at Fun and Frolic. Location was nearby to candolim beach. There was a star hunt conducted for the kids by Suraj and Sultana and a wonderful cheerful experience for them. Highly recommended for families in Goa

The food at Hilton Resort Goa is delicious. Loved the preparation. Mr. Vineet from the restaurant assisted us really well and answered all our questions.

The food was good and the staff were very good, especially Saibaz and Vineet, who took care of every need. They were very obliging and served us very efficiently.

Location is great, atmosphere is warm, rooms are spacious and cozy but require minor maintenance. Value for money...well, we paid 5 star prices for our stay but unfortunately the AC in the main restaurant wasn't functional, which was a little disappointing. Also, the Food could be a lot better for the price paid. Service and staff are excellent and very professional, warm and welcoming.

Generous Gestures: The resort graciously provided an extra rollaway bed at no additional charge, which was greatly appreciated. Exceptional Service Highlight: A special mention goes to Megha (Guest Relations Manager) and bellboy Manish. Her genuine warmth and kindness stood out remarkably and made our stay feel welcoming amidst otherwise lukewarm service.

Key Drawbacks & Infrastructure Issues: Accessibility & Elevation Issues: Elevator access is limited strictly to Block 5. Every other block relies entirely on staircases. If you are traveling with elderly family members or individuals with mobility challenges, this property is best avoided. Uncomfortable Dining Environment: The main restaurant lacks air conditioning and relies solely on standing fans, making meals uncomfortably hot and humid during warm hours. The layout of the buffet spread also feels inefficient and poorly planned. Lacking Poolside Shade: There are no sun umbrellas installed near the infant pool, leaving parents completely unshaded while supervising their young children under the direct sun. Service Inconsistencies & Check-in Friction In-Room Dining Faux Pas: When ordering a traditional "basket of breads" via room service, we were served a plate of sliced sandwich bread instead. Guests shouldn't have to explain basic culinary terms to the restaurant at a international 5-star hotel brand. Inflexible Check-in Process: The arrival experience felt rigid and distinctly unwelcoming. Front desk staff insisted on seeing our children's birth certificates for age verification and strictly required digital IDs (Aadhaar via DigiLocker / DigiYatra), leaving very little room for basic hospitality and guest comfort. Inadequate Staff Training: Across various departments, the service lacked the intuitive warmth and polish expected from a Hilton property.

It is on a hillside which is rather a difficult walk . The lobby is on the first floor and no a welcoming one . Rooms are located away from the main building and few have a elevator. Its like a maize and the staircase and the hallway are dirty with insects. We had dinner at the restaurant and the chicken was hard and got to the notice of the chef who politely apologised. The breakfast was a railway platform and professional staff . Had a sleepless night with the door banging in the wind and insects in the corridor. This is not a Hilton hospitality hotel. Rude unprofessional staff .

A beautiful resort nestled in a small hill overlooking the Nerul River. Our room had a spectacular view of the river and the surrounding greenery which was so lush during the monsoons. And the rooms were the most spacious rooms I’ve ever stayed in with a lovely bath tub! We stayed for a night and we regretted that we should’ve stayed here for more. We will definitely visit the resort again in our next visit! Not to forget the warm hospitality and the staffs fulfilling every wish( food) for my 14 month old daughter.

1. Lift did not work for 2 days and our room was in the 5th floor. 2. After every room cleaning service, some or the other item would not be replaced like floormat or bathrobe or towels, we had to call and ask for them again. 3. The mini fridge did not work for the 1st two days and when asked for ice bucket, it was not provided and the fridge was replaced only on the 3rd day. 4. In the breakfast area, the items which we orderd, like dosa, took forever to come, a couple of days, they did not even serve the ordered items. 5. The hot and cold water knob inside the bathroom did not function properly, it was turning 360 degrees and we had to take some time everytime to set it properly. 6. The kettle in the room smelled horribly bad.

I am a huge admirer of Indian hospitality. Every time we have stayed at luxury hotels in Goa, we have experienced service that goes above and beyond. That is one of the reasons we love traveling across India. This time, however, our experience was very different. We had booked the Presidential Suite, expecting the highest level of service. Unfortunately, our room was not ready even though the official check-in time was 2:00 PM. We were finally able to access the room after 3:00 PM. When we entered, the room was extremely hot and humid. The lights and air conditioning were not working at all. Since the Presidential Suite was on the top floor, which required climbing multiple flights of stairs without an elevator, it was especially disappointing to reach the room only to find it unusable. Because the AC wasn't working, condensation built up and the living room floor became covered with water. It was slippery, and we nearly fell several times. We called the front desk four or five times regarding the issue. Each time we were told that someone was working on it. When the technician finally arrived, he mentioned that it was simply a tripped breaker—a repair that took only a few minutes. Unfortunately, we had already spent over an hour sitting in an unbearably hot and humid room. I even requested another room or a place where my family could sit comfortably until the issue was resolved, but no alternative was offered. There were also no instructions in the bathroom explaining how to operate the shower or get hot water, making things more frustrating. Our departure experience was equally disappointing. We called seven different times over nearly three hours to arrange transportation to the airport. Every single time we were told that a supervisor would call us back, but no one ever did. Overall, I felt there was a lack of supervision. The staff members were polite, but many appeared inexperienced. Almost every request was answered with, "We'll get back to you," but very little follow-up actually happened. I genuinely believe the hotel may have been overbooked, and I understand that operational challenges can occur. However, what matters most is how those situations are handled. Guests staying in a Presidential Suite should receive prompt attention and proactive service. Despite all of this, I am still giving this hotel 5 stars because I don't want one experience to reflect poorly on Indian hospitality as a whole. India has some of the finest hospitality in the world, and I sincerely hope this hotel improves its operations and staff training so that future guests receive the level of service they deserve.

I am still staying here. Checked in on 25th June and checking out on 28th June. The service in the hotel is so pathetic that you have to wait for chai or omelette to arrive for 45 minutes. The breakfast starts at 7 but the coffee machine doesn’t work till 8:30 and on top of that breakfast ends at 10:30 in a city like Goa where people come back very late after night out. The staff is cordial but extremely ineffective. The breakfast spread is also very limited.

The air conditioning of the room was terrible. On my arrival my bathtub needed fix which took lot of time. The staff were friendly & helpful. But the location for the price was alright. Nothing great.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of service I encountered during my stay, specifically regarding the conduct of the duty manager, Ananya. The lack of professional hospitality shown by her was startling. Instead of addressing concerns with the courtesy one expects from a property of this standing, her demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful. Furthermore, her tone throughout our interaction was entirely inappropriate—condescending and rude—which made a frustrating situation feel completely hostile. It is clear that she lacks the fundamental hospitality skills required for her role. She desperately needs to work on her tone and her ability to engage with guests respectfully. I hope management addresses this behavior, as it significantly diminished the quality of my experience at your hotel.

This hotel is not an elder/ senior citizen friendly. Lack of elevator facility making difficult for senior citizen to climb stairs to reach their room or else where in the vicinity of this hotel.

Great hotel with nice evening view to enjoy a chill time with friends.

It was somewhat raining in Goa at that time and it was so beautiful to have such a serene peaceful stay there. My room with the bathtub was amazing and the room was so big with a balcony. Loved it. But where I was staying in the area of their resort, I used to get bit scared at night time as I was alone in that area and no one was there staying on that floor I guess. Also, while passing down through the garden area till their restaurant area I was feeling a bit scared because it was too dark at night time and it was so quiet there with heavy flow of air. I was finding a bit scary only in that particular part of the area to walk. Also, I fell down there due to rain water logged there. But anyways, it was all good. The hotel owner or whoever the managers are there should take care of such areas where there are no lights, they should really place some streetlight or some lights to that particular area I feel. The rest of the stay was amazing and the food was good. Fantastic views.

Stay at the Hilton was good. The property is located on a good hilltop with a good view. I would recommend a little faster service. Rooms are well spacious and would need proper cleaning. I would thank the staff that they accommodated our requests. The brunch served on sunday is very nice. Most importantly - i appreciate the gestures of Ms Mehebuba - she is very courteous and listens to you and helps in getting things done. We would like to thank her for her amazing hospitality.

The check in procedure was very long. The staff is very younbg and lack experience. The hotel is a huge labyrinth of stairs and some of the rooms are in the cellar, very dark and feel forgotten. THE HOTEL IS NOT FOR ELDERLY OR DISABLE PEOPLE The pool area was dirty.

The rooms were spacious; we initially got assigned rooms of a different category than booked since we asked for them next to each other but once we spoke to the reception staff, the error was rectified the following day. The buffet breakfast had a generous spread for both, vegetarians and non vegetarians. The rooms are a little bit of a walk from the reception/cafe but very manageable. There are multiple swimming pools of different depths, which we appriciated.

The hotel is on top of a little hill, which make it difficult to reach/leave if you dont have a car/cab booked.

All things were good , but the room dining service tales a lot of time this the only problem that the food takes alot of time to come. Rest was good. And when we were about to check out amrita(staff) gave us a small cake for memorie that was also very nice. And Sailo and kimi were also good for house keeping.

The hotel ambience is awesome. Even the staff are very cooperative and soft spoken. The housekeeping staff did a very excellent job kept the room neat and tidy specially to mention Mr. Suman and Champa have kept it upto the mark. A must visit resort.

Hilton Goa Resort delivered the kind of stay that becomes more impressive the longer you think about it afterward. As someone with a hospitality background who travels often, I tend to notice not just the obvious things, but also the service details and guest interaction that many hotels either miss or never quite get right. This property did a very strong job on both. From arrival, the welcome felt genuine. Bijoy, the Front Office Manager, made an excellent first impression and set the tone immediately. The associate who checked me in was also warm and efficient, and I recognized her from the Conrad in Pune, which was a nice surprise even if I am hopeless with names. The rooms were beautiful, and the property itself has a very appealing character. I had no issue with the stairs, but guests with mobility concerns would be wise to request a room on the same level as reception. For me, though, the layout added to the charm. What really sets this hotel apart is the human side of the experience. Because it is a smaller property, just over 100 rooms, it feels much more personal than many larger resorts. Managers are out in the open, they engage naturally, and they seem genuinely interested in hearing what guests think. I met Operations Manager Argha and Abdullah from sales several times around the property, and both were consistently visible and approachable. One of the most memorable parts of the stay was meeting one of the owners, Suraj. What stood out was not just that he was present, but that he started the conversation himself and asked about my experience. In all my travels, that is not something I encounter often. Visible ownership that actually feels invested in the guest experience is rare, and it left a very positive impression. The breakfast and bar team deserve special recognition. Ashfak and Pranab were both excellent, but Paul was the one who stood out most to me and became my personal favorite. He has that natural ease in hospitality that makes service feel welcoming rather than rehearsed. Professional, warm, attentive, and memorable. The kind of person who quietly elevates the whole stay. The staff-to-guest ratio here felt unusually high in the best possible way. It actually reminded me a bit of a small luxury cruise ship, where someone is always nearby, aware, and ready to help without being intrusive. The hotel itself is beautiful, the views are lovely, and the location works well. It feels tucked away enough to be relaxing, yet most places are only a short taxi ride away, which makes it very practical as a base in Goa. Overall, Hilton Goa Resort combined beauty, strong service, and a level of personal attention that is becoming increasingly rare. I would absolutely return.

Visited on 16th April to celebrate my birthday, but the experience was terrible from start to finish. We were made to feel unwelcome with constant reminders about closing time. Simple requests were denied without any flexibility. The worst part, one plate had an insect, and instead of replacing it, staff casually removed it by turning in a different side and continued. Later, we found a hair/thread in the food. When reported, the server just said “Oh sh*t” and walked away. No apology, no action. Also cutleries were dirty where we were seated. Food was delayed, beverages never arrived, and overall service was highly unprofessional. Completely unacceptable for a reputed brand. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all
