熱水用量有限，加熱緩慢。入住先洗衣服，洗衣機預設溫水，就將熱水用完。房東沒有事先通知會有這個問題，導致第一晚洗澡沒有熱水。要自己煮熱水勉強洗澡。 閣樓三人房非密閉與客廳相通，但客廳暖氣機電源設了定時兩小時關閉，半夜無暖氣很冷。

The outlook from the deck was absolutely stunning and we spent many hours sitting out there. The downstairs bathroom was lovely and huge and it was nice having a door out to the back garden. There was also plenty of firewood, and it was very comforting having a roaring fire going when the temperature dropped.

It's right at the top of a very, very steep hill, and there is no public transport to the top. Definitely would be worth mentioning that in the fine print. There were also only 8 dining room chairs; if you sleep 9 people, there should be 9 chairs.

我们超爱这个房子，在中国春节的假期期间，皇后镇的房源供应量极少，而这个房子成为了我们旅程中的惊喜： - 和图片一致的完善的房间和设备配置 - 一看就是房东曾经居住过的房子，有生活气息，房子非常实用，一家人其乐融融，很温馨 - 离皇后镇湖区非常近，周围的社区也很好 - 拥有美妙的湖景，就着美景的晚餐是享受 - 可爱的壁炉，宽敞的居住空间，格局精巧 - 楼下的卫生间很宽敞 - 厨房有两个灯泡坏了，房东第一时间回复修理

需要注意的： - 停车位位于房子的上坡处，装卸箱子需要来回来去倒车（有这个预期就可以，不算一个大缺点，可以接受）

Some of the bedroom doors need oiling in the hinges they squeak when the door opens or closes. Could do with hand rails in the stair way for guidance for elderly people going to the lower and upper bedrooms, also handrails on the steps that go from the road side to the front entrance.

1. 洗澡熱水真的太少了：八人入住，但第一晚的熱水在第一個人洗完澡後就沒了（使用浴缸泡澡） 如果熱水箱已知較小，建議可以先提醒客人不要泡澡 2. 住在樓下的兩間房間，會一直聽到客廳、廚房、餐廳的地板木頭聲音

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for both relaxing and exploring, but the absolute highlight was the view – especially watching the sun set on the mountain ranges each evening. Check-in was easy and stress-free, and all the little details made our holiday really enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

We all love the view. House was beautiful and the kids just absolutely think it's the best.

Nothing much but would be nice to have some shelter or umbrella outside to cover from weather. But still amazing.

Upstairs bedrooms very hot, downstairs bedrooms noisy when people upstairs in living area walked around. Amazing view but a bit too far and steep uphill to walk from town.

Located at the top of Fernhill with fantastic views from all rooms, especially the view from kitchen and balcony. Easy access to Queenstown. All rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Managing team members are very helpful and response my enquiries promptly.

The house is amazing! Located on the hill with remarkable view of Lake Wakatipu! Amazing sunrise and sunset view as well. All rooms facing the beautiful lake. Toilets are spacious, Kitchen is well equipped and dine w view, indoor and outdoor.

Would definitely up grad the Pillows, it was as if they were no existent to sleep on. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Location and the view

Arriving to find trades there installing a new fire . We had traveled along way and just wanted to relax which is a bit difficult when there are trades working in the lounge. This is not the trades fault they were great guys and didn’t know we were coming until an hour before we arrived . Disappointing start to the holiday. We also ran out of hot water on the 3rd night

The Localty of the House.

Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was not as pleasant as we had hoped. There were several issues that negatively impacted our experience. Firstly, the parking space provided was not suitable. In order to park, we had to drive over a road kerb, which was inconvenient and potentially damaging to our vehicle. This lack of proper parking facilities was frustrating. Additionally, we had difficulties with the heating in the apartment. The lounge heater was set on a timer, shutting down every three hours. This was inconvenient, especially during colder nights when we would wake up to a cold living area. Furthermore, the small heater in the top master bedroom was insufficient to adequately heat the entire room, making it uncomfortable to sleep without additional blankets or layers. The hot water supply in the apartment was another issue we encountered. With seven people staying in the apartment, the hot water did not cater to everyone's needs. Often, the second last person to shower would be left with cold water, which was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, the layout of the apartment was unsafe in some areas. The top bedroom with two beds had a fire chimney located at the bottom, which heated up and raised concerns regarding the safety of anyone staying in that room, especially children. This was a major issue that made us feel concerned and uneasy. When comparing the photos on the website to the actual apartment, there was a noticeable discrepancy. The appearance portrayed on the website did not accurately reflect the state of the building, which seemed to be poorly maintained. This lack of proper maintenance further contributed to our dissatisfaction with the apartment. Overall, our experience at this apartment was disappointing. The issues with parking, heating, hot water, and safety concerns with the chimney, along with the lack of proper maintenance, significantly impacted our enjoyment of our stay.

This house up on a beautiful hill overlooking the water. Parking and access was so easy. We were able to drive into the downtown Queenstown area so quickly. Our family loved the set up of the house and the spectacular views.

Check-in was smooth with on time messages from the property management. House was fully furnished with everything you needed to feel home. Breathtaking view from all three levels of the house. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was really nice as shown in the photos, great location, me and the boys had a great time relaxing.

The fire alarm was beeping in the master bedroom upstairs. We believe it was indicating that it was low battery. Also we struggled to understand the oven although not too major 😁

The layout of the property was good, sited on a hill with fantastic views of the Remarkables and Lake. Good amenities.

Very difficult to get the TV working, there was no sound with no instructions on how to make it work, but with such great views why would you need the TV.

We stayed there with 3 of my friends for 5 days. What an amazing HOME. Everything from check in information to staying there was an amazing experience. Beautiful location with amazing view of the lake and serene house in the hills. Wonderful arrangements and everything well thought out by the owner. Everything was where it should have been , didnt need to call or contact anyone for anything during the stay, which shows how wonderful the owner/host is in planning everything. I would highly recommend it for bigger families , it has capacity easily sleep 8-10 peoples with enough room for everyone. Well done
