Great location, free dinners, and clean facilities. The staff were respectful and friendly. Overall, a pleasant stay!

There was someone seemingly drugged and unresponsive in the corridors, which was concerning. If reception isn’t staffed 24/7, there should at least be an emergency contact number so guests can report situations like this and get help quickly.

Very friendly night staff lady. Fellow hostel folk are very respectful and polite when using facilities. Cleaner has done a great job on female bathroom and room which is usually rare for a backpacker hostel. I would repeat my stay. Hendon station is so close too. But if your planning to come back from Wembley you will have to walk as bus 83 does not come or train in time for check in at 00.30. the walk is an hour 20 mins through a green which is dark but it's fairly safe and direct via Google.

Check in guy needs to actually be there to check out not having a fag. It's a two hour window, as a smoker myself I get it but you're on shift to work people have strict travel times sometimes. Private room but could still hear noise outside from road due to direction facing and window. So sleep didn't happen. Wouldn't expect that for the price.

Abbiamo avuto qualche esperienza negativa, in quanto la prima sera a seguito del ritardo del nostro aereo non abbiamo potuto fare il check-in, la sera dopo uno dei nostri letti era stato dato ad un altro ospite e quello che avevo lasciato sopra sparito e a mio fratello è stato rimosso il lucchetto del suo locker da non sappiamo chi.

Très proche de la station de métro

Pas de rideaux ni à la tête ni au pied de mon lit (les autres en avaient), ce qui manquait vraiment d'intimité. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres non plus, difficile de dormir après 8h. Toilettes femmes sans savon, douches sales...

You can't ask more from a hostel, the beds were great, it wasn't that hot, the staff was really helpful and kind, and you're right next to the tube, it's an easy ride to the centre of london..

I think that when it gets really hot, I don't know how the temperature holds up. An dmaybe the showers taht are not that great the time of flow when you press the button is really short...

The staff are lovely, the facility is well cleaned and overall amazing for value.

Le personnel est hyper accueillant. Il sont ouvert et propose toujours des activités faire entre nous. Jeux, sortie karaoké ... Ce fut tellement agréable de rester avec eux.

Too hot, i understand that older buildings it’s hard to have aircon in them but 2 small fans in a small room of 6 people wasn’t enough during the heat, unfortunately I was sweating just laying in bed

Privatsphäre durch Vorhänge und Steckdosen direkt an den Betten. Tolle Lage und finde es echt gut, dass es eine Altersbegrenzung gibt!! So kann man direkt Leute im gleichen Alter kennenlernen und was zusammen unternehmen :)

Die Küche ist nicht allzu groß, aber reicht vollkommen aus.

Det låg bra till och nära kollektivtrafiken.

Det var väldigt mycket som var trasigt. Tvålpumpen på toaletten samt handtorken var trasig, och fanns inte papper. Det var mycket folk som satt i hela korridoren och trappan så man fick snällt fråga att komma förbi när man skulle in till sitt rum. Ganska stökigt och ofräscht. Blev också förföljda och skrikna på av alkoholpåverkade gubbar utanför hostellet.

Staff is super kind and friendly. My room was clean and cozy. Despite the heat, it was well equipped. Really easy to reach by the tube. Nice neighbourhood.

A hostel is a hostel, so you get what you pay for. Having said that, and having been to some absolutely dismal hostels in the past, this one by far exceeded expectations. The staff on checking in and out were lovely and really helpful. I quite literally just needed a bed and a shower for the 2 nights I was going to be in London, so was not expecting frills. I stayed in a female dorm, and luckily got the bottom bunk (3 tiers). Under the bed were 3 metal cages for people's belongings - be aware that pulling them in and back makes a lot of noise, so the bottom bunk sleepers will hear that. There are also additional lockers outside each room if needed. The beds have curtains, and a strip with plugs, USB chargers, and a light. I was lucky that nobody snored in the room and generally tried to be quiet and respectful. There are 3 shared showers and toilets upstairs which isn't a lot, but is managed. I didn't use the shared kitchen. The hotel is full of photos, funny signs, nice decor - a nice place to stay and meet people if you're young and adventurous. It is well located, right next to a train station, and bus stops, and a shopping mall a 15 minute walk away - supermarkets a few blocks away too. Enjoyed my stay, and for £40 a night in London, it's a good place.

The pillow was rock solid and thin, and seeing that London was experiencing a heatwave, the fan/AC situation in the room wasn't enough. Luckily I had an electric fan with me that I tied to the bunkbed which helped.

I have been in cheaper hostels with better infrastructure. Also I think the price didn't match the facilities. There was only a small fan fighting to keep the room cool. For that many beds inside one room, they could put an air conditioner.

The staff are a vibe. Place is clean. Excellent location. Good value for money. I’d recommend to any traveller on a tight budget. Also, you’re just paying less than £20. Be kind to the staff please.

The ladies bathroom was a cramped at times, especially in the morning and bedtime, so I had to get up early to avoid the wait and make it in time for the 10 am check out

Good location. Good 24 x 7 shops around. Restaurant are up late as well. The vibe of the hostel and location around is good. Good transportation options.

Too many people share only three toilets also three shower rooms. Kitchen wasn’t messy at all but somehow looks dirty. (I did not use during my stay)

I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, and it was easy to meet and make friends with other travellers. The free dinner nights were a great bonus, especially when travelling on a budget, and the meals were surprisingly good. Overall, it was a welcoming place to stay.

The rooms had a bit of an unpleasant smell, although that may have been due to the other guests in my room. The shower areas were quite small and didn't have a good place to hang clothes or towels without them getting wet. The hostel also felt quite dated and could do with a refresh. The location was close to the train station, which was convenient, but there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area. Most attractions required a fairly long train ride, and since trains stopped around midnight, getting back after a night out could be difficult or expensive.

Très bien placé dans la ville, des arrêts de bus tout autour et une bouche de métro juste à côté.

Pas assez de place dans les lits et dans les douches. Les rangements sont bruyants et pas pratiques.

A atmosfera é incrível, o ambiente é bem animado e descontraído. A cozinha é bem equipada. As pessoas que trabalham lá merecem nota 10. Eu amei o local.

Não tem muito espaço nos beliches e no lugar onde se guarda bagagens.

Ich finde dieses Hostel ist einfach ein richtiges authentisches Backpacker Hostel. Es hat einen nostalgischen Vibe mit all den Fotos an den Wänden. Man lernt schnell Leute kennen und mit der Northern Line ist man schnell überall wo man will.

Ich war etwas irritiert, da in der Beschreibung steht, dass es für 18-35-Jährige ist. Leider war im Bett unter mir ein älterer Mann, der sehr unangenehm war. Er lag den ganzen Tag im Bett und hat gegessen, obwohl das auf den Zimmern nicht erlaubt war. Er hat auch relativ start gerochen. Ich wünschte ich hätte mich ans Personal gewendet, stattdessen dachte ich, ich steh das einfach durch. Das ist nun mein einziger Kritikpunkt. Sonst wars mega!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, with both bus and metro stops just a short walk away.

There were not enough showers/toilets and the shared bathroom area felt too small. We stayed over a weekend for a concert and noticed that the hostel became much busier as the weekend went on. At the beginning of our stay, the cleanliness was perfectly fine, but it deteriorated as occupancy increased.

The staff were amazing! The free dinners and organised nights out were fantastic too.

La ubicación.

En primavera/verano no estan preparados para altas temperaturas, hay solo dos ventiladores pequeños en las esquinas de las paredes para 12 personas -y que el ventilador incluso no daba a todos los angulos-. Al otro dia, hemos ido todas la de la habitación a pedir otro ventilador de pie para que haya mas aire, lo cual nos dijieron que lo teniamos que devolver al otro dia a las 8 y, cuando lo devolvimos, nos regañaron de por qué y quién nos habia permitido eso -cuando a la noche estabamos sudando de calor-. Me extraña que la cocina y el personal cierre de 1AM A 8AM, osea que si te pasa algo o quieres agua pues…suerte. Habiendo reservado habitación de solo chicas, el baño esta en otra planta completamente distinta donde puedes cruzarte chicos borrachos por la noche. El ruido es otra cosa, ruido afuera, ruido en las habitaciones. Claramente la instalación del hostel esta muy mal diseñada, desde las camas, hasta los lockers, hasta la ventilación y puedo continuar. Le hace falta una buena remodelación a todo.

Nice and friendly staff who helped to sort a minor issue. Location was convenient to the underground.

The bedsheets had not been changed when I arrived, but staff addressed the issue right away, so it was likely an oversight. Also some guests were hanging in the hallway listening to music without headphones until late at night.

transphobic receptionist humiliated me and directed me to ladies toilet . Transphobic men in mens toilet . Sexually harassive sexist men . Misogynist men in room D6 making unwanted dominating gestures . Transphobic women staff cleaners disrespectful speaking in room whilst I am sleeping . Disrespectful guest in room D6 and disrespectful guest around the halls . Police are looking for men in mens toilet who where transphobic to me .

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Everything! The hostel was very clean and the people are all really nice. They organize fun social night throughout the week which is great to meet people. The location is good too, right across the metro station that takes you straight to central London. Definitely recommend staying here and will be back soon!

There was a small mismatch with my room and bed, had to go upstairs 3 times and back to reception, but they were very apologetic, gave me a free breakfast voucher and the room I got assigned was actually empty until the last day 😇 Also had fun at the dancefloor, drink prices are okay and you can choose you own music through spotify jam

Self-Checkin assigned me the wrong bunk, paid for bottom, got assigned top - generally recommend checking in with staff

O hostel foi muito tranquilo, o pessoal da recepção muito simpático, o quarto e o banheiro estavam limpos

A tomada da cama era só pra adaptador pequeno, tive que ficar recarregando meu celular na recepção. E a cleaner ia limpar o banheiro na hora que a gente precisava usar e não terminava mais, por dois dias da minha viagem isso atrasou meu dia.
