The property was very nice! It was clean and in a great location. I loved the lounge they had set up for guest that booked the diamond club feature. It was a great place to reset have a drink a snack and meet and socialize with other guests.

Only thing I didn’t care for was that the if you purchased the cabana package on the 16th floor you’re not getting the same perks you would get if you purchased one by the main pool but once I inquired about it my butler’s (Iran & Sandra) took care of it immediately and it was all good.

I wasn't impressed

Staff members were not particularly pleasant, and unfortunately, the level of service felt more like what I would expect from a two-star resort. From the moment we arrived, we were repeatedly approached by staff trying to get us to sign up for various offers, which quickly became uncomfortable. Some of the questions we were asked also felt strange and intrusive. I came to this resort with very high expectations, especially since our stay was for a celebration, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. There is a lot the resort could do to elevate its standard, starting with better staff training. Staff should be encouraged to be consistently polite, respectful, welcoming, and simply smile more. These small gestures make a significant difference, particularly at a resort that is positioning itself as a luxury property. Unfortunately, our experience at checkout reinforced our decision to leave early. When we approached AFI after another staff member had directed us to the front, my spouse explained this to her, but instead of assisting us or even asking why we were checking out earlier than planned, she sent us away to join the queue and indicated that she was not going to serve us yet. Ironically, it was the guest she was about to assist who kindly insisted that we could go ahead of her if we were trying to get to the airport. I found it disappointing that another guest showed us more consideration in that moment than the staff member responsible for assisting guests. Ultimately, we cut our stay short and moved to another resort. I genuinely hope management takes feedback like this seriously because the property may have a lot to offer, but the quality of service and hospitality needs to match the standard guests are expecting. The property itself is beautiful, but there is definitely an opportunity to take the service up a notch, particularly if the goal is to create an experience that makes guests want to return.

The bedrooms are spacious and the location is not bad, close to La Isla mall and its variety of cafes and restaurants (if you stay here you’ll visit it often)

The bedrooms were not clean at all. You could see stains on the towels, and the sheets and bedding smelled strongly of other people’s perfume. The food was honestly disgusting. The quality of the oil they use for cooking was particularly unpleasant. The specialty restaurants were no better — I won’t even get started on the sushi we ordered for dinner. The pool area was another disappointment. I’m not expecting the pool to be empty, but it should at least be possible to have a relaxing swim. Instead, there were people drinking cocktails and smoking shishas practically every centimeter, making it impossible to enjoy the pool peacefully. The elevator system is also extremely inefficient. The hotel has 16 floors, yet the elevator stops at almost every single floor before reaching the lobby. The so-called “€300 discount” is misleading. It is divided between different services, so you cannot actually use it as a €300 discount. For example, the spa costs €250 per couple, but the discount you can actually apply to it is only €30. We even celebrated a wedding at the hotel, and we had to serve ourselves at the buffet dinner, which was completely unacceptable for such an occasion. Unfortunately, the general atmosphere was also very unpleasant. Many guests were extremely loud and rude, shouting, speaking disrespectfully to staff, making noise at night and preventing other guests from properly enjoying the facilities. I will never forget seeing vomit on the floor around the BBQ area. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor food, misleading “discounts,” overcrowded facilities and the general behaviour of many guests, I would never stay here again and definitely would not recommend it.

The hotel is very clear around the experience it offers when booking and it delivers exactly that. You can relax on the beach during the day and take advantage of the really attentive waiter service to keep yourself “hydrated” and well fed. If you like, there is aqua fitness, beach/aqua volleyball and regular foam parties in the pool with dancing lead by the vibe team. Diego and Vivi will encourage anyone with even the slightest doubt. Definitely get involved. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner is very good. (Breakfast) Omelettes and pancakes are cooked to order and the ladies at the stations there are faultless. (Lunch) we typically ordered to our sun beds. The burgers and chicken tenders were a firm favourite. (Dinner) we split between Hunters, Vespa, Asian and the buffet. Hunters was excellent… the staff there create a really good experience and interact superbly. The food was spot on and the house Merlot was good too. Asian fusion.. ditto. Vespa was ok. The resteraunt was sweltering which detracted a little. The buffet.. I/we really enjoyed. The cooking stations will prepare tuna, white fish, scallops however you need them cooking. There’s a constant flow of pizza and a good rotation of other dishes too. Decent desserts although I always went for ice cream (shout out to the lovely, helpful, smiley lady who serves it). The waiters were always there to serve and top up whatever you were drinking. Why this isn’t a 5 star review? The check in process is complicated and overall, the front reception desk are what you might class as deflective to any question you have. The Spa is expensive and constantly pushed. I always have a treatment wherever we stay but not here. $235 (US) for a couples massage is a bit steep. We were there celebrating two 50th birthday’s and our travel agent (TUI) added this to our booking. There was no mention of it during our stay (that didn’t really matter). Should you stay here? Yes… if you want a good time, good food in a fabulous setting it’s great. Interact with the waiters, cooks and vibe team and it makes it all the better. Extras… go to the Coco Bongo if you haven’t. Pay for the front row (don’t even question whether you should). Excellent shopping whether you term left or right out of the hotel too.

Celebrated our 15th anniversary here and it was a dream. Our first time in Mexico/Cancun. We did the Diamond Club and it was worth it; our butler’s Rosa and Esteban were amazing and made our experience so special.

The location was great. The atmosphere was a bit too party for my husband and I but overall the atmosphere was fine. The rooms were beautiful!!! Well kept Make sure you bring an international charger. We got and upgraded room so we were pleasantly surprised!! Clean and bright!! The value for the price was absolutely worth it. The food was amazing!! Everything you need in one area It is a very loud resort. Very party. If you want quiet and relaxing this is not your resort The service was perfect. The staff at the resort went above and beyond!!! I would like to acknowledge our butters ~Marisol & Arturo !! Knowable.Kind. Understanding. They listened. They answered. They cared. We will definitely miss them!!!

The fact that I needed a microwave at 4AM and there was not one available to reheat my birthday dinner. For a multimillion dollar establishment that happens to be a resort that’s unacceptable for the customers who want to re heat their dinner from a offsite restaurant

Our diamond club butler Arturo was an amazing help and took care of everything we asked. Check in was quick, like 5 min and we were off to enjoy our trip.

This was an amazing hotel. We had the best time and there was so much to do. From the restaurants to the pool and bars, this hotel was very impressive. We purchased the Diamond Club and our butlers Monse and Daniel were the best. They were very responsive and took care of anything we needed. They also helped us book reservations at the restaurants which we really enjoyed. Our party was split between two separate rooms and they made sure we were able to get things together which was very nice. We tried the steakhouse and Italian restaurant and both were great. We also got to experience the Mexican buffet which was my personal favorite. So much to choose from. The location was perfect. Super close to down town nightlife and a great spot in the beach. The rooms and restrooms very very clean which made all the difference. We felt very comfortable and our rooms were cleaned and beds were made daily. This hotel was definitely worth it especially for the price. We got a very good deal on the flight and hotel package on their website. There was a god mix between young adults -Middle Aged adults which was a perfect blend. Loved the adults only aspect as well.

Nice hotel on the beach. There are 3 pools, one of which is for Diamond Club only. Multiple restaurants and the Elements buffet chefs can accommodate special allergy needs. There is music and dancing every night, and different activities at the pool during the day. We had Diamond Club which also includes butler services. Stef and Diego were available all day to help us with anything we needed. Both were kind and helpful, always graciously. If you use this hotel, definitely ask for Stef and Diego!

Our experience was great!! Arturo and Marisol were the best from the moment we got there until we left always checking in on us and making sure that we were taken care of.

I didn’t like that I modified my booking for the 20th through the 23rd and they still charge me from the 23rd through the 26th and they have not fixed the problem. I don’t like it there. They all don’t work together to make sure that everything works out for the customer.

הגענו ליום וחצי, הכל היה פשוט מעולה !!!! הצוות אדיב מאוד, חדר נהדר, בריכות מושלמות, באמת הכל היה יוצא מן הכלל. מכיוון שהטיסה שלנו היתה בערב, עשינו צק אווט ב 1200, שמנו את המזוודות בשמירת חפצים וניתן היה להישאר במלון להשתמש בכל המתקנים ולהנות מהכל כלול. בנוסף יש להם בלובי חדר מיוחד שניתן לשריין ללא עלות למשך 45 דק , הם שריינו לנו לשעה שביקשנו לפני שיצאנו לשדה, החדר כולל חדר רחצה מאובזר. וכך יצאנו לטיסה נקיים לאחר מקלחת מצויינת. בקיצור מומלץ ביותר !!!

The only thing I liked was how it looked EVERYTHING ELSE ABSOLUTELY SUCKED!!!!

The food tasted terrible even the fruit and the drinks barely have liquor ( I watched them make them)and this was all 3 days the all inclusive restaurants I had to send back all my dishes I tried all of them the only one that was good was the steak house. AND ITS ALWAYS HOT like there’s only AC in your room but the lobby/restaurants/hallways/elevators was extremely hot ALL THE TIME.

It was awesome that it was on a beautiful part on the beach and close to downtown.

I like the ambiance and the staff were all so friendly. I also love that they have security at the front before you come through the entrance which made me feel safe for my first time in Mexico. Oh! And the butlers that comes with diamond club are the best. They will literally make sure you okay and that if you need anything. LOVED IT ALL HONESTLY I CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!!!

They are constantly trying to upsell you things, so it makes it hard to actually relax, constantly having to say 'No thanks' to people trying to sell you something

We did have a great time at the Royalton-beach was beautiful, staff were great and room was nice. We stayed Diamond club which for me, was worth it to have access to the lounge and quieter pool. I did not like the big pool-it got very rowdy and by the end of each day there was always a layer of slime on top of the water. I guess this is due to how many people use the pool, the foam parties and people not vacating the pool to use the bathroom which massively put me off. Our butlers were nice but we didn’t have much contact with them. They were always great when we text for anything though. reserving loungers by the diamond club pool-I never had a problem as I am an early riser and was down by the pool for 8ish every morning to sit on a bed, but people were paying the pool attendant $10/$15 a day to reserve 4/5 beds each which was ridiculous. Some beds were not used all day which meant people were wandering round for ages looking for a sun lounger. Food in the restaurants was not great but the buffet was very good so we never had any issues getting nice food. Avoid the Italian. One downside to staying on the sunset side-the outside of the hotel has flashing coloured lights on the balcony which made it impossible to sit out and relax at night. Our favourite night was the Mexican night. Staff worked extremely hard to put on such a show stopping event. Overall we had a really good time at Royalton-but this is a real party resort so bear that in mind.

Everything was beautiful! Samara and Sandra went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were the best butlers we could ever ask for. They gave great recommendations for dining off site. Vibe team was amazing! Diego convinced me to do water aerobics and Zumba on my vacation. Lol I plan on coming back!

I highly recommend Royalton CHIC! My husband and I first stayed here two years ago to celebrate our 40th birthdays, and we recently returned to celebrate Father’s Day and our wedding anniversary. Both times, we booked the ocean-view Diamond Club package suite, and it was absolutely worth it. Arturo and Marisol, were amazing, attentive, friendly, communicative, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room was beautifully decorated upon arrival and refreshed every day. The entertainment was nonstop, and there was always something fun to do. We had an incredible experience both times, and we will definitely be back again!

We had a group of 10 people that went here for a week. Overall it was average at best. The food was solid and the service at the restaurant's and bars was good. Room service was limited and took a long time to show up. I would classify this as a party resort. The beach was a complete mess. Seaweed dominated the water near the hotel so no one was on the beach. The resort is very loud. If you want to relax I would choose another resort. The have one main pool with only 18 chairs around it. We have been to 5 different resorts In Mexico and this I would rank this one last. A decent resort that is all party all the time.

I stayed at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. It is a wonderful hotel located right on the beach, offering excellent value for money. The dining room, with its ocean view, is a wonderful experience in itself, and the hotel facilities are excellent. The culinary experience was truly above and beyond: breakfast, lunch and dinner, several restaurants, fast food options, and room service, everything was of a very high standard. The meals were very diverse, with plenty of options of all kinds. The food was fresh, high-quality and clean, and the service was excellent. A huge special thank you to Chef Canella for his personal attention, sensitivity and consideration regarding all my dietary restrictions. He truly saved me every day, and I am deeply grateful to him for that. Many thanks also to Yitzhak and the wonderful and special Abigail from the restaurant, for the special meal she prepared for me with great talent, despite all my dietary restrictions. A special thank you also to Bernaldinho from room service for his endless kindness. Thank you to all the hotel staff, who were attentive, polite, service-oriented and pleasant throughout the entire resort. In addition, every few days, the hotel hosts a large and impressive event in the hotel plaza, such as a guest artist performance or a folklore show with dinner. Every evening, there is also a dance club for young people, which adds to the lively atmosphere of the hotel. Highly reccommended!

The check-in experience with the representative, Mabel, was very unpleasant. I arrived at the hotel after a long journey, tired and exhausted, and full of expectations. Unfortunately, the first person I encountered was Mabel, who was impatient, unpleasant, and even aggressive. This was my first impression and welcome at the hotel, and sadly, it was a very disappointing one. However, I must emphasize that the rest of the staff throughout the front desk was excellent.

I had an amazing stay at the Royalton CHIC Cancun, on a recent girl’s trip! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. There is onsite security and you have to scan a wrist band for access to the rooms so I felt very safe, as I stayed in a room alone. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. A special thank you to my butler, Iran, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. He checked in with me daily to make sure everything was perfect and was always quick to assist with any requests. His exceptional service truly made my vacation even more enjoyable. I also visited the spa and received the best massage of my life! It was amazing! 10/10 I highly recommend Royalton CHIC Cancun to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway. Royalton chic was a great experience! The atmosphere was clean, friendly, and live!! Our room was nice and had a great view. It came with a mini bar that was refilled daily and a bottle of champagne with desserts. The location was perfect for us due to the mall Being only 5-7 minutes away. If you don’t like to party and would prefer a quiet vacation this is not the resort for you. Although it’s luxurious, classy, and high end We stayed on the 14th floor and you’re able to hear the base from the rooftop party. Not too loud but still able to hear. We were also given butlers. We had two Marisol and Arturo. They were phenomenal! Very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Especially Marisol!! She made sure we were well taken care of. They also make sure you’re given the itinerary every morning so you’re not missing out on all the activities. They will book your excursions, dinner reservations, taxis, etc for you. That definitely made our stay stress free. Over all I rate my stay a 10/10 and would definitely recommend to my party people!

I had an incredible time at Royalton CHIC Cancun! This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first. The weather was beautiful, the resort was large, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was delicious with plenty of great options, and the service throughout the resort was attentive and friendly. Check-in was quick and seamless, which made arriving stress-free. The cabanas were also a great touch and provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views. What truly made this trip extra special was Romina. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. If you’re planning a visit, definitely ask for Romina—you won’t be disappointed! I can’t say enough good things about this resort. Royalton CHIC Cancun continues to exceed my expectations, and I will absolutely be returning again. Highly recommend!

Very nice resort! The hospitality is always top notch

Damian from Guest Services was absolutely outstanding. He helped coordinate and plan my proposal at the resort, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, Damian was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the moment special. He paid attention to the details, provided excellent suggestions, and ensured everything went smoothly on the day of the proposal. His communication and organization made the entire process stress-free and allowed me to focus on enjoying the moment. Thanks to Damian’s efforts, the proposal was everything I hoped it would be and more. I am extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone planning a special occasion at the resort.

Excellent location. Diamond club was a mixed experience due to the rooftop area experience being geared towards the younger generation with loud music and loud youngsters. Food in all areas was excellent Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful Pool staff , particularly Santiago were extremely friendly and helpful Butlers Stef and Luis were great Rooms were very nice and well organised and laid out. Issues on occasions with room cleaning Overall a great experience however the hotel is definitely geared more towards the younger generation with a big party atmosphere

At Royalton Chic Cancun they showed up and showed out! We had an absolutely amazing time! The workers were very welcoming from the time we arrived! Our Butlers Cesar & Diego were GRRRREEEAATTT! They made sure our dinner reservations were made for every night! They found us at the beach and pool to check on us. I would absolutely recommend this resort and Diamond Club!

Another great visit to Cancun and Royalton Chic. This was our third visit to this resort and again they did not disappoint! This resort is the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Marisol and Aturo were very helpful butlers. Immediately assigned to us, they created a group chat and kept updating us with all our program for the day.meeting and taking us to the various places. Booking restaurant reservations for us. On the last day during checkout, they came to intervene in a misunderstanding concerning our billing. They were very helpful. Hope to work with them when we visit again. Vincent was also very very helpful and was available to plan my wife's surprise birthday decoration and package. He put everything together. Great gentleman and very communicative. Made sure everything in my wife's birthday surprise package worked as planned.

Ar condicionado do quarto funcionava de maneira muito fraca, tivemos que ligar o ventilador do teto para conseguir dormir. Desconfortável dormir com vento, mas melhor do que dormir suando. Cerveja fria mas nao gelada. Som na área da piscina era baixo, mal chegava no bar molhado, alguns hóspedes levam jbl para ficar ouvindo música na piscina de tao baixa que é a música. 5 horas da tarde, momento em que todos estao mais animados, o som da piscina é desligado. Pelo preço que paguei, considero a experiência regular para boa.

The staff in general was really warm and good with us. Samara and Sandra were the best, always helping us with any question or doubt that we had or with any scheduling. The rooms and hotel atmosphere were great, We are planning to go again and stay for more time, 3 nights felt really short

We had such a great time at the Royalton! The staff was absolutely amazing! Specifically, Samara and Sandra (our personal butlers) were such a joy! They checked in on us, made reservations for us, and even called to find us a dentist when we had someone in our group that needed one unexpectedly! They truly cared about making sure we had the best experience! When we come back, we will be requesting to have them again!

The best so far ! Great room, amazing food and the best staff. I have been going to all inclusive hotel vacations twice a year for the past ten years and this by far was the best. I went there solo in January loved it so much I told my hubby we had to go there for my bday in May. The manager at the steak house and the staff there were so nice and accommodating. But my favorite were my bartenders Elmer, Caesar , and Mauricio Barrera. They made me the best drinks and even if they didn’t have ingredients for something(elderflower for Hugo spritz) I asked for they accommodated. I would go back again just to see those guys at the Tabuu bar. They made my trip and I’m def coming back to have a drink at their bar. already miss them :( The food was the best i ever had on my vacations. Fish grilled fresh right in front of you and great salads.

Their warm, friendly approach and dedication made a huge difference and really enhanced my holiday. I also want to give special recognition to Darinell, who was fantastic by the pool and always made sure my drinks were topped up. His attentiveness, friendly personality, and excellent service were greatly appreciated every day and added so much to the overall experience. One thing I really appreciated about Royalton CHIC Cancun is that while it definitely has the fun, lively party atmosphere it’s known for, there were also plenty of quieter areas around the resort where I could relax, switch off, and just chill. It gave the perfect balance between entertainment and peaceful downtime, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The incredible hospitality from Steff, Luis, and Darinell is what made this trip so memorable. They are a real credit to Royalton CHIC Cancun. I would absolutely recommend this resort, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Firstly all of the staff in this hotel are amazing. They work super hard, and are super accommodating and attentive, every single one of them! Thank you to the Vibe team for the vibes! Secondly the gym, is so great! They have Technogym machines and even a rack, more than most hotel gyms. My favourite part was the studio which had punch bags, again so much better than any hotel gym I have used. The trainers in the gym are very knowledgeable and attentive. They put on brilliant classes and I even got a some private boxing lessons. Two of the trainers, Axel and the manager Martin are boxers, so I was able to get in some one-on-one pad work which made my trip because they taught me Mexican City style boxing! I also attended two bootcamps with Esteban and Adnan who were brilliant! Even though these were group classes the guys don't go through the motions they pay attention to your form and adapt exercises to suit each individual, so a big thank you to all of them! I highly recommend the gym and the classes, then you can eat and drink more! lol Thirdly, the food and drink was great, plenty of selection, my vegetarian friend was ok, but some food items were made so close to meat items that there was cross contamination. It wasn't so much of a problem for her but something to be aware of and something for the hotel to work on - maybe a separate hot food station for veg? The drinks were awesome, Alejandro the talented mixologist with a cocktail cart made the best artisan cocktails and gave a margarita class. The only reason this is not an excellent rating is because of the lifts, FIVE lifts for so many rooms can be VERY frustrating. The wait seems long and it looked like the stairs were behind an alarmed door?? The rooms are clean and well equipped but compared to other Royaltons some small updates could be made. We had an issue with our aircon but that was fixed after a couple of days. That being said we had a fantastic stay and would go again Thank you Royalton Chic! :-)

My first time having a butler with Diamond club and really was amazing from making our dinner reservations to assisting with transportation to airport. All way ready to help us. Thank you Estephanie and Luis.

Fouled smelling "purified" water enforced on all who stay at the hotel. Only after I demanded to be provided bottled water upon finding absolutely disgusting smell coming out of these glass water bottles the Hotel provides, did I start getting them. In fact, staff came into my hotel room without my consent and removed the foul smelled bottle water when I called the front desk and told them, I am coming with this disgusting water bottle to have them smell it and tel me to my eyes that the hotel's filtration system is adequate. Next, people smoke all over the hotel beach area. There MUST be a small section for those that want to smoke, rest should be completely smoke free environment. People come to get fresh ocean air, not this polluted with nicotine and tobacco auroma therapy!! Hotel Jacuzzis do not work and staff was informed that even their buttons to activate the Jacuzzis do not work. You will only find out upon arrival that certain water jet therapy are for VIP guests...really!??? Restaurants are terrible, especially sushi. Buffet was good, but the AC system is nonexistent. You sit and sweat while eating. The spa is beyond overpriced and they literally shove it down your throat throughout the entire hotel in attempt to lure you to spend an exuberant amount for sub-par services. Receptionist staff that was checking us in had a nasty attitude like she was fed up with life and miserable and certainly made sure we have the same experience from the get-go. This is not a 5 star hotel. At best 2.5/5. Needs massive revamping on all levels!!

Very nice resort and superb service but some draw backs. We upgraded to oceanfront and diamond club, both upgrades were definitely worth it. Diamond club allowed us to use the diamond club pool and bar which were less busy than the main pool. On several occasions we waited 10-15 minutes for a drink at the main pool bar, this was not due to the bartenders who were working their butts off but due to being way under staffed. The bartenders are constantly replenishing supplies. Another issue at the resort are the elevators. They have 5 elevators but only 3 were in service when we were there and 1 of those had a broken button so it always stops on the 4th floor. It is very common to wait 10+ minutes for an elevator and there is no accessible stairway beyond the 3rd floor (there are 18 floors). The rooms were very clean, the beach was good but we did have quite a bit of seaweed later in the week, food is decent, entertainment is good. This is a very lively resort with a party atmosphere most of the time, mostly 25-45 year olds.

Our stay at the Royalton Cancun was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The resort itself is beautiful, upscale, modern, and extremely well-maintained. Everything was spotless throughout our stay, from the rooms to the restaurants, pools, and common areas. The atmosphere felt luxurious while still being fun and welcoming, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the experience. The pools were perfect, with plenty of space to lounge, great energy throughout the day, and excellent service no matter where you were on the property. One thing that really stood out was how attentive and friendly the entire staff was across the resort. Every interaction felt genuine, and you could tell the team truly cared about creating a great experience for guests. The on-site activities were also a huge highlight. There was always something happening, whether you wanted a more laid-back vibe or entertainment throughout the day and evening. We stayed in the Diamond Club section, and the elevated service made an already amazing trip even better. Our butlers, Sandra and Samara, were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were attentive, professional, kind, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. They helped with reservations, recommendations, accommodations, and always checked in to make sure everything was perfect. They even suggested offsite restaurants and additional experiences that made our trip even more memorable. Their level of care and hospitality genuinely stood out and made us feel valued the entire time. We also want to give a huge shoutout to Donis and Carlos on the Diamond Club pool side. They were amazing and brought such great energy every day. Their service was top-tier, they were attentive without ever being overbearing, and they helped create such a fun, relaxing atmosphere around the pool. They remembered guests, stayed on top of drinks and service, and always greeted everyone with positivity and professionalism. Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve had, and a huge part of that came down to the people. Thank you to the Royalton Cancun team, especially Sandra, Samara, Donis, and Carlos, for making our vacation unforgettable. We will absolutely be back.

I was at The Royalton Chic in January with my girlfriend. We were very pleased. The food, entertainment & service were excellent. We upgraded & this included butler's, Sandra & Iran. Amazing. I returned in April with my sister. Once again, we were not disappointed. We upgraded as well. This time we just had Iran for our butler. He went above & beyond, making sure all our needs were met. We had a few different beach butler's & waitresses. But Esair & Santiago were amazing. I will definitely be returning next year. I highly recommend. TripAdvisor wouldn't let me post until 3 months after my first review. 😎

Sandra and Samara made our whole Diamond Club experience worth it. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. The food was actually really good for resort food, and the location is perfect if you like leaving the resort to shop, explore, or go clubbing at night. Everything is close and convenient. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely come back. Huge thanks again to Sandra, Samara, and the entire Diamond Club team for making the trip memorable!

The hotel was definitely a party hotel although you could have it quiet aswell. The diamond club was second to none and the butler service was fantastic well worth the extra money. When we go back and we will return as our experience was so good we will ask for our butlers Samara and Sandra as they both made our holiday extra special

Hotel was nice. More like 4 star. Staff were all amazing, food was nice at the buffett, all additinal restuarants were good apart from Itialian, room was nice but a bit tired in places. This is definatelty a party hotel at weekends. No rules in place smoking and vapping happening every where. No dress code at all

We visited Royalton from 5/22/26 - 5/26/26 to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends and family. This was our second time visiting because we enjoyed it so much. This time was no different and we had a great experience. We chose Diamond Club and had the Presidential 1 Bedroom suite. We had the most amazing butlers Sandra and Samara. We had a group of 11 and both were very attentive and checked on us throughout the day. They helped me arrange dinner reservations, informed us of the daily activities, brought us ice and mixers for our drinks in the room, arranged for our luggage to be picked up prior to check out and accompanied us to get checked in and checked out. We have been to many resorts where we had butlers and they are by far the best. Some other employees that stood out were Donis and Carlos at the DC Pool. They kept the drinks coming for our party of 11 and never complained. They even got to know us by name. Service here is top notch!

Great Hotel, Great Service, Great Beach, Good Food and Entertainment. We opted for Diamond Club and it was well worth it. Our butler Iran Mendez was excellent and arranged everything we wanted. He went above and beyond our expectations at every turn. Our group had 2 Anniversaries and a Birthday. Iran made each event great. The hotel is well located and overall a great facility. Multiple restaurants gave variety of good food. Our Ocean Front Room was super. The roof top (Level 18) was nice and our best meals by far were the special menu nights there. The roof top could be far better utilized with more day time shade for the day parties and more importantly using the roof top every night for dancing (not just for special events). The 3rd floor dance venue feels like an after thought while the roof top feels like a dance club should feel. The day time entertainment team pool side was enthusiastic for exercise classes. However, for an adults only “party” resort the entertainment team didn’t make appearances after lunch while other adults only party resorts provide funny, sexy, adult entertainment and more upbeat party music pool side. However, there were a couple of really good live musicians during our 5 night stay. Would I go there again? Yes. Could it be improved upon?Yes. P.S.. Every Bar needs more bartenders. They were often overwhelmed.

I loved it from start to finish. The all inclusive was great and it's one of the best experiences I've had in terms of meeting new people, the energy and vibes, especially by the ground level swimming pool. The hotel itself was picturesque too.

The only let down was that my room had a bit of a musty seaweed smell to it, but other than that it was a great hotel and would definately recommend to a young group of people who are looking for a hotel to stay in Cancun.

Great facilities, Nice food (buffet can be repetitive but same in all places). Great Location, and a nice party vibe at pool. There are other pools that are chill, something for everybody.

I think the services like Spa are quite overpriced. You can find a decent deal and haggle, but seem expensive. Late night room service menu could be better. Service itself is great though.
