Die Organisation eines Ausfluges mit dem Schiff auf dem Bosporus war sehr schön gewesen. Auch das Frühstück war einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Kaffee und Wasser bekamen wir jederzeit, wenn wir es wünschten. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.

Leider einiges: Das Zimmer ist sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen und auch recht klein. Es sollte einen Balkon haben - den hatte es aber dann doch nicht!!! Abends war am 1. Tag der Strom weggeblieben bis kurz nach Mitternacht. Das war aber abends noch nicht klar, wie lange der Stromausfall sein würde: Kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, kein Licht, keine Möglichkeit, das Handy oder die Kamera aufzuladen. An diesem Abend überlegten wir, mit booking Kontakt aufzunehmen. Doch dann kam der Strom wieder und wir haben die 3 Tage durchgehalten. Die vier **** sind aber aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht gegeben .... maximal 2 Sterne! Es schauten auch Kabel aus der Wand, ein Lampenschirm fehlte und das Schlimmste Erlebnis, dass sich der Gastgeber nach der Bootsfahrt mit dem Busfahrer und einem anderen Familienangehörigen eine handfeste Auseinandersetzung lieferte. Dafür entschuldigte sich der Gastgeber aber. Trotzdem ist das aus unserer Sicht ein absolutes NoGo.

Bardzo życzliwy i pomocny Gospodarz w każdej sytuacji. Dzięki niemu pobyt był bardzo przyjemny. Pyszna herbatka i fajne śniadanie. Moim dzieciom również się podobało. Bardzo dobrze mieć Gospodarza, który pomoże, jeśli jest się w obcym kraju i to tak bardzo sympatycznego. Dodatkowo bliskość centrum pozwalała na zwiedzanie miasta na nogach.

Wonderful location. Walking distance from airport shuttle, views of the Sea of Marmara, 10-15 minutes’ walk to the main attractions of Sultanahmet. Good breakfast, served Ahmet in my room overlooking the sea.

My room was up three flights of a narrow spiral staircase. While Ahmet kindly carried my bag up and down, navigating the staircase was pretty scary the day there was a long blackout. My suite of two rooms, while spacious, was eccentric. There were two beds, one in each room, but only the one under the air conditioner was usable when I stayed in late summer. Unfortunately, there was a strange ultraviolet light in that room, which meant reading was hard.

Заселили совершенно не в тот номер, бронировали делюкс, оказался разбитый, старый и не опрятный.Хозяин дал ответ:Финиш, высокий сезон, все занято. Мы бронировали заранее. Завтраки: подача их в номер, но хозяин один день проспал, а в день выезда даже не поинтересовался о времени подачи завтрака. Терраса в номере была, но в отвратительном состоянии,все грязно,захламлено... Не рекомендую.

The location was superb, all facilities are within walking distance. It was also very affordable and great value for the money we paid. And last but not the least, staff (Mr Ahmed) was very hospitable and helpful.

The location and the price are unbeatable. I had a great stay at Happy Suites. The owner is so kind and helpful. The check in was very easy. This place is a gem if you find it available on booking. Great location next to all the touristic hot spots, very quiet neighbourhood, big room and breakfast all in a cheap price. Thank you for your hospitality.

The shower was doing some weird things after sometime of using it. It was changing the temperature of the water fast to cold and back to hot. I guess that they can definitely fix that.

Pulizia lascia a desiderare, mancavano piatti forchette e coltelli per mangiare e il fornello si poteva accendere solo tramite accendino perché solo con la manopola non partiva

La ubicación, camas comodas, el anfitrion muy atento y simpático, dispuesto ayudar en todo momento. Desayuno a la habitación muy bueno. Zona silenciosa por la noche, se puede descansar bien.

Las instalaciones en mal estado y muy desgastadas, regletas rotas con cables sueltos, regletas que no funcionan, muebles desgastados antiguos, cabina de ducha rota. Relación calidad-precio. El propietario nos comentó que tiene previsto renovar las instalaciones este invierno. Si decidís reservar este apartamento, aseguraos que se hayan renovado.

Отличное расположение и суперский сервис! Главный плюс — апартаменты находятся в самом сердце исторического Стамбула, буквально в пяти минутах ходьбы от Голубой мечети.Мы очень много гуляли и возвращались сюда только переночевать, поэтому для нашего формата отдыха всё подошло идеально. Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки — сытно подкрепились и сразу отправились на прогулку по городу, это мегаудобно. Постельное бельё идеальное: очень чистое, свежее и качественное.Из нюансов — ремонт в комнатах уже немного подуставший. Но чистота, локация и забота о гостях это полностью перекрывают. Нас всё устроило, спасибо!

Absolutely amazing stay! The room comes with a fully equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean and cozy, and just a 5-minute walk to the Suleymaniye Mosque. Great location, breakfast is plentiful, and the host was super friendly. Highly recommend!

La ubicación y la amabilidad de Ahmet. Está a 5 minutos caminando de la Mezquita Azul, subiendo una pequeña cuesta. Ahmet nos traía el desayuno todas las mañanas:fruta, tortilla con tomate, te, café, pan, mermelada...y siempre ha sido super amable, haciendo que la estancia sea perfecta.

Location was near key attractions.

We were scammed by the owner of $350. One of the two rooms we reserved was not given to us upon arrival. The A/C did not work while in a heat wave. One room had moist sheets and bugs on the bed. Everything was dirty and not kept up. We asked for a refund as it was not as advertised via Bookings.com and What’sApp but has been over a week and owner has not responded. It was so bad that we booked another hotel at around the same price point that was closer to attractions, had A/C, and was very clean, no bugs on the bed, and well kept.

The location is outstanding for the money. The owner Armet was extremely helpful, wanting to please all the time. It is a little pokey on the entry and stairwell, but is everything you need. Narrow staircase if room upstairs, however, the room is comfortable with your own bath room. The family room down stairs is quite roomy. I would stay there again because of location and comfortable rooms. The value for money in the location is too good to worry about how glamourous the room is. The owner is so helpful, even running a chemist errand for me!

Stairs wouldn't suit someone with walking issues, but the whole city isn't suitable for someone with walking issues.

Café sofrível, não tem local para tomar o café da manhã, o café e servido no quarto.

Não gostei de nada e jamais voltaria. BOOKING, pelo nome que tem deveria avaliar locais como esse que chama de hotel, visual péssimo, limpeza horrível, café horrível, tem que melhorar 1000% para receber título de hotel ou QQ coisa parecida .

The room did not match the description at all. It was advertised with a balcony and coffee-making facilities, but neither was provided. Most importantly, the bedding was damp, which is a major hygiene concern. I felt uncomfortable and disappointed with the overall cleanliness and accuracy of the listing

Location is great. Steps from the Old City, Blue Mosque etc. The host Ahmed is a kindest person, trying to accommodate as much is possible. The breakfast is decent.

The place is tiny. The a/c is old and noisy, you have to decide between getting some sleep and staying cool. The shower is moldy - the caulking, the grout etc. as the ventilation exhaust does not work.

J'ai tout aimé, la qualité du service, la situation géographique et le calme alors que c'est animé dehors. C'est un havre de paix.

Not at all, every penny worth it

It is very cozy, the location is downtown where there are restaurants, groceries, and shopping area 10 mins walk away. The prices are really good. I like the breakfast, homemade with love! Very simple and traditional. The seaside is very close, where you can walk early morning with coffee or run! The owner is very decent and professional man. He helped me a lot with transportation arrangements!

Ahmed was very nice and helpful.

The place needs serious work. The toilet kept moving . There were exposed wires in a number of places. But having said that it was very cheap. It is in an excellent position .

Muy cercano a las principales visitas turísticas de Estambul. Desayuno incluido en el precio. El dueño del hotel muy atento y amable, se preocupó mucho de que todo estuviera bien.

El hotel necesita una renovación. La ducha no está separada del resto del baño por lo que al ducharte se mojaba todo. El desayuno se sirve en la habitación ya que no hay comedor, pero hay que decir que el desayuno era muy correcto.

The location is excellent. The host goes over and beyond to ensure the comfort of his clients. He will recommend places to eat and sites to see. He is also able to get you discounts for some activities. My room had a sea view which was fabulous and soothing. He makes the excellent breakfast and will help with luggage. The hot water works well. The stairwell is home to very nice murals. By the way, the other review left under my name was made by my friends who were traveling with me.

The AC in my room did not work, but it was cool enough that the room was comfortable. Host plans on getting some of the units replaced. My bathroom was very small, so you have to be careful with shower. Only way to access terrace is through another guest room. There are no balconies. There are no bottles of water left in the room, but 3 doors from hotel you can get water very inexpensively. I would have appreciated a glass in the room.

Había una pequeña filtración de agua desde un calefactor de la habitación, considerando que la construcción es antigüa, es esperable. Pero todo lo compensa el execelente trato del personal.

Отличное местоположение, до площади Султанахмет минут 5 пешком. Номер находится в полуподвальном помещении. Будьте готовы к слышимости с улицы. На фото слева от двери -это окно спальни. Удобный матрас. Большая терраса, вид на мраморное море. В душевой только шампунь и мыло. Есть рабочая стиральная машина.

Скудный завтрак, не вкусный чай и кофе, варили кофе свой. Очень маленькая и не удобная раковина в ванной, батарея не работала, достаточно прохладно было в ванной. Горячая вода была только в душе, в раковине ее не было, напор хороший, но нужно некоторое время подождать. Не было одноразовых тапочек. Пользовались кондиционером на обогрев. Из четырех комфорок варочной панели работала только одна. Не было стирального порошка и сушилки для белья.

Ahmet, the host, was very kind and warm, and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was tasty, and the room had a beautiful sea view in a convenient location.

Läget var jätte bra, 5 min till blåmoskén och 15 till Grand bazzar. ägaren, Mr. Ahmet var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam. Kan starkt rekommendera.

We booked a deluxe suite and it was substandard. We can only base this on our room no other rooms. Our room needed lots of repairs. Eg. Toilet loose, lamp not working. Scary gas top, Wires hanging out of walls, no necessary equipment in kitchen, not even a spoon. Fridge leaked. Host did replace leaking gas hob with a kettle, so we could make tea or coffee. Didn't get room cleaned, on a regular basis, with no explanation. The one day we said no cleaning required. Then had another day of cleaning. Then nothing. Toilet paper not renewed regularly It saddens me to write this review., but this was our experience. The host was friendly and kind.

Понравилось абсолютно все! Расположение, сам отель, завтраки, но в особенности его хозяин - Ахмет! Добрейшей души человек! Очень внимателен к гостям, всегда рад помочь, подскажет как куда доехать и т.д. Помимо завтрака, ежедневно угощал нас вкусным кофе. Если бы не языковой барьер, уверен что беседовать с ним можно было часами и с полным удовольствием. Из окна номера вид на Мраморное море, кораблики плавают. Рядом с отелем много кафе, в ближайшем есть дисконт для гостей Ахмета. В кафе на набережке брал суп чечевичный и рыбный, 2 горячих блюда - жаренная курица с сыром и грибы с сыром, одна пицца, 2 порции картошки, сок, 4 чая, 4 воды и хлеб обошлось в 1300 лир, детская игровая площадка тарзанка классная, в 20 минут ходьбы находится рыбный рынок Кумкапы, подача рыбы супер, все перед тобой лежит, плавает, смотрит на тебя. Выбираешь и рядом в ресторане его тебе готовят. Брали сибас среднего размера, пожарили на гриле обошлось в 500 лир. Торговая развязка хорошая рядом трамвай, метробас, автобусы. Скачал приложение Yemeksepeti, часто пользовался доставкой донеров, гамбургеров и пицц в номер, когда уже уставал ходить по городу. В следующий раз вернусь сюда однозначно. Рекомендую! 100%.

Ахмет - это просто олицетворение гостеприимства! То есть ты как будто находишься дома у родственников, а не в гостинице. Потрясающе! Вкусные завтраки с видом на Мраморное море, удобная кровать, чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Ахмет пошел навстречу и разрешил пораньше ранний заезд и немного более поздний отъезд, за что ему огромная благодарность! Расположение отличное, до Голубой мечети и площади Султанахмет 5 минут пешком.

Чудове розташування - широке вікно виходить на море, видно місто - неперевершено! Ввічливий господар, є необхідні зручності. Всі пам'ятки поруч, можна дістатися пішки) Поруч прекрасний ресторанчик, там відсвяткували ювілей чоловіка й були приємно здивовані гарним співвідношенням ціни та якості!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 5 giorni, la posizione è ottima vicino a molte attrazioni importanti della città, il proprietario è una persona solare, simpatica e molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta ed esigenza e per un prezzo del genere penso sia difficile trovare di meglio (colazione ottima tralatro)

L'appartamento in sé è un po' datato e forse potrebbe essere un po' modernizzato e aggiunta qualche miglioria generale

民宿的位置不错，离海边很近，我们的房间可以看到日出。从民宿走到海边最多五分钟。

设施有些旧，洗澡的水温不稳定。房间小，不过价格也便宜，只是睡觉也勉强能接受。 房东很nice，基本提的要求会尽量满足。

L’ospitalità è la vicinanza al centro, “ABI” o “Zietto” Gentile e premuroso, nonostante la struttura sia datata e sicuramente necessita di rinnovamento, é piccola e accogliente. Un ottima scelta.
