I feel like they don't accommodate long distance travelers my bus arrived around 5 am and when i called they didn't even let me inside the property and i had no where else to go until 6 am all they could hv done is to let me inside and wait there before outside is not safe and for someone who doesn't know the area. Otherwise the service they offer made me forget about my worst experience with them in the morning so please have waiting room for people who arrive before time and a security guard to keep watch of them

House rules there is a lots of funds you should pay if you brake those rules e.g if you want to check out before 6h00 am u must pay R50 extra, if you check out after 9h00 R80 extra even check in is 17h00

Bed was rock hard , woke up with a neck sprain , had one pillow , there rules/ policy is intermmidating , you have to pay for everything , purposely used white bedding and whites towls , so you can pay if you stain it has said. it is a very strict place , you have to pay for early check out , have to pay for late checkout , not worth it if you on holiday, you will be fined , R500 for smoking in the rooms , and still have to give deposit when you check in , there policy is not very comfortimg and will make your stay very uncomfortable knowing that you will have to be so cautious to enjoy your holiday. They should specify these rules/policy on there profile , so people know before hand when they are booking.

Bar fridge full of beers and ciders that can't be removed, can only be removed at a charged fee. It wasn't so convenient for people like us don't consume alcohol. There wasn't enough space for food items that we bought and wanted to keep on the fridge. And we couldn't put our clothes in the wardrobe there was clothes

Comforter and pillow cases did not look clean at all. I had to cover the pillow with my doek.

He advised that he has asked Bookings.com to cancel and I should also cancel on the app. The is no option to cancel on the app. Both the property owner and booking.com have scammed me
My money back as I booked myself at a different guest house.

The inside room lights was not working , I feel like they should have prepared the room a day when we pay, not that they tell us when we there that they apologize for the light not working, it shows that they know about them. Their rules of deposit is like they foster the client to pay while it not made clear before time, the guy make an advantage that it was late at night and we have already paid They must change the TV to smart TV , we can’t be forced to watch DSTV The pool lights was not working
