Grand Ashanti Villa

Großzügiges Platzangebot in den Zimmern, moderne vollautomatische sanitäre Anlagen, Zentrum von Ubud zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch zu täglich unterschiedlichen Zeiten immer pünktlich serviert.

Das Angebot an Steckdosen ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, v.a. in Bettnähe. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Trotzdem mussten wir Extra-Wünsche, wie zusätzliche Bettdecken oder Salz zum Frühstück an drei von vier Tagen wiederholen.

The pool and bathroom were amazing. Staff are very nice and friendly.

The villa was beautiful. From the courtyard and pool, to the furniture inside and design of the bathroom. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Only a short 15min walk to the hustle and bustle, but restaurants and shop very close by.

The room itself was showing a bit of wear and tear.

Leuke villa

Dat er vlak naast werd gebouwd, en dan niet echt privacy omdat er uitzicht was op de villa. Binnen badkamer loosde het water niet door als er ging douchen. Een wastafel zou wel handig zijn maar was geen probleem.

Villa is clean, 2 showers, 2 toilets with a pool. The pool could do with a filter in it to take out all the bugs on the surface. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet location, 15 minute walk to main street. Safe was a bit tricky to open with a key, a bit temperamental, but we got usrd to it. Complimentary breakfast was unexpected and was sufficient for us.

Apart from no filter in the pool, everything else was good

Great location to relax, pool was refreshing after a long day out sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location, breakfast, wifi, size of the room is quite good. Staff is alwasy available and kind.

We met some cockraoches, they cleaned it up. BUT the whole bathroom was not cleaned up: taps, shower, mirror.

Beautiful villa we stayed for 2 nights 3 days , walkable to central Ubud , lovely and quiet area ,we were welcomed by welcome drinks and a very kind guy sang me happy birthday along with a personalised birthday cake and decorated the bed which was a very personal touch! We did mount batur one morning and the staff delivered us breakfast at 1:30am so we wouldn’t be hungry! Couldn’t recommend this villa more!!

Nothing to complain about!! Just have to be careful with leaving doors open as lots of tropical creatures outside at night 😂

Wir hatten die Pool Villa, mit einem wirklich schönen und grossen Pool. Die Unterkunft liegt leicht Abseits vom Trubel, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 4 Minuten mit dem grab erreicht man das Zentrum von Ubud. Mr. Ketut Jangling war immer erreichbar und organisierte auch kurzfristig Transporte. Auch das Housekeeping war toll, die wie von Geisterhand das Zimmer reinigte, auch wenn wir nur eine Stunde weg waren. Auch Kleinigkeiten, wie zB dass abends die Beleuchtung für einen Angeschaltet wird oder eine Mückenspirale vor der Eingangstür bevor man zurückkam, waren sehr aufmerksam. Alles in allem eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem super Service.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was spacious, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazing (especially Nyoman!), so friendly and welcoming, and they cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning. The location was also great, short walk from food, coffee etc. Highly recommend!

The best thing about our stay at the Grand Ashanti Villa was, by far, the amazing service provided by Ketut and his team. They were all very attentive and accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us surprise our Mum for her birthday, even getting her a cake. The villa itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. There are a bunch of options for really good food within a few minutes walk if you want to avoid the chaos of the main road in Ubud.

While no fault of the villa itself, it is worth noting that the villa is off a very busy road that gets a bit hectic a couple of times a day.

Va migliorata la manutenzione delle docce e la disponibilità degli alimenti della colazione.

Très grande maison bien équipée. Le personnel est très agréable et toujours présent. La maison est bien située on peut aller facilement au centre d’Ubud à pied.

L’espace extérieur est un peu petit et manque d’aménagement de la terrasse.

Surprisingly quiet at night. Great location to the centre of Ubud especially once we hired scooters. Extremely spacious with comfortable beds. The villa was private and we felt very safe. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for our beautiful breakfast each morning.

the spaces at the villa are very grand, large and comfortable. the villa staff are incredibly attentive. it was quiet, and the pool facility really lovely. great value for money also

The staff at Grand Ashanti were amazing! They waited for over 2 hrs for us after being delayed at the airport and in traffic. They were easy to communicate with and very obliging. The breakfasts were great. We had the entire villa. The bedrooms were enormous and the beds super comfortable! We all loved the clean pool. Upstairs room had a lovely sunny balcony. The stairs are steep so perhaps not ideal for little people?. The villa is tucked down a quiet lane way and only a 15min walk to the art markets etc… Eateries nearby and small supermarket nearby.

More than two loungers by the pool would have been nice.

We had received confirmation about our check in time, however no one was there when we arrived at the check in time. We waited for over an hour (well past the check in time) before someone turned up to open the place. The room was nice but the bathroom isn't ventilated so it had a strong mould smell.

The property was amazing overall. What I liked most is that it’s located in a quiet area while still being close to the market. The staff were also exceptionally kind.

Everything so nice, especially the staff. They are so kind and accommodating. They even give us complimentary honeymoon set up with real rose petal and welcome drink! We loved it!

Sometimes suddenly no electricity. And we surprised that the staff can access our kitchen amd living room from different door as (i think) they need it to set up the breakfast if our room including with the breakfast or they just need the kitchen to wash something. Im wearing hijab and this is not comfortable for me. I have always to make sure or ask my husband to check if no one in kitchen and living room. I think it is better to mention this thing so the guest will know the condition. And please be informad that the bath tub is separate from washroom. I was expecting that it is inside the washroom.

Loved my stay at this villa. The staff ketut and Noman were my favorite ! Breakfast was wonderful they are always smiling so kind and accommodating. The villa has a Balinese feel with a modern touch. The pool was wonderful. The rooms huge the bathrooms big . Every room had touchless toilets with heated seats. Everyday room cleaned bed spread towel changed 5 star service . They celebrated my birthday with decor , cake balloons and and tub with flowers ! I felt so special ! Thank you ! I would definitely stay again !

Quietly situated on a small road where indeed no cars can come. 30 meters from the main road. Therefore wonderfully quiet and the staff helps with your luggage. nice pool and comfortable bed. lots of privacy. super breakfast that is brought to the villa. ordering lunch or dinner is quick and is good quality.

Shower drain clogged on first day. Maintenance fixed the drain within 15mins of calling front desk. Good value for what you pay, however the property is far from main strip. Renting a scooter is highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at the Grand Ashanti Villa. The pool was amazing, little chlorine and very fresh. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was sick the first night we arrived, and they helped me out with some medicine. I would definitely recommend, as a little oasis in walking distance from the centre of ubud.

Nothing really, you'll just want to get a grab or gojek if it's too hot to walk. There is a slight language barrier, but that is to be expected and part of the fun!

Clean, and we were well looked after. Loved the Villa itself and how clean it was. Very spacious and a beautiful villa.

Only thing is it's hidden other then that still easy to why to and from on Gojets or taxis

Wonderful hosts, friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast served each morning at our nominated time. Bedrooms were large and clean with comfortable bed and all amenities for a very enjoyable stay. Great view from top room. Quiet location.

Small step between dining room and kitchen was difficult to see and often missed and quite a trip hazard. Distance from main shopping hub was longer than expected but perfect if you're looking for peaceful stay.

Water pressure very weak, unless you flush the toilet.?? Be sure to have transportation as this place is not conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Staff lovely once past language barrier.

Beautiful villa. Lounge chairs were a bit uncomfortable so we didn’t really use them- a bit of a walk from town centre, though only $3 in taxi to get there.
