Booked a room with private bath. On arrival was given room with shared bath with a strange man. Bathroom sink cracked. Shower questionable. Had to walk down the hall middle of night for bathroom.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2023Friend and I were on a road trip and needed a last-minute stay. Luckily, we found this little gem! The host was quick to answer my calls, welcomed us even when we arrived late evening and showed us a spacious basement suite. We had the entire place to ourselves. Bed was comfy, sheets were cooling and we appreciated how quiet the place was. It isn't fancy by any means, but it's comfortable and worth the price. Will be back again!

Reviewed Nov 7, 2022Was clean. Host was good and friendly. Would have liked to have a TV, bottled water, glasses. Breakfast was offered for $10, which we were ok with....but was not available. Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in the morning. We were promised a private bathroom...but...we had to share ! Not good ! No drinks were allowed in the room .

Reviewed Sep 19, 2022We stayed at 200 Holbeach location. Our Host, Helen, was most gracious and helpful, providing a last minute booking for us. She went out of her way to accommodate us and our needs. Highly recommend booking with her anytime. Price was good, too.
Access to the TV was not so good as we could not watch it as you would expect to watch TV. Apparently you need to connect it to your phone to make it work. We did not have the technology required to do that so TV was out of the question for us.
