Great location in central London. Staff was super friendly and both check in- and out went smoothly. AC in room was a big plus! Beds were comfy. No breakfast available but the central location made it easy to find places to eat.

Do not book if you have disabilities or heavy luggage. Narrow and steep stairs to get to the room (no lift) and the room itself was combined by a hallway, bathroom and bedroom with doors in between that opened onto each other. The bedroom felt a bit "hospital-like" with a cold, flickering light as the only source of light (no additional bedside lamps). A bit tight for two people and the air was stuffy when the AC was turned off.

Reception without a/c, it was really hot. Room with no a/c. Too many stairs, uncomfortable for a pregnant woman. Receptionist not very helpful and rude.

Very good hotel to stay, the ubication is great, the rooms were very clean and the personal kind

L'hotel est sur 2 batiments de chaque coté de la rue, nous étions du coté opposé à l'entrée, au 3eme et dernier étage, chambre pour trois. Pas ascenseur. Grande chambre avec petite table et chaises, canapé et tele, climatisation. Les fenêtres donnent sur la cour intérieure, donc pas de vue mais elle est lumineuse. Tout est tres propre. En plein centre.

Pas grand chose, pas de petit dej mais il y a un en resto juste en face qui fait des petits dej ( un peu cher mais correspondant aux prix du quartier), ouvert à partir de 8h. 3eme étage sans ascenseur: ce n'est pas une critique, ce n'est juste pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas bien.

Se ci fosse stato l'ascensore sarebbe stato meglio visto che avevamo la stanza al 3 piano.

Lite, men veldig greit med en liten gang der sko/jakke kunne henge. Badet var romslig og fint. Soverommet var mer en stort nok til to personer med kofferter. Ekstremt bra beliggenhet, og gå avstand til så å si alt.

The second room we were located to was ok other than the three of us could not stay in the same room. Also very noisy both outside and inside, with people above us being very loud

Very disappointed that the original room where three of us were due to stay had not been cleaned, beds not changed and dirty towels were on the bathroom floor. After complaining we were allocated two rooms which meant we were separated

He estado 4 noches y solo limpiaron la habitación el primer día , estuve 3 días sin que me cambiaran las toallas, retirarán la basura, enfin que me hicieran la habitación. He estado más veces en este hotel y nunca había pasado pero al quejarme me quedé con la sensación de que lo hacen expresamente para ahorrar, no me convencieron para nada las explicaciones. Tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor y te puede tocar un cuarto piso como me pasó a mi con 63 escalones de subida, tampoco aire acondicionado

Świetna lokalizacja. Nasz pokój był duży i miał lodówkę. Bardzo fajna restauracja ze śniadaniami obok hotelu.

The location was great, right at the heart of Oxford Street and within walking distance of major London attractions. The room size was reasonable and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The entrance was very confusing, and the hotel reception is on the first floor in the small entrance, which they will close at night. So if you are checking in at night, make sure you communicate with them, and someone should be there to open the entrance door for you and check you in.

It is a boutique hotel, which often means small in Europe. Although no problems for us, others might not be flexible.

Lobby en piso 1, sin ascensor. Las habitaciones pisos 2, 3 y 4 tampoco tenían ascensor, escalera incomoda. La ducha es muy pequeña, casi no cabes dentro. Bajo flujo de agua en la ducha.

La.ubicacion del hotel es lo mejor que tiene, esta en un segundones y en una callecita que de noche no tenía mucho movimiento, solo hasta las 23 hs asique no habia ruidos, las camas principales cómodas, la armada el colchón con resortes ya para cambiarlo, y el resto todo bien, amplia, con heladería, mesa, muy buena

Un colchón con resortes que se sentían en la espalda de mi hijo, y que no te recargaba el shampu se acababa muy rapido

The staff were very friendly. The location just off of Oxford Street was amazing, Central for Evening show, bars and shopping the next day. Could leave our rucksacks once checked out for a morning in london. The place is good value for money, had everything needed for 1 night stay. Massive plus it had aircon in the room as it had been a very hot day.

The bed had a hard mattress but thats just personal taste. The bedding etc was very clean.

BRUYANT ++++ , les fenêtres ne servent à rien , rodéo nocturne , gens qui hurle , si vous cherchez de l hygiène passer votre chemin , la chambre était dans un bâtiment annexe de l’hôtel

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. It's located down a lovely little street with good restaurants and cafes. Very close to The Palladium.

Great location. Decent air conditioner. Ok stay for one night. Bond Street tube station around the corner.

Very small room on the top floor. Very limited tea, coffee, no ht milk. Not the most comfortable bed so limited sleep.

Central but quiet location, easy check in. Room clean, excellent bathroom. Could open a window, even if view was on backyard. Exceptional given it is a budget hotel

Twin room a bit on the small side, and with the curved wall the bed was sliding a bit. But all in all a good place to stay for 1-2 nights.

Situation géographique et literie

La cuisine n’a aucun ustensiles, ni micro-ondes.

We have stayed here before and it’s a great location to get around to see everything. It’s clean and comfortable and spacious and great value for money. When you need somewhere to stay comfy and you’re out all day this is perfect and we will definitely stay again.

It had everything we needed for our stay and there isn’t anything we don’t like apart from it could do with some milk if you need it for your tea or coffee.

The location was fine, but that was about it.

They gave us a room that lacked air conditioning (even though some with were apparently available), the windows would only open 6 inches “due to security”, a fan that did not blow hardly any air and the windows opened onto the street where when people went outside of the room area to smoke the smoke came into your room. It was the most miserable night in a hotel ever. The bathroom did not have any bath mats or hand towels. Upon booking another hotel in the middle of the night as we could not spend another night in the trapped heat of that room. They said that rooms with AC were available. Why that wasn’t discussed upon check in - unclear as no one could have tolerated the heat in that room. We mistakenly thought it would be better at night which was not the case.

Great location, close to tube station and shops. Room was nice and clean. Beds was comfortable. 10% off in the Italian restaurant downstairs and we had a really nice meal in there.

The rooms and furnishings could do with freshening up a bit. But having said that I would definitely stop there again.

Location amazing Clean Quiet

On this occasion I travelled alone for a specific purpose and found the rooms a little remote I was grateful I didn’t have luggage as was on fourth floor and no lifts

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was air-conditioned, which made our stay comfortable, especially during warm days.

The room was tidied every day, but the bed sheets were never changed during our 7-night stay. The towels had an unpleasant smell, and the floors were very dusty. There were large dust bunnies under the bed. Housekeeping was honestly the biggest disappointment of our stay. Also, there is no elevator. Our room was on the third floor, so carrying luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult and inconvenient.

We had a whole apartment to ourselves. The hotel staff were really friendly, we were able to leave our luggage on check in day and check out day, and the restaurant underneath is an absolute gem. The rooms had air con which made the stay that little bit more comfortable, and the location so close to two Tube stations made getting around (with a child) super easy. Would stay again. If you're looking for a 4 star then this isn't the place, but for a family trip to London without breaking the bank to stay centrally, this was perfect.

For our trip it was perfect, so nothing.

Perfect location

Fantastic location; just a few steps from Oxford Street but on a quiet road. We booked a twin room and were given room 3B which has three single beds and is quite spacious. The air con in our room was excellent and kept the room cool 24/7 during some hot weather. The toilet / shower room was very clean. We arrived early but were allowed to put our luggage in our room even though it wasn't ready. Residents get a 10% discount at the Italian restaurant beneath reception (although we didn't use it).

Our room (3B) was across the street from hotel reception and was on the third floor. There is no lift and there are a lot of stairs. We didn't have much luggage so it wasn't too much of a problem but I wouldn't want to get large cases up to the third floor. However, if you can lug your cases up three floors then 3B is worth having. Our room was generally clean but I think the main floor area needed cleaning as my socks had lots of dust and hair on them when I put my feet up on the bed.

Fantastic location on a lovely street in the centre of London. Easy walking to shops and tube. Restaurant downstairs very good and very welcoming. Window and air con in room. Clean white sheets and towels. Spacious room. Free Wi-Fi. Good price for where it is.

Excellent location. Brilliant breakfast place opposite. Apartment set up was perfect for our needs. Air con was requested last minute and we upgraded to this no problem. Could leave bags in reception after check out while we did some shopping.

It was a budget hotel without a budget price. Room on 4th floor with no warning, no lift or offer of help with bags. No breakfast available on site.

Loved the location of this property close to Bond Street tube station and the London Palladium where we were going to see a show. At the last minute we decided to attend a concert at Wembley and there was a direct tube from Bond Street. 3 generations of family, we booked a triple room and couldn’t have been happier. Although basic, we had what we needed and despite climbing temperatures, we managed to keep the room cool with the black out blinds and the two fans. We all slept really well. The beds were comfortable, good shower and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. We didn’t encounter any noise or smells up above. Lastly the reception we got was great. Lovely man who quickly booked us in and asked if we had had a good time on leaving. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit London.

There was nothing to dislike imo. Our ages were from 12 to 73 and didn’t find it hard climbing the stairs but if you have mobility issues it might be a problem.

The property is in the PERFECT location for a city stay.
