Le personnel est adorable, disponible et arrangeant, notamment avec les valises. L’emplacement de l’hôtel nous a convenu. Le fait de pouvoir profiter des onsens seul est très appréciable. Tout est propre, la chambre est agréable, super séjour ! Nous avons eu un problème avec la climatisation, tout a été réglé en moins d’une heure, ils se sont excusés et nous ont offert des petites collations. Nous recommandons cet établissement et y retournerons.

鍵が１つだけなのが、心許なかったので、２重にロックできるとよかった 宿泊施設の責任ではないかもしれないが、隣？の部屋で模様替えをしてるかのような大きな音が断続的にしていた（何をしたらあんな大きな音がするのかというレベル）

お風呂と黒船珈琲が最高です！！ お風呂は共同風呂とあったので、ホテルの大浴場をイメージしましたが、家族風呂のような貸切り&24時間利用可能で良かったです。また、浴槽がタイル張りでレトロ感があり新鮮でした。珈琲は巷の有名店では味わえない美味しさでした。

Le logement est facile à trouver. Il y a un parking à proximité donc très facile de se garer si on vient en voiture ou si on en moue une sur place. Le logement était très propre, les locaux également. Le logement n'est pas trop loin de la gare, un bus s'arrête tout proche également. Le onsen était compris dans le prix et il était privatisé, un vrai point positif ! Le personnel est à l'écoute et répond aux demandes faites. Ils nous ont conseillé sur les restaurants à proximité et les activités à faire sur Shimoda.

部屋が思っていたより和モダンで素敵だなと思いました。また、お風呂が内側からカギがかけられる貸切となっていたので、１度使用中で時間をおいてからまた行ってみるという感じでしたが、家族だけでゆっくりでき、周りを気にせずにいられたのもとても良かったです。 母は、寝る時にマットレスに厚みがあって体が痛くならなくて(特に腰)良かったとも言ってました。

気付けなかっただけかもしれませんが、洗面台のところに鏡を見ながら髪を乾かせるようにコンセントをさせるところがあったら良かったなと感じました。

Great location. Right between the station and the tourism centre. This felt like a real Ryokan with all the necessities but without the premium price.

Just be wary there are no elevators throughout the building. Otherwise I can't think of any other negatives.

Einchecken erst ab 16 Uhr. Keinerlei Flexibilität bei der Uhrzeit des Check-ins. Es war noch nicht einmal möglich nur 15 min eher einzuchecken.

Very nice modern ryokan with excellent caffe. The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. There is a tourist centre next to the ryokan and the bus for the beachres stops in front.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Our room was beautiful, spacious and bright, with a great view. The onsen/common bathrooms system works well and the bicycle rental was a helpful feature. We would have stayed another night if they hadn't been fully booked!

有2間個別室可以泡溫泉，旅館的房間也很大，行李在check in/out可以寄放。 如果坐公車的話從下田站坐一站，下車後的對面就是民宿。要去車站的公車站牌在民宿的左邊，很方便 如果推大行李不想走路可以坐公車 下田的很多餐廳都藏身在巷弄民宅裡，可以逛逛尋寶我覺得很復古很讚

Great location, short walk from the main streets. Having local craft beer available at reception was a nice touch. Having free dedicated parking was very handy as well.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I'd want for a short stay. The private onsen was clean, easy to access and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to store my bag, check in and check out were easy. The ryokan is a short walk from the station and town center.

Onsen, room was nice.

Young female staff had a short tone and was downright rude at checkin, tried to brush it off as her being insecure but she was hurtful. Stand your ground and try to not let her affect the stay because everything else is great, some staff were even polite and said hello.

Beautifully made up ryokan, great selection of artists beers. If I could i would have tasted them all! I even took the cans home as souvenir 😊

There’s no nearby convenience store and I would have appreciated it if in the automat would have been coffee bottles as well not only beers or water. I had early check out so this would have been useful.

Best accommodation from our whole trip to Japan! The space is beautiful and carefully designed. I really enjoyed their book and craft beer collection. Also the private onsen to relax at the end of the day 😊 They also have a coffee shop just next door so you can start your day with a delicious dose of caffeine. Totally recommended if you're spending time in the area.

建物自体がリフォームされていてとても綺麗だし 部屋、フロント、施設内が清潔に保たれていました。 今回和室の部屋でしたが敷布団の他に8cmほどの 折りたたみマットレスがあり 床を感じずしっかりとした睡眠が取れました。

施設にはエレベーターがないので キャリケースなど重い荷物を 3階の部屋に運ぶのが少し大変でした。

Le personnel était très agréable. Le onsen de l'hôtel peut être privatisé ce qui est un gros plus, nous en avons bien profité. 🛁 Réfrigérateur et eau dans le logement.

La chambre est vraiment très petite même pour 2, pas de rangement donc on s'étale très vite. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance car notre séjour fut très bruyant, on entendait tout le voisinage. Mauvaise insonorisation mais c'est un ancien hôtel (d'où les boule quies à disposition 🤣)

The owner and staff are all very lovely. The hotel is in a great location: close to attractions, the station, and THE BEACH. Beds are very comfy, and rooms are incredibly clean. The onsen's are my favorite part! I have come here 4 times already, and I know it won't be my last. The coffee shop, free tea and snacks, as well as rentable bikes, are also a great bonus!

You can hear traffic just a little, but the hotel provides earplugs, so it was not a problem.

相変わらず最高❗️ 清掃は行き届いているし、館内外は洒落てるし オーナーもスタッフも、諸々心得ているから、心地良い滞在が出来る。

Sehr schönes traditionelles 3-Bettzimmer, welches wir zu zweit belegt hatten. Sehr komfortabel durch die Extramatratze unter dem Futon. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Highlight waren natürlich auch die beiden privaten Onsen. Das Hotel hat einige Parkplätze. Alles in allem ein entspannter Aufenthalt. Direkt nebenan gibt es ein kleinen Coffeeshop mit ausgezeichnetem Kaffee. Ich kann dieses Ryokan auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

心地良過ぎでの延泊。 清潔感、スタッフのゲストへの距離感、笑顔、館内外の佇まい、泊まれば分かるこの感覚。 次回はプライベートで予約します。

人其々の感覚、価値観の違いはあるでしょうが、個人的には良くない点はありません。

広めの畳の部屋でゆったりとできた。 また、貸し切り風呂がありゆっくりと楽しめたところです。 敷地内のコーヒー屋さんで食後のコーヒーができました。

貸し切り風呂は、空いてたら鍵を閉めて使用するスタイルだったので、できれば何時〜何時までって予約制にしてもらえたらスムーズだった。 コンセントが少なく充電しづらかった。 洗面台にも欲しい。 氷とかあったら嬉しかったかなー。

The young woman at the front desk speaks English really well. The private baths were comfortable. It's about 10 minutes walk from the station.

The center light fixture in the room was too low, I kept bumping my head on it. I'm only 166cm so it was surprising.

駅から歩いていけてお部屋も清潔。延長コードや耳栓までデフォで用意してあって不便はありませんでした。また利用したいです。

特にないです、強いて言うなら近くにコンビにが無い？位です。

清潔でシンプルなお部屋でのんびり過ごすことが出来ました！すぐ後ろが道の駅だったので食事に困らなかったです。

コンセントがどこにあるのか分からなかったです。洗面台のコンセントだけなのかな？

離車站步行約15分鐘

3階の海が見える角部屋に中学生の娘と泊まりました。部屋に入ると爽やかな香り。部屋はオシャレでセンスがいい。余計な物はなくて、スッキリ。専用のシャワールームがありますが、トイレと別になっていて、脱衣所はありませんが、可動式の壁があり、目隠しになって簡易脱衣所のようになることに感動しました。 布団のマットが厚めで、まるでベッドで寝ているかのようで、朝までぐっすり眠れました。 部屋に耳栓も置いてありました。一応つかいましたが、外の音は気にならなかったです。 スタッフさんが優しくて感じかよい。近くの飲食店や、フロント横の冷蔵庫に入っている見慣れないドリンクのことを質問したら丁寧に教えていただけました。 外出はフロントに伝える必要がなくて、部屋の鍵は持ち歩きます。 お風呂は他のお客さんが入っていない時に、貸し切れます。特に予約は必要なく、空いてる時に入れます。

部屋の洗面台は水しか出ません。それくらいです。
