Clean, been refurbed and just the job for overnight before flight. Transfers to and from airport exactly as needed
Superb restaurant Room a bit tired but clean and comfortable So handy for Gatwick, very reasonable price and great transfer service/ car storage
Just needs an update and some tlc
Comfortable bed Great shower Room clean
I stayed at the lodge which was nice and it was quiet. Dinner was good, lamb shish.
Bed was warn on one side.
Charged £10 for parking. Not mentioned by booking.comcertain

Room cleanliness, staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely bar and outdoor space.
Rooms are basic and a little dated but good value for money.
The environment was cool though
The scent of the room was not good at all. I could not have a better sleep. Bedsheets wasn’t as best as I expected
There was good wifi throughout. Everything was clean and tidy. Fresh towels had been provided. In room tea and coffee was available. The room was a reasonable size. Plenty of parking.
My room was in "The Lodge" off to one side of the main building. The carpet in the hallway looked like it had been recycled from a 1980's old man pub. The toilet/shower room was a very odd shape with a tiny sink that couldn't be used to fill the kettle. The shower was initially too cold, then too hot; there was no comfortable middle ground and once heated, wouldn't cool. The furniture in the room was mismatched and looked like it had been obtained from a car boot sale. There was a doorknob missing from one door of the wardrobe but that was irrelevant as that door could not be opened anyway as there was a bedside set of drawers in the way. The curtains looked like my 93 year old great aunt had picked them out and were too small for the window. With the window open, it quickly became apparent it was directly over the cigarette bin and the small of smoke regularly wafted into the room. The bed. What can I say about the bed? Straight out of the 1970's the bed topper did not match the curtains but was equally disturbing. There was no duvet, just a sheet and blanket (with the topper on top). There were two, slightly lumpy pillows and the bed was firm to say the least. Every spring could be felt. The art on the walls in my room wasn't awful but looked like it had been bought with the furniture. The art in my collegue's room must have come from the house clearance of an 80 year old spinster from rural Idaho. From the outside the main building looked reminiscent of a psychiatric hospital and The Lodge looked like it may once have been staff accommodation. The bar had limited offerings.

Everything was good. Too bad I was only there for 8 hours before I had to leave for the airport. There is an airport shuttle.

Great for overnight stay before flying out the next day for an early flight. Good location
Bathroom was badly in need of an update.
They charged me 10 pounds per night for a parking spot! And you can't lock the door! You don't feel safe!
Quiet, clean enough, friendly staff, cheap
Everything was fine
Proximity to airport. Convenient airport shuttle. Great hotel restaurant .
No AC in room. Ground floor room with windows that you had to open because the room was hot but there were no security bars at the windows so you could feel safe having them open.
Close to Gatwick, Horley and Redhill. 24/77 Transfer bus excellent and good value compared to a taxi. Exceptionally clean room and restaurant. Staff helpful.
Dated decor but premises obviously being refurbished. No air con. No breakfasts available.
Easy check-in and plenty of parking- disappointing that it cost £10 to park for one night.
Parking charge and lack of vegan options at dinner. The hotel does not offer breakfast - seems ridiculous to me.

Excellent hotel Helpful Staff Lovely Spacious Clean Room & BathroomWould Highly Recommend
Comfortable for an overnight stay before our flight.
Decor is a bit dated.
Location
Nosey guests at night
The room had all stated facilities and amenities all working as intended.
Upon arriving I was advised that the I was not staying in the main hotel, but the properties behind - this was fair but unexpected. I was also advised that there was a £10 charge for parking, which was in the terms of booking. I didn't clearly see this and felt this was an unfair charge, as I was staying at the hotel. I am familiar with the local area and if known prior to my stay - I would have made arrangements to park or stay elsewhere.
Helpful staff at LGW (WH Smith) guided me to bus stop. Young lady on my flight told me when to get off the bus. 10mins walk to hotel. Clean room, good shower, comfy bed, fair prices in bar, shuttle to airport, fair price. Drops you outside terminal. 2 nights VFM Very pleasant staff.
No air con , very high temps. Limited menu, fair prices ( if you like Turkish food).
The bathroom was nice and clean
That I paid £70 for no breakfast and still had to pay for a an airport shuttle
Convenient to Gatwick airport. Prompt and inexpensive hotel shuttle bus. Spotless bedroom and bathroom.
Bedroom decor dated however it is obvious that refurbishment is taking place. Neither dinner nor breakfast available.

Good hotel for price and great for airport run. Only criticism is that they didn’t offer breakfast but restaurant was quite good. Noise level was quite.
It was very hot weekend and rooms can get quite stuffy but left window open and it was fine. Hotwlnwas quite - good price for what you got
Shower
Convenient for The airport, clean and spacious
Room hot and noisy because of busy road

Musty
Staff were great, I stayed alone and it was so hot so I went and asked if they had a fan, they got me one straight away and filled ny bottle up with water and ice. Restaurant was lovely really nice food. Close to Gatwick £7 for a shuttle and they arrange it all so zero stress! Booking to stay again in a few weeks for next trip. When I first arrived I didn't have a lighter, I asked a guy to borrow his and he let me keep it (he worked there)
Nothing i was very happy with my stay.
Great location especially at the price for Gatwick Airport and anything that side of London, especially with the airport shuttle to the airport from where public transport into London is easy. Staff on reception and in the shuttle were friendly and accommodating, even in the early hours of the morning. Even the iron and ironing board I requested were new. Unfortunately I was too late to try to the bar and restaurant this time around but would definitely stay there again. Ability to park at the hotel and get a shuttle to and from the airport at any time is also a plus, especially as the hotel can then be used in conjunction with Gatwick Express fro a late night out in London as well as using it for the airport.
Some areas seemed a little dated and down at heel but for the price, it can be forgiven for that as generally everything was clean and worked. Soft furnishing perhaps a little chintzy but again, at the price it can be forgiven for that. Cleaning wasn't perhaps quite as thorough as one might expect as some bins were not emptied, though again, this was mid stay (2 nights) so perhaps they are trying to economise on the number of bin liners they used. Again, no issue as lack of emptied bins was mid stay and the bins weren't full. Shower frame was leaking and a little more preventative maintenance could be used but for a budget stay before an early flight out or late flight back in then it more than serves its purpose.
Bien situé, mais à côté de la route et pas mal de bruit de trafic
Le bruit de trafic, car située à côté de la route
Food, staff very friendly. Good location and shuttle service in the night was very good to airport.
The bedding. Was dirty and had a rough blanket
Location
Had to pay £10 to park - not mentioned on booking.com
Clean and functional.
Not happy about parking charges which were not stated whilst booking. They kept rattling on about it because it was near the airport. £10 a night - would booked elsewhere if I'd known as I was only staying there to visit someone - nothing to do with the airport. To be fair I thought the staff were pretty stroppy and got a bit weird when I didn't add a flight number to my booking in details. Didn't seem to comprehend that someone may stay there who is not actually using the airport. Will find somewhere else next time where I'm made welcome. Weird people.
Easy for airport good shuttle bus Room very clean Very hot. But I was given a huge fan Helpful staff
Posizione vicinissima all’aeroporto con servizio di navetta per 7 sterline ( anche notturno). Personale cordiale. Ristorante e bar ottimi!
Arredamento un po’ antico.
Location was good.
It was very hot.No Air conditioner. Staff was not that helpful. It was expensive.
Environment
This is a comment. I only had about 7 hours there because of the problems with rail connections that day so only really has a bed and transport to and from Gatwick. However the hotel accommodated a young family who missed their flight and this pleased me greatly.
Shuttle service (although the driver was a bit cranky). Restaurant in the hotel. Wonderful desk staff.
No screens on the windows meant they had to be shut all night, and there was no aircon. The nights were very stuffy and hot. The restaurant charges were exorbitant.
The bathrooms were marvellous. There was no noise even with windows open', from gatwick despite bring so close. The spanish lady behind the bar was lovely. I loved the food was not just hotel food but had a Turkish touch.
The annexe where we were staying, on arrival looked a bit tired. Carpets were old. I did feel though this might be a work in progress. I walked past a place filled with bags of carpet gripperods which bodes well for ongoing improvements
Not a great deal to bd honest
The overnight charge to park in the car park of the hotel that I had already paid over the odds for in the first place. Staff were very matter of fact - not what I would call welcoming ond little bit! The bathroom/shower room was very outdated. Needles to say I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.
Really handy for the airport with an excellent and reliable shuttle minibus system . The eating/ drinking area is very nice too
Perhaps a bit tired but then we didn’t have to pay top dollar. And the staff were lovely.
We stayed at the hotel on 28.06 before our early morning flight. That day had been one of the hottest so when we arrived our room was exceptionally hot. We opened all the windows but as the hotel is on a main road, all night long all we could hear was traffic. When we checked out the next day, I tried to tell the night receptionist that we were staying again on 03.07 but before I could finish what I was saying, he said that he cant help me and that i need to call back at 9am? I sent the hotel a message through booking.com telling them we'd had a dreadful night's stay and that when we come back could we please have a cooler room and a fan, the hotels response was 'we dont have air con' to which I replied I knew that, but could we have a fan as we have a long drive the next day and we didn't want to be tired again - the response I got was 'noted - thank you'. No apology for the dreadful night's sleep. When we did come back on 03.07 the night receptionist could even check us in and he had to get the girl who drove the transfer bus to do it. Not only that, our car had been moved without any forewarning or explanation. When we eventually got into our room, there was no fan as requested and this room was even worse than the first as it was ground floor so windows couldn't be opened and again, it was boiling hot, but also the 'double bed' was tiny! It could barely fit me and my partner so I had to sleep on the additional single bed. In general, the parking at the hotel is a good price but the i wouldn't stay at the hotel again due to the lack of customer service from the staff and also the cost of the mini van transfer for £7pp each way ia extortionate!!
Hotel clean and tidy.

Great Location that’s about it
It was far to hot no fans provided at all. My room had a fire escape staircase outside the window that on several occasions of having the window open I heard people walking up and down. Only had a conversation with the check-in gentleman he was ok just checked me in and that was it didn’t ask about breakfast, didn’t point me to the restaurant or anything. They also charge you £10 per night if you’re parking your car there. Bed was comfy but pillows were not at all.
Good location, clean and tidy. Nice restaurant. Shuttle to the airport for £7.00
A lot of stairs up to the room with no lift or assistance, difficult with a suitcase. You can't get breakfast.
Dinner was not very good.
Everything
Clean and comfortable
Room was quite hot, and being front facing was very traffic noisy Poor selection in restaurant and lack of breakfast service
Very friendly
Location and great airport transfer
Close to airport and shuttle service was great
Room was quite small and hot and had to leave room to find WiFi
Receptionists were kind , polite and professional. Accommodation was neat and comfortable. Atmosphere was just absolutely conducive.
Nil of note.
The parking should be included in the price for your stay.

Paying for car park
The room and ensuite were about what one would expect at the cost price point. Clean bedding and towels, but mildew on the shower curtain. Very firm, bouncy bed. Windows opened much wider than would be safe for small children, but was delightful for us as it was a very warm evening. If we had been flying out of Gatwick the hotel had frequent shuttles which is a nice option if needed.
As much as I enjoyed the breeze from opening the windows, we had to keep them closed for most of our short stay as the staff seemingly took their smoke breaks right under our windows. As non-smokers, this was absolutely revolting.
Good location
Very basic facilities. No plugs in the room, it was very hot and wasn’t provided fan or was no air conditioning. Main shower was broken

The scolding hot shower and hard bed and a smell from closet
The receptionist chose a room downstairs that had noise and inattention and did not see proactivity at the reception.

Very helpful and considerate staff in the day. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and tea and coffee facilities handy. WiFi available. Transport to and from the hotel available at a small charge by thr hotel. Though if you research there is a bus stop infront of thr hotel so could be cheaper.
Night porter in the morning could do with a smile.
Great option for an early flight. Friendly efficient staff. Theres a transfer service to and from the airport with a relatively modest cost. You can just phone up to arrange it.
Nothing
I don't normally write reviews as I fee if the management team in the hotel don't know what's good or bad they shouldn't be there ! Very good staff and the light, airy clean restaurant with a Turkish bias was lovely
As above
Nothing - Falling to bits
Smelly dreadful room. Smelt of cigarette smoke. Bed was very bad. *** Beware *** at the bottom of the description of the hotel on booking .com there is a line stating £10 charging fee. On a mobile device this line can only be seen if you scroll down (which you don't normally do when making a booking *** IT SHOULD BE THE FIRST LINE ***) When we arrived the reception guy already had the booking.com page on his monitor so he must get challenged at lot. If you are not using the hotel to travel on the Gatwick - choose another as at 3.30am the suitcases are banging as the are being loaded in the Gatwick Transport. Oh well - We are generally very lucky with our accomodation - Here is one hotel that we will never use again.
Our rooms were in a separate building which was not particularly good access for my 94 year-old mother. Very strange that the hotel had a restaurant for evening meals, but did not serve breakfast.
Evening meal in resturant was definitely not freshly made, but with frozen ingredients.
