El lugar hermoso, su vegetación y ubicación para nosotros que queríamos estar en el pueblo y cerca del mar fue fantástica. La piscina maravillosa!

En una de las habitaciones no había un mueble alto donde dejar la maleta.

La villa est splendide et calme alors que située en plein centre. Deux des trois salles de bain sont immenses et magnifiques. La piscine est superbe. Le personnel est adorable. Franchement je conseille +++++

This Villa was a perfect for my family with two teenage kids. It was bigger than we imagined and so nice for everyone to have their own room and bathroom - my daughter got the best room upstairs! Our hosts were fantastic and very helpful. The location suited us perfectly as close to shops, markets and just a short stroll to the beach for bars and restaurants.

Tout est vieillissant, très obsolète. C’est bruyant à cause des voisins.

The location was fabulous, great Italian restaurant at end of drive. So close to Seminyak Square. The hosts were brilliant, moving us to another villa and letting us have late checkout. Organised a taxi to the airport too.

Cant think of how to improve our stay.

Great location and a really comfortable villa for a few people, you could really relax. Staff were fantastic and really helpful.

De locatie was goed. Midden in het centrum maar op de accommodatie zelf heb je daar geen last van. De host was aardig en behulpzaam.

Het zwembad was in hele slechte staat. Zo erg dat het gevaarlijk was. Mijn kinderen hebben tot bloedens toe hun lichaam bezeerd. Mede hierdoor hebben we vroegtijdig de accommodatie verlaten en een refund gekregen. Ook lag er iedere dag weer opnieuw poep van de gekko’s die tussen de bamboe daken leven en de katten. Er zijn heel veel katten bij en op de accommodatie.

Easy access to the beach and shops

If the owner can provide bedside table lamp then it would be perfect. We had a little boy and we have to leave the night on all night because once u turn it’s so dark so a bit hard to sleep with the very bright light on :(

Loved the villa. Very private space with great pool. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Bedrooms and ensuites with so much space. Excellent location in central Seminyak.

Locations was fantastic. The villa spacious and comfortable. The staff were amazing. So attentive and even decorated and organised a surprise cake for my daughter's birthday. We will be back again for sure.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Seminyak, very close to the beach and right next door to a beautiful Italian restaurant.

The building needs some maintenance but that didnt affect our experience at all. We only noticed because we were travelling with tradies :)

The staff were tentative and very welcoming. The villas were in a busy area, however within your villa you couldn't here the busy street life. Rooms were clean and the pool was great. Bedrooms also had great air conditioning. Transfers from airport were also well organized. Enjoyed our stay which included family & friend's in 2 other villas.

The mosquito's however that is not the fault of the accommodation. They provided coils as well as plug in repellents.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Nothing like the pictures. LIXURY - NO CLEAN- NO OCEAN - NO Cats & cat poo throughout the lawn/garden. Very dated. No running water when we arrived. Greeted by a staff member in a very dirty t shirt. Asked to sign a form on arrival before villa inspection. First time in yearly trips for 30 years this has happened. I now know why. We booked for 3 nights & stayed 30 minutes. Villa 3 was allocated to us via booking.com. big mistake. We tried to get a refund & offered to pay a service charge. Flat NO. You signed the form so go away. Total missrepresentation. Nothing like the photos. Peeked into 2 other villas in the same complex & same disappointment. We showed the photos on booking.com to the manager & she said it was another villa. Terrible experience. No remedy at all from the villa & zero refund. We were happy to pay a fee. NO was the answer. No room to move. So unprofessional. I COULD TELL THEY HAD BEEN DOWN THIS ROAD BEFORE. VERY RUDE RESPONSES TO A CALM REQUEST.

Great location & staff

We would have preferred that the 3 bedrooms were in the same building. Also, the steps to the upstairs bedroom were pretty tricky, especially at the top

Amazing villa! Everything that we wanted and more! It was beautiful, the pool was great and perfect location

Lots of space. Very central and close to beach. Very comfortable sofa. Beds were comfortable. Home cooked breakfast every morning in the villa. And the cats!!!!

3rd bedroom was a tad small and the bathroom there was tight for a larger person.

The pool was lovely and the bedrooms were very cool in temperature. The staff were so friendly and welcoming the breakfast was amazing!

Would have preferred an enclosed kitchen/dining and living area.

Absolutely enjoyed every moment , from arriving to leaving no issues at all , staff clean presentable very polite. Highly recommended to stay at the ocean luxury villas - will be back !!

Everything! Everyone was so welcoming and looked after us so well. We had amazing breakfast cooked for us in our villa each morning and Ari an her team made sure our villa was clean and tidy the whole time. Our teenagers also loved the cats. Close to everything and a great place to stay, felt like home. Thanks so much everyone for making our stay a great one 🙂 we will definitely be back!

everything was amazing! we stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and it was beautiful, it was an amazing space for my group. the pool was well kept and quite big as well as the rooms. the staff were truly so kind and always greeted us whenever we left. we really enjoyed the breakfast that was included as well. location was great has lots of food options and shopping. our favourite villa we stayed in!

Spacious villa with a very friendly and supportive host. Plenty of restaurants and spas within walking distance.

The beach is not very convenient to reach on foot, and the ocean water quality could be better.

The Managers of the villa engaged with me before arrival to give detailed directions to the property. Met us at the entrance to give us a tour of the villa. I had booked Villa No5 which had 3 bedrooms with en suite. We were more than happy with the location as it was just next to the Seminyak Flea Market and walking distance to many restaurants, Seminyak Square, Ku De Ta, Beach, supermarket and boutiques. Breakfast was prepared from scratch in the villa's spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Options included local and western dishes. The villa was homely and the greenery in the outdoor area surrounding the pool added to the overall feel good factor of the villa. The staff were very helpful in placing mosquito coils around the whole villa.

One thing to highlight to guests who might have mobility challenge is the high step that divides the living area with the kitchen and access to 2 bedrooms. The tap water and shower had salty water. Bottled water was placed at the bathroom basins to brush teeth. The salt water I presume was also the cause of the cutlery provided to have some rust. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa to anyone who would not mind the few minor inconveniences.

The property does not look like the photos. It is HOT, kittens everywhere and unclean. Pool was discoloured. We didn’t stay and they refused to refund us despite only booking 30 minutes prior.

Close to the action but still a quiet hideaway, great pool.

The beds are hard. The toilet seat doesn’t fit properly which is an easy fix which I read in other reviews but I note has not been replaced. It is not comfortable when the toilet seat is sliding all over the place.

Staff were really lovely, helped in any way they could. The location was fantastic. Not even a five minute walk to Seminyak square, close to restaurants, spa - the flea market was next door, with plenty of eateries/warungs.

So this is no reflection on the staff as it's beyond their control. BUT the place really needs some money spent on it. A coat of paint, the lounge chairs were stained, the toilet seats didn't fit the toilet - too small. Some new linen ie: towels would be nice. These are things we could live with, however the pictures on the website are a little misleading. The three bedroom apartment wasn't expensive so I guess we got what we paid for. The villa was cleaned every day, so just info for anyone who might be picky.

We stayed up n Villa no. 5! The space was absolutely fabulous, the decorations were really thoughtful and the whole villa had a beautiful feel. The villa is just off a busy street, yet still so quiet over night. This villa had shade for most of the day, that was so great with kids and the pool. The staff were amazing! We especially connected with Ary. All staff who cooked us breakfast and looked after us were so polite and very helpful. This stay was just a bliss!!!! Thank you!!!!

Loved the convenient location. The villa is tucked away and peaceful but steps from a fun souvenir market and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff was attentive and quick to anticipate all our needs. We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa and it is gorgeous. The pool was the perfect temperature. Highly recommend would stay again.

Wir hatten Villa Nr. 5. Schön aber in die Jahre gekommen. Gute Lage, ruhig. Frühstück okay, aber nicht mehr.

Wenn es regnet, wird man auf dem Aussen WC nass. Ein Zimmer ohne Schrankablagen. Kein Hänger für nasse Tücher in den Badezimmern . Komisch.

Watson & Ari met us. Ari showed every room in the villa. Specifically advised us into use the provided bottled water for cleaning teeth and that these are replenished every day. Great location. We are a group of 5 adults and find the Villa clean, rustic, spacious and peaceful. It’s in Balenese style, which was why we chose it. Ari & her team are exceptional, always available, attentive and charming, ready to assist whenever we need, Mailing postcard, laundry, etc. Wayan, the manger helped with organising our tours. Special shout out to Elsa for looking after us, for preparing our breakfasts etc. Also Uni for helping with breakfast. Would definitely recommend this villa as good location to stay in Seminyak.

Wonderful villas!!!! We had an amazing stay in villa nr 3, but also checked villa nr 5 for next holidays ( it’s bigger- 4 bedrooms). This is PARADISE! Perfect location, 2 minutes from beach, with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby but also secluded. When you close the gate there are only flowers, birds and beautiful surrounding. We will definitely stay again! The owner and staff are also super nice and helpful. Breakfast is amazing!!! Thank you

После заселения поняли что выбор был не правильный, хотя все отзывы хорошие, не могу понять 🥹 мы все сильно расстроились 😞 Начиная с посуды все было старое и грязное, вся посуда была липкая.. Про постельное белье вообще молчу, их нужно выкидывать, все в пятнах.. Подушки, наволочки тоже в пятнах, грязные.. Полотенца тоже старые.. Вода в душе соленая, из океана, невозможно мыть длинные волосы.. В вилле несколько кошек, которые постоянно мяукают, спать не давали. 🥹

The villa was perfect, all bedrooms with air-conditioning, ensuite and super comfortable. Lounge and kitchen under cover however fanned only, this was perfect for us. The pool was amazing. Now for the staff, they were great, always helpful, smiling and understanding. Dayu, Uni, Wayan and Ary were fantastic so lovely and friendly. Location was right next to Flea Market and many restaurants. Thanks 😊

Wszystko, zaczynając od tego że otrzymaliśmy nie tą willę za która zapłaciliśmy. Kontakt z managerem w tej sprawie był tragiczny, pan był opryskliwy, niepomocny, przerywał, nie dał dojść do słowa i początkowo kontaktował się z nami tylko pisemnie przez whatsapp dopiero po kilkunastu prośbach opiekun willi skontaktował się telefonicznie z managerem co i tak nic nam nie dało bo nie otrzymaliśmy właściwej willi. Śniadanie tragiczne, mało i niesmacznie, masło po terminie, na jedną osobę przyniesiono 2 małe pancakes, pewnego dnia przyniesiono słoik dżemu z wyraźnymi śladami użytkowania przez kogoś innego. Wszędzie brudno, ubikacje codziennie się zapychały, jednego dnia kupa w naszej ubikacji pływała kilkanaście godzin bo nie miał kto odetkać ubikacji. Każdy sprzęt z wyposażenia rozpadał się w rękach, krany brudne zaśniedziałe, plamy na pościeli, drzwi przesuwne ciężko pracowały, mrówki zjadały pozostawione jedzenie i wchodziły wszędzie. Brudny basen.

The villa is in the heart of Seminyak, walking distance to Ku De Ta and other iconic locations.

It's old, tired, with amenities from the ages. The property could do with significant renovation to meet the expectation of its name...and the mosquitoes!!

We stayed in Villa 2. Two parents and our adult children. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of town and yet down a quiet lane. We had 3 large bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. The pool area was sunny and of a good size. The housekeeping staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. A good breakfast each day and daily housekeeping.

Fabulous location. Close to both beach and shops. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast cooked daily, and driver arranged. Villa was very peaceful and garden and pool very beautiful.

Our villa had one outside room which didn't suit our family, but it is the perfect set up for a group.

I thought the villa would be bigger according information at booking.com. Advertising 400m2 but more 400 sqft.

The aircon is a bit small for the size of the bedroom. Maybe a pedestal fan in the bedroom would be good just to keep the air moving a bit more. We visited in May, and that’s the nicer time of year.

Great villa and super helpful staff. Every morning we had a cook come to the villa and prepare breakfast for us. The place was cleaned daily and the water in the pool was clean also. Whatever request we had it was accommodated: extra beds, cars to drive us to sightseeing spots, laundry. Thank you!

The property was surrounded by lots of trees due to which there were quite a few mosquitoes and ants. The property itself is slightly old even though it's well maintained. These were the only slightly negative points

Ocean Luxury Villa, The Staff, and Mr. Alex were amazing. The security guard "Mah-Ray from Bali" made us feel super safe. Not that we felt in any danger at all... We had breakfast made each day in our villa. The pool was kept very clean. Mosquito coils lit twice per day. The owner helped with day trips... This is top notch service and facilities.

Wish we could stay longer. :(

Everything we needed was right at our doorstep. The villa itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the freshly prepared breakfast every morning, served at our leisure—a lovely way to start each day in paradise. The overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Seminyak, and I can’t wait to return for another stay!
