Reviewed Sep 10, 2026La habitación era hermosa. Sumamente limpia e impecable. Estábamos dentro del centro histórico y a una cuadra teníamos un parking. Teníamos que salir a las 5.30 am pero el parking abría a las 6 am, pero brunella del alojamiento gestionó todo con la gente del parking para que pudiéramos irnos en el horario que nosotros necesitábamos. Fue muy amable y súper predispuesta a todos nuestros requerimientos. Excelente hospedaje!

She is so kind, warm, speaks multiple languages, is just a ray of sunshine that really made sure our stay was as wonderful as it was. She helped us carry our luggages up, gave us clear and helpful recommendations to visit the area, provided amazing restaurants recommendations and even made the reservations for us. Location is also the best, super central. Room is so so big, especially for Italian standards. So clean and modern looking we were totally impressed after visiting so many parts of Italy, this room was so comfortable and allowed us to fully enjoy Matera despite the peak August heat. Even the coffee at the reception was good, we really loved this place.

Il servizio di Breakfast. Appoggio a 2 bar vicino alla struttura. Domenica e Lunedì. Tripoli la domenica.. sufficiente… Lunedì chiuso il Tripoli. Andati all’altro bar. Vittorio Veneto.. siamo arrivati alle 7.30 del mattino… Troppo presto.. c’era pochissima scelta. Avere la colazione in struttura… farebbe la differenza.

Přímo na hlavním náměstí při vstupu do Sassi (všechny hlavní památky v dosahu chůze 5 z 10 minut - ve městě pak stejně strávíte hodiny a hodiny, ale zase jste rychle zpět). Moderní vybavení, ambientní osvětlení, skvělý a velmi ochotný personál. Kafe zdarma po celý pobyt. Ideální pro návštěvu Matery.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026이탈리아 여행이 다섯번째이고, 수많은 호텔과 호스트들을 만나봤지만, Brunella는 최고의 호스트였어요. 영어도 매우 잘 하고, 호텔로 가는 길에 차사고가 났었는데, 호텔 도착전에 모든 처리과정을 도와주고, 경찰과 렌트카회사에 직접 통화까지하며 우리를 위해 노력해 주었어요. 우리 가족은 모두 감동하여 마테라가 더 좋아졌답니다. 시설은 매우 현대적이며 편리하고, 완벽하게 청결했습니다. 위치도 바로 최고 번화가라 주차하고 2분만 걸으면 되고, 엘리베이터도 설지되어 있어요. Das beste an der Unterkunft sind die beiden Mädels an der Rezeption, diese sind so lieb und zuvorkommend, daher auch die 10/10 🫶🏻

Tout est ultra blanc dans la chambre, ce qui la rend froide et impersonnelle. Une touche de couleur différente et chaude ( sur un mur ou le plafond ) augmenterait le confort perçu.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026De locatie was geweldig, precies in het bruisende hart van Matera. Parkeren kon op paar minuten loopafstand. De kamer was ruim genoeg voor 1 avond en als bonus was het ook nog een bijzonder moderne kamer in een mooi, karakteristiek gebouw op het centrale plein. Alles op loopafstand, echt leuk om hiervandaan het prachtige Matera te ontdekken!
Ontbijt was prima geregeld aan de overkant van de straat, maar zo modern als het hotel is, zo ouderwets is het “ontbijtrestaurant”. Wel met een prima ontbijt en met prachtige uitzicht over de stad.

There are several nearby parking areas, including some free options within an 8–10 minute walk. The room is modern and practical. One thing to consider is that the hotel is situated in a busy piazza. If you plan to sleep in, outside noise may be a bit disturbing after 9:00 pm.

I didn't appreciate the accusing question of whether I had paid the tax when I did in fact pay the day before upon arrival. The manager should have checked and confirmed these details before I checked out. It was disappointing as I felt a lack of trust and honesty leaving a bitter departure.

We loved the central location on the square, but only minutes away from the views of the magical parts of Matera and steps from endless shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our balcony with a view of the locals and tourists on their nightly strolls. The staff is helpful and friendly. The property is an easy smooth walk with luggage from nearby parking. There very competent staff at the front desk. We would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed May 17, 2026L'emplacement idéal avec vue sur la Piazza depuis notre balcon. Suite à un problème de douche dans notre chambre, nous avons pu aller dans une suite supérieure très grande avec plusieurs balcons. Très bonne réaction du personnel par rapport à ce problème ;) Volets partout pour permettre de dormir plus tard.
Oreillers trop durs. Prévoir deux oreillers plus mou en option.

The only thing I would change would be the comfort of the bed. The room was small but had everything we needed

Nous avions la chambre no1. Elle est près de la porte d’entrée et de l’accueil. On entendait les arrivées et les voix de l’accueil. A part cela tout était bien.

L accès difficile : escaliers,eloignement des parkings…. Petit déjeuner plus que mediocre dans un restaurant pas très propre,à proximite de l etablissement ( ce que nous n avions pas compris à la reservation ) Chambres impersonnelles. Climatisation difficile à regler
