All very clean
Room little small
hospitality, location
Everything was wonderful
Hotel was amazing, everything that I was expecting: comfortable, elegant, and luxurious for the price I paid for.
Only "bad" thing is that the receptionist didn't speak good English, so the conversation between us was a little hard and rocky, but we managed to pull through. He did give me a complementary Turkish tea as a welcoming gift, which was exquisite, so the service was 5-stars.
Excellent reception personnel (Enes 👍), really clean rooms and great breakfast.
Location excellent Breakfast good Room very clean
Jackhammering next door every afternoon for 2 to 3 hours.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful and welcoming
Nothing
Only the staff, behaviour appropriately and polite
This hotel should improve their sound proof system, i can't even sleep well or be comfortable, i can hear people talking and all kind of sound, i stay at 5th floor, every morning for 7 days i'm waking up at 530am due to sounds of cleaning and breakfast preparing at 6th floor, chair moving for cleaning etc This is really too much, i will never come back to this hotel, i dont mind about everything else, we tourist need some peace of mind to rest comfortably
Location and staff very polite
I wish they keep the hotel cold not just the rooms
Excellent location and lovely views from room and breakfast!
Excellent staff!
Nothing.
We were given a room on 5th floor. There was a little noise in the morning from the breakfast restaurant above, but we had great views which more than made up for it. Breakfast was good with a selection of different savoury and sweet foods and stunning views down to the port and sea. Fittings were of good quality and there were some nice "old-fashioned" touches like hotel stationery and a shoeshine pad. Effective aircon. Good WiFi.
Facilities to make tea and coffee in the room would have been nice. But there was nothing "not to like"!
Close to transport, great views. Modern.
Love the location, very clean for a Budget Hotel, part from one Staff member and the worst Breakfast of any Hotel I ever stayed in, the rooms very small, bit noisy from the seagalls, Shower is very slippery from gloss tiles, hair dryer was out of order and given another hand held one, sewage stench was filling the shwer room.
great location also the the terrace for breakfast
Best location, clean room, breakfast was delicious and lovely quite street. The staff were friendly and helpful although some of them don’t understand English very well but they still made me feel welcome and gave me directions to some of the sights.
The rooms are not sound proof so prepare to hear your neighbour’s conversations.
Very clean and central hotel . 10minutes from metro and 5min walk from tram load s of shopping and restaurants .15min to grand bazzar close to many attractions And 10 points to Muzaffer the receptionist at the hotel who was always helpfull to book our excursions and tell us where to go and always with a smile😁Thank you muzaffer your the best💙 Malta
Room was comfy but bit small and breakfast not much choice but ok
Everything was clean and the staff were super-helpful. I loved the location ... within walking distance of the train and tram.
Rooms were not soundproof. I could hear my neighbours as well as the setting up of the breakfast in the morning. I would've liked a bit more cupboard space too ... it was very small
Friendly staff, helpful. Awsome service provided
The service, room, and view was amazing great hotel service good location
The most things that i liked about this hotel is cleanliness and hospitality, the staff are very nice they are ready to help you with everything you need, whenever you call them they respond very quickly especially the reception guy mudafar who is always smiling and offer free coffe and tea every time I see him, I strongly recomend this hotel and i would stay there next time
The only notice I have is that the room was little small for 2 people everything else was perfect
Location is excellent: 15min walk to Sultanahmet or 2 stops by tram. Metro is also very close and you can reach Taksim in 3 stops! Breakfast is varied. There is a lift and the hotel is not on a hill so you don't have to struggle with the suitcases. There's a small minimarket around the corner where you can get water and other necessities. The Gran bazaar is literally opposite the hotel near the beautiful Sulimani mosque. It's an ideal location to visit Istanbul for the first time, very safe. Recommend.
The cleaners kept throwing away the soap and shower gel that were barely used, such a waste!
Fantastic location, very helpful hotel staff, clean and tidy room
A wee kettle in the room would have been champion, bit that's only if I was to be deliberately looking for something to be picky about! Unfortunatly, also, shuttle service provider did let the team down on our return to the airport, but in no way is that the hotels fault
Wonderful hotel and people! Got welcomed by Turkish tea at the outside patio. And my room had the best view over Marmara Sea! The staff and the managers were kind and attentive. Special thank you Mazaffer:) will definitely come back and recommend. Oh and breakfast is truly wonderful.
great services
great stuff
Acceptable
Location is fantastic, walking distance to some Hague Sofia Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and very close to tram station. Staff are very accommodating and friendly!
Rooms are on the smaller side
The location is very good, easy access to transport links. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very helpful and approachable, they helped us book excursions and were happy to recommend places to visit. The cleanliness was very good, the rooms were cleaned every morning. The rooms are well air conditioned and the doors to the balconies open fully so that you are able to have fresh air through the room too. The beds are very comfortable. There isn't a bar in the hotel but the manager was more than happy for us to bring alcohol from outside and use the tables and chairs in front of the hotel in the evenings, providing glasses and ice.
Our room for two people was quite small with very little room to move around the bed as we had a balcony. There wasn't enough storage in the room for two people's clothing and suitcases. Our son and daughter both had a twin room each which were larger, however the staff were helpful and switched one of the twin rooms into a double so that we were able to swap the next morning. Also I think that the rooms would benefit from full length mirrors in the actual bedrooms. Our room only had a mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet options are quite limited. However there is a small coffee and pastry shop few feet from the hotel which is handy.
Professional hotel manager who took care of our needs. Walking distance to most cultural centers.
Very clean and modern facilities. The stuff treats you like family. The location is in the very center close to public transportation, walking distance to the famous sights and all the shopping you can imagine. I was upgraded to a room with sea views.
The elevator is a little slow but the property has it which is rear for a hotel in this part of town.
location for shopping.
Rooms were not serviced. It was super hot and noticing your bedding isn’t changed and bathroom not cleaned was upsetting.
The hotel has the best location. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is professional, kind and always ready to help the guest. If I have to visit Istanbul another time, I will definitely book this hotel.
The hotel has nothing negative, I don't recall any errors
Nice clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.
nothing
very good service and friendly staff! the room was good also!
the bathroom has a leaking, so there is always water on the floor
The location of the hotel is excellent, central Istanbul close to the Grand Bazaar and Beyazit tram stop and about 15 mins walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Breakfast was nice and room was comfortable and very clean. But the best thing about the hotel was the helpfulness of the reception staff. Muzafer did his very best to speak English and was always very helpful. when I got there in the evening I asked him to recommend a restaurant and he walked me to a place that served lovely food and was extremely reasonably priced. Muzefar was always asking me if I wanted tea or coffee, such a nice man!
Some of the room fittings were falling off, hand towel rail in the bathroom and the cover on the bed was hard and stiff not soft.
Location and look. Breakfast as well. Pretty much everybody in the staff were great.
I got a room in the first floor and one night the people in the reception were listening to news or music very loud and I could hear everything from my room, I had to come and ask them kindly if they can lower the volume. They were a bit surprised and even asking me “really you can hear”? but the tone wasn’t friendly. The rest of staff during the day were very kind and helpful, as well friendly. Just kind of poor English but that is ok.
hotel was super the perfect location we had a great time
My wife and I stayed four nights in The Beethoven Hotel in mid July. I was well pleased with everything. It is only a short walk from the Metro and there are numerous restaurants and shops in the area around the University. A couple of main roads are nearby. Our only issue was totally beyond the control of the hotel. It was a holiday weekend and there was a lot of noise late at night from neighbouring bars and at one point there was a drummer in the street below accompanying his dad who was playing a horn! These things can happen anywhere. I would recommend the hotel and be happy to stay there again. Helpful staff, outstanding breakfast options and clean attractive building.
beautiful quiet hotel on perfect position in old part of the city!! neat and clear with a big and rich breakfast🍽🍳🍳5️⃣❗️ The staff is very kind and friendly, especially Muzafer❤️ We come back for shore soon
They're really very friendly and very clean rooms. Location is best, it is in the center of istanbul
location is very good you can just walk by 10 minutes to grand bazar and sultanahmet. And very clean.however rooms are not big enough and breakfast is normal. Finally staffs behavior are very kindly and warmly.
I am currently staying at the hotel...location is reasonanly good 5 mins walk to tramway which is accessible to tourist attractions...rooms are clean and a fair size...limited storage space...breakfast is an9ther story..not enough tables for the guests having to wait around until one is available and then it's whose fastest to get there ..but what I'm really appauld with is the tables are never wiped down...still dirty from the day before...marks still on table..bad hygienr
Beethoven Hotel & Suite, I will rate 10+ & say, is wonderful. They are friendly, accommodating, kind and it’s a clean environment. I enjoyed the comforts of my room and distance to all the spots. I highly recommend & will visit again
Cheating from A to Z. We booked a Deluxe room for 3 nights. At arrival they gave us a small room with view on the canalization and only on our intervention we got a normal room for the other two nights. Rooms are smaller than announced on booking platforms, everything newly refurbished, but not even a place to put your laptop and suitcase, only 5th floor has view. Breakfast of lousy quality, not even orange jus or anything fresh. They insisted on organizing the transfer to the airport promising a luxury Mercedes and high security. At the end there came a 20 yr old VW bus and the driver failed to make accidents do to his mobile chat. One of the staff is friendly but it doesn't recompense the bad value for money.
