Das definitiv ein überteuerten Zimmer, dreckige Klimaanlage, Bad hatte etwas Schimmelartiges am Eck in der Kabine. Das Zimmer roch muffig. Und der Flur stank nach Pizza, weil nebenan eine Pizzeria war, die mit dem "Hotel" verbunden war. Kein Personal, was für den Preis absurd ist und kein Aufzug, was ziemlich nervig für das Gepäck ist. Lohnt sich nicht, ich würde nächstes Mal in Odawara bleiben, ist günstiger und gut an Hakone Yumoto angebunden.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Great location very close to the train station and high street. Comfortable room, with good facilities and a nice traditional feel. Despite no-one on site, there was a convenient place to leave our luggage securely while we visited the nearby onsen before checking in.
Road was surprisingly noisy at night with cars passing and birds singing early in the morning.

メイン通りに近く、街中なので夜も車の通行音など、少しだけ騒音があった。

It is small so there wasn't much room for large luggage. We forwarded our luggage to our next destination knowing this.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Die Unterkunft war schlicht und einfach, sowie die Größe war Japan typisch nicht sehr groß, aber all diese Punkte sind völlig in Ordnung. Wir brauchten das Zimmer ja lediglich zum schlafen gedacht und somit hat es seinen Zweck voll und ganz erfüllt.
Da sich die Zimmer über einer Pizzaria befinden, kann es im Flur vor dem Zimmer auch mal nach Küche riechen, aba das ist verschmerzbar

Size of the space. Lack of hooks for the towels, lack of shelf in the bathroom to put your cosmetics. I stayed 4 nights and no cleaning, change of towels.

Reviewed May 25, 2026L'Hotel si trova praticamente di fronte alla stazione. E' stato molto facile trovarlo e le istruzioni per il self Check-in erano chiare. Molto comodo il deposito bagagli sotto la scala e il bagno utilizzabile anche prima e dopo il Check-in. Si trova praticamente sopra una pizzeria niente male per i nostri standard italiani. Inoltre la strada è piena di locali e negozi che però (la maggior parte) chiude alle 17-18. Siamo stati solo una notte e le camere erano piccole ma molto pulite e confortevoli in pieno standard giapponese. L'host è stato fantastico ed è andato oltre le nostre aspettative, in quanto mia moglie ha dimenticato gli occhiali da sole in un ristorante la sera prima e il giorno dopo siamo partiti per Osaka. Abbiamo contattato l'host che non solo ci ha risposti immediatamente, ma è andato di persona a prenderli al ristorante e ce li ha spediti ad Osaka. Non so come ringraziarlo è stato fantastico, esperienza che ha arricchito il nostro viaggio in Giappone.

The room was nice, clean, and overall very comfortable, although definitely quite small — but that’s pretty normal in Japan 😊 The location is very convenient, especially because it’s close to the train station, which made traveling around Hakone easy. The only downside for us was a slight humidity/musty smell in the room. Thankfully, we could open the window, so it wasn’t a huge issue for a short stay. One thing worth knowing: if you arrive late, it may be difficult to find food nearby. We arrived around 8 PM and almost all restaurants were already closed, which was a bit disappointing after a long day of traveling. Overall, still a pleasant stay for a short visit to Hakone 🇯🇵

Reviewed May 2, 2026Muito próximo da estação. O quarto no terceiro andar não era grande, mas a cama ocupava bastante espaço do quarto, o que era bom. Ale disso a privada é be tecnológica e os produtos de higiene também. Além disso, no 3F tem máquina de café, chaleira, geladeira e microondas.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026La ubicación es genial para visitar Hakone, el hotel por el precio no está mal y ofrece café o té gratis. Las chicas que se encargaron de la limpieza muy amables nos colocaron la maleta dentro de la habitación al terminar de limpiarla.
La cama no era la más cómoda del mundo, pero no estuvo mal tampoco, por el precio muy bien.
