Jeg likte ingenting, jeg følte meg lurt. Jeg bestilte all-inclusive-pakken, uten alkohol, men de serverte drinkene i plastflasker, de var varme og flate. Den tyrkiske kaffen skulle være alkoholfri, men de tok ekstra betalt for det. Kranen på rommet mitt fungerte ikke. Personalet var ikke vennlige.

A személyzet kedvessége, rugalmassága. A szobák tiszták, szépek, az ételek fantasztikusak! Jó parkolóval rendelkező szálloda.

Nincs ilyen. Talán az, hogy picit messzebb van tenger a szállodától. Gyalog kb 1,5 km, de ingyenes buszjárat visz le a tengerparthoz és visszahoz a szállodához.

De regulă toate zilele meniurile erau aceleași, mic dejun începea la ora 7 dar zonele de food își deschideau bucătăria după ora 8:00. Regimul all inclusive nu prea a fost, băuturile erau contra cost, nici măcar berea nu era gratis. Incluse erau apă plată, ceai și sucurilor făcute din diverse prafuri. Spectacolele de seară erau aceleași mereu dedicate 100% copiilor, nimic rău însă după 5 nopți ți se cam taie....

Nous sommes arrivés avec mes 3 enfants hôtel booker et payer depuis 4 mois. On nous indique qu’ils n’ont pas de chambre pour nous la première nuit et nous loge dans une maison à 30min à pieds. Un chauffeur nous a récupérer uniquement pour manger. Aucun dédommagement n’ai fait ni par l’hôtel ni booking malgré nos demandes. Nourriture catastrophique ! Chambre sale jamais aspirer ou laver de tout notre séjour, lavabos miroir tout est sale et rester ainsi. Hôtel géré par des « ados » qui font ce qu’ils peuvent mais manque d’expérience. Ils avaient l’air exténuer avec une pression incroyable de leur supérieur. A 40 min du centre de kusadasi ! Pas de voiture = bloquer Description mensongères ce n’ai pas un 5 étoiles !!!!

Personalet var veldig vennlige, og hjelpsomme. Massasje var fantastisk!!!

Hotellet hadde ikke strand, vi måtte ta shuttle buss til stranda. Det står ikke noe på annonsen..!! Det var skuffende. Selvom det var all inklusive, var en del ting måtte betales for (for eksempel Turkish kaffe, salat på stranda, ice kaffe) osv. Minibar var helt tomt, de satt 1 lt. Vann til slutt.

Es wurde gebaut am frühen morgen es war sehr laut nachts wurde im Flur gesaugt. Es gab nicht viel Auswahl vom essen. Die duschen waren nicht dicht das ganze Zimmer war unter Wasser. Personal und service war schlecht und unfreundlich.

Alles war gut (Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen), Personal, Anlage, Pool Sehr freundliche Menschen (Personal) Wlanempfang überall

Das Essen war an zwei Ständen platziert, ohne einen Hinweis. Für das späte Frühstück wurde der Nachschub teilweise erst auf Anforderung gebracht (obwohl genug Personal vorhanden war). Etwas teuer, aber es hat sich gelohnt

Trop de nourriture transformées, surgelés, pas très propre, équipements vétustes. Hôtel trop bruyant , trop près de la route, et musique toute la journée, impossible de se reposer. Chambre mal isolée aussi, on a l'impression de dormir avec ses voisins. Heureusement que c'était pas très cher sur Booking. Mais je n'y retournerai pas.

Hotel is erg oud. Kamers zijn vervallen, oud en slecht onderhouden. Bij het buffet zie je dat de ruimte en het eten veel te weinig is voor het publiek wat daar komt. In het donker is het meer een horrorhotel, omdat ze alle lichten uitzetten. Waarschijnlijk om wat te besparen. Is meer een drie sterrenhotel. Zeker niet meer. De prijs is ook daarom wat minder denk ik. Ik geef het een voldoende omdat ik de prijs voor een driesterren heb betaald

Personalen var jätte trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det var rent och fint städats. Det var bra för familjer.

Das Essen war an manchen Tagen sehr lecker und sehr oft am Tag abwechslungsreich. Thermalpool war angenehm.

Ich hatte leider Ameisen in meinem Zimmer. Das Personal war leider teilweise sehr unfreundlich an der Bar. Die Barkeeper konnten keine cocktails oder mocktails mischen hatten jeden nur Ananassaft mit Sirup zur Verfügung. Das angebliche All Inklusive ist es leider nicht, da man kein Zugang zu Alkoholischen Getränken hatte, ausser Bier. Und es liegt mittem im nirgendwo. Der Nix Beach ist leider voll mit Algen.

Gute Zimmer und sauber

Das Beide Aussenpolls komplett abgerissen waren und man es nicht nutzen konnte Baustelle vor dem Hotel und sehr laut und rücksichtslos.

Ich hatte ein tolles Superior-Zimmer mit einem grandiosen Blick – sowohl aufs Meer als auch auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber, und das war mir besonders wichtig. Der Zimmerservice hat außer der Mini bar Aufstockung mir noch einen kleinen Obstteller da gelassen. Ich hatte zudem einen Balkon, und die Klimaanlage konnte auch heizen – das hat mich sehr gefreut, vor allem weil es ein Thermalbad gibt, und ich so im Zimmer nicht gefroren habe. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und reichlich. Auf Nachfrage auf ein late checkout wurde meine checkout Zeit auf 15 uhr erweitert!Richtig toller Service, danke. Einzig der Spa-Bereich müsste noch etwas renoviert werden, da waren ein paar Duschköpfe defekt. Außerdem gibt es keinen getrennten Herren Damen spa bereich. Es gibt bestimmte zeiten am Tag an denen nur Frauen Eintritt haben, da sollte man nach den genauen Zeiten nachfragen. Am Samstagabend gab es noch schöne live Musik im Café mit richtig guten Musikern. Insgesamt war es ein großartiger Aufenthalt!

Im Spa und Thermal bereich müsste man einige duschköpfe reparieren.

Die Speisen waren gut doch etwas zu kalt.

Понравилось наличие термального комплекса и вкусная еда. Несмотря на неудобства, я планирую приехать еще раз. Очень надеюсь что руководство примет меры.

Первое что встретило в холле отеля это кошачье 💩. Как потом выяснилось кошек в отеле много. Это не 5 звезд, которые заявлены. Это тройка. Номер уставший. Розетки сломаны, торчат провода. В ванной ржавчина. Замок в номере, видимо был заменен, что сделано ужасно грубо. Ребенок повредил руку, а я порвала одежду, когда несколько раз зацепилась. Нелюбезный персонал на ресепшене. Приятными были только несколько официантов и горничные. Особенно хамски вели себя барышни обслуживающие термальный комплекс. Время работы комплекса еще не закончено, а они демонстративно машут швабрами-мол, уходите. Еда вкусная, но в ней попадались длинные черные волосы. В описании отеля указана информация про трансфер, но отель не отвечает на сообщения в переписке, и как его заказать непонятно. В Бассейне сломаны перила и торчат острые штыри. Прямо больно и страшно. Крайне неприятно видеть отдыхающих, купающихся прямо в обуви в бассейне. За этим никто не следит.

The thermal.pools were great. Lovely tranquil atmosphere. We booked a massage which was very good.

The day we left, 23rd October, many facilities were being closed down for the season.The beach area had already closed. We were not aware this would be the case.

Chambre spacieuse, propreté impeccable, personnel agréable et réactif, repas variés et buffet (matin, midi et soir) très bons, piscines thermales incroyables, spectacles le soir pour les enfants, coin jeu pour les enfants, bref de superbes vacances 💕

The hotel is famous for its thermal baths. Both indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. The food at the restaurant was quite a lot but the quality not the best you can eat.

Our room was a Suite with Jacuzzi but suddenly the jakuzzi wasn't working. They brought a technician but still we couldn't use it. There was only a wc inside the master bedroom and the other person who is sleeping in the living room should also come to this wc which was not so comfortable and no privacy.

Hotel and outdoor pools were nice, plenty of choice for buffet dinner and breakfast. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Nice beach club but should not be described at beachfront was 7-8 min drive to the beach.

Unfortunately on arrival bedroom floor had not been cleaned, food and footprints. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect this or the holes in the pillow case. Fly screen on the balcony impossible to open and close. The indoor pool had broken tiles on the steps into the water which is dangerous.

The hotel is fairly new and modern however the location is pretty remote.

It’s not the property per say, when it came to food I feel like there weren’t that many option to pick from the buffet. As a person who cannot have tomatoes all the dishes included tomatoes, whether it sauce or paste or actually chunky tomatoes. And for breakfast the only option where eggs or cold cuts, again as a person who doesn’t eat eggs or cold cuts ( due to health reasons btw) that didn’t leave me much to eat. Usually in 5 star all inclusive hotels the buffet holds a variety of options at least that’s what I’m used to. There should be a bit of consideration to what people are able to eat and not eat.

Hotel provided thermal pools. Rooms are refreshed and match photos provided on booking. We have been offered another room (upgrade) timely, once we revealed problems with air conditioner.

Initially booked hotel for 2 weeks, but we moved out less than in one day. As many people, paid for good pictures at "discounted" price. We've been travelling with baby and description below related to my humble opinion. Hotel location on Booking.com and actual location doesn't match. Please check google maps for better understanding. It is located on high-way, 4 km form the City/Beach. Beside that, we got many other issues. Hotel doesn't offer baby bath, instead of the mattress for baby bed we were offered to use duvet cover. Food variety is poor, for breakfast you have only 4 hot positions (on photo), beside that you need to be picky - take something without flies on it (on photo) or choose non-rotten tomato (on photo). For drink you can get Fuzzy drinks and water in glass/cap. Fresh Juice / Turkish coffee / Core coffee / can drinks /Bottled water (!!!) are not included in All-inclusive program and you need to additionally pay for it. Garden mentioned in the hotel description is ~30 m^2 (on photo), you can literally walk around whole hotel's territory in 1-2 minutes. Since hotel is located on highway, you have no space to walk around and you are locked in with thermal pools or your room. Hotel stuff doesn't speak English (only 1-2 persons). I had a big problem with refund. Instead of 12 nights paid initially they offered 9 nights refund for the horrible experience mentioned above. It took 43 days to get the refund from Booking directly (full amount minus cancellation fee).

The hotel is modern and is a good 5 *. The food was well prepared and tasty. It was very good value for money. The only extra you pay for is the alcoholic drinks. Despite being the only English family there the entertainment and bar staff worked really hard to make it an enjoyable break for our 14year old grandson and I cannot thank them enough. Fun, games and colourful cocktails kept him entertained day and night. All the staff were very friendly.

Miles out of kusadasi, but that is reflected in the price.

Not the best location, many drinks not included in all inclusive. The thermal pool looked dirty and not at all like it would cure anything. Lots of family with screaming kids- beware it attacks that type of family. Not the most elegant or fancy place. Very average and less than what it shows. Definitely not 5 stars, maybbbeee 4 star.

Had several rooms in this hotel (June 21-23, 2023) The hotel is well kept, clean rooms, has thermal pool and other pools.

Very limited English. Somehow difficult to communicate with hotel reception employes. Lots of flies and insects flying over the buffet food in the restaurant. The hotel is far away from Kusadasi city center (45 minute to 1 hour drive). There is a public bus, shuttle (about $1 US dollar each way, but no air-conditioning and is full of people, you may have to travel standing up, since it seems to be very busy at all times.

everything was spot on! the breakfast could have done with some more diversity, but other than that, all was amazing! cannot describe in words how nice all the staff is! thank you for having us❤️
