Right near airport entrance saves alot of time and looking for places just straight forward

Abit of waiting about lots of paperwork spread about they had to find each persons i have patience but some people don't

Our room looks like it was designed for a disabled person the bed was very low off the floor and the bathroom was a disabled wet room.We are able bodied people who did not require this room

Overnight stay prior to an early morning flight. Did the job perfectly. Lovely and quiet in the room and good black out type curtains. Would definately book again next time we fly from Birmingham Airport.

Ich hatte das 'easy access' Zimmer versehentlich gebucht (es war das günstigste verfügbar). Die Dusche war ein Traum, wie ein Nassbereich.

Ich habe keine körperliche Beeinträchtigung, trotzdem fand ich das niedrige Bett etwas zu nieder. Vielleicht würde jemand, der sehr unbeweglich Beine/Hüften hat, dies noch schwieriger finden

Dinner options were a bit limited, I opted for the poke bowl, it was the strangest combination of food. N9t as advertised on the menu! My husband ordered fish and chips which he said was really good

What we experienced at the hotel was very good and there was nothing that we didn’t like.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our 1 night stay included breakfast. We opted for the cooked breakfast which was very good. Surprisingly the fried breakfast was hot, eggs were cooked on demand and surprisingly the beans were hot. Definitely stay here again

Air conditioning didn’t work so moved rooms

The sound proofing in the room was brilliant, the room we had overlooked the runway and we couldn't hear any noise from the aircraft taking off or landing. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and the facilities in general were great. The room itself was clean and tidy, nice bathroom and the beds were comfortable.

It’s so convenient for overnight for early flights. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable beds, white fluffy towels and the convenience of a fridge.

I have never stayed in a hotel with such uncomfortable beds, the bed was so hard it made for a very restless night when what we had hoped for was a good nights sleep before a 6 am flight

Vom Flughafen in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Gleich gegenüber die Mietwagen Stationen. Perfekt um einen Urlaub zu starten

Check in was too slow, I did not get a notification that it could be done online. And presumably not many other people did as the queue went out the door with just the 1 person on duty. Quite a small bar area to cope with a large hotel capacity

The location was fine, easy to get to thanks to the new A4545 by pass to Birmingham Airport. Staff where courteous and polite.

I wasn't there long enough, it was just an overnight stay for our flight. However, that said, my wife and I had an afternoon meal which was good.

The bacon was poor quality. The coffee was not good. I had espresso but it was not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel.

Excellent location for the airport, 2 minute walk. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good quality breakfast. Spotless and spacious rooms. Dinner in the onsite restaurant was also of a very high standard. No hesitation in recommending this hotel would be my first choice if returning to Birmingham.

Stayed for 1 night on 4 August after long flight, checked in at 4am allocated room 403, was soon woken up by light coming through curtains on inspection curtains full of holes, obviously been like that for a while, spoke to reception on departure after no rest, didn’t seem to bothered 1 week later still awaiting a response from the hotel, poor poor customer service
