Staybridge Suites London Heathrow - Bath Road by IHG

Breakfast and location ok

The room - bed very uncomfortable, water in sink was just a trickle

Close proximity to Heathrow, very relaxing and good facilities

Nothing

Hotel had little to offer, if asked front desk, they always responded to "go to the Holiday Inn, maybe they have it"

Friendly staff. Despite being so close to Heathrow, the rooms were very quiet

good hotel convenient to airport - access to coffee making facilities 24/7 nice breakfast

Clean, professional, good breakfast, location excellent for T2 & T3.

We LOVED this accommodation. There were multiple buses straight to it from the airport and they had their own bus stop outside to take you anywhere. The staff were all super nice and the room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was REALLY good we were very impressed. Will definitely be back

nothing they were awesome!

I’ve stayed at the hotel a few times before, and everything has always been excellent. I’ll see you again

Nothing. Everything was fine

Everything. A welcome oasis between 2 flights and great value for money.

Nothing.

Big rooms and very comfortable beds.

Nothing

I liked everything especially the free evening drinks and conversations.

Getting to staybridge is quite confusing and you end up in holiday Inn. Which is quite a waste of time. I'll be careful next time.

Property was good

There was no toiletries provided when it stated that the room would have toiletries

Fantastic holding base ready your flights the next day. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you need.

Nothing to report

Loved it. Great room for two nights, close to the airport. Staff was nice.

They didn't have their own airport shuttle, although there is some type of a private or city bus service that can be accessed

Location was great to be by the airport for morning flight. There was a shuttle service. Plus a restaurant on this property

Nothing

Very good selection for breakfast and able to accommodate one of our party with an allergy. Facilities in room were great with a wide selection of cooking utensils and crockery. Very spacious.

Perfect stay with Hoppa Bus to airport on time.

Huge and comfortable apartment, free buffet breakfast, great restaurant next door

Nothing

The layout of the room meant we were not in each other's way moving about.

A nice view out of the window?

Nice clean rooms, proximity to airport

Nothing

The apartment was super clean with excellent amenities

Can’t fault anything

die Unterstützung an der Reception

Close by Heathrow, excellent rooms, excellent access to restaurant

Nothing

Property is convenient to Heathrow. It is a good choice if you have an early flight or if you arrive too late to get to London. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of options.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Close to airport and windsor castle

The front page on booking says shuttle available thats why I booked it ...when I called it was several busses to get there ...there is no Shuttle available very deceiving!!!

Great location great facilities, clean Hotel, good restaurant close by. Best transient Hotel. I stayed at the Hilton garden Inn. And I definitely would stay here instead again.

Nothing

Decent and good

No concierge services and the cleaners always block the aisle ways

Lovely staff and good location, 8 minutes to t5 parking

Parking charge was a surprise, £17 for the night, should be included in the hotel charge…

Great location near London Heathrow for our one night stay

No shuttle and taxi 70.00 cad

There was an issue with the computer system which I accept is not anyone's fault but when we arrived at 10:30pm our room was still being cleaned. We then eventually got inro the room after 11:00pm to find my daughter bed wasn't made and had to complain again. We where then handed bedding so we could make the bed.

The staff was excellent and helping me handle transportation into London and getting taxis to go to the airport. The breakfast was amazing for a hotel that size.

The breakfast was fantastic. The location was particularly good when it was time to go to the airport, and the bus stop was literally just outside the front door of the hotel. I did not have to use the “Hotel Hoppa” to return to the airport, which was great. My room was perfectly comfortable, totally quiet, and completely, immaculately clean. It had a full kitchen, which I did not use.

nothing was wrong.

Very comfortable beds. And great layout of the room. Staff was really nice.

Room and view

Poor Internet connection for TV

Close to Heathrow. Room size was good and included kitchen facilities which was lovely and unexpected. Shuttle bus was convenient. Breakfast was good.

Surprised there was no restaurant although easy to use Holiday Inn's

Everything!! Perfect stay

Proximity to Heathrow Airport, strong air conditioning and professional staff.

Nothing

excellent hotel will stay again ,great location

none

The room was clean (including the bathroom), breakfast had lots of options

I booked a family suite and expected a bunk bed and king bed. What we got was a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. Both beds were hard, we asked for extra pillows and the brought couch cushions in pillow cases when we asked for extra pillows.

Easy for airport

Your booking system was broken. Long long wait for room

Location (near the car rental office) Comfortable and large room Availability of a restaurant nearby for dinner (the Holiday Inn next door) Nice breakfast buffet

It is a remote location

Close to Heathrow. Hotel hoppa shuttle stops out the front. Great breakfast

We like it !! It was clean, easy access to airport and the breakfast was awesome..

The carpet needs a deep cleaning..

Proximity to the airport

No complain

Frindly staff.

Breakfast.

All

Hot chocolate dispenser was an open tin

Das Personal

Die Teppiche überall, für Allergiker schlecht

Location to LHR excellent. Rooms were impeccably clean. YES air conditioning. Couldn't even hear airplanes taking off, so soundproofing is excellent. Didn't try restaurant, but don't bother walking to The Three Magpies pub down the street. It was nasty. Breakfast hostess Sandra was an absolute delight.

Generously sized room.

The room smelled bad when we checked in, and the breakfast buffet could be better.

Spacious and well equipped with kitchenette. We had a short but really good stay. Breakfast was good too.

Only issue was no information in the room on wifi.

Easy check in. Staff all friendly and helpful. Room very clean, spacious and comfy bed.

Convenient and good value

Perfect stayover

Not much

Handy for Budget Rental car

Rooms were smaller than looked in photos

Ci torniamo ogni volta che facciamo scalo a Londra. È perfetto come appoggio per l’aeroporto. Cucina in camera, bagno spazioso, letto comodissimo e ambiente comunque silenzioso. Colazione anche Gluten e disponibilità dello staff ottima.

Nulla

Room size and up graded kitchen and bathroom. Newly renovated bathroom tile and countertops, exceeded my expectations. Complementary breakfast was great with all the fixings would definitely recommend this location.

Nothing

Nice and quiet. Good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Do quarto acima de tudo. Cama muito confortável.

A zona do pequeno-almoço e as opções disponíveis.

super comfortable, well equipped. I especially appreciated the black out curtains and very comfy bed

parking was a long way from the building entrance

Room was fantastic. The staff very friendly and helpful. The cost of the food items was lower than we thought. Great information about the bus schedule that services the Heathrow Airport. However, there is no mention on the website about the public bus service from the hotel to the airport and vice versa. It shows no "shuttle" service. I inquired about a ride and it came back with "A driver is available" for 50+ pounds. So is that could be added to your website (maybe I just didn't see it) that would be awesome. Breakfast was also very good. Thank you!

We should have asked for a handicap accessible room. The high tub created a very precarious and dangerous situation for my wife. She slipped upon trying the exit the tub. Fortunately, there was no injury. The wet surface of the tub upon trying to exit, creates an assured slipping of the foot. I too had problems exiting the tub.

Clean, spacious room with huge bathroom with walk in shower. Adequate breakfast, and it is available at 6am so convenient for early morning flights. Staff were polite and able to answer all questions.

Proximity to Heathrow! And shuttle to terminal was perfect! Lovely breakfast, too.

Excellent breakfast spread, including a waffle iron and batter dispenser, convenient location near Heathrow Terminal 2, comfortable room with a/c.

Paying £17 for parking

Room was very hot considering we are in winter, we called staff 3 times to help with the air conditioning but they just keep lieing and making up stories. Food wasn't wow just their, environment was clean though.

Room and staffs looking like they had a bad day.

Store og gode rom, god frokost og hyggelig personale.

The absence of porter services

Easy for getting to and around for a quick stop after a long flight

Hospitality was shocking, you’d expect at premium prices they would have staff too assist with luggage

Staff

The bar in hotel next door added a service charge even when you are standing up at the bar. Watch out because they don’t tell you. Not happy

Front desk staff was very helpful. Victoria helped me bring in my luggage from the car to my room as there were no luggage carts available. There are laundry facilities, free with token, and laundry soap is usually provided, but they were out when I did my laundry. Good breakfast choices and plenty of room as this is a busy hotel. Good location. Hotel Hoppa bus service every hour. Nice, clean, roomy rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

I just received a parking violation which I will be appealing as I was unloading luggage in the disabled zone and there were no luggage carts available.

Pulizia di può migliorare

Comfortable spacious room. Firm bed for a good sleep. Excellent facilities for self catering. Lovely breakfast choices. Short ride on bus from airport terminal.

Nothing

Breakfast was amazing, well organized and clean area. A good variety of food and coffee. Sitting area was large and comfortable, service was very good and area was well maintained by staff on duty. Good place to take in a slow breakfast or a quick bite.

Everything

Water pressure too small

Bien

Size of room & bathroom good, location good.

Furnishings very worn, especially the lounge & not overly clean (stains)

Room facilities and proximity to the airport and car hire

Breakfast. Broken equipment and couldn’t get the cereal out of the cereal bottle . Lack of cutlery and overworked staff

Comfortable, clean and well rested! The hotel staff are super kind and helpful. Lovely clean rooms, and also a complimentary self service laundry facility! I wish more hotels had this service.

Super close to Heathrow! Everything was perfect!! Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The staff are amazing and so kind! Special thanks to Rencel, Ecaterina, and Gurinder at the front desk, and to Navjot at breakfast, who remembered me from the week before! I’ve stayed here twice—once for one night in June 2026 before my flight to Venice (VCE), and again for one night in July 2026 before flying back to New York City. The rooms are absolutely lovely and very well appointed. I’ll always choose to stay here whenever I have an early or even a late flight because getting to Heathrow is so easy. Another great convenience is the complimentary guest laundry, with free washers and dryers on the first floor. I noticed some guests stay here for months while working on projects in London, and it’s absolutely perfect for longer stays as well. I can’t say enough good things about the kindness and hospitality of everyone at this hotel. I highly recommend it!

The room was clean and well-designed and also included a kitchenette. There were great snacks available 24 hours a day, and the reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, and the location was perfect for our flight the next day.

Wish we could have stayed more than one night!

Cleanness

Brilliant location for Heathrow. Staff very helpful and good selection for breakfast will good facilities also. Definitely recommend

The breakfast was amazing. Hot food, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice, and anything you can think of. The dining space is beautiful, with a local TV on. The room was super close to the airport. Although they do not have a direct shuttle, they have partnered with a company, and there is a paid one. I loved access to a full refrigerator and microwave. Also loved the dining room table access.

I did not like how far it was from central London. 30-40 minutes away from anything fun. Other than that, it was pretty decent. The beds could have been more comfortable but overall a nice space.

The staff is amazing, and so kind! Shoutout to Rencel, Ecaterina & Gurinder at the front desk, and Navjot at breakfast who remembered me from the week before!! I’ve stayed here twice, one night in June 2026 as I was flying to VCE the next day, and one night in July 2026 to fly back to NYC! The rooms are absolutely lovely, and well appointed. I’ll always choose to stay here if I have an early flight, or even a late one, so I can easily get to the airport. Another convenience is you can do your laundry, as they have free washers and dryers on the first floor for guests. Some guests stay here for months at a time, as they’re working on projects in London. It’s absolutely perfect for this as well. I cannot say enough good things about the kindness and hospitality of this hotel!

I used the rapid charging station for 40mins ahead of returning the car to the T3 car rental returns. I stayed with the vehicle the whole time and found out later that I had a GBP100 fine and another GBP40 fee from the car rental company. There is inadequate signage regarding the need to register your car with reception and have only 10minutes to do so from the moment of entry to the carpark.

Very close to airport. Nice big rooms. Friendly helpful staff

Nothing

I loved everything!! The real stars were the front desk! When I first arrived, I had been on multiple trains, as my original train had been canceled. I finally arrived at the hotel on the bus that takes you to all the hotels. I was tired from all the trains etc. the two people at the front desk were absolute stars! Rencel and Gerlie! It was worth 7 hours of traveling just to meet them!

The front desk staff are the best in the world. Patient and helpful and very nice.

There was nothing not to like . We loved the spacious rooms with a kitchen and separate bedroom.

Comfortable room, clean with nice big bathroom and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious.

It ended up being much further from the airport than we realised. After a long overnight flight we had some trouble figuring out how to get to the hotel. Perhaps more detailed instructions can be put on the booking.com description page - only found out how to reach the hotel by searching the Q&A section and google.

Spacious clean comfortable suite. Close to Heathrow Airport. A great detox after a very busy trip.

A bit of a mix up at the desk that we had 3 separate rooms reserved. Had no instructions about putting your room access card in a slot to activate the lights. Called the front desk and they explained it to me.

Location

Room are spacious Next to the airport good for layovers flight

Far away from any attractions, restaurants
