Cleanness and location

Apartment was a decent size to well accommodate family with 2 children. Modern and clean. A bonus of free coffee/chocolate all day long and croissants in the morning. Not too far from the metro station. Most requests kindly answered by the staff. Still uncertain whether it is a safe area but it felt ok.

The main disappointment was that the rooms are not cleaned at all if your stay is up to 3 nights. Meaning no towel change, no toilet paper being added. It was surprising and not communicated to us until we realized the towels were not changed. And there were towel hangers barely for two people in the bathroom meaning with 4 people there was nowhere to place the towels. They didn't mind giving us extra towels though. The second problem was the slight distance from tube station. At least 15min walk. There were buses but they were sometimes very frequent ad sometimes not coming at all (evening or weekend) so we could not rely on them much. It seems like not a big deal but for a family with kids or older people this may be too much. Most staff super kind other at the reception desk absent for a while so when you want to collect your bags from storage they may be not there for a while.

Fantastic staff, the lady on the desk 28/08 and 29/08 past 9PM was fantastic. Super helpful and friendly. Great location, tube at Stratford station 15 minute walk takes you into city about 40 min ride Clean and most importantly quiet

Stayed in the double bedroom apartment. The room was amazing, spacious. I feel the images don't do it justice. Lots of space for the children to roam as opposed to 1 cramped hotel room.

I booked a recent 5-night stay on the Roomzzz website but then found a cheaper price via Agoda on Tripadvisor. Roomzzz advertise a Price Match Guarantee, so I sent them all the information they stated they needed for me to claim the difference back. I received a reply from Roomzzz Stratford saying they couldn’t deal with it and so they would send it on to Reservations. Two weeks later I had heard nothing and so I emailed both Stratford and Reservations – and heard nothing again (thanks guys). I then managed to make contact through Facebook Messenger and was told they could see my claim had been accepted, but nothing further had been done (great stuff) and so they would contact the manager at Stratford. 10 days later – I have heard nothing (thanks manager at Stratford). So - I’m giving up, but what a poor state of affairs, not to mention extremely poor customer care and service. Obviously, I won’t ever be booking with Roomzzz again. I wish I’d nicked an iron or something now. I booked the basic room (the one that comes with less than reasonably acceptable customer care). The room itself was clean and adequate for my needs - there was a nice view of the Stratford and Canary Wharf skylines. The kitchenette was poorly planned however – the fridge was too big, and the sink was too small, and awkwardly placed. The cutlery drawer was sited just above the plinth – approximately 6 inches off the floor, and the microwave was just above that – so lots of stooping and bending with hot microwaved food (bowls of hot soup were particularly troublesome). I’m assuming the person in charge of planning the kitchenette is the same person who is responsible for the effective and competent management of the Price Match Guarantee process – maybe they might benefit from an appraisal or some mandatory training or something?

Reception staff were great. Complimentary 24/7 hot drinks and breakfast croissants. The room was perfect. Home away from home for our little family. The staff were all lovely and Would book again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel friends head indicated that it was a bit far out. I did not find it as such. Itis close to Stratford Station, which has many main tube lines to various parts of London. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel stops and you’re at Stratford Station. It’s an easy walk as well within walking distance our grocery stores bars and restaurants. The room was pleasant, quiet, well lit and well appointed. My only criticism is they need to have a couple chairs and small table in the patio to facilitate the enjoyment of afternoon and evening sunset.

Great location and excellent proximity to restaurants, and transportation. Room was great and good value. Staff were super supportive, especially Rita and Vivien. I highly recommend Roomzzz. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Obiekt jest 15 min spacerem od London Stadium (Stadion Olimpijski) / stacji metra/galerii Wesfield- a ponieważ byliśmy na koncercie na stadionie, to ta lokalizacja była świetna. Pokój Grande Studio - świetny, przestronny, z wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym, dużą łazienką, czysty, nowoczesny, cichy, z klimatyzacją, żelazkiem, suszarką, sejfem. Wygodne łóżko. Świetnie wyciszony hotel, bo nie słyszeliśmy innych gości. Hotel położony trochę w dzielnicy beneficjarzy, ale nie czuliśmy się niebezpiecznie. Skorzystaliśmy z siłowni (nowy sprzęt). Hotel też oferował rakiety do tenisa i piłki do kosza - w parku po drugiej stronie ulicy były darmowe korty tenisowe i boiska. Kawa była dostępna przy recepcji 24h. Rano hotel serwował darmowe rogaliki. Miły gest. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i przyjacielska. Naprawdę bardzo fajne miejsce w tej części Londynu.

Its nice that you can bring the family or be in the same space with others you are travelling with insted of seperate rooms. Free drinks machine is a nice touch too.

Received a warm welcome from the receptionist. The rooms were clean and sufficient room for the 2 of us. The hotel was approximately a 20 minute walk to the station. We used Stratford international station which meant we could use the overground from St Pancras thus avoiding the very hot and humid underground and it was only 1 stop. it was about a 30 minute walk to the olympic stadium which was the purpose of our visit. There was a lovely shopping centre to walk around

The shower was the only let down. First impression wasn’t great! Patchy base where it had been repaired and closing corner catch on bottom needed fixing. Waterfall shower head was weak and blocked jets attack your face, just needs descaling. 2nd shower head was more powerful though.

Great location for events at London Stadium, or Abba Voyage. Westfield, either lots of shops and restaurants is just a 15 minute walk away. Easy access to underground, and bus station. Neo room was perfect for a short stay. Croissants and coffee in reception each morning. Free gym available too. Clean rooms, quiet location. Definitely recommend a stay at Roomzz Stratford

The location is excellent for London Stadium. Easy to get to. The room itself was perfect. The bed was super comfy, we slept through the night. The kettle, fridge, microwave, etc etc excellent additions to a normal hotel room. Iron and board also included. Rainfall shower was brilliant. We didn't use the free breakfast option but it was there if you like a continental breakfast.

The only thing we felt it lacked was storage for clothes. There were hangars but no drawers for the smaller bits.

Myself and my Husband Stayed here on 21st 22nd and 23rd Of June 2026 We where very Happy with our Stay from what it cost to the Room we where given and we had a Beautiful City View the Apartment complex was spotlessly clean very comfortable and very well air conditioned especially during that very hot weather there was nothing that we found wrong and would definitely stay here again in the future and if anyone is going to Attend the Abba Voyage show I would highly recommend it so close and handy

I visited London for the first time and stayed at Roomzzz Aparthotels Stratford for 10 days in the Neo room category. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The Neo room was perfectly suitable for a solo traveller or even a couple planning a slightly extended stay. The room was compact yet very well designed, with all the essential amenities you would need — including a stove, microwave, fridge, and basic utensils and crockery, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It is very close to Stratford Station, shopping malls, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it extremely easy to access trains, buses, and everything else you may need during your stay in London. What truly made the experience memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly courteous, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thanks to Vivien, Naana, and Rita for their kindness and support. They were approachable, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. We had a great stay! Nana and Rita were exceptionally helpful and accommodating and our room, on the top floor, was fabulous! Clean and well stocked, with stunning views of London. I also loved the free coffee and croissants available in the lobby. The location was great, with good bus links, and there’s a pretty park opposite the hotel.

We had a great stay. The aparthotel was clean and comfortable. Gym, Working area, sitting area in the lobby. The apartment itself was well equipped with kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, microwave/oven. The view from our Dezign Suite was out of this world. Shout out to Vivien and Rita, the real shining stars of Roomzzz. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Let's not forget also Drilon that helped us with public transport informations and Robert assisted with the reservation. Will definitely return again.

Nothing really, if l had any difficulties the staff at reception were right on it. However if there was a short instruction book on the table on how to operate some of the equipment eg. washer, induction cooktop, oven, aircon. But in saying that the staff are there to help with no questions.

Man bekommt den ganzen Tag Tee und Kaffee umsonst und früh auch ein Croissant. Ich würde dieses Hotel für den nächsten London Trip auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Great apartment for a weekend away for the London Marathon. Near to train stations that make accessing the centre of London easy. As an ambulatory wheelchair user, I found that the Liberty Suite had plenty of space and wide corridors. Lovely kitchen, dining area and living room with good size TV. Clean pots and pans and dishwasher, although some oven gloves would be helpful in the kitchen. Good size TVs in both bedrooms and comfy beds. Whole apartment was modern and clean. Complimentary croissants every morning and a coffee machine were a big plus. We'd definitely stay again!

Visited as planned a birthday weekend for my boyfriend and we was popping all over London, so being a 5/10 min walk from Stratford station with multiple train lines available was perfect! Rooms were incredibly clean, heated flooring in the bathroom which was a lovely surprise! Reception has a 24/7 coffee machine which was great and in the morning fresh croissants are available for free! Highly recommend and will definitely use the hotels services again

Roomzzz might seem a bit out of place in London, but once you enter, it feels like home. The room I am in is large and offers all the things you need for a short stay in London- I love the wee kitchen that allows us to cook or reheat, it's so close to central London (and thanks to Rita and Vivien's amazing directions, we found 'the tube' without a hitch!) Vivien and Rita gave us the warmest welcome, and continue to do every night!! Huge smiles and sharing stories and our days, They always say hello with questions of how we are, and are so interested in how our day has been (something I've not had at London hotels before!). I really feel at home in Roomzzz. Thank you Vivien and Rita for making my time here so lovely, and thank you Roomzzz for having such amazing staff!!

Tv in bedroom didn’t work, & wasn’t fixed even though we were told it would be. Apartment booked wasn’t available so we had 2 seperate apartments instead.

The reception and cleaning staff are absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful. Special shout outs to receptionists Vivian and Rita who have been so welcoming to me and are often still at their desks when I have had to do a night shift. They get ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ All the staff here have been incredibly helpful and supportive too whilst me and my neighbours have had to stay here due to some housing related drama. They have done everything in their power to try and make us comfortable during a quite stressful time in me and my neighbours lives. P.s The cleaning staff also do a really good job, the rooms are spotless when they’re done. THIS MESSAGE GOES OUT TO THE OWNERS ALONE: YOU GET NO STARS The cooking facilities are totally inadequate for slightly longer stays due to the small counter space, tiny sink and absolutely no ventilation. Seriously, how do you expect people to cook in a room where they literally can’t open a window and with the weakest extractor fan ever built. It’s bad for people’s lungs and you should sort it out. Also, why can’t I set the aircon below 19 degrees. As I said there is no openable window and the room never actually gets to 19 degrees it stays at 23 regardless of the weather outside because the heating in the hallway is turned up to mach f*ck. It genuinely feels like Im in an old people’s home/unlicensed sweat lodge sometimes. Final thing, why does the music in the lobby always have to be on. Ive often been the only one doing work down there (aside from the lovely hard working receptionists) and when I’ve asked if they could turn the music down they say that they literally can’t/are not allowed. ALLOW THEM PLS!!

Room size is spacious and clean. Ironing board and iron are provided. Love their placement of plugs. No need to take our our own extension cord. They have plugs on both sizes of the bed. Bed is comfy. Basic kitchen supplies are there. This may be not the location for 1st time travellers to London. Location is close to Westfield mall. It takes an hour mostly to go to zone 1. However, if you don't mind to take transit and be a bit far from zone 1, this place is awesome. Walking distance to London stadium.

the water pressure for the shower could be a bit better. We stayed twice there, one of the room was a bit better. Could be the showerhead.

Rita and Vivien are lovely. I’ve been here twice and Rita has been welcoming every single time. Vivien also allows me to get hot chocolate whenever I like so big thumbs for her on that end hahaha! Rita made me laugh everytime I came down and I always went back to my room with a smile on my face. THANK YOU VIVIEN AND RITA.
