I previously stayed at this property two years ago and had a good experience, but unfortunately, it has gone completely downhill. The apartments are heavily worn out, and the overall management has significantly deteriorated. Here are the main issues from my stay: Extremely Rude & Unprofessional Staff: The air conditioning in my room was not working, despite booking a room that explicitly includes AC. When I brought this up, Alison from the reservations team was incredibly rude and hostile, shouting and asking, "What do you want me to do? Just take a fan." When I mentioned that I had contacted them a week prior to confirm all details, she sarcastically responded that I never specified I wanted the AC to actually work. It was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had. Unhelpful Reception & Management: The front desk staff seemed clueless and offered zero assistance. Multiple employees simply blamed the "new management" for all the issues without taking any responsibility or fixing anything. Poor Housekeeping: Housekeeping is only provided once every three days, and the service is terrible. They use the lowest quality cleaning products possible. The Only Positive Point: After spending my entire trip chasing them for a resolution or fair compensation, I finally spoke with Tia from reservations on my last day. Tia was genuinely polite, professional, and pleasant to deal with. She managed to offer a small amount of compensation—and while it was very minimal compared to the hassle I went through, I truly appreciate her kind attitude and effort. Thank you, Tia. Final Verdict: Unless there are serious changes made by management, this is currently the worst place to stay in London. I definitely do not recommend returning here

The property location near the Hyde Park was a great plus. the AC is another positive point. Overall experience was great and would repeat on our next London trip.

The furniture is a bit old and little things that could be improved such as trash collections.

posizione incredibile, casa grande con tutto il necessario e di più (fon per capelli, asse da stiro). molto pulita, checkin facile e autonomo. il terrazzo è stata una bellissima sorpresa. c'era anche il caaffè (buono)

nulla, la camera e la struttura erano perftte per il weekend, ma sarebbero state adatte anche ad un soggiorno più lungo. forse unica nota è il materasso del divano, un po' troppo sottile.

We stayed at lower level it was noisy at 2 am ppl were moving stuff or walking upstairs oh I didn’t know how to use the dryer neither did the receptionist

Chilworth Court is an exceptional "aparthotel" in the Paddington Station area of London. I had some trouble finding the reception and Zoltan was incredible, even going out onto the street to flag me down. I had a studio apartment with a double bed. The bed was comfortable (the pillows needs some help, though.) I had a small drainage issue in the bathroom, and after mentioning it to them it was fixed immediately. This studio was fully stocked with plates, dishes, silverware, paper towels, pots and pans. It has a dishwasher and washing machine. They have a 24-hour reception with some of the nicest hotel staffs that I have encountered.

There should be a place on the Booking.com website with the exact location of the reception, because the 125-129 Gloucester put into Apple Maps took me to the other end of the block. The reception is on the corner of Gloucester and Chilworth Street

The place is very neat and clean. Less than 5min from Paddington station and less than 10min walking from Hyde park It’s in a very nice and quiet area but what actually made it different than any place I stayed in before is the staff They really made us feel like at home and always go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable Will be my ho to place whenever I visit London

The room I was shown smelt really bad and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I said I would prefer not to stay & was promised A refund by Pedro the receptionist, who seemed friendly and said he would hold for an hour in case I didn't find anything elsewhere, and that they would refund if I then requested it through Booking.com. Refund was later declined when I processed through Booking.com. I was charged full price despite not even staying at the property and being assured I would be refunded. Avoid this place.

The apartments are centrally located

When I reached I was told that they can’t find my booking even though I have had paid full amount in advance and it took 30 minutes or more to semi sort it out. This was very stressful and worrying. They wanted me to stay in one apartment for one day and then 6 days in another apartment or 6 days in one and then 1 night in another. They explicitly said they won’t let me stay in the apartment for the full time because some other special guest had requested it. We called their help line and they also weren’t helpful. Stay away from this property as it seems they double book. We told them we will write a bad review . Booking.com on the other hand was more responsive than the property and accepted to offer me a refund on the last night as I wasn’t ready to keep shifting. Thank you booking.comfor being reliable.

- No room service - cleaning is every 3 days otherwise you have to pay. - when they cleaned the room they didn’t refill the tissues nor they removed bags. - they suddenly go to your room, without your consent. - it was hard to leave London because of the strikes in London trains, hence i had to extend one night. Then i paid for the extra night, it took them 5 hours to make it ready. Poor management (no priority in cleaning even though i communicated this with them but no collaboration) - i don’t recommend this. The money doesn’t match the value

The customer service was exceptional. The staff could not be more helpful. Apartments very spacious and comfortable with excellent amenities and air conditioning.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room we received was completely different from the room shown on Booking.com. The room was much smaller, several advertised features were missing, there was no seating area, no work desk, and even the view was different from what was shown in the listing. We repeatedly showed the hotel staff the photos and room features from the Booking.com listing. Even the reception staff agreed that the room did not match what we had booked. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide the correct room. Instead of fixing their mistake, they asked us to pay an additional £160 to move to another room. In other words, after giving us the wrong room, they wanted more money from us to get something closer to what we had already paid for. The hotel had multiple opportunities to resolve the issue and chose not to. We spent our entire stay in a room that was not the room we selected and paid for. I strongly believe the listing is misleading and does not accurately represent the room that guests actually receive. I took screenshots of the listing and photographs of the room because I was concerned that the evidence might later disappear. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful before booking.

الفندق جدا نظيف وراقي وجميل والأثاث مريح والتكيف بارد والمنطقة هادئة ولا يوجد بها ازعاج والموظفين متعاونين ولطيفين.

هناك ثلاثة امور في الفندق لم تعجبني : 1- عزل الاصوات جدا سيء لانك تسمع اصوات الحركة في الطوابق العلوية وكذالك تسمع الاصوات من الخارج. 2- تنظيف الشقة : طلبنا منهم تنظيف الشقة بعد يوم من دخولنا فأخبرونا ان جدول تنظيف شقتكم غدا وباليوم الثاني لم يتم تنظيف الشقة فأخبرناهم في اليوم الثالث انه لم يتم التنظيف في اليوم الثاني وطلبنا تنظيفها في اليوم الثالث وكذلك في اليوم الثالث لم يتم التنظيف. 3- الشقة تبعد عن الهايد بارك ما يقارب 2 كيلومتر وعن الاكسفورد 3 كيلومتر تقريبا فتعتبر نوعا ما بعيده.

Very good location

They deceived me by allocating a basement apartment (though i booked normal one) and refused to change the room. They offered alternatively an apartment at a different location with lower standard. Very unprofessional reservation and management team.

The place is exceptional. The apartment is large and comfortable, with all services available, and the price is reasonable considering its proximity to Hyde Park, the metro station, and most of the nearby restaurants are halal. Grocery stores are also readily available. Everything was super clean and ready to use! It was in the cutest neighborhood and easily walkable to shops, Hyde park, restaurants, and a train station as well.

The apartments are very close to the public transport. A walking distance to most sightseeing. Bedroom nice and cozy. Kitchen area well equipped. We had a great time during our stay.

Good location near Paddington Station, very comfortable well equipped apartment, courteous and friendly staff (shout out to Philippe).

The only negative is there are six steps from the street to the lobby. There may be a ramp some place that was not obvious to us.

1 bedroom apartment exceeded expectation. Room 302. Peaceful, large,very good quality appliances such as Nespresso coffee maker, Breville toaster and Breville kettle, Laufen bidet. Bathroom was large and modern, good shower. Chilworth Court branded toiletries. Easy access via lift from reception. When it rained there were nice hotel branded umbrellas in the lobby for guests. Several excellent cafes nearby. Staff very helpful. Wonderful stay.

The bed was clean and well presented, but the mattress wasn't top quality. Or the pillows. They were satisfactory for sure, but with the hotel doing so well with everything else it would have been nice to have a premium mattress. There were some light spillage marks on the sofa and a dining chair, but with so many guests coming through the it must be difficult to keep the kitchen area furnishings immaculate.

The staff were first class. Friendly, helpful, welcoming. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. Excellent location to Paddington, quiet street, felt safe. Instant hot water, apartment heated up very quickly. Great amenities.

We were in a basement flat, so the kitchen was very cold. The heating system worked very efficiently but there was no heating in the kitchen. On our last night the smart TV ( which was only option to watch TV) did not connect to the WiFi. Switching the router off at main source did not work either as tried by the night porter, so we were without means of watching TV all evening.

In quartiere signorile, posizione eccezionale a pochi passi da stazione metro ed ogni tipo di servizio, abbiamo soggiornato al secondo piano di un elegante palazzo. L’appartamento è pulito, ben disposto e dotato di tutti comfort, forse da rivedere solo il divano letto, pochino scomodo per gli adulti, ma per bambini nessun problema.

طلبت فصل اسرة كينق الى توينز و لم يلبوا طلبي الا في غرفة واحدة، مع اني اشترطت اثناء الحجز ان يتم فصل جميع الاسرة قبل وصولي و كان مكتوب بإمكانية ذاك يوجد احيانا رائحة مجاري تدخل من الخارج الشبابيك يصعب فتحها

it took forever for them to approve the late checkout even when i had requested before my arrival and the lady at check in confirmed it was ok.

Everything was great since the moment we arrived. The receptionists were very nice and helpful, the room was very nice and clean. The heating system worked and the kitchen has everything you need. everything is easy to find or to make it work. The location is great, close to train/subway/park/places to eat/supermarkets. It has everything and it is not crowded like central places.
