20 Hertford Street - Mayfair Apartments

Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and good to have kitchen facilities. Not applicable to us as only one night but if you were staying longer then great to have laundry.

Apartment was huge and airy but odd that kitchen was tiny dark space. Wouldn't want for a longer stay. Bedroom curtains not blackout and also coming away from their hooks (needs repairing) so very light in the bedrooms. The back bedroom had a shower over bath that fluctuated in temperature and was not great flow but the other bathroom had a lovely walk in shower.

Das Apartment no. 9 (Penthouse mit 3 Schlafzimmern) wurde schon sehr lange nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt und war sehr unsauber. Sehr viel Staub und Dreck. Insgesamt ist das Apartment in keinem guten Zustand und sehr verwohnt.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was clean, very well situated, and the customer service was outstanding. Mohammed and Youcef were exceptional. They were kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay again!

Very old apartments sold as "hotel rooms". Noisy and smelly. super tiny bathroom. Staff not trained up to the standard of a Mayfair location.

Spacious apartment. Very comfortable beds. Quiet for sleep. Nice towels. Soaps, shampoos, lotions, all included... PHENOMENAL location. Wonderful staff. Honestly, for the money, it is easily an outstanding value. Family of 4, woth 14 and 18 year old boys. Loved it. Highly recommend.

The size of the room and bathroom. Very small, it was not an apartment and it did not look like the photos at all. Not what we expected

The air con was on when we arrived We turned it off and yet it was making loud rumbling noises the entire night every 10 minutes It didn’t matter if we turned it back on or not just constant every 10 minutes and our room was directly next to the lift which didn’t make it comfortable or quiet,

If we had been there for a longer stay, the studio room would have felt small if we'd been cooking and eating there but so us, just staying one night and eating out, it was perfect

Amazing location, 3 mins walk to the bus stop to Victoria, on the edge of super posh Mayfair, 3 mins walk to busstop to Picadilly Cicrus/China town etc, 8 mins walk from Green Park tube, 30 mins walk to the river. Always staffed by really friendly, efficient and lovely front door staff, allowed us to leave bags as we arrived early. We asked for a thin pillow and some more glasses for the kitchen - the Staff provided very quickly. Massive apartment, really spacious, TV with netflix, disney etc Big Kitchen very clean with nespresso machine, very clean oven, etc Comfy large beds in spacious room One very good sized lovely bathroom, the other was small but also had shower, toilet, sink Easy to find, easy to access with the key card 1 mins walk from coffee and pastry shop across the road

Noisy. Single glazed sash windows that didn't quite shut - letting all the outside noise in. We slept terribly. First night they were emptying the drains on the street, the noise and smell was awful. Second night, lots of noise from the mosque next door. Hertford st is a little road but it is a well-used cut through from Picadilly to Hyde Park so cars, motor bikes etc run through the night. The apartment is quite empty of stuff, e.g. only 1 glass (needed to ask for another 3), only 3 cups. Staff provided everything we asked for, but it was odd that it wasn't there

Dirty, not safe. Has to be accessed through a dark basement. Multiple entries into the apartment. Beaten down doors

موظفو الإستقبال عرب لطفاء جداً متواجدون طوال الوقت يوجد خدمة تنظيف يومي مجاناً بالنسبة للشقة يوجد غسالة ومطبخ متكامل ومستلزمات حمام ( يوجد شطاف ) الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شيء ملاصق له المركز الإسلامي القطري (داخله مسجد) قريب جداً من السفارة السعودية المنطقة هادئة ومريحة يوجد بقالة قريبة والعديد من المطاعم. انصح بالسكن فيه خصوصاً للعوائل

عاملات التنظيف لطيفات لكن مستوى التنظيف لم يكن جيد تنظيف سريع مجرد تغيير لاكياس النفايات وتنظيف سريع لدورات المياه والصالة من غير مسح للطاولات أو ترتيب للمكان بالنسبة لي لم يكن مشكلة كان السكن ممتاز بشكل عام وسأعيد التجربة مرة آخرى بإذن الله

The property is in an excellent location and walkable to tourist sites. The property was clean. The young woman and man who worked the reception desk are so lovely. They are super friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying at this property. I liked how the front door was locked at a certain time. I have to say the bed was so COMFORTABLE. I will be staying here again on my next trip to London.

There was nothing to at I did not like.it is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

موقع الفندق قريب جدا من الهايد بارك واغلب المواقع الحيوية قريبة (شارع Oxford) يعتبر المكان في حي السفارات اي بمعنى الأمان مرتفع والهدوء التام، نظافة المكان ممتازة (توجد خدمة تنظيف يومية) وجميع الموظفين ودودين الاخ يوسف والأخ عبدالعزيز وايضا الأخوات تعاملهم جدا راقي ، بالنسبة للشقة اللي اخذتها تتكون من غرفتين وصالة بالنسبة للصالة واسعه جدا والغرف ايضا واسعه والاسرة مريحة وبالنسبة للحمامات اعزكم الله يوجد بها شطاف وايضا دفايه، ويوجد ايضا مصعد كهربائي. انصح وبقوة السكن في هذا المكان الراقي

The room wasn’t clean there was dirt and crumbs on the floor , the room was dark and dingy . Looked nothing like the pictures and had the worst view I have ever known

Everything was excellent. Spacious for the price. Very safe and clean neighborhood, a few little restaurants and a grocer in 5-10 minutes walk.

Just a bit far from most of the common tourist attractions, museums. Fortunately the black cab system in London is excellent. Highly recommend using the “jump” app. It hails the cabs and you only pay the price on the cabby meter (no upcharges like Gett or others); usually 25% cheaper per ride

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, la chambre est très belle et le lit est incroyablement confortable. L’emplacement se situe au cœur de Londres à proximité de tous les points clés. L’accueil et le service sont honorable avec un personnel serviable et dévoué. C’est certain je reviendrai.

property was not "Deluxe". The furniture, beddings, doors/walls, decor were bare minimum. Often worn and not pleasing (a bouquet of plastic flowers). Kitchen supplies were a joke. Thrift store mismatch... Bathroom is tiny, minimum towels/supplies. depressing

nem működött a lift, ez a szakadt bokaszalagomnak igen csak kihívást jelentett. A szobában penészes volt a fal, beázás jeleit festékkel próbálták takarni. A fürdő mini, és lépcső van benne!!!

The elevator was out of service for the entire duration of my stay, forcing me to use the stairs. This involved climbing approximately 50 steps (two flights). I was informed on the first day that the elevator would be repaired, but the repair was never completed. This is unacceptable.

موقع جدًا مميز وبالقرب من جميع الاماكن السياحية ، امان جدًا عالي . مناسبة وواسعة جدًا الغرف والصالة ، سواء للعوائل الكبيرة او الأصدقاء.. متوفر جميع الاحتياجات فيها ، من مطبخ وكذلك غسيل للملابس . طاقم العمل جدًا محترمين بقيادة ابو ياسين .. لاتفوتكم سواء كنتم عائلة او اصدقاء 👍

We took the penthouse, and We've seen several spots on the carpets and the sofas. We had issues with the elevators several times and unfortunately we were stuck for couple of minutes.

We loved our stay at Mayfair Apartments! We had the whole basement. There was stair as well as elevator access. Large sitting area, spacious kitchen, bedroom with a super comfy bed and nice sized bathroom. The location was fabulous with a great pub nearby. We loved that a person was at the reception desk 24/7.

Honestly, everything was great. As we were below street level we could hear some revelry on the sidewalk above one night but it wasn't bothersome, kinda fun and certainly not the fault of our hosts.

Central location 30 min walk from all museums, shopping and city center and other amenities. Very helpfull front desk staff. Apartment with all facilties.
