Brandy was a superb hostess: warm and welcoming and it was lovely to chat with her each morning as she conjured up a fabulous breakfast. The view from the balcony and deck was really beautiful.

I found the mattress slightly too firm but that’s just a personal preference. Otherwise, nothing to fault it.

We had a fantastic stay at Tschurtschenthaler Lodge. Brandy made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The Lodge offers stunning mountain view. Breakfast is delicious. Room is clean and cozy.

Lovely, cosy and quiet B&B situated in an ideal spot to visit plenty of walks and hikes, and hosted by Brandy who was really welcoming and friendly.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Unser Zimmer war großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind ansprechend und farbenfroh ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben! :-)

Die Tschurtschenthaler Lodge ist außergewöhnlich schön. Wenn man am Morgen am Frühstückstisch sitzt und bei einem von Brandy zubereiteten wunderbaren Frühstück den Ausblick auf das Tal genießen kann, dann ist man im Urlaub angekommen. Zudem hat Brandy immer gute Ausflugstipps!

Amazing hosts! Brandi and Hugo were friendly, informative and enthusiastic about sharing their mountain lifestyle and 30 years in the area. The breakfast was so delicious with excellent coffee and juice. Rooms quiet and comfortable, private ensuite, balcony and killer views.

Nothing - loved it all and the colorful decor ; note that guesthouse is 5 min south of Golden. Great location!

Location was near town on Golden. Easy access to national parks. Breakfast were very tasty and Brandy is a wonderful host.

Casa moderna estil canadenc, amb fustes i flors, i amb vistes a les muntanyes i la vall. Habitació i espais grans, acolorits i comortables. Amples terrasses. Esmorzars originals i diferents cada dia. Tracte cordial i agardable.

Hier hat wirklich alles gestimmt! Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen – der herzliche Empfang war so warm und persönlich, dass es sich tatsächlich ein bisschen wie „nach Hause kommen“ angefühlt hat. Die Lodge ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und strahlt eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre aus. Allen voran möchten wir Brandy, die Gastgeberin, hervorheben. Sie ist eine unglaublich herzliche, aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Ihre persönlichen Empfehlungen, die kleinen Geschichten und die vielen liebevollen Details haben uns begeistert. Und dann das Frühstück, das Brandy jeden Morgen zaubert – einfach genial! Mit so viel Liebe gemacht und wirklich ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – immer und immer wieder. Einfach perfekt!

Die Ranch liegt nur unweit vom Yoho NP in einer Top Lage mit Blick auf das Columbia River Tal. Zum Ort Golden sind es nur sechs Autominuten. Die reizende Brandy kümmert sich bestens um ihre Gäste und zaubert jeden Morgen ein großartiges Frühstück. Das Beste, was wir in Kanada hatten! Wir können alles nur sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank Brandy!

Brandi is an exceptional host! Her breakfasts were delicious and she had great local knowledge of the area. We appreciated all her help as we decided what to see and where to hike. We also loved the lodge. It was eclectic with fun decor. Tschurtschenthaler was our favorite place to stay on our trip!

We would have preferred a softer bed, but that's a personal preference.

Je recommande absolument.Merci encore pour tout.

It was in a beautiful setting though a bit out of town. The decor and ambience were first class. Our host brandy was very welcoming and gave us our space. The breakfast which she cooked in front of us was excellent

Nothing really, I suppose the location - a bit out of town - but only 10 minutes. The drive from the road to the accommodation is a little tricky just remember to drive slowly

Brandy is an amazing host. When we checked in she showed us around and explained everything, which made us feel very welcomed. In the morning she cooks breakfast, which is delicious and we got some great recommendations for her concerning the walks/hikes we wanted to do in the area. The room was amazing. We had a balcony and the bed was also very comfortable. Next to that there was a room where she has a fridge, in which guests can store some food or also prepare food in the microwave, which was very convenient for us. All in all it is a great place and I hope to come back some day.

This was by far the best place we stayed at during our 25 day tour of the Canadian Rockies. Brandy is the perfect host and produces an excellent breakfast each morning, the main part of which was different each day and reflected her creativity and imagination. Other guests may be seated at the dining table with you as Brandy cooks and presents breakfast in the open plan kitchen. Guests have available to them several communal areas to sit in and one of these contains cutlery, crockery and a refrigerator which they may use during their stay. On one evening we bought food and drink at a local supermarket so we could have our evening meal at the kitchen table, and later drinks on the balcony of our room overlooking the valley to the mountains beyond.

Not so much a dislike but other guests might find it useful to know that the property is down a steep gravel road from the main road that rises up from the valley. Whilst the property is very well signed at the start of the gravel road it is easy to think that you should not be going down it, but persevere and you will arrive at a clearing where the property is situated.

The home and room were immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. The place was a feast for the eyes with all the amazing furnishings. The room was perfect for us. It was large and comfortable. The host Brandee was great. She was so welcoming and gracious. She made a delicious breakfast every morning and even accommodated us when we had an early rafting trip. I enjoyed meeting the other guests. The property was only 7km out of town so it was convenient. I loved sitting on the porch in the evening enjoying the view of the mountains and the Kicki g Horse Ski Area. It was so peaceful and nice. A wonderful stay!

Homemade breakfasts were exceptional and unique. Brandy’s stories about the area weren’t formative and interesting. She gave us lots of information about places to see and we were not disappointed with her descriptions. She was very hospitable. We enjoyed watching the paragliders

I loved absolutely everything about this wonderful B&B! Brandy is the absolute personification of the perfect hostess! She has truly ruined all future B&Bs for me because nobody can meet her level of perfection. I will be recommending her to anybody heading to golden and I sincerely hope to see her again in the future.

Die Lodge ist sehr liebevoll und farbig dekoriert. Es gibt einen sehr schönen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit riesiger Terrasse und einen kleinen Raum mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, sehr praktisch, da die nächsten Restaurants ca.8km entfernt sind. Brandy ist eine unglaublich herzliche Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons été super bien accueillis par l'hôtesse, les petits déjeuner étaient très bons et la chambre impeccable. L'endroit est très clame avec une vue magnifique dont on peut pleinement profiter depuis la terrasse. C'est une très bonne option pour découvrir les parcs alentours, je recommande !

Die überaus herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und das außergewöhnlich gute Frühstück. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Bergblick von morgens bis abends. Man kann die Ruhe genießen.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit einem phantastischen Bett, einer richtig warmen Bettdecke und ausreichend Platz, sogar im Haus selbst konnten wir uns bewegen und das mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Ambiente bestaunen. Und das Frühstück war ein Gedicht.

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen!

Traumhafte Lage, sehr ruhig und lädt ein sich auszuspannen. Die Wirtin spricht deutsch und gibt einem gute Tipps. Sie macht zudem ein außergewöhnlich leckeres Frühstück mit frischen selbstgemachten Produkten. Kaffee und Tee sind den ganzen Tag verfügbar.

Peaceful stay with spectacular mountain views, delicious breakfast made with care by Brandy

Brandy is an exceptional host. Her welcome, warmth, cooking, recommendations, chat and humour made it a special stay for us… all with a view to die for. Thanks Brandy.. we had a great time.

First of all, the view is just gorgeous!! We stayed for one night and enjoyed the sunset on the patio. We liked Brandy very much, she is truly the great host who cares about everyone there. The cleanness is exceptional! Better than in any hotel. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very tasty and feels like home. We had a really good time and will definitely come back but for a few nights!

Einfach tolle urige Unterkunft. Fragt nach einer Restaurantempfehlung im Ort wo es 10% Rabatt und reserviert dort. Lohnt sich.

This was a highlight of our trip through the Rockies. It was so nice to get away from faceless Airbnb type stays and meet Brandy and her excellent personalized attention. Breakfast was great, the decor was very tasteful, the view amazing and the environment very comfortable. I would stay here over and over.

Liked everything

Brandy's warm welcome and the breakfasts! All fab. Fruit to start with at breakfast and then a main course, one day savoury and one day sweet. The whole house is welcoming and encouraging of having a sociable and friendly time. There are lots of communal areas particularly a large balcony that looks out over the valley. Our room was colourful, cosy and comfortable with a balcony facing the trees and valley. A lovely place to stay we thought.

This place is wonderfully clean, and has a quirky charm. The owners obviously care about it, and it shows. The breakfasts were freshly cooked, and very large portions! The views of the mountains definitely added to the charm. Fabulous, we would definitely stay here again.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Sehr nette Wirtin. Wunderbare Aufenthaltsräume zum Wohlfühlen. Schöne Möglichkeit auch selbst mitgebrachtes zu essen. Ruhige Lage, schöner Blick.

War alles ok. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen waren andere Gäste, deren gegenseitiges Übertrumpfen beim Frühstück anstrengend war. Wenn einer mitteilt, wie toll doch Flüge mit Wasserflugzeugen war, reagierte der andere mit Ausführungen zu den Vorteilen von Helikopterflügen. Das war anstrengend, ansonsten alles tipp-topp

Wonderful Experience. Owner/Hostess was so lovely and creative. Everything including decor was colorful, thoughtfully put together and fitting to her theme. Very nice linens. She also made creative breakfast dishes, different each morning. The views from the balconies and comfortable shared lounging areas were fantastically awe inspiring. Best B & B in which I have ever stayed.!!!!

Bed was a little hard.

Dies war eines der besten B&B's in denen wir je waren. Angefangen mit der Sauberkeit, es ist wirklich alles super sauber. Dann die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit von Brandy, die jeden Morgen ein tolles Frühstück frisch zubereitet und immer für ein nettes oder lustiges Gespräch bereit ist. Der herrliche Ausblick vom großen Balkon, der für alle nutzbar ist. Und noch ein Tip: Brandys Mann und Sohn machen Paragliding Tandemflüge, wer also Lust hat das mal aus zu probieren sollte sich vorab mit Brandy in Verbindung setzen. Die Tschurtschenthaler Lodge ist Absolut empfehlenswert!

The host Brandy was super friendly and helped us with our planning a lot. The place has a beautiful view and is very clean. The room is spacious and the common area cozy. The homemade breakfast was delicous.

The breakfasts were delicious and gourmet. The back deck has a lovely view of the mountains and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of touring. The owner was warm and friendly and so knowledgeable of the area. She was able to make recommendations and provide advice. Her lively stories and conversations made our breakfasts and stay so enjoyable. We can not recommend this B&B enough. It felt like we stayed with family.

Die Lodge liegt wunderbar gelegen. Von dort aus lassen sich alle Nationalparks gut anfahren. Brandy, die Gastgeberin, war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich.

Die Ruheregelungen waren strikt. Die Verwendung der Dusche im eigenen Badezimmer ist nach 22 Uhr und vor 6.45 Uhr nicht erwünscht. Solche Vorschriften waren vorher nicht kommuniziert. Sollte man einen Film im Zimmer schauen, dann nur mit Kopfhörern oder einen Extraraum in der unteren Etage aufsuchen. Dies hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Im Urlaub darauf getrimmt zu sein, keine Geräusche im angemieteten Zimmer zu verursachen, ist unangebracht. Dies mag mit dünnen Wänden oder anderen Gästen begründet sein, aber dann ist diese Unterkunft in Zukunft nicht mehr unsere.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Lodge sehr genossen. Es ist der richtige Ort um zu entschleunigen. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind spektakulär. Die Lodge ist sehr kanadisch und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Es dürfte die sauberste Unterkunft sein in der ich je übernachtet habe. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich.

This place is absolutely stunning - the location and view are breathtaking; the accommodation is spacious and extremely comfortable. We loved our room and the balcony and also all the communal areas - especially the balcony with a view you could watch for hours with the addition of humming birds darting around you. Brandy, the host, is warm, generous, informative, kind, helpful and an excellent chef - breakfasts were extraordinary. We loved everything about this place - excellent location for exploring the area, especially Yoho National Park. Golden is minutes away by car (you obviously do need a car) and has plenty of cafes and restaurants. A total delight. ❤️

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

We loved Brandi's outstanding service, her warmth, her great advice and of course the wonderful breakfast. It really felt like a home away from home. It was 100% spotlessly clean and very cozy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and the communal space very convenient. Sleeping with the windows open at night, hearing the birds in the forest was just so so nice! We would love to come back!!

Absolutely nothing.

From the 10 plus places I stayed at on my Canada trip, this was by far the best. The hostess Brandy was absolutely amazing and we had wonderful conversations. The pictures from the properties don't accurately show how beautifully located on a hillside it is, so the property exceeded my expections. Likewise the pictures of the rooms are a bit dated, but in reality the room was very spacious and well maintained. The sunsets from the deck were absolutely stunning and golden, pun intended.

In the room there some rules about night time showers to avoid noise to other rooms, which at times forced me to adapt.
