Sehr schönes Haus, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und tolle Aussicht von der Außenpool Terrasse!

Lage einerseits top direkt am Tafelberg, sogar mit einer Hintertür direkt in den Nationalpark. Andererseits hinsichtlich Supermarkt oder Restaurants etwas abgelegen, da hilft nur nur das gut verfügbare und günstige Uber Netz!

Sehr schönes Guesthouse, toller Pool, zuvorkommendes Personal

Weg zum nächsten Restaurant oder Supermarkt nur für Langsteckenwanderer oder mit uber.

the Panorama Guest house was spot on Position wise as we wanted the Forest walk to Kisrtenbosh Gardens.. the forest walk was lovely and the gardens were amazing.. the GH was a tiny bit Tired but the Staff were amazing.. Little bit to far out of town for trips into town but was Ideal for us..Like i mentioned..

Little bit tired over all but the staff made up for it, Oh and the Puppy door was so cute.

It’s old, dirty and poorly maintained. Management is absent; staff is completely untrained and unprofessional.

The location of the guesthouse is spectacular! A beautiful, panoramic view over the city bowl and direct access from the property to the hiking trails behind the home. The staff very kindly moved us to another, cooler room, on request.

With us being in the hospitality industry ourselves, we always prefer constructive critisicm, instead of an unrealistic bad review. Unfortunately, while the property has a wonderful location, the house is in dire need of renovation. Also, please be careful when booking as some of the rooms do not have their own bathrooms! A few things which we felt could have been done better:- Our room was not serviced The rooms are not air-conditioned The shared bathroom was not serviced and left filthy The coffee station in the room lacked any teaspoons to stir coffee There was no water in the room to fill the kettle to make coffee While we love animals, there is a very boisterous dog on site, which did not bother us but, not everyone is an animal lover

We only stayed there one night. It's a beautiful place with a beautiful view and a back entrance to the forest. The staff were very helpful, so we were very grateful. I highly recommend this place.

Het is een steile klim om bij de accommodatie te komen. Zeker als je wat ouder bent is dat best lastig en met een koffer is het zelfs uitdagend. Het is jammer dat de accommodatie geen voorzieningen heeft als een lift of iets dergelijks. Ook de weg er naar toe is behoorlijk stijl en je moet dus een redelijke chauffeur zijn om de accommodatie per auto te bereiken. De parkeerplaatsen zijn aan de weg die ook erg stijl is, dus een goed handrem is zeker een must!

The steep uphill while carrying your luggage was not appreciated. We were warned about the steep incline but it did seemed worse in reality

Spacious & easy access walking to Kistenbosch from the property via the contour path at the back. Great place to chill & the manager Kshetra most helpful.

Отличный вид на город. Общественная зона с бассейном и браай. В доме приятно находиться. Вежливый и доброжелательный персонал. Можно парковать машину на территории. Простые, но вкусные завтраки.

Personnel incroyable

We had to skip our breakfast because the place was very untidy.

The house was very dirty, there was dust everywhere. The pool was dirty, everything in that house is just dirty. Also they have a dog,that just kept chasing us around,they need to respect and understand that not all their guests love dogs. We had to book another accommodation after the experience we had with the dog and the untidy place, so we did not sleep there,nor eat their breakfast.

Das Personal mega. Super cooler Typ der Leiter des Hotels. Top Service, man hat uns sogar früh einchecken lassen, da wir einen Nachtflug hatten. So etwas erlebt man nicht alle Tage. Frühstück klein aber sehr fein und Lecker. Toller Ausblick auf Kapstadt.

De ruime kamer met balkon was goed. Douche was prima.

Alles was outdated. Misschien 50 jaar geleden modern en luxe, nu ouderwets en sommige dingen niet goed onderhouden. Gastheer was wel behulpzaam , maar niet erg vriendelijk. Parkeerplekken erg slecht ( gevaarlijk bijna)

Nobody mentions the driveway hill one has to climb to get to enter the guest house. The carpets in the passage and stairs are rotting and smell. The rooms are in dire need of a paint and a refresh.

Fabulous view from the property. Access has a short steep incline to walk up the drive and steps to climb up further. There is a warning on the booking site, we were prepared ! Great stay and happy we booked it for 4 days in Cape Town.

Needed extra cleaning in the shower area. Would have been nice to have fresh milk at the guest house.

Left after 1night so very expensive stay. Had to look for an alternative. Couldn't walk up the very steep hill so persuaded staff to allow me to drive up the hill, leave luggage and partner and reverse down the hill. Not suitable for elderly.

Beautiful and peaceful accommodation with stunning views of the eastern part of Cape Town in the safe neighborhood of Newlands at the eastern foot of Table Mountain. Right behind the guesthouse is the entrance to the forest below Table Mountain, which leads to the fantastic Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. The forest has trails that are perfect for running or walking your dog. A beautiful area. The guesthouse is located in a residential neighborhood, which means it is a little further from restaurants, but there is an excellent one with a fireplace about 1.5 km from the guesthouse (a three-minute drive).

excellent location - so peaceful, wonderful views, and easy access to the nature around. The team were so helpful and flexible with regard to additional dietary needs. responsive, friendly and so helpful. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

A central quiet place between airport and town. Beautiful view over neighbourhood.

When booking it listed airport shuttle as a service but there was no airport shuttle service ☹️ I don’t know if that is a mistake by booking.com or guesthouse… Breakfast was okay but very plain.

A condition d'avoir une voiture l'emplacement est un excellent point de départ. La vue sur la ville est époustouflante, c'est cosy et propre. Un bon petit déjeuner et une jolie piscine même si au printemps nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.

i had booked a king size bed but on arrival there were two single beds. this was rectified for the second of 2 nights. the breakfast was very good but expensive.

Nickel and dimed - first cup of coffee free, $1 for the second cup! Just some cheap features - margarine rather than butter at breakfast, weird soap in the shower etc.

Our host, Herman, was very friendly and helpful, and he prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The room was very spacious, with a spectacular view.

There is no parking on the inside of the property. However, the area seems safe and I felt comfortable leaving my car in the designated parking space in front of the property.

Beautiful view! Situated in a quiet neighbourhood near Kirstenbosch Gardens, 5 minutes away by car. Clean, simple, homely, and spacious rooms and a pool with a view. Friendly hosts and good communication. We will book again! Thanks!

Nothing in particular either way. Though my car didn’t like driving up the mountain very much. Still, I would stay again.

The most wonderful setting, with such great staff ( Kshetra was so helpful and friendly) the room was great. Breakfast was outstanding with the best omelettes.

The sliding door for our shower room across the hall was noisy in the night. But that was just minor really.
