Sehr gute Lage, die Leute sind super freundlich, Klima funktioniert gut, leicht zu finden

Leider war das Zimmer sehr klein, kaum Platz für Gepäck, nicht sehr sauber, die Klima ist direkt über dem Bett, es ist sehr laut von der Straße und man hat kaum Licht durch das Fenster, schlechtes WLAN

The location is amazing, the street is very traditional and full of fruits markets and nice shops and the receptionist very kind and gave us a lot of information

Great room! It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They can book any tour or transportation you want quickly and easily. Location is quiet and in an alley off the main road .

The Receptionists was amazing. We had our flight cancelled when we we're about to check in, we had no problem with it as they assured us. They even helped us thru from getting picked up at the airport and confirming with us along the way. Ms. May? (I forgot her name) was really thoughtful. We got lost in the alley and she came out from the hotel and looked for us. She even had not charged the first night as we had not checked in. Overall, great staff and the place is on the center. Almost everything you need are just few meters away.

Twas affordable and conveniently located in the heart of Ha Noi, in a touristy area. I honestly had a good stay, The staff were so helpful.

La posizione molto comoda per spostarsi nell’Old Quartier, nonostante il costante sgradevole odore dei negozi sotto l’hotel. Buona l’aria condizionata e personale gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni.

La stanza era molto sporca, anche se ogni mattina sono passati a pulire la doccia non è mai stata toccata. Soprattutto le fotografie non rispecchiano la stanza a cui siamo stati assegnati.

Teniamos dos noches reservadas y nos hicieron cambiar de habitación en nuestra segunda noche no sabemos por qué. Por lo demás todo fue bien.

Very basic

The hotel it's a alley very quite almost in the centre of the old district. There is the elevator so no stress like many places in Hanoi. The staff was very friendly, the let me check in in advance and the room was quite clean. I really recommend this place

Very cheap hotel with amazing location. A lot of ants in the room…

The location was great, hotel is nestled down an alleyway (hence the name) filled with restaurants and vendors but little traffic (just mopeds) so it’s fairly peaceful for Hanoi. Rooms were spacious and fairly clean. Staff were lovely and attentive.

We did have the shower flood the bathroom every time and we saw a cockroach once in the room, but honestly it was fine and we were happy with it for a few days

Booked a twin and was unable to get a room with more than one bed, then purchased a room with three beds so not intentional I believe but common sense from staff would’ve saved me a lot of money

Staff were helpful, but manager is very much commercial thinking than thinking about guest 's comfort. They tricked me to book with them directly and didn't givevme any discount nor changed the room.

No windows, not interested in responding to the questions, if you ask where you can get what is like you are asking something from another world. Dego not for English barier, just not willing to help. I met 3 staff and all were the same.

No windows in my room, tv didn't work

Very easy to check-in, very clean, can trust them with the laundry and special thanks to Quinh at the reception for her very smiley welcome.

Air conditioner and refrigerator didn't work in both rooms, staff didn't care. They argued with me that I didn't tell them earlier, had me switch rooms at 5 am cause the first room was so hot. Didn't get any sleep. And they didn't compensate me at all. Just yelled at me. My first room was a queen bed, then they moved me to a room with a twin bed. Again no compensation

Right in the action but in a little quiet lane of the busy streer. Great vietnamese food options in the laneway or western food on main street. Great hot water and wifi and really freindly girls at reception.

I like the place, old quarter, I like the vietnamese noodles nearby, the train street experience. The hotel is clean and the lady at the counter is really accommodating.

הבנות קווין וג׳מה מדהימות ועזרו לנו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכות, חזרנו למלון הזה כמה פעמים בהאנוי וכל הפעמים היו מדהימות, החדרים גדולים ונקיים ובמחיר ממש טוב והמיקום מעולה

bed lag lekker. als de airco niet voldoende was kon je ook nog de Fan aanzetten. Persooneel was vriendelijk en gemakkelijk.

Location was great, in walking distance of the busy areas in the old town, and very easily accessible for getting grabs, taxis etc. Clean towels given everyday, however the room was not cleaned during our stay. They offered a laundry service, which we used however there is a better self service one around the corner that is quicker and cheaper & clothes felt cleaner.

Fridge in our room didn’t go cold at all. The pictures are deceiving as our double room was very small with hardly any room to move around or put belongings, same for the bathroom. The room was never cleaned, swept etc.

De locatie was super fijn en we konden onze spullen voor het inchecken al daar laten.

We sliepen op de begane grond, naast de lift en de receptie. Dit is erg gehorig, meeste geluid kwam vanuit het personeel. Daarnaast ook veel geluiden van terugkomende gasten en mensen die in kwamen checken. Daarnaast was de kamer niet erg schoon.

Great location in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. Very good value for money. The AC started leaking but the staff were quick to fix it.

The girls at the front desk were amazing. Especially Lee and Jessie. So accommodating. They even extended our check out time to suit our pick up. It was a very comfortable room and excellent location. Quiet lane but very central. Highly recommended!

Close to everything

Le personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Le ménage de la chambre tous les jours. Les équipements de la chambre notamment la climatisation, le ventilateur, les bouteilles d’eau. Très bon emplacement.

Certaines photos ne correspondent pas exactement à la réalité. L’hôtel reste vraiment très bien, mais il faut s’attendre à une légère différence.

The rooms are very nice and well furnished often also offering a balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is located in the middle of a great neighborhood, which is not too loud and hosts a market in the mornings. The staff is very friendly and granted us an upgrade because the better room was still available.
