Die gute Lage ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt.

Leider kein 4-Sterne-Niveau und enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, leider gab es bei der Qualität und Sauberkeit einige deutliche Mängel. In einem der Zimmer war der Boden staubig, der WC-Deckel war kaputt und die Toilette selbst war nicht sauber. Im Badezimmer gab es lediglich je eine mini- Flascheduschgel und Shampoo – für einen längeren Aufenthalt sollte man diese Produkte besser selbst mitbringen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Superior Zimmer mit 25 m² gebucht, das jedoch deutlich kleiner wirkte als erwartet. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. An der Rezeption wurde uns allerdings erklärt, dass die Zimmer auf diesem Stockwerk eigentlich alle gleich gross seien. Die Zimmer hatten ausserdem keinen Kühlschrank. Die Steckdosen und Lichtschalter waren sehr dunkel bzw. schlecht sichtbar. Auch das Frühstück hat uns enttäuscht. Die Auswahl und Qualität entsprachen unserer Meinung nach nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Es gab nur wenige Stücke Brot, die zudem häufig sehr hart waren. Die Muffins waren für uns ungenießbar, da sie offenbar direkt aus dem Tiefkühler kamen. Die Wassergläser waren teilweise nicht sauber. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir einmal Früchtetee, an einem anderen Tag wurde uns jedoch gesagt, dass nur schwarzer und grüner Tee angeboten werde. Insgesamt sind wir leider der Meinung, dass dieses Hotel dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels nicht entspricht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht nicht. Die gute Lage ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt, kann die genannten Mängel aber leider nicht ausgleichen.

Excellent location, walking distance to Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Colosseum etc. and good connections with public transport. Very kind personnel at reception, breakfast area (especially Ganana) and room service. Cozy and modern room, comfortable bed with nice pillows and sheets.

During our stay was to hot in hotel public areas. In the room AC was excellent.

La ubicación y el aire acondicionado.

Es un hotel de 4 estrellas que merece tener 2: habitación sucia (suelo polvoriento, cortinas de ducha y pared de baño con humedades), suelo de ducha con cal, sin separación física entre habitación y baño, poco aislamiento de luz por las noches, un día no hubo agua caliente, desayuno escaso y con mosquitos en la fruta, y por tanto, mala relación calidad-precio.

The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was great. It was well reset and restocked each day. The rooftop bar was nice.

The reception staff weren't exactly the warmest or friendliest. When we arrived the woman looked up from the desk and back down, then started speaking Italian so we thought she was on the phone, we stood in front of her and waited for her to look up again and she just looked at us as if we were being awkward and confusing things. The lift is behind reception and she ignored us every time we walked past and as a paying guest, a simple acknowledgement or hello doesn't cost anything. We had a long journey to get there so the basic thing you'd like when you finally get to your hotel is a welcome but nope. The room was decent and modern. For being on a busy street it was nice and quiet. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. While the room was restocked and reset everyday which was brilliant it wasn't fully clean there was stains in certain areas behind the sliding door to the bathroom and down the side. Location was a lot further out of the way than described and takes about 30 minutes walk to the Colosseum and 20 mins walk to Trevi fountain. The area is in the business district so very few leisurely tourists. The lift is tiny like claustrophobic is an understatement.

El Hotel es excelente. El proyecto y diseño arquitectónico son de un nivel superlativo. Merece un premio en un concurso de proyectos. No tengo palabras para describirlo . Una joya. El personal es muy profesional y atento . Todo me parece recomendable. Los que quieren un buen desayuno, lo tendrán. muy, pero muy recomendable.

Il muro della doccia avrebbe bisogno di un pochino di manutenzione. L'hotel 4 stelle non ha il ristorante aperto né a pranzo né a cena. Per la cena è disponibile un albergo della stessa proprietà a qualche centinaio di metri su via Veneto.

Местоположението е чудесно. Не сме използвали градски транспорт изобщо. Много приятен персонал, ,а жената от ресторанта е много мила и услужлива.

Поръчахме двойно голямо легло , но матраците бяха два и не беше изобщо удобно, защото се разделяха .

Good location

We were extremely disappointed with our experience returning to the hotel after an evening out. We had been assured that a night porter would be available at all times, yet when we arrived the hotel was completely locked. The phone number displayed on the door didn’t connect, leaving us with no way to reach anyone. We ended up waiting outside for around 30 minutes before the porter finally arrived. This was not only inconvenient but also felt unsafe, and it certainly didn’t reflect the level of service we were told to expect.

Service is extremely good, location is very good as well

The bed is queen size but the mattress is split in two, there was no Dressing table.

It’s just nearer to the station, walkable to some attractions and nice place for couples not for families

Same breakfast everyday and bedrooms are not that good especially for kids they gave on the top and it’s very uncomfortable and not at all value for money

ملاحظة بسيطه، الماء الحار في دورة المياه يحتاج وقت عشان يكون حار.

I want to share the bad experience I had during my stay at this "4 star" hotel. To begin with, breakfast was supposedly included, but we only received it on the first day; the rest of the time it was just coffee and stale pastries. The reason given was that there was a problem, but they never told us what it was. Later we found out that the real reason was that we were only two of us guests throughout the entire hotel. What happened next was the following: Firstly, Saturday night at around 11:00 p.m., when we went down to the reception area in order to leave the hotel, we found that there was no staff member present. We spent a long time calling from the reception desk without receiving any response, and the exit door was locked, preventing us from leaving the hotel. Eventually, we managed to exit on our own, by removing a security latch from the door, as no one came to assist us. A few minutes after we left, we received a phone call from the receptionist, presumably because the record of our unanswered calls from the empty reception had been registered. We informed her that we were guests and had already left the hotel due to the absence of staff. Secondly, when we returned to the hotel at around 2:00 a.m., we again found that the reception was completely unattended and that all access doors were locked,, preventing us from entering. We attempted to contact the hotel staff by calling 15 times the phone number posted on the door. The receptionist answered only once, saying she “did not understand,” and then did not answer again, leaving us without assistance. We remained outside for approximately two hours, in low temperatures, without any help. Finally, some police officers who were in the area they helped us us, First by knocking on the door, then by phone to the reception numbers, and even by turning on the lights and the siren of the patrol car, with the intention that someone would come out from inside the hotel. Finally, the police managed to open a side door that was not the usual hotel entrance, once again demonstrating the lack of supervision and security of the hotel. I consider that the total absence of staff on both occasions, the impossibility of leaving or entering the hotel, the lack of response despite repeated calls, and the lack of control over access points are extremely serious issues that compromise the safety, peace of mind, and service quality that a four-star establishment is expected to provide.

Zeer goede locatie, Het hotel ligt op 15 minuten stappen vanaf station Roma Termini, alsook het (drukke) centrum ligt op 15 minuten stappen. Wij hadden aangegeven dat we rond 11u zouden aankomen in het hotel en onze kamer was klaargemaakt om direct in te checken. Ontbijt was voldoende gevarieerd.

Kamer vertoont wel wat kleine tekortkomingen, in het bijzonder in het sanitair gedeelte (deur sloot niet, kraan wastafel bleef druppen). Ook een afsluitend gordijn aan het raam (tov de straatkant) ontbrak in het sanitair deel. Grootste nadeel was dat het lang wachten was op voldoende warm water om te douchen.

Café da manhã bom, apesar de não ter reposição e quando o produto acaba, ficam sem repor por vários dias. A localização é boa. Apesar do hotel ficar próximo a uma rua com ladeira, fica a poucos metros do metrô e ônibus.

O hotel apesar de ser avaliado como 4 estrelas, não tem o conforto esperado. As persianas são velhas e quebradas, onde a luminosidade atrapalha muito o sono. A cama é muito baixa e apesar do anúncio ser descrita como cama de casal, são 2 camas de solteiro juntas.

The staff were delightful. The location was superb. Essentially less than 12-15 minutes walking from everywhere centrally located. Via del Corse, Trevi Fountains, etc. All were so close. Super safe and many things like restuarants in the neighborhood.

After 11am we noticed no hot water. We just took showers earlier. Otherwise, it was great.

Das Familienzimmer hat einen "2. Stock" im Zimmer für die Kinder. Das Bett ist über eine im Kasten versteckte Treppe erreichbar und ein tolles Abenteuer für Kinder. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und qualitativ ausgezeichnet.

Der Sanitärbereich hatte einen Wasserschaden und Warmwasser gab es erst nach Reklamation. Diese wurde aber umgehend bearbeitet und das Problem gelöst.

Firstly when we arrived we were told that they needed to give our room to a business man and to walk down the road to their other hotel and stay the night there and come back tomorrow like what the hell!! After asking for a refund they somehow managed to accomodate for us. Secondly we requested a large bed, as normal like other hotels they join the two single beds together however the gap in-between the matress was ridiculous and the two sides weren't even on the same level and was very uncomfortable. Thirdly, the toilet situation was just wrong, the bathroom has no door just a curtain need i say more. I was really looking forward to spending my ladt 3 days in italy but this just honestly put a damper on everything and they really didn't care at all. Lastly for the price they charge never again will I stay here or go to Italy for that matter.

Great location close to the popular sites, very safe, walking in the area even after dark was fine. The hotel staff especially Manuel Jos(who deserves a raise) and the breakfast staff are kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast options were plentiful (American breakfast, fresh fruit and yogurt, meats, cheeses etc) and as soon as they run out they are replenished. We chose this property after having an issue at another accommodation booking and even though they had no idea of this they made up for that experience 100%.

The rooms could use a deeper cleaning. Cleaning staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful when we needed them. This issue is due to owners/management specifically not guiding them properly. I lost something in the area of the sink and had to go under the sink insert which was filthy(hair, grime & who knows what else) I was grossed out.

Konumu en kalabalık bölgelere 13-15 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Odaları temizdi her gün oda servisi vardı, havlular ve çarşaflar değiştirildi bu çok beğendiğim bir şeydi. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve gayet yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi.

Oda maalesef küçüktü fiyat performans olarak bence kötüydü. Çift kişilik yatak seçmiş olmama rağmen iki tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmişti, çok rahatsız ediciydi. Sabahları sırt ağrısıyla uyandık. Odanın küçük olması sebebiyle tuvalet için yeterli mahremiyet yoktu maalesef. Otelin valiz emaneti kısmından başka bir çiftin tüm çantaları çalındı ve güvenlik sorunu rahatsız ediciydi.

Nagyon kedves a személyzet, nagyon jó a hotel elhelyezkedése, a főbb látnivalók gyalogosan is bejárhatók. Bőséges, nagy választékú reggeli. Többször jártunk már Rómában, örülünk, hogy rátaláltunk erre a szállodára, biztosan vissza fogunk még térni.

Un hotel de diseño contemporáneo, trendy y clásico a la vez , con una atención muy buena del staff . Muy amables y serviciales . El desayuno muy bueno y completo . Los cuartos daban a la calle pero las ventanas eran súper herméticas, no se escuchaba un solo ruido .

La única crítica es que el ascensor no funcionaba

It was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The lift wasn’t working, the hotel lost hot water for a few hours. We had to fix the shower. There wasn’t a chef so no restaurant facilities. Overall the hotel did not have the facilities that it said it did.

The location.

There was no working elevator nor any staff to bring our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was terrible. There was never enough staff so that when the front desk staff needed a break she locked the door and guests had to await her return to enter the hotel. The morning desk clerk didn’t speak or understand English very well. After speaking to the manager he offered no remedy to our issues, just said the next time we visited the hotel the issues would not exist.

Great location with wonderful staff and a fabulous choice of breakfast. The roof terrace was lovely to sit out on in the evening. Will return the next time we are in Rome.

Perfect base for exploring the city. Just a few steps from the Metro, we got everywhere with ease with lots of sights within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable with great beds, fab air con, and rainfall showers. The staff were very welcoming and full of great local tips. Loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace after a day sightseeing. The hotel is fantastic for families — we even had our own “wing”! Breakfast was generous with a great selection and something for everyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel och valuable. Very good location near the major attractions about 15 minutes walk. Very clean rooms och comfortable beds and excellent cooling system. Very nice working staff from the lovely reception-staff and the staff of breakfast. Good variety at the breakfast. We will surely visit this hotel again when we will plan to visit Rome again.

The control of the air conditioner was not in the room, and the shower was very weak.

The location is excellent and was perfect for access to lots of sights.

The cost of the hotel was above what was offered. For instances the lobby wasn’t open 24hrs and after 1am you had to call a number to get someone to come and open the door. The hotel rooms were clean but nothing special. The staff were polite but not overly welcoming. The lobby was tiny and was a bar, reception all at once.

It was very close to the center, although there was a Metro station within walking distance, there was little need. I walked around the entire historic center comfortably. The cleanliness and facilities were great. Thank you to the entire hotel team for their interest and help.

A boutique venue near Treve fountain. The staff was so nice and comes with a phenomenal breakfast.

No closets or dressers. Has to use key inserted in wall to make lights work

Location was very convenient to sightseeing. Breakfast was exceptional as was the service at breakfast ! Reception staff, especially Francesca, were so welcoming and helpful at all times. Also loved the front bar and snacks that were offered!

The blinds in the rooms did not close properly so the room was super bright as soon as the sun rose. The beds are super low and soft. You couldn’t control the air conditioning from the room. No where to put your clothes away so have to move out of the suitcase. There is a thermostat but no matter what we set the temperature at it always went back to 20 degrees Celsius.
