Hotel Indigo Gainesville-Celebration Pointe by IHG

Convenient to many restaurants and great food and drink options on site

Na

Clean, new, walkable to a few eateries. Shopping a very short drive away.

Printers didn’t work (at the front desk or the common work area). Front desk staff was not knowledgable of access to car chargers.

La ubicación

No me gusto el ruido de lo aire acondicionado afuera del balcón

The location and comfort. Regional Movies, and shopping centers within the facility. Also we found out the day we were leaving that the Cheesecake Factory is close and all sorts of shopping stores. Nothin Bundt Cake in the plaza across from the Cheesecake factory There's a lot to eat and do. Dave and Busters is also across from the hotel in walking distance. The Cheesecake factory and boutique you would have to drive to. Regional Movies and Dave and Busters are across from Hotel Indigo.

The noise from the floor above. Someone's child woke up in the middle of the night and started bouncing a ball and running for an hour or so. Couldn't sleep until the child stopped the noise. Which is beyond the facility and staff control. No problems with the facility and staff.

Limpio, habitación muy amplia y muy buenas instalaciones.

El desayuno está incluido pero te dan un máximo de 40$ para consumir.

The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. The staff at the bar were also very friendly and welcoming. The food was surprisingly good and much better than expected, especially the fries. The beds were comfy too.

Nothing.

Clean, modern property in a nice part of town. Restaurant, bar & convenience items on premises. Plenty of parking on site. Restaurants & shops within walking distance & others within a very short drive.

Friendly staff, clean rooms/facility, excellent location

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel.

Nichts gegen das Hotel, aber schade das im outlet fast alle Geschäfte zu waren.

Housekeeping. Had to ask for it daily after staff would never come. First day they left our door open. We complained and the front desk just said oh sorry. I happened to see the manager later and she gave us breakfast for free for one day. The second and third day after we asked again for housekeeping they only had brought us towels. The sink and toilet were not cleaned AT ALL. Our counter still has coffee and sugar still on it since the first day.

Modern, clean, covered free parking

Great people

Beautiful

Pleasant

Very clean & modern. Staff was super friendly & allowed us early check in and late check out. We used the fitness center which had water & towels, in addition to the equipment. It is walkable distance to several things nearby & had a great setup for dogs (multiple fields some with fake grass and one with real grass, poop bags & trash cans).

I can’t think of anything.

Accommodating and pleasant staff

Nothing

Seemed like a safe area. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh. Beds were comfy. Shower was hot even after multiple family members, and the flow of water pressure was good.

I encountered an issue upon check-in which was to me serious enough to want to cancel my stay there and move to another hotel however because of the prompt professional and caring actions of the staff they handled the situation quickly and efficiently I decided to stay and I'm glad I did I have to say that Gabriela and Micah were wonderful and made sure I had no other issues.I also paid for the breakfast with my room and appreciated the fact they have an actual menu to order from and not just a generic continental meal.

THE GUEST ABOVE ME DID KEEP ME AWAKE , I THOUGHT THE CEILING WAS GOING TO COME TUMBLING DOWN🤦 HOWEVER IT WAS SEVERAL CHEERLEADING CAMPS THERE AS WELL AS VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS SO THAT MAY HAVE BEEN THE ISSUE. NO FAULT OF THE HOTEL . I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN .

Great location, newer hotel, comfortable, staff is friendly.

The AC in the room was set to 61°, and we had just checked in after a swim. We had to turn the heat on in July to get it to a comfortable temperature. After that, our stay was was great..

Great

Breakfast seemed a little pricey.

The most the gator

It had everything we needed.

They need more elevators. They only have two and one was broken.

It is amazing, very comfortable, clean, location is perfect.

The hotel was very clean

Location

Complimentary EeVcharging station

NOT having breakfast available on time i. e.6:00am! (Probably due to an Had instead to search for an allternative breakfast place in the neighbourhood, because we had a long roadtrip ahead and needed to eat something before hittng the road.

Nice comfortable hotel. Restaurants and shops a quick walk away. Parking in the garage was free and easy. Enjoyed a nice walk in the morning around the adjacent grounds. Breakfast was good

More choices at breakfast

Cleanliness and location

Kind of desolate in the mall

Located across the street from a major shopping station and near to the botanical gardens, it is in an ideal location just off the Turnpike, I-75. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. Their are many retro and vintage decorations in the lobby and our room was music themed.

The only drawback is no continental breakfast is provided, only coffee and tea out of containers, not freshly brewed. However, they do have a full kitchen to buy breakfast in the lobby

Lage freies parken, gutes Frühstück

Etwas hellhörig!

Comfortable room with comfy beds. Decor is delightful and the location couldn’t be better.

Although overall experience was great, the people moving above us were very noisy - tried to take a nap and couldn’t. The room was clean but the grout on the tiles were mildewed. It seems strange since everything else was immaculate.

Great place to stay and friendly staff. Very clean and walking distance feom restaurants and stores. Loved staying there.

Direct and professional. My ac made lots of noise. They moved me without question. Left my pillows in the room. They search and found them when I called them 12 hours after I had left the area. I was able to get them from the front desk that same evening.

The luggage dollies need a little service done on them.

I was very clean

Location. Friendly staff.

Beautiful property in a great location and the free parking was a plus!

Clean, non-smoking, great rate, nice location, close to restaurants, some shops & movie theater

Only stayed one night, not enough to evaluate

The pool area wasn’t open but i understood

Good breakfast, nice portion, well presented, super pancake, egg sunny side up to my taste.

No veggy avail.

The room was good, the bathroom had quality products, parking was easy and free, and there were several elevators. The room was new and clean.

There is a red light inside a metal vent on one of the room’s walls — I believe it’s related to the air conditioning — and when the room is completely dark, it is very disturbing. I had to hang a bath towel over it to block the light. When I mentioned this to the front desk the next morning, they didn’t pay much attention. Our room faced the parking lot, and the lights from outside are very bright. The curtains do not block the light well, so I had to move a lamp against them to reduce the brightness. Only after all of this were my family and I able to rest.

Breakfast at the hotel was great option and very affordable. All the food tasted great.

Everything was great.

Decor

Walls are thin!! Cleanliness could have been better

Besides the simple, modern and hip lobby environment seen upon entering, it was the warm welcome and genuine smile by Melany that was most appreciated. I stay in many hotels and Melany exceeded my experiences and expectation of ensuring I knew abt the hotel and offering support. What a great asset to this hotel- she stood out amongst her colleagues. I’ll be back.

Nothing

Spacious, clean rooms and very comfortable king bed. Modern and chic furnishings. Love the bar area...availability of various foods and beverages. Free coffee with flavoured creamer in the early morning (~ 6 am when I departed to continue my drive)

Sink area was not cleaned thoroughly nor was there hot water from the sink faucet.

Everything

The breakfast wasn't free

The facilities, the room was big and clean.

I was very dissatisfied with the fact that the hotel set the air conditioning thermostat at 68°F inside the rooms. We woke up sweating at 3:38 a.m. and were extremely uncomfortable. I had to go down to the lobby, and a staff member came to our room to restart the A/C but I couldn't fall asleep again! 😮‍💨

Comfy bed - nice bathroom - good location

We noticed a few things - TV didn't offer any streaming service - room air handler was located near the bed - we heard our neighbors above us walking around - bathroom floor slightly creaky

Very nice and clean

Location rather remote
