Tolle Lage und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Tolles Restaurant mit gutem Frühstück. Wir haben in einem Familienzimmer mit Stockbett gewohnt, sehr gemütlich!

Walking distance to Gora Station and Hakone Loop. Half plate was exceptional value.

Bed and pillow could be more comfortable but ok.

Super praktisch gelegen: 1 Minute vom Bahnhof entfernt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit liebevollen Details wie einem „Walkman“ als Kasettengerät.

隣室のスイッチを押す音、足音などがかなり聞こえたのには、びっくりしました。壁の防音性能が低いようです。

Einfach alles! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir waren hier mit unserer 9 Monate alten Tochter und wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für die tollen Tage! Der Onsen, die Lage (direkt an der Seilbahn), das Essen waren perfekt!

Great hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly snd helpful. Had a lovely onsen, and restaurant which served a good breakfast. It was only a 5 minute walk from the train station.

El sitio en el que está ubicado desde mi punto de vista es para pasar una noche, porque no hay nada, absolutamente nada que hacer en las inmediaciones, estás un poco colgado en mitad de la nada... El Onsen me decepcionó un poco, hemos estado en 5 hoteles, todos con unos spas increíbles y este en concreto el más sencillo tirando a decepcionante, un poco roto, un poco dejado...

Location in front of Gora St. We passed in Yumoto and it’s ugly and not a pleasant place to stay, so WPU has a great mountain location. The staff was super friendly. The onsen was ok, but the amenities were super!!

The noise at night. It’s a must to change the windows. We could hear everything from the street.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Pokój przestronny z balkonem i widokiem na góry. Czyściutko , bardzo komfortowo. Łóżka wygodne, lodówka i sejf dostępna w pokoju. Kosmetyki pod prysznic pięknie pachniały i były dobrej jakosci. W hotelu dostępna jest osobna kuchnia, jest mikrofalówka , dodatkową lodówka. Onsen był cudowny , szkoda, że nie można było wyjść na dwór, ale i tak extra. Po onsenie dostępne lody i oranżadka. Atmosfera w hotelu bardzo relaksująca. Jeśli szuka się spokoju i kontaktu z naturą to jest to doskonałe miejsce.

Jedynie odległość od głównej ulicy Hakone. Hotel był na samej górze , w innej miejscowości, ale dodatkowo atrakcja jest pociąg, który jedzie do centrum Hakone. Więc zdecydowanie dla osób, które nie szukają rozrywki po wyjściu z hotelu tylko spokoju i relaxu.

Die Lage direkt an der Seilbahn ist super. Die großen Fenster. Damit war es sehr hell im Zimmer..Ein schöner Onsen. Gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig.

Das Bad war älter. Durch den schönen Onsen fiel das aber weniger ins Gewicht.

強羅駅から歩いてアンダーパスをくぐると約2分という抜群のロケーション ツインルームは、ホンマか？と言うほどの広さ、清潔さ、浴室も十分な大きさ 朝ごはんは新鮮な野菜サラダが充実して、モリモリたべてしまった。 外国人宿泊者が多く海外へ行ったような雰囲気を味わえた。 温泉は好みの軽く白濁した泉質で、程よい硫黄臭もして、とても気持ちよかった。 受付スタッフ、レストランスタッフ共にとても感じが良く、温かみを感じた。申し分なしのホテルです。

Tout est conforme aux attentes, le repas du soir est super bon , la literie au top et le onsen traditionnel est super sympa . L'emplacement est tout près de la ligne de train Parfait 👍🏻

Parce qu'il faut dire un truc , le jus de fruit le matin pourrait être du jus de fruit frais car il est pas super le jus en brick 😉

スタッフのホスピタリティはとても良かった。フレンドリーだし親切。

予約時に個室でないのが分かりにくく間違えて予約してしまった。

強羅駅から徒歩1分。モダンな内装。エントランスの前が、ポーラ美術館への無料送迎バスの発着場所。温泉の泉質がよく、朝食はパン中心。8割が海外旅行客。

温泉街の一般的なホテルではないため、国内のファミリーにはおススメできない。海外旅行客向けに、入浴マナーをきちんと伝えた方が良い。スリッパで洗い場まで来て、脱衣場もスリッパで歩きまわっていた方いたので。部屋内にも、浴室時間や店内案内や温泉マナーを伝えるパンフレットが必要だと思う。

Alojamiento bien comunicado si quieres explorar Hakone y visitar Owakudani. Más que un hotel es un híbrido entre hotel y hostel. Ideal para famílias. Hay una zona común donde puedes comer y una cocina comunitaria con microondas, fuente de agua, friegaplatos, platos, vasos y cubiertos. El desayuno genial. Disponen de un Onsen para 6 personas como máximo.

El alojamiento parecía más nuevo en las fotos. El baño de la habitación era antiguo, pero estaba limpio.

Great location, well priced and the onsen was great!

Breakfast was ok but limited, and the mattress was a little thin but still comfortable enough.

Generously sized room. Loved the Onsen Location - a 2 min walk with bags to the hotel. Turn right out of the Train station, down thru the Cable-Car underpass, when you are back at street level, WPU is directly in front of you. Lovely, helpful, & multi-lingual staff. Meticulously clean throughout. Oh. Don't miss the dining experience at the Gora Distillery up the hill. Best in Japan yet. Booking recommended.

Nous nous attendions à un établissement plus traditionnel, plus typique. Donc nous avons été un peu déçus de cela par rapport à ce qu'annonçait l'offre. Les repas n'étaient pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Ce n'est pas un bon rapport qualité prix.

WPÜ hostel is a great choice in Gora, it's a few steps from the cable car station, and around 1km from the open air museum. Staff is friendly, and rooms are surprising for a hostel: very clean, with good comfy beds and reasonable space. They also have a good onsen, don't miss it!

The reception, restaurant, and room were great.

The onsen was disappointing. Old and smelly, not enjoyable.

The hotel was very close to the station, making it easy for us to get to the sites easily. Appreciated the availability of dinner. The hotel was kind enough to remind us to make a dinner reservation since we were arriving late.The restaurant was cozy.

More variety in the food served. The restaurants and coffee shops close very early in the area.

De locatie is erg prettig zo vlak nabij Gora station. Het geeft je de gelegenheid om voor de drukte met de kabelbaan naar boven te gaan. De kamers zijn ruim en erg confortabel. Fijn dat er een ruimte is om eten op te warmen.

Het ontbijt was prima en de sla lekker vers. Het was wel wat basic.

Frühstück war zwar Western Style, aber sehr wenig Auswahl für jemanden der kein Salat oder Eier isst. Ich hätte mir mehr Auswahl gewünscht.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage in Bahnhofsnähe. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und hatte genug Platz für 3 Personen. Den Onsen im Hotel haben wir gerne zur Entspannung genutzt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker mit guter Auswahl. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung gebucht, würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Right off the train station and everything was very clean! The onsen was great after walking so much.

The shared bathroom only has one shower, and the restaurant was closed the night we stayed. We are vegan and specifically booked the hotel to have dinner as well, so that made things challenging.

The location was absolutely perfect — it is literally just a few steps away from the train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel is in a great spot for exploring the area and using public transportation. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices available. There is a room with little kitchen, utensils, plates etc. as well as tables, chairs, very convenient if you want to bring your own food. Our room with a private bathroom was amazing. The beds were huge and extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, spacious, and perfect for our stay. The room provided everything we needed and made our experience even more enjoyable One thing to keep in mind, as other guests have mentioned, is that there are not many stores nearby that stay open late if you need to buy snacks, drinks, or food in the evening. They are closed early afternoon. Plan accordingly, especially if you arrive late.

Ideal location just in front of the train station to go to the ropeway or Yumoto station. It was also great to have the possibility to do the laundry by ourselves

The onsen was incredible! They even give you a free soda pop and popsicle afterwards to refresh after the bath. The location is amazing, next to Gora station so super convenient if you want to do the Hakone loop. The staff is also very helpful.

A bit on higher price side for a dormitory, but tbh it was worth it in my opinion :)

L'hôtel est très bien, la chambre était très grande ainsi que la sdb, le petit déjeuner très bon. Il y a un onsen pour femme et un pour homme. L'hôtel est bien situé pour les visites. Le personnel est à l'écoute de ses clients.

Everything was awesome, especially the staff and the onsen! The hotel even provides free of charge treats from when you leave the onsen. Our room was really big and convenient considering we were traveling with a toddler and all the associated stuff required around them. The location couldn't be better as its literally at the train station and the breakfast was really good as well. The hotel also offers dinner at its restaurant, which I sincerely recommend and was also a really convenient option for us.

We had a nice stay. The room was very clean and size was ok for our needs. Location was great - close to Gora station. Shared bathroom was clean as well and there’s a vending machine on the hallway, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also pretty good.
