Braeburn Guest House / B&B

Beautiful B&B with lovely gardens when the weather cooperates. Comfortable duvet quilt with a stunning view of the hills and loch. Gail was very professional and friendly with a sumptuous Scottish breakfast this morning. Hope to return someday.

Was a very pleasant experience. Great breakfast!

Everything was great! A big thank you to Adam and Gail for a fantastic stay. Everything was super clean and like new and the breakfast was hearty. Beautiful view as well. Highly recommend.

Lovely property!

The view from our room was unbeatable! The breakfast was fabulous! The room was clean, plenty of room, and nice amenities. Owners were very welcoming. Loved this visit!

Very nice B&B. They accommodated vegetarian breakfast. The owners are super sweet and friendly. Would go there again.

A Perfect Stay! Everything was spot-on. Great location. Clean. Comfy bed. Incredible view. Delicious breakfast. Friendly, impeccable service! Had I known, I would stayed more nights!

We recently stayed at Braeburn Guest house, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with a stunning view that took our breath away. Waking up to such a beautiful landscape was an absolute treat. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was impeccably clean. Each morning, a delicious breakfast was served. Everything was fresh and very tasty. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality, thank you very much for having us :) Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding service and unforgettable views.

We stopped here on a road trip through the Highlands. Room was lovely, comfy beds and charming decor, great shower. Quiet, tranquil setting. Beautiful view. We had everything we needed and more. Outstanding breakfast and kind, generous host!

Five star B&B. This is a lovely property to stay at. Our room and ensuite were thoughtfully decorated. Location is quiet. Breakfast cooked by the hosts was substantial and delicious. Host was very welcoming.

Great place to stay with amazing view, and breakfast! Look forward to staying here again next time in Scotland!

Lovely room with a beautiful view. Gracious host.

Everything was excellent. Great bed. Wonderful breakfast. Staff is very caring. Our only wish would have been to have a few bar selections on hand (wine, ciders, a few types of beer). After a long day of hiking and driving, would've loved to sit out back with a sippable adult beverage. To be fair, we didn’t ask. Though peeking around didnt yield any options. Cannot recall if such an option was offered when we booked. If so, too far in advance to know what we wanted ir to realize nothing would be close at hand. But truly, 5 stars all around. Simply put: lovely, cozy, yummy, clean and quiet.

This may have been the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good. We stayed 2 nights so we could adventure in the area, so many things to see!

We enjoyed a lovely warm welcome from the hosts Gail and Adam. 10/10 property - clean, spacious room, comfortable beds and great views towards Loch Linnhe. The breakfasts were delicious and Gail was on hand to help with local knowledge and suggestions for places to visit etc. We would love to return!

Comfortable, clean, friendly & helpful hosts, delicious breakfadt

Best of the 13 properties stayed in on the entire trip. Great room with a lovely view, extremely accommodating host, great food and an absolutely lovely home in a terrific little area. Didn't want to leave and would happily return for a future visit!

My best stay in many years Room is new, beautiful and very clean Breakfast is delicious Impeccable Wish every hotel in the world be like this Rating 10

Braeburn is one of the nicest B&B's we've ever stayed at. Gail and Adam are wonderful hosts and provide a very comfortable and spacious place to base yourself in the Fort William area. We loved this place.

Beautiful setting, kind helpful staff, large comfortable and modern room and great bathrooms.

We had a short but lovely stay at the guesthouse. The host is

The best and friendliness guest house we have been in

A beautiful property in a quiet street. The host was most obliging and the breakfast was fabulous.

lovely guest house with a very homely feel but also very private. would definitely recommend. i stay in lots of hotels and houses and this was fantastic and the view was great! 😊

Nice place. Great service and easy access and parking

Lovely property. The breakfast was amazing and the owner was really helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there were nice facilities in the room.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. We were able to check in a bit earlier and there was no issue. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean with the most stunning views. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the owner couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. We stayed 2 nights and climbed Ben Nevis and the room had been cleaned before we returned. Highly recommend, one of the nicest places with the nicest people I’ve been to for a while. Thank you, Aimee & Jake X

Faultless. Comfie bed, perfect pillows, fluffy towels, wonderful breakfast, immaculate, huge bathroom, welcoming host who couldn’t do enough, beautiful home…you get the picture 😊

Absolutely fantastic. A hidden gem of a B&B, modern decoration, exceptionally clean, superb breakfast and a wonderful host.

The guest house has a brilliant view. 10 minutes walk from Neptune staircase . The owners were great and welcoming. Breakfast was great and as my wife is gluten intolerant, this was no problem, as the owners went above and beyond to get her gluten free sausages. Over all would highl rate this Guesthouse as one to book, if staying in Fort William

Amazing property. Very clean and comfortable. Great owners.

I cannot recommend this bed and breakfast enough!! The hostess Gail could not do enough for us and was so very welcoming. The views from bedroom 2 are to die for and I’d really recommend booking that room. The breakfast was fabulous with a variety of English and Scottish items, including haggis which was extremely tasty. The bed and breakfast is literally a 6 minute drive from the main Town of Fort William and is overlooked by the mighty Ben Nevis. There is so much to do around the area and I’d recommend a cruise on Loch Linnhe too - very informative and we got to see the seals with their pups. Great location for the b and b and spotlessly clean. Thank you so much Gail 😊.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish! Amazing people, stunning views, the breakfast was to die for and so much food! Lovely, cozy rooms and everything was spotless. Couldn’t ask for better!

I was over charged by the property owners what Expedia said my balance was by about 75.00.

Beautiful setting up on a hill looking at the mountains. Friendly, helpful hosts. Room and ensuite were immaculate. Loved the Vermeer decor. Breakfast was delicious. 5 stars. Would highly recommend this place. Loved our stay.

Wonderful hosts -accommodating and friendly. Lovely facilities- clean, very comfortable and great bed

Tony and Irene were fantastic hosts. They made sure we always had everything we needed. Great breakfast, and great sightseeing advices!!! We highly recommend their lovely guesthouse!

Prachtige B&B! Heerlijke zachte bedden. Het ontbijt was super lekker, zelfs een klein beetje haggis mogen proeven. Het uitzicht was prachtig. Ton en Irene waren super vriendelijk. Komen zeker nog een keer terug.

The room was decent. Very small shower and lighting in the room wasn’t great, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Room was on ground level with walking path right outside bedroom window. A bit unsettling. There is parking but it is TIGHT so be prepared to be creative. We were late arriving - but had called hours ahead and the man who answered said was it was fine they could check us in until 9. We arrived at 8 and I was “greeted” by the male host who was beyond rude, no hello or welcome to our place just rushed through showing me to the room with little information. No suggestions about dinner or anything. But did manage to make a rude comment about being on time for breakfast “since I showed up late.” We met his wife in the morning who was pleasant and served a hot breakfast which was ok. But we were so disgusted by how nasty we were treated upon arrival nothing could make me recommend this place.

Hôte très avenante, chambre confortable, excellent petit déjeuner.

Fantastic stay. Everything was wonderful. Friendly staff. The best!

Lovely room, modern fixtures and furniture- lights were particularly lovely. Choc and biscuits next to kettle. Also impressed that the bathroom had a light that automatically turned off. Breakfast made to order and served in a beautiful room. Healthy cereal choices - must admit I missed regular cornflakes but really lovely food.

Super nice cozy place to stay. Hosts were very kind and attentive. Place was clean, quiet and breakfast was great with beautiful view! 또 올게요!

The accommodation is a little way out of the town centre but the lovely couple that run it more than make up for that. The breakfast was delicious and we were given lots of really helpful tips about what to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Lovely couple warm friendly welcome . Comfortable quiet accommodation Food excellent and served hot . Ton and Irene make your stay an enjoyable . Ton was brilliant with lots of helpful tips about whats available in the area. Will definitely go back in the future .

We had a great stay - Ton and Irene were very friendly and were happy to recommend what to do in the area or where to go. The breakfast included during our stay set us up well for the day - we’re vegan and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Overall the stay was fantastic, the location is perfect for hiking and taking in the sites. Our room (2) was very spacious with an en-suite and a great view. The room was cleaned everyday and the guesthouse is made up to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend the guesthouse to anyone.

Disappointed with the quality of the bed. Spent a sleepless night in an uncomfortable bed. The dining room had an unpleasant smell. On the upside, the room and bathroom were very clean and the owners quite friendly. Parking was easy.

Beautiful room with lovely big bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Hosts were friendly, interested in our trip and gave recommendations that we found helpful and enhanced our trip. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choicez even provided a veggie breakfast for my husband. We plan to return again and recommended the property to family for where to stay near fort william. Bed was comfy, we had fabulous sleeps. The view was incredible, looking onto the garden and beyond into town.

Lovely 2 night stay, excellent hosts, spacious ensuite room, great selection at breakfast

situated in an ideal location

Highly recommend this excellent guest House. A warm welcome awaited us. Owners went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. Spotless accommodation. Lovely comfortable bedrooms with great views. Refreshing shower. Superb breakfast. What more can I say other than I hope I can go back someday. Thank you so much.

Had the most wonderful 2 night stay at Braeburn Guesthouse. Lovely clean room and fantastic location to see the local sights. The breakfast was delicious they even provided gluten free toast and sausages, along with veggie sausages. A real treat. Ton and Irene are brilliant hosts who go above and beyond. They were so friendly and Ton was really knowledgeable on the area to help plan are days. He even helped plan things to do on the way to our next destination. Best place we have stayed on our trip round Scotland. would highly recommended!

Very friendly host and hostess. Clean room with plenty of room to move around. Very modern and clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast with good choices. Had to order the night before from comprehensive list. Breakfast freshly cooked. Would highly recommend

A really nice couple (Ton and Irene). Breakfast plentiful and we'll presented, our room really nice. Contact direct if you can

Really lovely couple running the B&B, breakfast was great, bed very comfortable and a lovely view from room 3.

Lovely stay at this very welcoming bnb. The location is brilliant, just out of town which means it’s peaceful enough to watch wildlife in the garden (we saw deer right outside of the window) yet you’re still in walking distance of some local points of interest. Service was great and a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Would stay here again.

Great B&B with very clean and proper facilities, nice and welcoming staff and amazing breakfast quality. The view from the room and terrace is beautiful and there's plenty of space to park the car on the spot.

From start to finish everything was fantastic. Beautiful location, excellent standards of the room, thought touches and very good breakfast! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone planning a trip with in this area!

Our hosts were very welcoming and we felt like home. The accomodation is very clean, nice decorated, quiet and the breakfast was very tasty. I definitely recommend this accomodation and I will return for sure.

Warm & friendly hosts with good useful local knowledge. Clean & tidy accommodation, would recommend staying here, would stop again if passing.

A beautifully kept and clean home from home. Tastefully furnished and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Fitted with a shower that would blow the cobwebs from any sleepy head. Breakfast was plentiful but more importantly of excellent quality. Last but by no means least are the owners, Ton and Eireen .Friendly, knowledgable and a good sense of humour. Ton is a Den Haag supporter after all !!! Thanks very much, we will be back.

Great location, excellent view from the room over mountains and loch. Great food. Amazing advice from the B&B owners on the best locations and things to do in the area. Made us feel like visiting your amazing auntie and uncle. Definitely on the list of places to return to for a longer stay!

Ton and Irene are perfect hosts. They gave so many tips on places to see. They are very friendly and hospitable. The location and view from our bedroom was amazing. The room was clean and tidy and had all the luxuries. We are definitely thinking of booking again for next year

Great location, excellent welcome, very great breakfast, amazing bedroom (very spacious, clean and very well decorated)

The Hosts of this BnB really do try to create a great experience for their guests, the rooms have everything you need including little extras like cotton buds. They provide guide books of the surrounding area and will give you advice to make the most of your time!

Friendly and welcoming. Room was clean as was bathroom. Excellent breakfast and proper coffee.

Very clean, comfortable facilities. Bed v comfortable and shower excellent. Hairdryer provided which was also a plus. Breakfast selection was varied and plentiful. Overall, great stay and perfect as a stop off on Scotland road trip

Easy to find. Parking available. Room had a great view. It was a bit warm the first day we arrived so room was quite warm, but we opened the windows and when the sun set it cooled off. The best part, aside from the large room with great bathroom, was our hosts Ton and Irene. They were very, very helpful. Had great suggestions for place to eat and what to see while in the area. Highly recommend.

We were greeted with an extremely warm welcome, and shown to our very comfortable room. Irene and Ton were excellent hosts, had a very comfortable night followed by a lovely breakfast. Would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend.

The worst experience ever. I arrived at the property with my wife, 8 year old and 2 year old son. The owner of the B&B told me that the property is not allowing 6 years and smaller and the little one is not listed in the booking. He was right that the little one is not listed in the booking but because he's only 2 years old and he sleeps with us. But the worst part is the attitude he tried to give me lessons and the tone was not definitely polite. In the end we didn't stay there although we've payed 160 Euros. I booked another hotel immediately in Glasgow and payed less to DoubleTree. I cannot say anything about the properties since I didn't stay but try to avoid if you don't want to face very rude people.
