The internet was either down or simply unavailable. There was no soap in the shower. There's no secure space to park a bike, and the hotel is located in a very crime-ridden area. I was asked to leave my bike in a shared courtyard that didn't belong to the hotel and the entrance to this courtyard opens with one button for anyone who wants it from the street. Booking support couldn't handle this "incredibly complex" case and simply suggested that I do what the hotel said. When I brought the bike to the room, the administrator forbade me to store it in the room, despite the fact that the bike was clean and did not leave any marks behind. I was again asked to store my 4,000 euro bicycle in a courtyard that was not secured from unauthorized entry, in the most crime-ridden center of the city. As a result, I was lucky and my friend agreed to take the bike to his apartment, but as a warning to everyone in the future, you will not find any understanding or customer focus in this hotel and Booking support won't help you in any way, nor will they compensate you for the cost of the stolen property.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Close to the central train station - around 15 minutes on foot. The place was clean. Had a good shower. The property is a bit tricky to access, but the host provides very detailed instructions on how to find the correct door. You can check in yourself outside of the reception's working hours.
It's one of the cheaper properties around, so you get what you pay for: the room is small, a bit dated, windows look at a busy street, fan instead of a/c.

Tout était parfait dans la "pension" et la chambre. Cependant, l'entrée de l'immeuble aurait bien besoin de coup de nettoyage !

Постель была синтетической и на ней присутствовали черные волосы, хотя мы обе блондинки. Кондиционер был, но не работал, зато стоял вентилятор. Телевизор так и не включился. Ковер местами проженный. Окна были во двор на стройку и мусорку.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn hält direkt vor dem Eingang und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Stephansplatz entfernt. Das Vorhandensein einer U-Bahn-Station ist ein großer Vorteil, da man so schnell und einfach ieden Punkt in der Stadt erreichen kann Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber .Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch
