Tiene un muy buen precio, y esta super bien ubicado, la playa esta a pasos de la piscina, la playa, la piscina y todo el ambiente del hotel es muy bonito. Por el otro lado, hay muchos lugares para comer.

Una de las habitaciones estaba cerca de la playa, y al lado de la playa había una discoteca, que tenia musica hasta horarios muy tardes.

El hotel bien situado y un lujo salir desde las instalaciones de la piscina a la playa! Apartamento súper bonito y limpio y el personal del hotel súper amable

Todo perfecto . Por decir algo y no tiene nada que ver con el hotel es que no tienen ninguna cafetería cerca muy temprano abierta

Simpatia de todos os funcionários, ainda em Portugal enviei uma mensagem a pedir ajuda para uma surpresa de aniversário e demonstraram desde logo um empenho notável, na chegada já tinham tudo preparado, todos os funcionários com conhecimento sobre o assunto, impecáveis! Localização excelente, tudo muito limpo! Pequeno-almoço completo.

Poderiam apenas melhorar o conforto dos colchões ainda assim preço muito justo na relação qualidade-preço!

Все в принципе понравилось. Питание хорошее, но если бы мы были более 5 ночей в отеле, хотелось бы разнообразия. Хотя все то, что было приготовлено, все вкусно и в достаточном количестве. Соки, напитки различные, кофе, чай, фрукты…Персонал отличный. Все дружелюбные, старательные, очень приятное впечатление осталось от них. При бронировании мы просили расположить нас в тихом месте. Все так и было. Вид из номера радовал глаз

Номера немного «уставшие», требуют обновления. Постельное белье и полотенца - тоже. Но на самом деле все это было не критично

Location and views. And staff tried their best and were friendly.

All inclusive food was below average, same bland meals night after night. After 3rd night we stopped eating at the hotel. Shortage of staff in restaurant and bar resulted in long waits at bar and restaurant felt more like a food hall in a mall. The evening entertainment was not good, and the one evening that it was decent you couldn't really see it as the stage is too low. Aircon in room was ok, but lots of the vents in the ceiling were damaged or not fitted properly. No kettle or toaster in the kitchen. Difficult to get a sun bed. There are signs saying no reserving sun beds and personal items will be removed after 30 minutes if sun bed not used, but it never happens. There was an abandoned towel on the same sun bed for 3 days before it was removed. People also reserve sun beds then go to the beach for most of the day which is very frustrating. Snacks in the pool bar are terrible. Fries taste like they were made hours earlier then reheated in a microwave and the toasted sandwiches were more like warm bread with a piece of ham and cheese in the middle. The pool bar itself looks chaotic, with boxes on the counter and there is always a collection of dirty glasses and cups covering one side of the bar, and there was always a long queue at the bar. Don't believe the 4 star rating.

Fata româncă de la recepție ne-a făcut un upgrade la cameră, gest pe care l-am apreciat. Tot staff-ul în general f amabil si prietenos. Locația amplasată pe cea mai frumoasă plajă, Playa de Muro. Activitati pentru copii in fiecare zi si seară, piscine ofertante pentru copii. Hotel Manager f amabil, ne-a oferit mic dejun pentru a compensa faptul ca am sesizat furtul a 1200 euro din camera. Hotel manager a facut investigatiile care au tinut de ea, insa din pacate nu a oferit suficient informatii privind cine a intrat la noi in camera sau daca a investigat acele house keeper, ci ni s a spus doar ca sunt angajate ff vechi si ca au incredere totala in ele, ne au incurajat sa chemam politia , lucru pe care am il regretam ca nu l-am facut, insa avand o alta experienta in care fusesem jefuita si am apelat la politie (ce i drept in Paris nu in Mallorca, iar politia nu a facut nimic doar am pierdut 2 zile de vacanta), am ales sa nu ne stricam vacanta, insa acum regretam ca nu am chemat direct politia intrucat o localnica ne-a spus ca legea din Spania permite doar politiei sa investigheze cu adevarat un caz de genul si ca politia chiar isi face treaba.. Hotel managera a fost amabila sa ne ofere micul dejun inclus si sa ne ajute aparent insa nu ne putem declara conet multumiti de informatiile ce ne au fost oferite tot staff ul sustinand ca nu ei au furat, ci ca din exterior

Din păcate a doua zi de sejur am sesizat ca ne-au fost furați banii din borseta tatalui meu, respectiv 1000 euro si 1000 lei romanesti, iar din ghiozdanul meu 100 euro (asta am sesizat abia a treia zi, intrucat din pricina oboselii si a vacantei uitasem ca aveam si eu 100 euro in ghiozdan). Am apelat la hotel manager dupa cum am spus mai sus, care a sustinut ca nu din hotel am fost furati, insa dupa ce am sesizat si eu ca mi lipsesc si cei 100 euro din ghiozdan (eu avandu-l doar in camera pana atunci) imi confirma inca o data ca furtul s a intamplat din cameră. De asemenea am reconsitituit cu tatal meu care nu a avut borseta dupa el, ci doar in cameră. Din pacate am discutat cu ceva localnici care ne-au spus ca este foarte frecvent genul acesta de furturi, nu pot acuza 100% hotelul neavand dovada concretă ci doar vorbele mele si ale tatalui meu care stim ca nu am fi putut fi furati in afara hotelului, insa regret ca nu am chemat politia (in ultima zi abia am discutat cu un localnic in drum spre aeroport si ne a spus ca politia ar fi fost cea mai buna solutie si ar fi investigat situatia). Ce pot sa spun este ca cine a furat banii, sa stie ca a furat de la un om care munceste 2 luni pentru acei bani, si pentru care a fost prima vacanta in strainatate dupa 15 ani. Un om care se chinuie pentru fiecare euro, si care a trecut prin multe probleme de sanatate si familiale in ultimii ani. Sa se “bucure” de ei ii ttansmitem pe aceasta cale. Cat despre managera hotelului, multumim pentru amabilitate insa ne-am fi dorit sa insistati mai mult sa chemam politia, asa cum ne a indrumar localnica, noi nestiind ca in Mallorca aceste cazuri sunt foarte frecvent, si ca politia isi face treaba cum trebuie. Totusi intelegem ca sunteti de partea hotelului insiferent de situatie, si ca ati incercat sa ne ajutati; pentru noi am ramas cu un gust amar din pacate, oricat am fi incercat sa ne bucuram de sejur, tatal meu sufera.

I put 10 on everything because I have to say we stayed else where after this and you definitely seen a huge difference in two hotels. The location of this property is brilliant. Lovely restaurants right outside the door. Bus to alcudia old town and New town right outside the door €3 Hotel was clean and right on the beach can go from pool to beach and back easily in swimwear. Great shops and supermarkets around. Would definitely stay again. Have to say lovely friendly staff. Beach is class. Massive waves but you can walk out about 500metres and it’s still neck height.

I booked and was delighted because we got two rooms, which was needed for 3 adults be a teen. I did see ants in room but tbh it was minimal. I wouldn’t let that put you off that’s Spain. The room was great and very comfortable beds

Die Lage ist wirklich top, der Strand ist herrlich. Es ist sehr sauber.

Die Strandbar nebenan hat bis 24 Uhr geöffnet und die Musik war sehr laut.

The beautiful surroundings, the relaxed atmosphere, the amazing beach and the warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. The location is simply incredible. Being right next to the stunning Playa de Muro beach was a dream come true. Every morning, we could wake up, see the beautiful blue sea and know we were exactly where we wanted to be. The crystal-clear water, soft sand and beautiful sunsets made every day feel like a little piece of paradise. 🌊☀️🌴 Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. But what really made the experience special was the wonderful atmosphere and, above all, the lovely staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and you could genuinely feel that they cared about making guests happy. We came here hoping for a relaxing holiday, but we left with so many beautiful memories that we will treasure for a long time. ❤️ There are places you visit, and then there are places that stay in your heart. Ses Fotges is definitely one of those places for us. Leaving was honestly the hardest part! 😭❤️ We are already talking about coming back because it truly felt like our perfect little escape in Mallorca. Localização e a qualidade da comida oferecida nas principais refeições ( pequeno almoço, almocei e jantar).

Fraca oferta de snacks no tudo incluído. Limpeza do quarto.

Colazione e posizione fronte mare. Benissimo lo staff del bar piscina e della colazione.

La pulizia a mio avviso va migliorata, le lenzuola vengono cambiate ogni 3 giorni e nel bagno trovi gli stessi capelli in un angolo dei clienti della settimana prima. Non hanno un materasso matrimoniale. Formiche in abbondanza e nessuno se ne cura. Aria condizionata funzionante ma non regolabile la ventola con il risultato che la notte non dormi bene. La mia camera la 435 dava su strada di ingresso del Mallorca NU beach club con musica e chiasso continuo. La cucina era un buco di un metro quadro inservibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo sotto la media.

A comida e a localização.

A limpeza diária dos apartamentos era feita de forma ineficaz. No tudo incluído a oferta de snacks oferecidos fora das refeições principais é muito reduzida.

La ubicación es estupenda. La parada del autobus está justo al lado del hotel. Se puede usar el bus A32 para ir desde aeropuerto al hotel y vice versa. Ademas se puede ir a otros lugares en autobus. Solo 15 min caminando hay un parque natural, donde se puede observar flamencos y otros pájaras en su entorno natural. Pedimos una habitació con la vista al mar y fue espectacular. Los desayunos en hotel son muy muy buenos de verdad. Las camas y almohadas son cómodas. Hay cocina pequeña propia en la habitación.

El congelador en nuestra nevera se portó raro, no pudimos preparar hielo por desgracia.

Közvetlen tengerparti szállás, gyönyörű kilátással. Tágas szobák, jó nagy erkély.

Tisztaság nem volt annyira megfelelő.. Kis modernizáció ráférne a hotelre. Nincs külön parkolója.

Pláž Muro je upravena a čistá.

Již úvodní fotka neodpovídá realitě. V daném bazénu se mohou koupat jen hosté určitých apartmánů. Rozbité kachličky, rozhodně ne 4*.

Res, no es correspon les imatges amb la realitat. Es un hotel vell, en males condicions de manteniment i d.higiene. No recomanable.

Falta de neteja, greix a la cuina, terra i zocals aixecats.Humitats, mal estat de conservacio i oxid a nevera, micro i cuina. La porta del bany no tancava i els marcs de porta estaven bufats. Deplorable estat de les instal.laciond i falta de resolucio per part de dirrcció.

Niekedy nebolo všetko najlepšie, napríklad teplá voda skoro ráno nesla, upratovanie izby sa vylepšovalo postupne , na konci pobytu bolo výborné, klíma nebola vždy ok, trochu opotrebované zariadenie izieb , trezor bol na kľúčik, nie digitálny .

Da piscina privada, da praia fabulosa com agua quente e areia branca mesmo em frente ao hotel e da comida do hotel, excelente pequeno almoço e jantar com muita variedade e qualidade. A simpatia de todos os funcionários, sempre sorridentes e prontos a ajudar.

Os sofas camas da sala podiam ser mais confortaveis.

Personal service is nice and friendly. Rooms are well divided, and there is cleaning service everyday. There are also different shows and activities every night

The air conditioning did not work, and it was quite hot during the day. At night, it was a little better. Fans were provided, but unfortunately, they were not enough on hot days. Every morning, there was also a very strong unpleasant smell coming from the drains/sewage system, although we couldn’t figure out where exactly it was coming from. The breakfast was the same every day, but it was still okay overall.

La posizione è perfetta. Vicino ci sono tanti servizi, c’è il mare ed è una zona e uno hotel a misura di bambino. Il buffet è vario anche se non eccezionale

La pulizia non è per niente da 4 stelle, c’erano le formiche e l’aria condizionata si è guastata per più giorni.

Vid stranden. Stor balkong. Fantastisk utsikt mot havet. Två sovrum. Förhållandevis lugnt läge. Mycket trevlig personal. Mycket välstädat hotellområde.

Lyhört. Varken brödrost eller vattenkokare i pentry/kök. Wifi ur funktion och tog lång tid att fixa. Hotellets AC gick sönder de varmaste dagarna. Ingen backup och inga fläktar att låna. Två mycket varma nätter blev det innan vi åkte hem.

Super nettes Personal, wir haben direkt beim Ankommen ein anderes Zimmer angeboten bekommen, welches besser zu unserer Konstellation gepasst hat und das war wirklich Gold wert. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Strand und direkt an den Läden und Bushaltestellen.

Das Snack Angebot am Pool ist sehr bescheiden und die Wartezeit teilweise sehr lang. Wir hatten relativ viele Ameisen im Zimmer, die aber nur vereinzelt von ihren Straßen abgewichen sind. Das ist aber das ist ein generelles Problem, wie wir gesehen haben und wird sich nicht vermeiden lassen.

We had a wonderful time in Ses Fotges hotel. The staff were all great, the breakfast was good and our studio room was very spacious with fab air con 👍🏻 it was right on the beach (playa de Muro) which was beautiful. The sea was so warm we stayed in it for hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Mussten das Zimmer wechseln, wir hatten kein WIFI. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Sauberkeit war eher knapp. Das Essen war ok. War eher wie eine Kantine und sehr laut. Das Hotel entspricht nicht einem 4 Sternehotel,es sind eher 3 Sterne.

Estuvo todo excelente. La atencion y amabilidad de Marcos, Juanma fue excelente. Tuve un problema con Airbnb, y consegui de suerte lugar ahi. Nos atendieron super bien. Necesitaba extender la estadia, pero Paula de recpecion no quiso ayudarme a buscar en el sistema, yo estaba con problemas en mi celular, y me dijo que ellos no pueden ver la disponibilidad ni tomarme la reserva ahi, solo yo podia hacerla en su web, cosa que no es cierto. Una lastima que tenga a una empleada asi. Ahora el lugar esta re bien ubicado y todos los otros empleados son excelentes. Hay que evitar preguntarle algo a esa chica

La atencion de Paula, no quiso ayudarme, y me dijo que no podia hacerlo cuando es mentira porque ellos si tienen acceso en su sistema a ver disponibilidad del hotel y hacer reservas

We took the "swim in" room, family of four, spacious enough, clean, the pool is excellent, little kitchen was great to have. Platja de Muro, beautiful sandy beach, is very close to the hotel complex, not so crowded when we were there so kids enjoyed it completely. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

No me gustó la limpieza de la habitación. Solo se cambian toallas. No nos barrial. Y tampoco nos daban escoba para barrer. Pedí un reparador luego de haber ensuciado el único que habia y jamás lk repusieron.

No sponge for for dishes or kettle in kitchen, had to call to ask for one. Telephone to reach reception wasn’t always working. When requested to clean the room, bathroom was not cleaned, just replaced towels.

Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze, a mieliśmy głównie widok na brodzik dla dzieci i toaletę przy basenach. Morze było, ale niestety daleko w tle😒Na prośbę o przeniesienie chociaż na wyższe piętro zostaliśmy poinformowani o konieczności zrobienia dopłaty🫢mimo, że obłożenie hotelu w maju nie było duże, o czym świadczyła liczba gości

Location couldn’t be better , right on the best beach I’ve been on . Plenty of shops and restaurants but we were all inclusive so we didn’t use them . Rooms, we had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was great , plenty of room and big balcony . Think holiday bit overpriced as nice as it was I don’t think it was worth what we paid for 3 of us . Rooms kept clean , beds made everyday and new bathroom towels when you needed them . Pool was big enough to have a good swim in and as the hotel is right on the beach there were plenty of of sunbeds always available, no need to rush down at the crack of dawn . Only gripe was the service at the pool bar was very slow , no self serving, ice cream and lollies included in all inclusive. Food was fairly good , usual selection for all inclusive , tea and coffee machines were very slow and always ran out of normal tea bags and not filled back up so take your own down to restaurant if you want a cuppa . If you want evening entertainment then you’ll have to venture out as shows were poor and unless you’re in to juggling I wouldn’t bother . Overall we enjoyed it but it was mainly because of the beautiful location of the beach .

Es un hotel 4 estrellas con salida a la playa, no tiene sombrillas propias pero hay para alquilar. Muy buena la piscina, hay una para chicos y también habitaciones con piscina exclusiva delante de la habitación. el desayuno excelente.

Dobra lokalizacja - przy samej plaży i restauracjach. Duzo miejsc do parkowania na ulicy.

Mieliśmy z pokoju widok na park dmuchawców i imprezownie i bardzo brzydkie zaplecza. Impreza głośna i do późnej nocy. Plus trzeba było zasłaniać zasłony bo takie światła były. W nocy w jednym pokoju klima działała tragicznie, musieliśmy ją wyłączyć. Byla głośna i nie dało jej się regulować. Była bardzo glosna. Zepsuta spłuczka w toalecie - obsługa szybko naprawiła ale mimo wszystko :/

Ubytovanie blízko pri pláži, pitná voda v bare. Pekné prostredie. Milý personál, ústretový. Veľmi dobré jedlo, skvelý personál v kuchyni.

Das Hotel war ok, aber ich muss leider sagen, dass wir uns um den Preis etwas mehr erwartet hätten. Das Zimmer / Apartment war sehr „einfach“ gehalten, die Möbel darin müssten teilweise mal erneuert werden, und die Küche war sehr schwach ausgestattet… die Sauberkeit war okay, wenn auch nicht übermäßig gut… Die Liegen im Poolbereich wurden leider nicht täglich gereinigt und waren teilweise sehr verunreinigt … wir hatten nur Frühstück dabei, und können nur das beurteilen: das Essen war in Ordnung, aber auch hier waren die Teller teilweise nicht gut abgewaschen… generell ist es in dem Hotel durch anschließende Bars und einen Kinderrummel doch relativ laut…. Ruhe und Erholung findet man hier nicht… ansonsten hat alles gepasst, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage zum Meer optimal.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, przy samej pięknej Playa de Muro, baseny z idealnymi głębokościami dla dzieci (od 60-105-145). Pokój z aneksem i dwoma osobnymi sypialniami. Smaczne obiady i kolacje. Fajne pokazy wieczorami. Sand bar z przekąskami i napojami przy plaży / basenach. Baaaardzo miła obsługa, od recepcji, kelnerów, pań sprzątających i pani z mini klubu.

Byliśmy na jednym mini disco, trwało 15 minut i było takie sobie z panem prowadzącym, na kolejne dzieci nie chciały już iść. Klimatyzacja w pokojach mogłaby być lepsza. Śniadania mogłyby być bardziej zróżnicowane.

Review Title: A huge disappointment – poor service and zero value for money On the second day of our stay at your hotel, I received an automated email asking me to rate your service. Well, here is what I have noticed in just 2 days: Zero Housekeeping: During these two days, our room wasn't cleaned at all. Nobody swept the sand off the floor, the bed linens weren't changed, and the maid could barely manage to replace our towels. The shampoo and shower gel were never replenished either. No Value for Money: It’s completely unclear what we actually paid for. We spent €3,000 for a 10-day package (including flights, no food), and this level of service is unacceptable. Overcrowded Amenities: The pool is constantly packed, the sea is extremely dirty, and the beach area near the paid sunbeds is completely overcrowded—something you definitely need to keep in mind before traveling here. The absolute worst part of our experience has been the morning water outages, the complete disregard for room cleaning, and the infamous "Spanish laziness." You arrive here as a paying guest, but it feels like the staff is doing you a favor rather than providing a service. Unfortunately, this was our first introduction to Mallorca, and it has been incredibly disappointing.

Excellent hotel and food - Wifi on and off in different areas could be improved.

Fantastic location by the sea, close to shops and restaurants. And we loved the private pool.

There was a bit if wear and tear in the apartment. Also the internet connection was very poor.

We have just spent 10 wonderful days at this self-catering apartment and had a lovely room with both sea and pool views. The apartment was well equipped for three people, and nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. Any requests we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The beach was right next to the hotel, and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops right on the doorstep, making the location perfect. The entertainment team provided lots of activities for both children and adults to get involved in. A special mention goes to Julio and Rafaela, who were great fun and really helped make our holiday extra special. Thank you for a fantastic stay from the girls from Manchester!

Nice pool under the palm trees, direct access to the sandy beach from the hotel, great hotel restaurant with numerous local and international options in buffet-style. Super activities for kids in the afternoon and evening. Great value for money.

Sometimes hard to find parking options around the hotel during busy times. Beds could be more comfortable.

Bardzo zniszczony pokój, najdroższy w cenniku. Lustro w łazience w okropnym stanie, meble, Okno tarasowe nie zamykało się, Brak światła w salonie, parapet na tarasie rozbity był z płytek. Bardzo dużo innych uszkodzeń które nie powinny być. Nie musze mieć luksusu ale naprawdę takie wady powinny być usunięte.

Das Buffet war zwar lecker, jedoch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

A szálloda kiváló lokációval rendelkezik, közvetlenül a tengerparton. A reggeli és vacsora kínálat nagyon széles és változatos, mindenki talál a fogára valót. A szállás tömegközlekedéssel is elérhető a Palmai repülőtérről, a busz szinte az épület előtt áll meg. Nagyfokú tisztaság volt

Miałam pokój z własnym dostępem do basenu z widokiem na… publiczną toaletę dla gości hotelowych - i nie to że w jakiejś oddali, a dosłownie 5 metrów od brzegu basenu więc leżąc na leżaku oglądałam kolejki ludzi stojących przed WC… Ręczniki miały zapach jakby były przechowywane w kuchni - przesiąknięte jakimś dziwnym zapachem. Były w zasadzie czyste ale zapach odrzucał. Nieciekawy pomysł na łazienkę - w jednej części prysznic i toaleta, w innej zlew Restauracja miała piękny ogród ale usiąść tam podczas śniadania graniczyło z cudem bo… nikt nie sprzątał po osobach które już wyszły ze śniadania…

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist ungeschlagen. Der private Pool wurde von unseren Kindern permanent genutzt. Frühstück und Abendessen war gut und vielfältig. Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Ausflüge waren dank des Autoverleihs gegenüber problemlos möglich.

Ausstattung des Zimmers war unzureichend für diese Hotel-Kategorie. (Zu wenig Ablagefläche, fehlende Haken, keine Kaffeemaschine im Apartment...) Zudem ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend erneuert werden.

Ses fotges is one of the best hotels in Alcudia, Mallorca. We have been customers of that hotel for 20 years and we enjoy every time. Many good activities always in hotel area.

The bathroom has no door, it was kind of uncomfortable.

卫生打扫比较缓慢，带孩子的家庭中午会需要让孩子睡觉，所以14-15点打扫卫生对于度假家庭不是很合适。
