オーナーやスタッフの方々がとても温かく親切で、おもてなしの心にあふれていました。南国の花々が咲き誇る広い庭には大きなマンゴーの木があり、採りたてのマンゴーは感動的な美味しさ。心から癒される滞在で、ぜひまた訪れたいと思いました。

石鹸が1個用意されていただけで、シャンプーやコンディショナーなどのアメニティがなく、不便に感じました。エアコンが古く、稼働音が大きいため、眠りを妨げられました。また、送迎を希望していましたが、迎えがなく、大変困りました。

, but I was only there for a 13 hr layover. I was only there for a few hrs when I noticed I had bug bites on my calf and foot and shoulder. When I arrive at my next destination I now have 3 on my back. After the first 3 I noticed I looked at bed but didn't see anything. I never went under covers just laid on the bed to rest for next flight. I usedy own travel wifi while there. After my arrival at my next destination my girlfriend,that I met at my next destination,didn't have any bites after the first nite.i then realized it was all from casa jauquin and I didn't break ng anything back with me.

Freundliches Personal und ein schöner und gemütlicher Garten der zum verweilen einläd. Es gibt Fußläufig gute Einkaufs und Ausgeh Möglichkeiten in einer neuen Mall.

There was a beautiful garden and it was a spacious house. We felt very welcome.

Some parts felt quite dated.

Die Gastgeberinnen waren extrem nett, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam sowie sehr flexibel. Sehr nah beim Flughafen. Leckeres Frühstück und schöne Terasse/ schöner Garten.

Man konnte leider nicht richtig duschen, da es zwar eine Duschkabine, nicht aber eine Brause bzw. nur einen Plastikeimer mit Schöpfkelle hierfür gab. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti, bel giardino, molto comodo il servizio di trasporto da e per l'aeroporto (a pagamento). Host gentilissimi, colazione buona.

Camera e bagno estremamente spartani sia come arredi che tutto. Gli armadi sapevo di chiuso, erano scrostati... basterebbe una riverniciata per dare a tutta la camera un'aria meno decadente. Il condizionatore vecchissino faceva un baccano infernale: abbiamo tenuto accesa solo la ventola a soffitto. La pompa dell'acqua, fuori dalla finestra, ha disturbato per metà notte.

In particolare mi è piaciuto il buon rapporto con il personale della struttura: tutti molto gentili, attenti e pronti a dare un aiuto

La struttura è buona ma potrebbe essere un po’rinnovata.

It was 15 min walk to our game site. Peaceful. Clean. Perfect breakfast. Great hosts. Hot shower! Easy to locate. Big rooms, cold and cozy. Old house but i love it. Chk in at 10am was arranged. Due to heavy rain, we were allowed to chk out at 2pm. Thank you very much casa Joaquin for ur kindness and considerations!!! Will come back soon.

La maison se trouve dans un lotissement sécurisé dans un quartier tranquille. Elle dispose d'un joli jardin. La chambre est grande. Le lit est confortable. Tout est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. L'accueil est très agréable. Tout était parfait.

No había ventanas de vidrio en la habitación , se escuchaba mucho el exterior.

Tessie. Une adorable personne qui m a beaucoup émue.La gentillesse de Tessie qui m a accompagnée le soir pour aller manger parce que j étais seule.

Je pense que le propriétaire abuse un peu au niveau du prix. C est dommage. Il s en met plein les poches au détriment de son personnel hyper sympa.

The staff were fantastic Ate Fay was very sweet and attentive. Ate Fay provided a beautiful breakfast each morning. Ate Tessie was also sweet and kept us entertained....a joker. These ladies were a pleasure to spend time around. The garden is a stunning example of Filipino old world and modern. It is superb! So tranquil in the crazy city of Manila. The garden is tended to with love by Ate Tessie.

I cannot fault the property. It is a lovely welcoming BnB with a beautiful garden and staff.

No blanket available and difficult to adjust air conditioning

Stayed there with my big labrador. He had a big garden to run around in and places he could relife himself. A very good place to stay with your pet. Nice quiet neighbourhood for you to take walk with your dog. Close to airport terminal 3. 20min

The staff were really friendly and exceedingly helpful in helping us negotiate the city and see the historical city. The homestay is comfortable and all you need.

No windows, so the noise from the street was bad, can't sleep well.

Extremely friendly staff, felt like they were part of your family. We had a terrible experience with another booking.com place just before this where they didn’t answer their phone for two hours waiting, then we decided to book this last minute and extremely happy we did. We were greeted with cold bottled water, air conditioned room and smiles. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Breakfast was a nice touch as well.

Some people may not like the location as the closest restaurants are street food. If that’s your vibe, you will like the location, too. Very close to the airport, too.

The staff were very polite and service oriented. Breakfast was good. Place was accessible by Grab. Ambiance was homy and comfy. We stayed 17 nights and were satisfied.

Perhaps the bathroom rugs can be replaced. Not a big deal though.

Staff didn't speak much English but they were helpful and friendly. Luckily I can speak some Tagalog. I tried to book an extra 2 nights at the end of my stay but they tried to charge me an extortionate amount so I had to find another hotel at short notice.

Very beautiful house with wonderful garden in a residential compound close to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast at the garden terrace was amazing! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Well kept BnB since 2005 with free breakfast (you can specify your dietary requirements), private bathrooms, 24/7 front desk that will open up gate for you even if you are coming at wee morning hours due to your flight or a wake, optional laundry and drying service at reasonable Philippine pesos cost per weighed kilo, working airconditioning, gorgeous gardens, secure neighborhood, high speed Internet c/o PLDT home fiber that you can tap w/ their WiFi, within driving or commuting distance of international airport, malls, even funeral homes (we flew back for a wake & memorial service), can use the Grab app even w/ US credit card to look up food delivery, taxi rides, motorcycle rides; easy to find for people giving services to guests like professional massages at a fraction of what they cost overseas ; other boarders are professionals who are easy going, low to no drama types; really cool staff in Tessie, Fe, and Evelyn along w/ their 2 cats, Muning and Lyn:)

The rare times I needed a working printer to print off things I had to sign regarding some family matters, the printer was not working well. Luckily I had family members w/ printers if their own who can print out what I need. I wonder about other travelers though who have no local ties and thus have to rely on Internet cafes & print shops to get things like printed boarding passes, etc. If you have no local ties, better be proficient at using Grab app or hailing taxicabs by taking a brief walk outside into major thoroughfare to get anywhere.

Staff is great, it's privat, secure, location was perfect for us.

Wifi wasn't working (didn't chance even mentioned, not a big issue for us).

Breakfast was very good, and made on special request. They made egg for me and mango as fruit. The staff is very helpfull and they help you with questions what you have. Also they help me with the transfer to the airport.

We arrived on a flight 4hrs late, but their driver, Edgar was still waiting for us. We had an early checkout to make a flight connection, breakfast was served on their delightful terrace at 06:00hrs and a transfer arranged to the airport. The staff were lovely and the beautiful garden was a delight in an otherwise very busy city.

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of coffee and a different meat each morning, along with fruit, toast, and an egg. Some of it was Philippine fare, and along with western. Staff was very attentive to our requests. The place is a nice old Philippine home with a patio, yard, trees, and common areas. It is very secure and clean. A staff person is available day and night. I stayed there twice later on, in between my excursions to northern Luzon, Coron, and my flight back to the US.

The air conditioner could not keep up during the warmest part of the day, but it was supported by a good ceiling fan. During the day, there is traffic noise, and noise from planes out of the nearby airport.
