La struttura a mio avviso non è segnalata adeguatamente. La prima volta abbiamo fatto fatica a trovarla.

Die Villa hat eine super Ausstattung. Der Pool ist super, wir haben auch den großen Grill genutzt. Der Frühstückservice war grandios, es hat super geschmeckt. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und geräumig. Der nahe Strand hat einen tollen Sandstrand. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist großartig.

Die Küstenstraße ist auf der Terasse zu hören. Ein 2. WC ist nur von außen zu erreichen.

La piscine un peu passée d'époque. Route principale assez proche, beaucoup de bruits.

Nádherný výhled na moře a okolní krajinu, naprosto ojedinělé místo, velice příjemný personál, výborná snídaně. Velká spokojenost pro toho, kdo hledá klidnou dovolenou.

Η βίλα ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση και πολύ καθαρή,μάλιστα δροσερή κατά την άφιξη , ιδανική για οικογένεια ! Το πρωινό ήταν απίστευτο και ικανοποιούσε τις επιθυμίες όλων και η βίλα εφοδιασμένη με άφθονα υλικά αγαθά ! Το προσωπικό(Γιάννης και Γωγώ) πολύ ευγενικό και συνεργάσιμο ! Η πανοραμική θέα ήταν μαγευτική ! Η πισίνα με τα φουσκωτά σε συνδυασμό με το πινγκ-πονγκ δημιούργησε αξέχαστες στιγμές για εμάς , και να μην ξεχνάμε και την ιδιωτικότητα και ησυχία που επικρατούσε κατά την διαμονή !

We kregen zomaar een.upgrade naar de Electra villa. Een heerlijk huis, met een prachtige ligging. Wat ons vooral opviel was hoe compleet her huis was ingericht. Aan bijna alles was gedacht tot in de kleinere details De uitzichten en de verschillende zitjes maken het heerlijk vertoeven en je zit volledig prive. Ook de bereikbaarheid van andere plaatsjes en bezienswaardigheden zijn goed! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en gevarieerd, steeds vers bereid met lokale producten en dit wordt verzorgd en gebracht supervriendelijk, behulpzame mensen. De locatie, het huis, ,de persoonlijke aandacht en de vriendelijkheid maakten ons verblijf echt top! Aanrader wat ons betreft.

Niks viel tegen, maar als tip voor de toekomst : de inrichting van de keuken is wat gedateerd en hier en daar zijn er wat veroudering zichtbaar. het kan bijdragen aan een nóg betere beleving :)

Well-tended property, amazing views, privacy, lovely staff! Everything as described, easy check in, our villa (Calypso) could accommodate at least 6 people. Pool area is well equipped and clean!

The property was beautiful with ocean view and plenty of outdoor spaces. The host went above and beyond to fill the villa with fruits, drinks, including wine and beer, and snacks like yogurt and salty snacks. Additionally they delivered a fresh breakfast every morning. It was outstanding! Lastly, they were in communication at all times so if we had any questions, they responded immediately. They gave advice where to go and set up massages for us!

Everything was great! The property is 3 levels with difficult stairs just so you know.

Dejligt hus med alle tænkelige faciliteter. Perfekt beliggenhed kun 5-10 min fra Bali. Fremragende havudsigt fra både hus og udeområde. Fantastisk udeområde med stor pool og overdækket terrasse - perfekt til at nye den inkluderede morgenmad. Morgenmaden er varieret med nylavede kretinske specialiteter (omelet, kager med videre). Morgenmaden var ganske enkelt enestående. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.

The house, pool and view are marvelous! Iannis is taking care of everything for you, particularly a wonderful local breakfast with lots of variation day by day. Access to the main road is easy, allowing you to get efficiently back and forth by car.

We absolutely loved our stay!! There are three villas, we stayed in Kalypso, the middle villa which has a higher pool than the rest. The villa itself is the oldest but so beautiful, the views from inside and out are amazing! You wake up and go asleep to beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It's exceptionally quiet, a little noise from the road but not bad. It has absolutely everything you need and more, beach towels (although we stayed by our pool most of the time), sauna, lovely pool and pool area with table tennis, outdoor shower, and more! The decor has such wonderful touches to make you feel at home, candles, cushions, decor, they really have gone above and beyond to make it a home from home. We had a car, we used it to go to the nearby town of Bali for shopping and to eat out a few times. I think you probably need a car, especially if you want to buy groceries, maybe eat out. We did a few day trips too but mainly enjoyed the pool area and the amazing privacy of the villa. The brilliant Yannis lives near by and comes every morning with the most amazing breakfast tray full of home made goodness!! Alexandros was always only a phone call away and GoGo kept the pace so clean and tidy for us! We had one issue the night of arrival which wasn't very nice, but even in the middle of the night, it was handled so well and all was rectified! We'll definitely back, a stunning location and very relaxing! Karen and Ed

We really enjoyed our stay at the Okeanides Villas. The villa was equipped with everything that one would need in a house and this aspect made the villa feel very homey. The breakfast had a good selection of foods always with vegetarian options included and for us it was very convenient to have it brought at the villa every morning. Another convenient aspect of the villa was it's location. Being halfway between Heraklion and Rethymnon it offers a good selection of beaches, tavernas or sights to visit if you have a car.

We had an amazing stay at Pitho - Okeanidas Villas in Crete. The villa was spotless, very well maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was perfect, with stunning direct sea views and only a short 10 minute drive to the lively village of Bali. The private pool was always clean and ideal for daily swims, making our stay even more relaxing. What really made the difference, however, were the wonderful hosts. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help to make sure we felt welcome. A special mention goes to Yannis and his homemade breakfasts, every morning was a new surprise, with delicious and varied dishes that allowed us to experience different local flavors. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a truly beautiful place with exceptional hospitality, and we would love to return in the future. Highly recommended!

We stayed in their Electra Villa which was luxuriously appointed with fantastic ocean and mountain views and facilities with a sauna, pool and sun loungers that is not overlooked for absolute privacy. A fabulous breakfast was brought to us by the host every morning consisting of salads melons and traditional Crete dishes and pastries all freshly prepared and cooked every morning. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and were happy to advise on the best places to go in the area. Close to the villa is a tavern and bar and a small beach with soft sand and clear waters. The villa is also situated near a main road with the small town of Bali only a short drive away providing for a wider selection of bars, resturants and shops and sandy beaches. Overall, Okeanides Villas is in a secure gated compound and is a fantastic place to stay if you want privacy and seclusion with great facilities and cleanliness and situated near the main road for easy access to towns and cities on the island.

We loved our stay at the Kalypso villa. Everything about it was perfect. The villa was the same as advertised and the view over the sea with Bali in the distance was beautiful. The food from Yannis every morning was amazing and he always tried to make something he thought we would like. We were lucky enough to try lots of his recipes which were all delicious. The villa was spotless when we arrived and was cleaned to a brilliant standard every few days. It was only a short drive to Bali - about 10 mins to the harbour where we went most evenings for dinner.

The only thing I would recommend is shower doors to stop floors getting wet.

Great breakfast, delivered personally by the hosts. Plenty of food for us all and local varied foods. The villa is very private with wonderful views over the coast. The pool was clean and the surrounding of the pool great for spending time relaxing, reading, soaking up the peace and quiet. Location is great, not too far to beaches, the town, and Bali just 10 mins away.

Noting really, the sofa is not too comfortable.

It is exceptional property and very good management. Very quiet place with private outdoor pool and fantastic views of surrounding nature. Plenty food for breakfast enough for all day meals. Would stay again.

Everything wonderfull

Fantastic!! The place was perfect! The view was perfect! The people running the place were so nice and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely come back to visit and would recommend this place to anyone.

The scenery was gorgeous and the location was very practical. Super close to Bali. They also serve a delicious breakfast. The staff is super nice and helpful!

In my opinion the villas are very outdated in terms of design and condition. This wasn't clear to me based on the pictures. We were a group of 20ish people and turned out that the villas aren't interconnected at all, each have very different accesses. We also experienced power outages due to unforeseen circumstances which not only prevented us from using electricity but water as well. So I consider it relevant to mention that if you don't have electricity, you also don't have water there. This meant we couldn't flush toilets or have showers for 2 days. The owner was and efficient communicator yet the issue could not be solved.

We really enjoyed our stay at Electra! The villa is beautiful and the views are absolutely breathtaking. It's very conveniently positioned to explore the island (you will need a car but roads and traffic are really easy to navigate), easy access and parking. The villa has everything needed and more. And let's talk breakfast: outststanding! Yannis and Georgia put so much love and thought into it every day, it was delicious (oh the cakes and pastries!!!). If you like a bit of luxury, privacy and yet being well looked after, this is the place for you! we highly recommend it (thumbs up from the teenagers too), we will be back. Thank you for a fabulously relaxing holiday.

Absolutely everything was perfect about the property!

This is a quiet, spacious villa with a private pool overlooking an incredible view. Our hosts were overly accommodating very quick in response to questions or needs. Breakfast brought to us each day surpassed expectations loaded with plenty of food and local cuisine. Bali is 5 minutes away for great beaches, shops and dining and you’re pretty central to everything on Crete. Easily drivable to major cities, attractions and local airports. Villa cat we nicknamed “Artemis” visited us every evening with welcoming meows. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for privacy vs crazy busy resorts.

Beautiful property away from all the tourist trap properties. Very clean, huge breakfast brought to your door every morning. Great people running it. Very relaxing place to be.

From the first contact email and lovely reception upon arriving to the last moment and waves goodbye as we left, our stay at Okeanides’ Pytho Villa was without match. The property is simply gorgeous, with views as far as the eye can see, and the sunsets are to die for. The location, a short drive from Bali, is perfectly secluded without being too far off the beaten path. The private pool was crystal clear and well managed during our stay and we could easily visit one of the small, turquoise coves at the bottom of the hill if we were craving a beach day. The goat beach was especially popular with our family. The villa itself was well appointed and had everything we needed for the eight days we were there. When desired, we were able to cook meals, do laundry, even exercise on the elliptical machine by the pool with a view of the ocean. Had something been unavailable, I am sure that we could have asked Ioannis and his team and whatever we needed would have magically appeared. The service and care for my family was five star and genuine. We especially liked the delicious, made-to-order breakfasts…The VIEWS! - from the living room, the master bedroom, the second bedroom’s balcony, the pool deck, the living room terrace - just breathtaking…The quiet evenings by the pool or on the balcony, listening to the bells of the goats on the mountain side… The walk down the garden path and out the gate to go down to the beach - it’s quite the walk back up the hill, but it was great exercise and not too difficult and allowed us to appreciate the flora/fauna and geological features of the area…The proximity to lively Bali and its delicious restaurants as well as to one of the most beautiful villages in Crete (Margarites) and the archeological finds of ancient Eleutherna… We even had a kitten visit us for a couple of days and that really rounded out another perfect stay in Crete.

Excellent hospitality! The team were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The villa was stunning, clean, had all the amenities we needed and the view was absolutely breathtaking. To top it all off, the homemade breakfast was not only delicious but was different every morning, thanks to Yannis ! We will surely be returning. Thanks once again for the great service and making our holiday such a special one.

We stayed in Elektra. We loved that this villa was quite private, very spacious, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sauna room, large pool and terrace. Staff were amazing. Attentive, polite and overall lovely people. The breakfast was lovely. Every morning we were given a fresh breakfast. Hot food was always eggs in some form, omelette, on toast with tomato, fried with bacon and sausage etc. fresh fruit, cheeses and hams. Fresh Greek pastries and cakes. (The homemade orange cake was amazing) there was so much food served at breakfast, that it lasted us till lunch. The views from the property are breathtaking!

Getting into the property from its driveway gate is quite steep but manageable. Can’t be helped due to the terrain

Everything was wonderful. We loved the outstanding sea view from the pool and the terrace. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruits, omelette, tomatoes, cucumber, olives. homemade cake and more…. As a welcome gift we got wine and raki. The hosts were very friendly and we felt at home from the first day.

No doubts - all was brilliant !

The location is absolutely superb. The villas are perched on a mountain overlooking the sea and offer amazing views all around, especially at sunset. The outdoor spaces - terraces, swimming pool and gardens - are very well designed and maintained, ideal for spending time with family or friends. We generally enjoyed great hospitality there (starting with welcome fruit and drinks and ending with a parting gift), but the highlight definitely was feasting every morning on delicious breakfasts freshly made by Yiannis from local ingredients.

On the downside, the bathroom facilities could use some improvement. The toilet flush system was quite frustrating and only one of the four bathrooms could be used for showering properly as it had a glass-door cabin, while the others didn't even have a curtain (and everything around would get wet of course).

The Kalipso house has two terraces with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace. The house is well equipped. The hosts are very pleasant.
