No andaba el wifi, lo dijimos varias veces pero no funcionó. Dejamos ropa en lavandería y nos devolvieron las cosas blancas de otro color o con manchas y no querían devolvernos el dinero, dijeron que es culpa de los productos que usaban para lavar. Pedimos si podían prendernos la televisión del bar para ver el partido del mundial y dijeron que no. Todo los managers porque los empleados de línea fueron muy amables y atentos y con ganas de ayudar.

We originally booked the budget room but that was too small for us and didn't like it, thankfully they were able to get us balcony room which was much much better, of course for a price.

leider sehr enttäuscht! zwar ist die Lage gut, der rest jedoch nicht. Zimmer sehr klein und bis auf die klimaanlage (die nach 2 Tagen kaputt war!!) eigentlich keine Austattung vorhanden. Das Hotelpersonal erkundigt sich nicht nach einem, um frische Handtücher, Klopapier und Zimmerservice muss man sich anscheinend selber kümmern. Das Restaurant am Strand direkt neben dem Hotel gehört nicht zum Hotel selber. Hier extrem teuer, man muss etwas bestellen wenn man sich auf eine Liege legen möchte und wird um 13 Uhr verscheucht, damit mehr Tische (?) aufgebaut werden können. Zudem war es die ganze Zeit sehr laut und extrem Hellhörig. Wir mussten um 7.30 Uhr einen Angestellten bitten, vor unserer Tür das Laub rechen aufzuhören, da wir das Gefühlt hatten, dass er direkt in unserem Zimmer steht um dort ein Nest für Igel anzulegen.

Perfect location!! Best beach restaurant out of all we tried. Best vibe, best staff and best offer. The hotel staff is so kind and welcoming. The economy room was more than enough for us. Comfortable and clean :)

Very comfortable large beds, right next to the hustle and bustle of the beach but not noisy at night.

The windows to our apartment were slats, meaning mosquitos were plentiful. There is a net over the bed though so won’t bother you whilst you’re sleeping!

Location, right on a beautiful beach. Free loungers and umbrellas. It has a restaurant and the only beach bar that serves draft beer. It has fresh seafood every dinner, on the beach.

The shower has no door or lip and the floor is slanted the wrong way so the whole bathroom floor gets soaked.

The room was not up to the mark and it was small compared to the money we paid.

We chose a room with a view of the beach, but unfortunately it is not visible through the tall trees. The room was noisy from the restaurant next door until the morning.

The beachfront location is very handy to bars and restaurants, we spent quite a bit of time on the beach. The mosquito net in the bedroom was much needed and appreciated. The room was very clean.

The room is very small, but we didn't need to spend much time there aside from showering and sleeping. We could hear noise from other travellers so we assume they could also hear us. There were lots of mosquitoes around the rooms, so the net above the bed was really good.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt am Strand. Zimmer mit Meerblick schön und sehr groß aber hellhörig. Wer Ruhe sucht findet hier keine. Die Bars hört man meistens bis Mitternacht. Sonnenliege gratis. Aber ab 15 Uhr werden langsam weggeräumt. Die Mitarbeiter am Strand unmöglich. Essen schmeckt aber sehr gut.

Schlechte Isolation wer hat Angst vor Eidechsen soll diese Zimmer meiden. Laute Musik Kein Zimmer Service. Keine Reinigung, gar nichts. Frische Handtücher oder Klopapier müssen sie selber organisieren.

Alles war super. Das Zimmer, perfekte Service, das Essen, der Strand... Kann nur empfehlen.! Sehr sauber, alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Leider war an dem einen Abend ein Fest in der Nachbarschaft, da konnten wir nicht schlafen, war aber nur eine Ausnahme.

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum miasta, a jednocześnie w pierwszej linii brzegowej. Bardzo dobra restauracja w której mozesz zarówno spędzić cały dzień na plaży jak i spędzić romantyczny wieczor przy świeżych owocach morza (niektóre wieczory z muzyka na żywo). Obsługa bardzo mila oraz dbająca o czystość obiektu.

Very comfortable bed and direct access to the beautiful sandy beach. You get a sunbed with parasol with your accommodation. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The area outside of hotel is not great, so we spent all the time in the beach and in the hotel restaurant to avoid the heat. There is no breakfast included and the food is expensive for Sri Lanka. We could only get the Budget rooms, maybe the other rooms are much better.

Perfect location, right on the beach. Queen room with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Fa tastic seafood restaurant . We were only there for 2 nights and sisnt bother going outside the hotel.to eat as the dood was do good. Staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again

Super chille locatie, zowel in Mirissa als aan het strand. Heel lief personeel.

Kamer was wel iets krap, konden onze koffer niet goed kwijt.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach super! Das Restaurant serviert erstklassiges Essen (das Tuna Steak war unglaublich lecker). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir hat das Budget-Zimmer total gereicht.

Really close to the beach and the staffs were nice

Extremely small room, poor wifi, room ambiance was poor, washroom lacked proper products, and things were broken like the fan regulator, washroom shelf, broken soap case .Moreover, even though we stayed at the hotel, we were told to pay to seat in beach like other visitors. Not friendly for the ones who are staying.

Wij hebben genoten van ALLES in Central inn. De locatie is perfect! Midden in Mirrisa EN aan het strand. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar! Kamers zijn mooi en heel proper! Alles was geweldig!

It’s a lovely hotel on Mirissa beach. The budget rooms are of course less wonderful than the deluxe family room with sea view. The staff were lovely, the food looked good and was the same price at all similar hotels along the beach. The location is superb- lovely beach directly accessible with loungers and upsell as.

Wi-Fi was so feeble that it could only manage WhatsApp messages, not phone calls or emails. So don’t come here expect in to be able to work!

I stayed in budget rooms mostly and had a luxury night in the sea view family deluxe. The budget rooms are excellent value, and of course the deluxe is bigger and nicer! Staff were lovely and the location was superb. Mirissa has a beautiful beach and I’d recommend this hotel.

Wi-Fi was only strong enough for slow WhatsApp messaging. Not for chatting or streaming.

Rummet låg vid en parkeringsplats/avlastning för varutransporter och taxiplats. Mittemot rummet brummade restaurangens kylkompressor högljutt.

The price for the product is way out of balance Very noisy most of the night from loud bands at the hotel and later close by. Seaview room is sea glimpse through trees, main view a very unkept roof and concrete platform Room maintenance, rooms are old which is ok if you don’t charge a ridiculous price for them. No hot water in our room. I couldn’t checkout until the receptionist had run up to my room to “check if I had damaged it ! Really !

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Strand und der Strandbar.

Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich ausgestattet. Unser Budget Doppelzimmer war sehr klein ohne Schrank oder Ablagen für unsere Taschen, aber klimatisiert. Das Familienzimmer ist dagegen besser ausgestattet. Störend waren teilweise Essens- oder die Gerüche der Mülltonnen.

The location was very good - nearby the beach. All the staff was helpful and friendly.

In the bathroom were some small ants. Probably they came through the vent and small holes in the wall/door.

Singurele avantaje pentru acest hotel sunt pozitionarea pe plaja si restaurantul dar in rest camerele si faptul ca nu se schimba prosoapele si nu se face curatenie in camere lasa cu mult de dorit..

Nicht Hotelgäste gehen direkt an den Zimmern vorbei durch die Hotelanlage um an den Strand zu kommen. Zimmer könnten besser sein...

The location is great. Right in front of the Mirissa beach, so it's an easy access.

* The level of cleanliness is poor. Basic amenities are missing, and we needed to go back to the main desk to ask for things like towels and toiletries. They had an unwritten rule that room service would only be provided every other day. We weren't aware of that. They provide colored towels with stains. As they don't provide beach towels, we used at the beach and through them on the floor. When we requested them to do a basic cleaning of the room to move sand, they simply picked up wet and dirty towels from the floor, folded them, and placed them on the bed! Horrible! For every small thing, the staff has to call the "Miss" to take permission, which is invariably denied. Haven't seen such bad service even in 2* hotels.

Det var lite fängelsekänsla över de mindre rummen. Saknade även kylskåp för att kunna hålla exempelvis vatten kallt. Solstolarna på stranden var heller inte reserverade för hotellgäster utan snarare restaurangkunder således krävdes det att man åt och drack för att ha tillgång till dem. Vilket gjorde att man snarare kunde gått till vilket ställe som helst på stranden. Dessutom fanns det inte så många vilket gjorde att den blev fulla relativt tidigt på dagen.

The main highlight of this property is its excellent location, directly on the most beautiful beach in Mirissa and very close to all the main attractions.

The accommodation itself is quite simple and basic, with limited comforts. Cleanliness could be improved, the bathrooms are very minimal, and hot water was not always available during the day. The staff could benefit from additional training in guest relations, as service was sometimes less attentive than expected.
