Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Ubicación fantástica en un barrio tranquilo y cerca del centro. El personal es muy simpático, tienen paraguas para prestarte si llueve. Buena relación calidad-precio. La habitación que teníamos tenía lavadora (nos dejaron 2 cápsulas de jabón, no las vimos y compramos detergente) y en el baño tenía la opción de secadora (lo cual resultó muy útil).
Aire acondicionado a tope en los pasillos, afuera llovía y llegas mojada. A pesar del chubasquero, la humedad pasa. No se podía abrir las ventanas para ventilar por quejas vecinales.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Staff veramente gentile e disponibile. Camera estremamente pulita e spaziosa, con angolo cottura completamente fornito ed anche la lavatrice in camera. I letti sono enormi e molto comodi. La posizione è ottima, in una zona veramente tranquilla e a pochi passi dal castello di Nijo. In zona fermate bus, metro e raggiungibile a piedi anche la stazione dei treni JR di Nijo.

Las almohadas era muy incómodas y la luz de la entrada se enciende por sensor, por lo que si te levantas al aseo por la noche se enciende sola.

Atendimento na recepção pode ser um pouco confuso porque alguns dos colaboradores não falam inglês. Mas são sempre gentis e solicitos. Banheiro não tem chuveiro fixo, nem cortina, acaba molhando bastante o chão durante o banho.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026El mini apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Camas muy cómodas incluso el sofá cama. Cerca del castillo Nijo y el museo Manga. Con lavadora y sistema de secado. Y con tele en la bañera!!!
Por decir algo se echa en falta una mesita y sillas para comer, pero siendo Japón está fenomenal. Nosotros pedimos planta baja por si no tenía ascensor y sí que tiene y no se podía salir al balcón. Fue culpa nuestra pero lo pongo por si le es útil a alguien. En cualquier caso para repetir.

Well equipped with kitchenette, a washing machine and a super-practical ventilation turning the bathroom into a dryer for your laundry.

The bed header (small wooden step above the bed pillow) was quite dusted upon our arrival and the recycling guidelines (where to throw what) wasn't very clear. Furthermore, the terrace door seemed to not close very well so we woke up in a freezing room each day.

Le manque d'isolation phonique côté fenêtre. Mais l'appareil bruyant qui était sur notre balconnet a été arrêté par le responsable de l'hôtel.

La ubicación no es la mejor de Kioto, tienes que coger bus/tren para casi todo, excepto para visitar el Castillo de Nijo que está a 10 min del hotel a pie.

▫️房裡永遠有一股淡淡的煙味，完全不開窗也仍然存在，噴清新劑也沒辦法消除。不知道是通氣裝置的原因，還是地上那又舊又髒的地毯舊有又長存的吸附，這股不舒服的氣味不是什麼大問題，但永遠讓你分心，感到不舒服。 ▫️浴室抽風口上的灰塵一團團堆成毛絮狀明顯外露。打開房內冷氣，可以洗的那一片還算普通髒，但再內側不能洗的機械部份厚積滿覆著灰塵。為什麼我會去看這些呢？因為住宿的十天內我過敏次數頻繁，心想我也可以幫你清潔冷氣濾網，但沒想到它髒的是我洗不到的部份。總之這間旅館在清潔這件事上就是不在意！真的，很多細節都看得出那種隨便的態度。 ▫️一樓的服務人員永遠都不一樣，大部分都很客氣，但住了十天也見過一個撲克牌臉男生，跟一個連跟她要洗衣球都聽不懂或不想給的女生。 ▫️備品補充機制有點麻煩，甚至困擾人。像我們這樣10天長住的難免要補充備品，但櫃檯不是24小時都有人，早上9點到晚上9點，洗衣球還規定雙人房一天只能拿2顆。這飯店標榜擁有自己的洗衣機，吸引人我們這種衣服帶少少的人入住，但它其實並不想方便你使用，否則它大可一次給足你2顆一天*10天=20天的份量，免去你天天被規範在早9晚9的時限內，但它就不是這樣想，它希望妳自己去買洗眼球，但不是洗衣球的問題，是這間旅館的服務心態不是真心方便你，而是以一種防衛姿態阻抗旅客的心態在經營。 ▫️標榜為可以烹飪的公寓式旅社，但所有烹飪鍋具只有平底鍋、26吋深湯鍋各ㄧ，3人房就只有3個15公分左右的小方盤，放塊麵包可以，指望拿這種小點心盤烹飪晚餐？這旅館怎麼能小器成這樣？！洗碗菜瓜布很噁心我可以自己買，洗衣球不太願意給我也可以自己買，烹飪區沒有抹布，耗費太多衛生紙，去拿備品又感覺著被用貪婪的眼光看待，那我也可以自己買，油、鹽、醬料、香料都可以自己買，但連個正常尺寸的陶磁盤我都得自己買這件事我心裡實在很不爽！這不是一間真心的旅館。

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026We spent very little time on location, as we were largely exploring the area for the three days we were there. We had such an amazing time and the location of the hotel was perfect for all the exploring we wanted to do.
There was nothign wrong with the place. The facilities were just fine and we felt very safe and secure. Good proximity to several convenience stores for quick morning breakfast and stocking up on snacks for the day.

The only negative was there seemed to be excessive background heating on most of the time and the aircon was required despite it being comfortable outside, even at night. The eiderdown was too thick for spring.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Ottima posizione: 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro e dal castello Nijo. Molti ristorantini e conbini nei dintorni. Incastonato fra le case di Kyoto in una zona residenziale e silenziosa: la stanza è decisamente più grande della media, con 2 letti a 1 piazza e mezza e un divanetto. Il cucinino è molto comodo per chi desidera cucinarsi qualcosa, ma ancora di più è apprezzabile la lavatrice e l'essiccatoio nel soffitto del bagno che permette di asciugare il bucato in poche ore. Basta impostarlo con i comandi posti sul muro. Eccellente!
Manca un tavolino su cui mangiare, ma ciò non toglie punti all'esperienza nella sua totalità.

The flat is quite small as the bed is very big and there is no place to move around. The flat is quite old so it did not look so clean compared to the other accomodations we had in Kyoto.

Chambre très petite où a été simplement rajouté un lit simple dans une chambre prévue pour deux (nous étions 3) Il n’y avait que 2 tasses à thé ou café alors que nous étions 3 , j’ai dû insister pour en avoir une troisième C’est très cher pour les prestations offertes

The only minor is that the AC is exactly on top of the bed and thus you feel the cold air. Not a big deal though! Everything else is great!

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Room and beds were really comfortable and the staff was really professional and helpful. The room had a small kitchen and a fridge which is a life saver after a long day. Really good value for money.
I believe that room could have been cleaned a bit better before our arrival, something that was apparent after the second time they cleaned the room which was on the proper level. Location might not be optimal for all, as you need 30 mins walking to the center of Kyoto, but that depends to personal preferences.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026It was great having a kitchen and even a washing machine. Also having a huge room separate to the kitchen. The location was away from.the business, but close to.the castle and a great bakery around the corner. The staff went above and beyond when we left a bag there and organised a courier to take ot to our next hotel. A great stay.
A little bit noisy with people above us.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026O quarto era espaçoso e muito completo. Banheiro com banheira, cozinha, máquina de lavar roupa e mimos como chinelos, shampoo, condicionador e sabão para a máquina de lavar. Aproveitei para lavar umas peças e me senti em casa.
O check-in às 15h e o check-out às 11h é um inconveniente em todos os hotéis da Ásia. Isso deixa a viagem mais cansativa, porque se chegamos de manhã temos que deixar as malas nos hotéis e sair caminhando sem nem pausa para um banho. Deviam mudar isso.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026駅から若干遠かったが気候がよかったので、散歩がてら往復できた。入り口も分かりやすく、設備も綺麗だったし、音漏れもなく、快適にすごせた。
コンセントが２ベッドのうち１つにしかなく、もう１つのベッドの方でコンセントが使えなかったので、ベッドサイドのテーブルランプが使えなかった。夜中に手探りで歩くことになり、危険だった。 玄関が狭く、スーツケースを置く場所が足りなかった。
