Huisjes zijn prima.

Toen wij er zaten was er een overstroming. Ze wilden ons in het begin 50 procent laten betalen voor de overnight stay tour toen wij die wilden annuleren. Laat in de avond kregen we te horen dat we gelukkig geen extra kosten hoefden te betalen voor de tour. De situatie was verschrikkelijk en mensen daar wisten niet wat ze er mee aan moesten. Kreeg de indruk dat ze in paniek raakten. Ze hadden weinig controle over de situatie wat op zich logisch is maar ze hadden dit heel ander moeten aanpakken. Hebben daar geen leuke dagen gehad.

The staff were all so nice and helpful. The room was in the middle of the jungle and really private - near no one else. We could see monkeys in the trees next to our room. The hotel also offers plenty activities which were really well organised and fun to do.

The staff here are really helpful and friendly. We loved the whole jungle feel. The resturant and bar was lovely and reasonable priced with lots of choice. We stayed in a bungalow for 3 of us.

We found the room to feel very damp, the bed sheet and our clothes. Not the hotels fault really as it was rainy and damp. Our double bed was a bit hard. The room was very dark.

Ubicar al mig de la selva, però te obertures a les habitacions per on poden entrar tot tipus d'animals.. Les cabanes maques i ben ubicades. El serveis del personal de l'Hotel molt justet. Vam trucar des del poble per demanar un transport a l'hotel i no van respondre cap de les 5 trucades, ni WhatsApp ni missatges via booking... Plovia molt i no pot ser que no responguin en 2-3 hores. Most incredible view of the river and cliff. Tucked away in the jungle. Great experience. Even with rain. Got to see monkeys, snakes on tubing down river.

Absolutely everything! The location was incredible. The staff were all so kind and able to help with anything. The river was refreshing for a swim. Being among the trees with so much nature around was just bliss. I can't wait to return!

There was not a thing I didn't like, however, if the river wasn't flowing nicely for a swim it may be a little hard to cool down. If you don't like the sound of nature it may not be for you either as the wildlife was noisy, but we loved falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest ❤️

Incredible, close to nature experience. Beautiful treehouses. Unique accommodation. We stayed in Liana treehouse which was at the end of the path at the start of the nature trail. Very quiet and private with loads of lizards and frogs around. Everything you need and want is considered in advance and made easy. The staff at reception are lovely and very helpful. All of the activities we did were fantastic - elephant sanctuary experience, tubing on the river, and above all, the overnight trip to the lake on which we saw wild elephants! (We did the basic overnight, which was so good - don’t bother paying premium to get the private bathroom, the simple houses are actually better for lake view and privacy.)

The restaurant staff were good, but if they had had more energy and enthusiasm for their jobs and for interacting with guests, it would have made a good stay an outstanding one. They didn’t seem too happy on the whole — a bit jaded by fussy guests maybe? They were sometimes unresponsive or didn’t smile or talk when we sought assistance. Possibly a language barrier. They misunderstood our food order at the restaurants several times. Not a biggie, it was still an absolutely fantastic stay and the food was great and a good variety.

Die Lage ist spannend im Dschungel. Damit können auch Tiere, wie Affen direkt auf der Anlage angetroffen werden. Damit ist der Aufenthalt ein echtes Abenteuer

Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen, so dass es zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten in den Ort ist. Infrastruktur mit einem Restaurant auf der Anlage ohne Supermarkt eingeschränkt. Leider haben wir nicht, wie bei der Buchung gewünscht, nebeneinanderliegende Baumhäuser bekommen, so dass unsere Kinder einige Gehminuten entfernt untergebracht waren. Offene Bauweise der Baumhäuser führte insbesondere durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit bei Regen, zu komplett feuchten Sachen im Zimmer.

Sehr schön im Dschungel gelegen und so komfortabel, wie der Ort es hergibt. Ich habe den Ausflug nicht über die Unterkunft gebucht, den Preis für die Unterkunft fand ich okay.

Der Regen ist durch das Wellblechdach sehr laut. Bei uns hat es die ganze Nacht geregnet und wir hatten kaum typische Dschungelatmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist etwas lieblos.

it was pretty

the staff hours are the worst — it is incredibly difficult to communicate with them and so stressful if you are getting to the property late. the communication is incredibly poor on the staffs part in comparison to every other hotel i’ve stayed in in thailand. this entire hotel was such a money grab for honestly a miserable time and i wish i stayed anywhere else. the shower was disgusting, visually and literally, there were mosquitos and cockroaches EVERYWHERE. if you were here for an extended period of time; showering would be difficult. the restaurant was outside, which wasn’t a problem anywhere else in khao sok, but when i ate breakfast there (once) a bee landed in my food, the waitress proceeded to KILL the bee in the food, then expected me to continue eating it and then charged me full price for it. actually a foul experience. no where else in khao sok that had an outdoor restaurant even had a problem with bugs, let alone bees. additionally, i had 4 friends staying elsewhere in khao sok, paying a fraction of the price i paid with significantly better experiences. i booked cars through them and it was again, an incredibly difficult experience when i booked the car service to alleviate stress. they also do not accept any amex’s and if you pre book services through them you either need a visa or cash, they will not charge the card you paid the room in. i also booked the day tour with them which was again, not only a money grab considering my friends staying at outside hotels paid less for it; but it was more of a “sit and see” trip than an actual day trip. it’s one hour to the lake, one hour to the destination, 15 minutes in a cafe, 10 minutes in the forrest, one hour at lunch combined with “free time” where you can swim in a small area with a life jacket on or kayak in again, a small area. then back home. that’s it. and it was 4000 baht all in. the 3400 ticket didn’t include park tickets?? i really wanted to love this place; but it was just a horrible experience.

The location is idillic in the middle of nature, next to the river. You get monkeys, fireflies and other animals around, it’s a truly natural experience. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Would totally do it again. We had an early departure and they arranged takeaway breakfast for us, which was game-changer.

We had a great time here as part of our travels round Thailand! Other than the mosquitoes and the humidity (which the hotel can’t do much about!) I wouldn’t have changed a thing. The food was amazing, all staff were very helpful and we got to have a great experience living in the jungle for a few days. We did the cooking class which was educational and fun, the canoeing trip which was amazing thanks to our tour guide and the full lake trip which has made my experience! Big shout out to Tee for the lake tour he was such an experienced guide and made us feel so welcome!!!

We did the 2 night / 3 day experience as a family of 4. We stayed in a jungle house the first night and it was lovely, right by the river. Dinner and breakfast was included but you had to purchase drinks. We had a fab time canoeing and the guides were great - hot chocolate in a hand made bamboo cup with water boiled on a fire using a bamboo cane! Our second night was in a lake house, accessed by a long tail boat - great way to see the lake itself. We had time to chill, swim and canoe and we went on an evening boat ride and an early morning boat ride to see the jungle wildlife - we saw monkeys, monitor lizards, eagles and hornbills. The food at the lake house was mixed, lunch was nice but dinner had a lot of fish dishes - dishes were replenished except the fresh fruit. Breakfast was a buffet service but it was a little bit chaotic as most people did the early boat ride. Therefore everyone had breakfast at the same time so lots ran out quickly and took a while to replenish. All in all we had a good stay and it was a great way to see Khao Sok National Park.

Our stay was amazing. The accommodations were very nice both in Our Jungle House and in the lake Cheow Lan due to we made the trip to Cheow Lan with Our Jungle House. Our guide Sky was great and really made an effort to show us the local flora and fauna, the excursions with him were very interesting. Last but not least, there was gluten free food with high quality both in Our Jungle House and in the lake Cheow Lan. I really recommend it this accommodiations to celiac people. It was the best gluten free food that I tried in Thailland

We stayed in one of the jungle houses for three nights in july. We loved our time at the hotel (however be prepared for mosqitoes and rain in July, we were so no problem for us). We had three activities during our stay arranged by the hotel, bamboo rafting, day trip to the lake and half day hike in the jungle with a guide. All can highly be recommended. We did not stay overnight at the lake which we might do if we come back, but we loved our jungle house so much that we did not mind that we skipped it. The staff at the hotel were all super nice and helpfull.

An incredible experience of Khao Sok NP and Cheow Lan Lake. Nature and jungle life at its best! A night in a treehouse followed by a night on a floating bungalow - pure bliss! The people were so friendly and kind, and the food was incredible. My kids (13, 11, 9) LOVED it!

Amazing property in the most superb location. You are surrounded by the jungle and wildlife. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was lovely. I was a little apprehensive before arriving after seeing reviews of people having geckos, frogs etc in their cabins, we had none of this. Mosquito net worked very well around the bed and we had none monkeys in and around our cabin. Food in the restaurant was lovely.

Would’ve liked a fridge in the cabin.

We hadden dit verblijf geboekt om heel dicht bij de natuur te kunnen logeren. We reizen met twee kinderen (7&10) en zagen een verblijf in een boomhut midden de jungle erg zitten! Muggen en andere insecten nemen we er dan wel bij.

Echter viel het ons een beetje tegen. Voornamelijk omdat we weinig persoonlijk contact voelden bij het personeel… het was precies of we een nummer waren… de zoveelste toeristen… Dat is niet fijn… Daarom voelden we ons wat bedrogen en vinden we de prijs kwaliteit echt niet ok. Het voelde aan als profiteren van toeristen die naar Khao Sok gaan… Waar wij trouwens niet voor kwamen… We werden ook heel onvriendelijk uit de gemeenschappelijke ruimte (waar we homeschooling deden) gestuurd omdat het happy hour begon… 🤔 Personeel 👎🏽

Right in the heart of jungles. Literraly, a cabin in the wood, but really comfortable, clean and safe. There is no AC in the room, but 3 fans. The cabin/house is not isolated from mosquitos, but there is a nest on each bed. Ant works absolutely fine. It's great experience. Don't be afraid, it's much safer that it looks like. We were with 8 and 10 years old kids in the deepest jungles cabin and, everything was fine We saw monkeyes all the time, even mommies with babies holding them. Super cute The whole resort is located at the clean river and a huge rock. You can really cool down in this river, it's clean and nice. The restaurant was incredible, very good that food. Khao Soi with chicken is perfect. Take a walk to the Jungle Camp too, it's connected together, there is also a restaurant and very nice walking area and even a farm.

That we had to leave after 2 night. I really recommend to spend around 4 night there if you like the nature.

Eravano nella sunrise treehouse ed è stato bellissimo! Sono venute a trovarci le scimmie appena arrivati. Si è completamente immersi nella natura. Ristorante abbastanza buono forse un po’ caro rispetto ai prezzi thai ma comunque tutto buono e fresco. Camera con pulizia impeccabile ma se avete paura degli insetti o non vi piacciono gli animali non è il posto per voi! Inutile venire qui e poi scrivere che ci sono animali nella doccia! Beh siamo nella jungla, cosa vi aspettavate??

L’unico punto negativo forse sono state le escursioni! Abbiamo fatto il jungle night safari e la nostra guida sembrava volesse essere altrove invece che con noi ci parlava a malapena e non abbiamo visto praticamente nulla. Nell’escursione al lago invece la guida ci ha fatto fare una specie di tour de force senza un attimo di pausa ( abbiamo pranzato in 30 minuti e siamo ripartiti) calcolando che avevamo due bambini. Diciamo che l’escursione non viene descritta accuratamente. In più oltre al costo che viene descritto bisogna aggiungere 300 per il parco 40 per la barca altri 200 per la passeggiata nella giungla quindi alla fine invece che 1700 viene a costare ben di più!

Das Jungle House liegt etwas abseits im Dschungel und am Fluss. Dadurch und durch die offene Bauweise können natürlich verschiedene Tiere reinkommen, dessen sollte man sich bei der Buchung bewusst sein. Wir hatten zum Glück nur Geckos im Zimmer und keine Spinnen oder dergleichen. Im Zimmer selber gibt es Moskitonetze und eine anzündbare Mückenspirale die sehr effektiv Mücken und andere Insekten fernhält. Abgesehen von der rustikalen Bauweise ist die Unterkunft sauber. Wir haben außerdem verschieden Touren gebucht, unter anderem die Basic Übernachtungstour auf dem Cheow lan Lake. Alle Touren waren super organisiert. Bei der Basic Übernachtungstour ist die Unterkunft (Water Bungalow) jedoch nicht sehr sauber und wenig komfortabel, was die gesamte Erfahrung etwas runterzieht.

Deux nuits à plus de 3000 baths /nuit pour cohabiter avec un rat : voilà le bilan de notre séjour. Un rongeur s’était installé dans le logement, attiré par une barquette de nourriture abandonnée derrière les placards — signe évident d’un entretien insuffisant. Nous avons passé nos deux nuits à tenter de nous en débarrasser, rendant tout repos impossible. La deuxième nuit, il a malgré tout rongé mon sac personnel, causant des dégâts matériels concrets. À ce tarif, les exigences élémentaires d’hygiène devraient être une évidence. Ce n’est pas le cas ici. Nous avons été très déçus

Stunning environment nestled in the jungle tree tops. Wonderful and friendly staff and great food

The actual experience is not what it is the pictures. The rooms on the Lake are completely worn down, dangerous and somewhat disgusting. The experience in the tree top is more about looking at Nature in their plantation, rather than a jungle. Not at all worth the Price.

Prachtig in de natuur, aapjes over de daken. Het is eco, dus geen airco etc. Maar goed restaurant en waanzinnig behulpzaam personeel. Bedankt Pad!

Absolutely gorgeous tree house right in the jungle, short walk up into the village where theres loads of places to eat and fun bars. We were travelling with our kids aged 14 and 11, they loved it! For their first experience of jungle this was perfect. The water wasn't high enough for tubing but that would've been great fun, we did an overnight tour to the lake (Although not through the hotel) which is an absolute must - it was incredible. The hotel restaurant was also really nice, super chilled bar up the top where the monkeys come and steal the garnishes from your drinks! Highly recommend 👌

For some reason it wasn't very easy to get our wet towels collected and toilet bin emptied (you can't flush toilet paper) , noone came to tidy up the room like we have had in other places. But once I'd asked at reception they sent someone over

Was a gorgeous location away from the town. Felt very secluded. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were also fantastic.

The setting was lovely, as was the staff who were very helpful. The hotels choices of excursions were good and reasonably priced. The restaurant was also good and well priced and it was good to watch the monkeys play in the trees as we had our dinner.

We loved the fantastic location of Our Jungle House. Tucked away, it felt peaceful and immersive, yet only a short 15 min walk into Khao Sok. Our treehouse was unique, comfortable and very clean....and the mosquito nets were great to sleep under after a big day of adventuring. Listening to the sounds of the jungle throughout the night was an unforgettable experience. Having a river so close to cool off after a hot day was an added benefit. And was so pretty. The restaurant and bar were wonderful to have if you didn't feel like a walk into the village. Especially when the monkeys were playing out the front and entertaining everyone.

The misinformation given by the staff. Be aware that there are many added fees to all the tours that are not explained . It’s a good idea to keep a few hundred baht for all of the added costs.

You feel like you are in the jungle surrounded by monkeys. Also very friendly staff and nice restaurant and bar.

We didn't have hot water in the room (even though the heater was there and on) and the way back from the village through the jungle can be a little bit scary in the dark

The restaurant was very nice and fairly priced

I did the overnight floating bungalow excursion and I feel completely ripped off. It was far too expensive for what we got, they made us change rooms half way through the night, the safari had very little wildlife, the locals working on the bungalow village were rude and condescending - they did not even try to translate or help the guests

Friendly & helpful staff! Great location among the jungle! Beware the houses have ‘openings’ hence insects can occasionally come inside. Moskito net around beds. Restaurant food is nice.

Lack of bottled still water when eating at restaurant. Offering filtered water but we still got slightly sick, would’ve preferred bottled. We only had cold water showers during our 3 nights as the ‘heater’ wasn’t working. Would also be nice to have an explanation on how the heater works as it’s not straightforward.

De locatie! Echt precies zoals op de foto’s! De geluiden, de huisjes… echt geweldig!! De apen die op je balkon zitten. De dierengeluiden constant. Zeker met kinderen echt een hele mooie ervaring!

Geen airco. Dat weet je van te voren, en is in april/mei wel even wennen na alle luxe hotels die we gehad hebben. Maar door de ventilatoren was het te doen. Het is verder zo leuk dat het kleine nadeel van de warmte totaal verdwijnt 🙏🏼

We stayed one night in this hotel. The room is fully open to the outdoors. It was a great experience sleeping under a mosquito net. You get to experience the jungle noises during the night and in the morning. We travelled during fairly extreme heat so having a room without air conditioning could be tough for some. We showered before bed to cool down and it did cool down with the fan that was at foot of the bed. We had no issues with bugs. It was great seeing all the wildlife around the property. Monkeys, lizards and different bugs. The noises in the morning were wonderful. This may not be a hotel for everyone but if you want to get closer to nature without the hardships of camping and roughing it this is a great place to stay.

Everything. You truly feel part of the jungle, it’s a humbling experience and my hat off to those who constructed the accommodation in such a respectful way to nature. I must also comment on the exceptional restaurant staff, they were so welcoming and kind, remembered your preferences and made you feel as though you were a guest in their home. Endlessly grateful for this experience. 10/10

I went when it is especially hot and sticky, so if that’s not your bag, head there in cooler months than May. But don’t not go. Always go! Definitely go!
