Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Petit-déjeuner ok. Le monsieur présent a gentiment appelé un taxi pour nous (aéroport).
L'appartement était présenté comme comportant un lit et un canapé lit. Je voyage avec une amie, nous avons besoin de deux couchages. Seul le lit était muni de draps. J'ai envoyé un message à Booking pour demander si le canapé lit pouvait être installé. La réponse a été qu'il était impossible d'apporter un lit d'appoint à cette heure là (17h30). Or il ne s'agissait pas d'un lit d'appoint, mais de mettre des draps (absents) dans le canapé lit. Le lavabo de la salle de bains était bouché, et la bonde très sale. L'ascenseur ne s'ouvrait pas au rez-de-chaussée. Mon amie qui marche difficilement avec une béquille a dû monter, ensuite redescendre, a pieds au premier etage pour prendre l'ascenseur.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Pokój zlokalizowany na 2 piętrze budynku, wejście na kod, klatka schodowa czysta, widna również działa poprawnie. Na plus lokalizacja - blisko dworca głównego oraz starówki. Do dzielnicy hiszpańskiej i portu ok. 15-20 min spacerkiem. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze, żelazko które jest wpisane w wyposażenie apartamentu przyniósł personel po wiadomości na WhatsApp 😊 codziennie sprzątanie na plus 👍
Apartament ma już swoje lata, widać to po zaciekach na prysznicu, toalecie. Materac na środku delikatnie zapadnięty ale jeszcze dało radę się w miarę komfortowo wyspać. Śniadania kompletnie nie polecamy - w jego skład wchodziło na 2 osoby: 3 kawałki czegoś słodkiego (croissant, pain au chocolat i babka), kawa którą Pani przygotowywała na bieżąco oraz do dobrania - jogurt, suchary, dżem albo nutella. Można było sobie nalać napoju owocowego albo wody. Niestety słodkie rzeczy wchodzące w skład śniadania smakowały jak gotowce z paczki. Jeśli ktoś ma ochotę to jest to śniadanie, żeby co najwyżej coś przegryźć i iść na miasto znaleźć dobre jedzenie.

Huone oli hieman sotkuinen, sukkien pohjat likaantuivat lattiasta, sängyn alla oli paksu kerros pölyä ja hiuksia, päiväpeitossa oli hieman likaa ja viemäri haisi vahvasti koko majoittumisen ajan.

La atención del equipo es impecable: cercanos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda o recomendación. Las habitaciones están cuidadas al detalle, limpias, modernas y muy cómodas. Después del ritmo intenso de la ciudad, volver a EMME21 se siente como entrar en un pequeño refugio donde todo está pensado para descansar bien.

De douche duurde lang voordat het wam werd en dan weer koud. En het ontbijt was slecht. ( croissants kwamen uit plastic verpakking). Je kreeg 1 croissants pp en 1plakje cake voor zijn tweeën. Je kon daarna nog een verpakte toast met jam pakken en een kleine vruchtenyoghurt. De 2e dag liepen ( toen we de croissants kregen) enkele mieren rond onder en langs de croissant.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026La amplitud de la habitación, que tuviese una pequeña cocina (aunque para el uso total es necesario un pago aparte) y el imprescindible aire acondicionado. También que tuviese un pequeño balcón.
Ampliar el horario de desayuno (aunque es cierto que hubo mucha atención para dejar una bandeja de productos en la habitación) porque la oferta en la sala es mayor. En el baño cada vez que se utiliza la ducha o el WC hay un ruido de desagüe en la habitación que se podría revisar.

Mal desayuno y la atención no me gustó. Escribí al alojamiento con meses de anticipación a preguntar si podía dejar mis maletas antes de irme a la Costa Amalfitana y me dijeron que sí. Cuando llegué me dijeron que no sin ninguna explicación. Durante mi estadía, el trato no fue bueno. Me quedé muy decepcionada. El servicio de limpieza fue malo. Las sábanas de la cama estaban manchadas, la cama estaba mal tendida y notaba que no limpiaban la habitación. Finalmente, las almohadas eran duras, amanecía con dolor de cabeza cada día.

Не препоръвам резервация с закуска. Състои се буквално от сухари, дозички конфитюр и някакъв плодов йогурт. Като цяло, явно хотелските закуски в южна Италия са по такъв стандарт .

One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location: it is close to the city center, the main tourist streets, and public transportation, while still being situated in a quiet, non-crowded area, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The owner was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the possibility of storing our luggage at the reception before departure, which was very important and convenient for us.
As for the negative aspects, there were some occasional noises coming from a pump in the bathroom. However, it was not particularly disturbing and did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas pero si llegabas cansados como nosotros de recorrer la hermosa Napoles el dormir no era un problema.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt einfach perfekt. Man in ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in Spaccanapoli und zwei Minuten von der Metro entfernt. Auch den Fährhafen erreicht man in kurzer Zeit. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir wurden mit einer Flasche Secco überrascht. Abends haben wir 3x im Addu Giggin gegessen, was zum B&B dazugehört und es war für uns das leckerste Essen in Napoli. Enzo ist ein super Koch.
Es hätte eventuell in der Woche mal der Boden oder das Bad geputzt werden können

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026L'accoglienza è stata fantastica. Personale ultra disponibile. II posto è comodo, molto centrale e in aggiunta il proprietario ha una trattoria molto accogliente, dove si mangia benissimo, l'atmosfera è piacevole, la cucina è tradizionale e c'è un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Il palazzo è davvero vecchio. Tuttavia, le camere sono ristrutturate e comode e c'è l'ascensore.

Der Duftbaum, der irgendwo versteckt war, war zu intensiv. Im Bad fehlen Ablagen, zB.zum Abstellen des Zahnputzbechers und sonstiger Badartikel, zum Ablegen der Handtücher sollten noch Haken angebracht werden. Auch in der Dusche fehlen Ablageflächen.

Staff was nice and responsive at all times. Nice breakfast at the restaurant next to the hotel where we checked in. Thank you, Giuseppe for making sure we had a perfect stay!
Pillows were too high and there weren’t blankets available. We were told they were still being washed. But we had mice nights in May.

Daar heb je verder geen last van, maar wij hadden de pech dat er 's nachts om 3 uur twee vrouwen en een man met veel lawaai naar hun kamer gingen en daar muziek gingen draaien. Toch zou ik, als ik in Napels moest zijn, de kamer weer nemen. Je bent op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden.
Het ontbijt was totaal niets: een croissantje en een plastic pakje met toast, jam en honing en een kopje lauwe koffie. Je kon ook nog een bekertje yoghurt nemen. Geen boter, geen hartigheid, geen fruit, dus de foto op de site is niet de waarheid. We hebben de manager van EMME gesproken over het slechte ontbijt en hij heeft me stellig beloofd te gaan zorgen voor fruit, boter en hartigheid.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Хорошая транспортная развязка (имели место отсутствие автобуса/трамвая, опоздание и тд, но это абсолютно никак не зависит от объекта размещения), довольно просторное помещение, чайник, стаканы, плита и тд, штопор (что немаловажно 😃). В достаточном количестве были пледы, одеяла, полотенца. Работающий фен был (лежал отдельно в коробке в ванной комнате), мыло, гель для душа. Достаточное количество розеток, кондиционер. Вместительный шкаф, вешалки. Горячая вода. Также довольно просторная ванная комната. Селф-чекин (менеджер предварительно высылает крайне подробные видео-инструкции). Еще в номере был телевизор, но мы понятия не имеем работает ли он😁Стандартный европейский завтрак в соседнем кафе. Менеджер кафе - Джузеппе - очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый человек. С ним было приятно общаться. У нас был послеобеденный вылет, и после чекаута мы смогли оставить свои вещи (2 небольших рюкзака) у него и еще немного погулять по городу. За что ему отдельное огромное спасибо <3.
Для получения горячей воды нужно было дать холодной стекать минут 5. Также из отрицательного (лично для меня): если вы чувствительны к запахам, то здесь будет тяжко. В коридоре, ведущем к комнатами, да и в самой комнате непосредственно присутствовал чересчур едкий запах каких-то ароматизаторов либо моющих либо стиральных средств. В номере запах исходил от штор, в коридоре - без понятия откуда, но он не становился слабее в течение нескольких дней. Комнату мы постоянно проветривали (балконные двери открывались довольно широко), и это немного спасало

Location (area) run down and messy, like a lot of this area of Naples. Passenger lift old and cramped.
