Located in a lovely little area in the city centre. Apartment was very clean with clean towels and lovely toiletries. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and easy to access, a good price

Lack of air conditioning seems to be a problem as both the rooms and corridors were unusually warm even when it wasn't that warm outside.

Location was great and it was comfortable for a couple of nights.

Fire alarm was set off at 2:40 am.

Car park nearby was always full so had to park in another more expensive car park. Also noisy at throwing out time for clubs. Nothing host could do to change this just wanted others to know when booking

Quite noisy late at night would try to book a room away from the street.

Bed was a little bit hard.

The location was great, and we had the large balcony which was just lovely. The room was clean and big, and well provisioned.

The bathroom was quite small and very close to the bed, and the blinds didn't keep the morning light out at all, so would be better with blackout curtains or blinds.

Great location, very easy to get too and walking distance to everything you may need. there’s parking opposite and is such a good price considering the others in the area. the actual apartment was very clean, modern and all facilities you could want were supplied.

There was a couple times where people walked into the apartment. only happened twice and both apologised and said they had the wrong room - our fault for not locking it properly. Just a recommendation when in and out of the room to make sure it is securely locked

Wichtig zu wissen: die Unterkunft ist "unbemannt", d.h. es gibt kein Personal vor Ort. Allerdings habe ich ausführliche Informationen zum Checkin über die Kommunikation in Booking erhalten, damit war es sehr einfach das Appartement zu erreichen: Ein Code öffnet die Haupttür, eine Schlüsselbox enthält den Schlüssel für das Zimmer. Beim Checkout werden die Schlüssel in einem Briefkasten zurückgegeben - alles relativ unkompliziert. Die Lage im Stadtzentrum von Sheffield auf einer Anhöhe ist optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden, und das Appartement ist groß genug und bietet neben Bett und Bad einen zusätzlichen Wohnbereich von dem aus man über die Stadt blicken kann. Von mir auch sehr geschätzt sind die Kapselkaffeemaschine sowie der Kühlschrank für Getränke. Kochen kann man auch, muss man aber nicht da genug Möglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung vorhanden sind.

Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts: es gibt keine Klimaanlage und ich habe bei der Buchung im April nicht erwartet daß es im Juli 32 Grad haben könnte. Es wird dann relativ "toasty" in dem Appartement...

The bed wasn’t very comfortable (very firm). As the bed is next to the kitchen, the fridge was persistently noisy, and due to it being a very hot few days in Sheffield I had to have windows open and I was on a busy noisy road side. People in other apartments in the building were slamming doors during the night and each time they open the door to enter the corridor it made my bedroom door rattle.

Everything! Have stayed here a few times now & have really enjoyed our stays from start to finish. It is clean, comfortable, very relaxing & we have the best nights sleep in the beds there! Will always recommend.

It was right outside a bar which played music until after midnight Unfortunately the weather was so hot so the flat was unbearable Bathroom had no air so had to leave the door open

Frequent visitor to the UK. On average 4-5 trips per year with each trip lasting 14 days on average. This is the 1st time that the staff actually messaged me AFTER check in to ask how is my stay. Fantastic. I dare say its probably the best stay i’ve had in Sheffield within the past 2-years. Will definitely be on top of my list for future trips when visiting my son studying in Sheffield.

Space in the apartment, size of bed and bathroom, facilities available, free wifi.

No issues with the actual place however due to the location, there was quite a lot of noise (well past into the midnights) which did make it hard to get to sleep however other than this everything about the apartment was great.

Apartment was airy and light. There were big windows looking out on an interesting view including a local park. The seating was very comfortable and generous so it was easy to relax there.

The I love the most was the bed, hands down the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in better than Las Vegas beds! Amazing!

The only 2 things I didn’t like was, it was really hot, there’s no air con but there was a fan in the bedroom which helped a lot! But also it’s very loud but that’s normal because it’s basically next door to west street

The space, specs and location of the property

It was very hot and sticky on a night as only 1 window that had minimal opening to let in a draft, needs air conditioning to make summer stays more comfortable

1. the apartment is Super clean and really well maintained 2. The facilities were convenient 3. Bathroom was neat and shower is of a convenient size(not very big) 4. location is convenient to access major attractions within 40 mins drive and easy access to supermarkets etc 5. The apartment was quite secure and safe 6. Kitchenette was convenient, included a small fridge ( no freezer) 7. Safe for pets. My pet cat enjoyed the views into the busy parking area and kids park :) convenient size for two of us and our pet.

1. We had opted for studio apartment and it was very hot inside. This was quite uncomfortable.Ventilation was there however there was no option for opening the windows well and no free airflow. A fan was provided however a cooler would be a better option. 2. Parking space is available next to the building shower it is pay and park. This wasn’t disclosed in the listing and added to about 7.9 gbp per day of our stay. 3. Although not a major issue, the towels provided was super heavy 4. Not a major inconvenience for us however the place was quite noisy as the building is next to a busy street and public parking space. 5. Sofa was slightly stained, not sure if it could be cleaned well

Don't expect any sun on the balcony though!

The balcony is a great size and has a fantastic view. Great position in the city, super close to everything. The apartment is a perfect size for a couple or single person. By far the best apartment I’ve rented. Would recommend to both professionals using it for work stays or a couples perfect retreat.

Noise disruption at night from busy street. Room had not been cleaned properly. However this was actioned immediately in a friendly and courteous manner.

Very comfortale and well equiped. Central and close to everything, Car park next to accomodation. Always stay here when come to visit our sons.

Entrance to the property was easy, location was central and very good for our needs and the apartment was very clean and exactly what we needed for a weekend stay.

The apartment was a bit warm being on 3rd floor of a block, keeping it cool in evenings was the only drawback but the apartment came with fans etc to help.

Location was really good. So easy to get to town and a lot of places to eat nearby. Also had open parking right across it so was really convenient. Communication with them was also really easy and minor issues were resolved immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish, it was comfortable, relaxing, the beds were super comfy so over our 4 nights stay we had the best sleep! The accommodation is amazing & we would definitely stay again! We will also highly recommend the apartments!

Great clear instructions, easy check-in, clean room and plenty of facilities, comfortable bed, decent shower and above all excellent customer service by the team, communication was easy, efficient and friendly.

Great stay overall! Being able to control the room temperature / turn down the inbuilt air circulator would have been excellent, as it was rather noisy during the night.

Iron was very good, view was amazing, car park close by. Very good staff, staff had very fast response time and helped alot. Washing machine. Coffee hmmmmm. Very easy to go in and out of apartment building. Overall would recommend, definitely cleaner then other places i have been to.

The AC when turnt on for some time started blowing dust out which would mean the filter has prob not been clean for some time. Toilet is bit high lol but works good. Had small strange smell at start but went away and some of the dishes/ glasses werent fully clean.

Great communication before and during the stay. Thoughtful details in the kitchen mean you can actually cook a meal from scratch. Comfy pillows and bed, nice towels.

Great location, right in the centre of Sheffield. Comfortable bed. The facilities were pretty good, we found everything we needed at the property.

The flat was uncomfortably hot, and the window barely opened, so we were unable to cool the apartment to a comfortable temperature, despite it being cool outside. I had to turn off the towel rail using the fusebox as there was no off switch. The sofa was visibly dirty. Shower water pressure very poor.

The location was perfect for the centre. The beds were so comfy, slept so well 😴

The shower door, the seal was a bit broken water on the floor. But the shower was really good and toiletries were lovely.
